There is always someone available to talk to and the way they are set up, you will get a response right away even at 4 or 5 in the morning! Their attention to detail and organization was above any other vendor I worked with during my planning. They made my wedding so special and memorable I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I mostly worked with Crystal and she was fantastic. So kind and always on top of everything. If you’re thinking about booking her, definitely go for it!

The day of, they were so on top of everything that we did not ever have to worry about things being in place. They ensured we could enjoy our special day with as little stress as possible. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was so accommodating. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the venue and it was perfect in every way possible. We got so many compliments from guests on how well everything was put together all thanks to the event staff. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone interested.

nce Covid hit California. I am so happy we were able to have the wedding of our dreams at this venue and we highly recommend. Huego did a great job the day of the wedding, making sure the staff was filling up everyone's water and making sure we were okay throughout the whole reception. If I had to do it all over again, I would pick the same venue!

From when we were doing preliminary research into possible venues until our wedding night, Jackie, Alexis, and Crystal helped us through the entire wedding planning process with minimal stress. Orin treated us to a complimentary brunch when we first went up to tour the property. The team is extremely well organized. We only needed to make three appointments in person in order for our wedding day to be completely planned. If you’re not local to Anaheim Hills the team does an amazing job communicating from afar, they respond to emails and return calls promptly. Concerns are addressed with care and attention to detail. The weekend of the wedding the team was extremely accommodating to all the last-minute changes that popped up as the situation developed. Our rehearsal went off without a hitch. There was always someone on the team available to take note of concerns and ensure that they didn’t come up on the wedding day. Orin was kind enough to coordinate a golf outing for the groom and groomsmen. The team did an amazing job of coordinating with all of our vendors behind the scenes so that we didn’t have to. We have no regrets going with Anaheim Hills Clubhouse. We can’t wait until our Anniversary brunch.

My friends and family still talk about how great the service was and how they felt so taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend to any bride! Jenny was our day of coordinator, and she organized everything so perfectly. I am so grateful for her. She worked with my family to make sure all the details were taken care of and that my mother and others were calm and made fully aware of any changes. She's the BEST! It's so worth it to work with this sweet staff, and to use a location that provides the space, the catering services, the bar, and the cake! Not only do they take care of so much, but they are thorough and very excellent at their job.

iscommunication errors between myself and the staff in regards to things I wanted to happen the day of so I would recommend asking every little detail. The way the cake was served (they asked people if they wanted cake and didn’t serve it to people if they were not in their seats) I didn’t care for so I’d definitely go over even the small details just to make sure it’s exactly how you want it. I definitely recommend this place though, beautiful ballroom reception, beautiful scenery and great prices!!

The food was amazing! all our guest couldn't stop talking about the amazing food. The staff day of the wedding was excellent! they would come up to us (bride and groom) to ask if we needed another drink and would get the drinks for us so fast!!!! Stephanie brought us snacks/champagne to the greenroom for the bridal party. At one point i asked one of the staff members to turn down the ac and he did right away.. He said " i placed it to 65 degrees." i was in shock how fast he did it and didn't give any pushback. they helped our parents pack our belongings and took them to the car. I wish i can go back and thank everyone one by one. Made our special night that much enjoyable. Thank you! thank you! Thank you!!!!

he putting green. The day of wedding, we were harassed by golfers and the staff drove golf carts down the course to stop and remove us from taking pictures- telling us it was not allowed. We got 2 photos for that extra money paid for the views. Extremely disappointed.

new all the right questions to ask, and knew what would be best in order to make our wedding day perfect. We had two food tastings and we choose to do a buffet (we chose the tri-tip and salmon). At first, we were hesitant about the salmon being too dry but on the day of our wedding, the salmon was all our guests would talk about. All of our guests raved about the salmon and some even said it was the best salmon they ever had. Julie was able to coordinate directly with my day of wedding coordinator and made sure that everything was perfect. There were so many details that I did not have to worry about because Julie took care of everything. I don't know how many times I called them during the two weeks before my wedding, but they were always so gracious to answer my questions as well as willing to help! I couldn't have been more happy with how everything turned out! It was the perfect wedding day.

your wedding day. They were so on top of everything and kept track of all of my wedding-day details before and during the wedding. They also worked with our vendors (DJ, flowers, photographer, baker, officiant, etc.) to get them all organized and on-time during the wedding day. They even helped to get our wedding party and family members clued-in on what was happening during the wedding day so that everyone was ready for the next part of the night. Overall their wedding coordinators and staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating. My wife and I are so grateful for all their hard work on our wedding day! Thanks again for helping us plan everything - we had an amazing wedding day because of it!

area for the cocktail hour overlooking the golf course scenery. I loved the huge ballroom that could hold a massive dance floor. I loved the entrance that felt welcoming and elegant. And I especially liked the attention and service that was provided by the staff and catering at the clubhouse. After a tour of the venue and showing interest, we recieved two complimentary brunch vouchers to get a taste of the food and service. We ended up falling in love with the brunch and came six more times before our wedding date because it pretty much rocks. After we booked our date, it was a fun process working with our coordinator Jackie. She's the sweetest person ever. She was so patient with our last minute requests and helped us with table ideas and food recommendations. As a bride, I was kinda getting over the planning part and just wanted the day to arrive. Finally on our big day we stepped inside the clubhouse and saw our planning put all together. I was SO pleased! It was better than i expected. I honestly didn't have to worry or stress about anything because Jackie was on top of it. Our 140 guests were extremely happy with the food and drinks. We recieved our meals first and were able to enjoy it before we went mingling to each table. Knowing the risks, the clubhouse allowed us to leave our decorations over night so we wouldn't have to worry about it. We left so many things: frames, flowers, ash trays, signs, candy, gifts, vases. The only thing missing was a picture frame stand but everything else was packed up and ready to go. That was probably the only thing I was upset about, but it was something that could be replaced. We are so happy we had our wedding reception at the clubhouse. The venue is gorgeous and the staff was professional, helpful and sincere before and during our celebration.

ul. The ballroom was spacious enough for the number of guests we had (160+). The food was great, all our guest enjoyed them (I love the mashed potato, my most favorite). They were even flexible with our requests and even helped us picked the best foods to served. Everyone was happy on how our wedding came out, most specially me and my husband. I love that they were very prompt in responding to our emails and they even send you follow ups -- to make sure to remind you about things that needs to be done (believe me you will need a lot of these as the day comes closer). And they surely have competitive prices. We love how they have different packages and almost everything are already included. I would say this place helped us have the wedding we really wanted. My husband and I loved working with the staff at the Clubhouse. We did our research before booking our venue and we knew right off the bat what we wanted and what we didn't want. From the beginning Julie & Jackie explained to us everything that was included in our package. No hidden or surprise cost were ever an issue! Something that really made it clear for both of us that the Clubhouse genuinely runs a clear business.Just by looking at the photos online and driving by I thought we would never be able to afford our wedding at the Clubhouse but the staff helped us with great detail in assisting us with selecting a package that was within our budget and yet to still met my expectations of having my dream wedding. The girls there really help you throughout the whole process. They provide you with a scheduled plan that helped me get through everything, even down to the small details. Anytime I would call or send in an email their responses were fast! I am so blessed to have found them and to have worked with the Anaheim Hills Golf course Clubhouse as my reception venue. My guest were all taken care of the same way we were taken care of the day and it was so nice to receive so many compliments. The food was so delicious also!!! Our guest till this day still talk about it. We are so pleased in having selecting this amazing venue to host our reception. Everything came together so beautifully and if I could go back I would! I can say that we both had a our Dream Wedding at the Clubhouse. Everyone loved it but more importantly I loved it. I had no stress from Clubhouse or any issues on the contrary I had nothing but the best service. I really do not feel that we could have received that anywhere else. We love you guys!!!! Thank you a million times for everything.

professional throughout the planning process considering we were putting together a gathering of 250 guests in 2 months. The venue is elegant, modern and immaculately well kept. Every one of our guests said they loved this place. The only reason for a 4-stars is because some of the London broil plates came out not as cooked as expected, however the waiter gladly replaced my plate. My guests were not aware that they could ask for replacements. Otherwise, a great place to have an all-inclusive wedding!

any sort of planning and on the day of as well which was a huge help to my husband and I. They have packages which are inclusive of many things like the cake and bar service that we would have elsewhere had to pay extra.

The office staff was happy to send us cost break downs for any eventuality we came up with and were very up front about their services and eager to help even when we made clear we could only stay near the bottom of their minimum scale. I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted at this location, though I wish I could have. The day of the wedding ran very smoothly with the staff checking in with either myself, parents or my husband regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was set up beautifully and if anything went wrong I did not notice or hear about it. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a low stress, cost effective option for a beautiful venue. Note on cost: We had a Saturday afternoon wedding for an $8,000 minimum on food/beverage/setup and were able to stay at around $10,000. I think our final cost was something like $10,050.

place so much because of the different options: We had our ceremony on the terrace, our cocktail hour outside and the wedding in the ballroom. For the price per person, you get a lot for your money (even your wedding cake can be included) and you have lots of flexibility when it comes to the "bar" packages and pricing options. I would recommend this venue to anyone who asked. Our favorite feature of this place - they let an evening wedding go until Midnight, which provided for many hours of dancing for us and our guests.
