We had a great feeling about Andrea from the time we first met over Zoom, and our instincts were absolutely correct. She is so warm, in control, and knowledgeable -- our experience planning our wedding could not have been smoother or more pleasant. We gave her our budget number, and she immediately reassured us that she could deliver the wedding of our dreams... and she did. The network of vendors she connected us with were all fantastic, and her calm demeanor kept us at ease and was also a huge help in soothing our parents' anxiety throughout the process. We are elated that we had the chance to work with and get to know her. Andrea is absolutely fantastic and we were trying to make a newly engaged cousin hire her during our own wedding! She was just that good.
Andrea did excellent job helping make my vision for my wedding come to life. She was attentive and listened to my aspirations. She helped provide outstanding recommendations and was patient with us. She helped us stay within budget even with all of our wishes. The day of wedding was nothing short of spectacular even with the unexpected rain and weather advisory. Andrea kept everything on time, vendors happy and made sure that my husband and I had everything we needed and wanted. I cannot thank Andrea enough for her help. We miss her!
My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Andrea Green. Not only was she able to help us achieve our vision on time and on budget, she exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Andrea was communicative and responsive throughout the process, conferring with us regularly as important milestones approached. She was professional and thorough in reaching out to our vendors and taking distracting details off our plate. She allowed us to focus on each other, our friends and family, and helped create an event that represented the both of us. As an example of her problem-solving capacity, on the day of our wedding, during pictures no less, we realized we were a boutonniere short, and Andrea had a solution in mere moments. Andrea’s genuine warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism are some of her many admirable qualities, for which Liz and I are incredibly grateful.
Deciding to work with Andrea was the first decision we made when we began our wedding planning process. She did a Zoom consultation with us to make sure she would be a good fit and then sent us a customized proposal, detailing her services and the total cost up front. We hired her right away because she was affordable, kind and knowledgeable! From there, Andrea helped us find and scout wedding venues, made excellent vendor recommendations and helped answer all of our random questions that popped up throughout the planning process. When our wedding weekend came, Andrea was present and organized! She and her assistant made sure we felt comfortable with letting go of the logistics and leaving things up to her. We had a decent amount of wedding decor that needed to be placed during the ceremony and reception and Andrea made the spaces look phenomenal! When our schedule of events during the reception began to run behind, Andrea gave us guidance and got things back on track. She and her team and fantastic and you will not be disappointed!
Andrea made my wedding planning experience amazing from start to finish! She had an extensive list of recommend and reputable vendors and helped me plan each detail with such care you would have thought it was her wedding. I was not stressed at all during the process as she made sure walk me through each question or concern with the up most attentiveness. She was key in creating the design of the reception and made sure all vendors were able to execute our vision. I cannot say enough about how she made the process stress free for someone who was pregnant through much of the planning. If you want someone to have your best interest at heart you cannot go wrong hiring her! I wish I could get married again just to work with her!!
Andrea was fantastic! I hired her for the Full Wedding Planner service. It initially started with a virtual 30 min. consultation where she asked all of the questions to get an understanding of our budget and our vision. After the consultation within the next couple of days, I received an email with some venues to look at and visit. Andrea took care of setting up the appointments to visit locations based on our schedule. Once we selected the venue she contacted all of the vendors that we selected as well, we didn't have to deal with the vendors unless we wanted to. Her service includes unlimited calls, texts, and emails and she definitely lived up to that! Her response time was always within minutes and she always had time to answer every question I had.
When it comes to budgeting she is a realist and will give you an honest answer to ensure you are making a wise choice, I trusted her experience and she helped me save a lot of money. It's good to work with someone who will give you sound advice because as a bride I got caught up in things that didn't matter, like the color of napkins... Andrea kept it real about what truly matters on your day. And now that I am married she was right.
On the day of the wedding, she was at the venue very early and was in communication with all vendors, and knew what everyone was doing. Some things like all weddings didn't go as planned but she kept me calm and made sure my focus was on getting married. She thinks quickly on her feet and is great at solving problems. If there was an issue she had a solution. Andrea has a great personality and you will not regret working with her. I plan on using her for events in the future!
Hiring Andrea to plan my wedding was the best choice I made throughout the whole planning process. From beginning to end, she helped everything come off without a hitch, and she did it with a smile. She helped us find our gorgeous venue and our wonderful vendors, and she helped me to feel confident that every little detail would be taken care of. And it was! I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Andrea saved my sanity! I reached out to Andrea Green with less than 30 days to go before my wedding. She was instantly responsive and before we even had our consult call I was pretty much sold on her being my planner. During our call I felt an overwhelming sense of calmness and she got down to business immediately after being hired. She made sure my day was perfect and I am so, so grateful!
Andrea, where do we even begin to thank you? From our very first meeting, my husband and I knew we wanted to work with Andrea to plan our wedding. We actually left our consult debating whether to cancel our appointments with other planners. We sat down with a plan to have an indoor wedding in a hotel and in the end had an outdoor wedding at The Comus Inn. Andrea rolled with it! She did an amazing job finding venues and vendors to fit our budget and desires. She was also super responsive with communications and questions. I really felt like there wasn’t a ton for us to worry about since Andrea was guiding us along. She also took the time to check in with us in the months and weeks before the wedding to make sure we felt relaxed. On the day of the wedding I could see Andrea was busting her butt to keep everything moving along! When my dad and brothers were mysteriously late to the ceremony she very calmly let me know what was going on. I heard she was pinning boutonnieres on my brothers while they were still getting out of the car once they turned up. The wedding went by in a whirlwind but every time my husband and I stopped to take a breath we both felt like the day was exactly what we envisioned. Andrea, I am so glad we got to work with you! We so appreciated Andrea's help and guidance in realizing our wonderful wedding day. We had the best time, and thanks to Andrea and her team we could relax and enjoy ourselves. She kept us on task during the planning, was a great resource when we got stuck looking for vendors or figuring out logistics. Thanks Andrea!
June 2, 2018 at The Sunset Room By Wolfgang Puck. My wife and I planned our entire wedding, the vision was laid out, all AGED had to do was follow the blueprint and she failed miserably on our wedding day as well as once she was completely paid. AGED, did not support our vision, when we refused her recommendations she always allowed her feelings to get in the way. Her recommendations were always based on what her previous clients did or vendors they used. Andrea clearly didn’t understand the type of clients we were. We hire her as a day of wedding coordinator, she choose to jump in early this was not at our request. The key concept here is to know your clients.

It was a pleasure working with Andrea in the process of planning our wedding. It was a relief to have someone so experienced guiding us through the process so that nothing feel through the cracks and everything got done in time. We appreciated her help in designing our invitations – they looked nice and it saved us a lot of money. Andrea is quick to respond to emails and we remained calm knowing she was keeping all the balls in the air. We were hesitant to hire a planner at first, but I’m so glad we did because planning a wedding is a tremendous amount of work and it helped to have a professional balancing the burden with us.
Andrea’s day-of timeline was helpful, and she coordinated ahead of time with all the vendors to ensure that they knew where they should be and when. She also brought two assistants the day of and delegated responsibilities to them, so we could just focus on getting married and having fun. I don’t know what we would have done without Andrea – she kept the trains running on time, and helped in the months leading up to plan the wedding of our dreams. Best money you could spend on the whole wedding is on the planner, and pick Andrea if you do!
Andrea is fantastic at her job, and she was an invaluable part of making my wedding day absolutely amazing. In the 16 months we worked together, she far exceeded her expected duties, and her team was wonderful and attentive. There was absolutely nothing that I asked for that she did not figure out for me. Starting wedding planning I believed I was a laid back bride on a medium sized budget, during wedding planning I became a more particular bride on a tighter budget, and at the wedding, I became a full bridezilla with no money and wild demands. Andrea sailed through these versions of me with grace and patience; she met my high expectations and accepted my minute to minute schizophrenic meltdowns and apologies (I hope). She helped me choose my venue, dress, florist and more. Of the tiny things that did not go according to my very specific vision, most were due to my own lack of communication and inexperience, and without Andrea and her team, many disasters would have piled up.
On the day of, she was a champ. There weren’t enough twigs (twigs!) on my ceremony arch and she got them there in 20 min. They cleared my dinner, and I was hangry, she had a new plate for me in 30 seconds. The dance floor was too small, they moved tables. We were running late, she adjusted the timeline to keep things moving. She loaned us vases, candles, chargers from her own personal collection at no cost. She offered personal services from driving to flower arrangements, made signs, and more to help stay on budget.
If Andrea could have done anything better, it would only be to urge me to be more specific, so she could see inside my head, because there was nothing that I asked for that she could not deliver with precision. When she was left to fill the gaps of things I had not thought of or described to her, or unexpected issues, she stepped up and made it look perfect and effortless. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Andrea and her team were amazing!! I used Andrea and her team for day-of coordination services, and I'll be the first to admit that we asked a lot of Andrea and her team, and they delivered! She and her team did everything possible to make my husband and I happy, keep us calm and focused on each other on the big day, and took care of every detail that we had envisioned. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Andrea's services to others! She was extremely affordable when compared to other services in the DC metro area, she was responsive, accommodating, and fun to work with! Thank you, Andrea for helping to make our day so special!!! :-)
