The Andaz was wonderful. In addition to having our ceremony and reception at the Andaz, our families all stayed on the property for the weekend. Jaime, the wedding coordinator was a pleasure to work with, answering any questions quickly and taking care of all our small details. The staff took care of our every need the entire weekend. Definitely highly recommend using the Andaz !

Our wedding day was an absolutely dream! The entire wedding planning process was so easy and organized thanks to Jaime! As a wedding planner, I am very detail oriented and knew what I wanted for my wedding day, and Jaime made it happen! She worked flawlessly with my vendor team to ensure our day was great!
I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and chef! At our food tasting, we enjoyed everything they brought out, it was hard to pick what we wanted for our day! Also, a lot of the time at weddings, you see that the food doesn’t always turn out as good the day of the wedding as it was during the tasting. That was not the case here! Every single person at my wedding told us how amazing their food was and how awesome all the appetizers were!
I have so many other amazing things to say about this venue and their staff! So so grateful for Jaime and her team! I will definitely recommend The Andaz to my couples in the future!

We recently held our wedding at the stunning Andaz Savannah, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue or a better event manager. From the moment we started planning, Jaime, the event manager, was an absolute dream to work with. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our vision made our wedding day extraordinary.

We planned our wedding from Michigan and it was not only the easiest experience, it was one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Jaime and the staff at The Andaz Savannah made us feel like VIPs with every interaction. My guests said it was amazing and the food was incredible. A month later and we are still hearing about the chicken and waffles!!! Highly recommend!

Jaime and Stefanie were so helpful in putting together my proposal at the Andaz Savannah. Jaime worked with me to create a proposal within my budget, coordinated with my other vendors, and answered all of my (many) questions promptly. I called her several times and everyone at the Andaz made themselves available every time. Jaime was a great partner as I planned my event, giving me feedback on my ideas, and made sure everything went smooth the week of the event. When there was a risk of rain, Jaime and Stefanie bought 15 new umbrellas as a backup - they made me feel so comfortable and relieved a lot of stress around the final details. I couldn't recommend the Andaz Savannah and Jaime more for any event.

We had such a positive experience at the Andaz. Our main event was at the Railroad Museum, but the reception and our main hotel block was at the Andaz. Jaime was responsive, insightful, proactive, and an overall pleasure to work with. Our guests had nothing but compliments on the hotel and space. The cocktail reception we did the day after our wedding at the Andaz was seamless. They took care to make sure everyone knew where to go, the space on the patio was perfect for our event, and the backup location in case of weather would have worked just as well. We'd highly recommend choosing the Andaz to host your wedding party and for other elements of your special day!

This venue was perfect! We were supposed to get married on the terrace, but the rain had other plans. Jaime (the venue coordinator) worked perfectly with our month-of coordinator to ensure everything was set-up inside exactly how we wanted it. She even allowed us to come a few days early to check out the indoor option in case of rain. The staff was so kind that we decided to stay a night.

When we met Michelle Smith about our wedding, we were like folks who had a vague notion of wanting to paint a painting, but possessed no paint, canvases or brushes and didn't even really know what it was we wanted to paint!
Michelle changed all that.
She had a clear vision of how to help us, she was gentle when she needed to be and firm when it was required. She always had great ideas to problems and possessed excellent communication skills to help us all get on the same page. We'd have been fairly lost without her.
Michelle was so incredibly patient, kind and generous with her time. Her feedback was always so wonderful that we found ourselves really relying on it, so much so that she began to feel like part of the family.
We loved our wedding. The day turned out to be darn near perfect and Michelle was a big reason for that.
We simply can't recommend her enough.

The Andaz made my day happen!! My wedding happened the day after Hurricane Matthew ripped through Savannah and on the morning of the wedding we didn't have a venue anymore. Carlos at the Andaz Hotel immediately welcomed us and made everything happen within hours. Their caring spirit in such a difficult time made everything so easy and I am so happy that we were able to celebrate our marriage at this stunning hotel! The decor, the staff, the set up, the food, and the room was all so beautiful. The Andaz staff did a great job of making us feel happy and that this is the way our day was supposed to go! Jamie, the coordinator was top notch. Anything and everything we needed she was there for us. The staff is excellent and helped with all of the decorations when I was tied up, especially since we had hoped to have our wedding on the terrace, but rain moved it into the smaller ballroom. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the food at had tasted and chosen for the reception was not the same food that was served. (Sriracha chicken on a crositini was served as tacos at the reception). Everyone did seem to love of the hors d'oeuvres and action stations however. The morning after went very smoothly. The staff had carefully placed all of the decor in a corner for us to pack, and checking out went without a hitch.

The food was absolutely amazing, Chef Lauren went above and beyond for us. Being that my husband is a chef the food was very important to us and typically at wedding receptions the food is mediocre but our guests are still raving about how delicious it was. The service overall at the entire hotel was top notch, we truly felt like a king and queen. From the second we checked in till the moment we checked out everyone was very accommodating. Of course our stay there would not have been the same without the help of the worlds best bartenders Jacob, and Scott. They truly make you feel so special and are so engaging with each guest as if you are the only one in the bar. A Special Thanks to Jane and Jamie for making things happen for us. I wish I could remember the Lady who took care of us during the wedding reception but she was amazing and so attentive to us. She was dedicated to taking care of the bride and groom and did the most wonderful job, We could not have asked for anything more for our wedding day. Thank you to the Andaz for the most memorable day of our lives.

Tricia was a total lifesaver in planning my wedding. She was so nice and helpful with every aspect. I had my ceremony in Johnson Square, and then we walked to the Andaz for a cocktail hour and reception. Everything was perfect. All of there food is farm to table! The hors d'oeuvres were to die for, and the main meal was wonderful also. My grandmother kept coming up to me during the cocktail hour and saying "You know, this is how rock stars get married!" It was so special, and everyone really enjoyed themselves! I must have emailed Tricia a hundred times with every little question that popped into my head, and she never got annoyed. She always responded quickly, and she was always so nice about everything. You can tell that she is a genuinely kind person. She coordinated everything perfectly. I cannot imagine anything having gone better! She will ease worries that could ever come up! Congrats on your baby, Tricia!

My guests absolutely loved staying at the Andaz. I've stayed before and could think of no other place in Savannah to call home during my wedding week. Setting up the room block was simple.
I also worked with the Andaz to host my rehearsal dinner. They served creative libations and tasty bites with a smile.

The overall experience with the Andaz was great. The quality of staff members, venue, and food was fantastic. I would highly recommend this chic boutique hotel to anyone getting married in Savannah. The hotel staff helped me tremendously throughout the planning process and especially the day of. It is a real find in the historic district and reflects a more modern ambiance in comparison with Savannah's wonderfully abundant historical landmarks.

My husband and I stayed at the Andaz the night before and the night of our wedding. Everything was wonderful, the staff was pleasent, it is well decorated, had a cool out door space on the floor we were on. They made life so easy with the check in email that I got at 9am the day I was to check in. I was able to have my pedicure done across town while I checked into the hotel. Also, it is in the perfect location, a minutes walk to river and bay street and its right at the city market. the bridal party got dressed at our suite at the andaz and then the Trolleys were able to pick us up right out front and take us to the park.
