. 3 months before the wedding, the ship staff had not communicated with Andreotti's, or us, for months, and when we finally were able to schedule a meeting we found out for the first time that the area where the ceremony was to be held was under construction. A month before the wedding it was clear that the area the ship wanted to hold the ceremony in was not suitable for setting up the cocktail hour and reception at the same time, and the ship wanted us to spend 30 minutes of the happy hour, at least, moving chairs and setting up instead. Maryann set them straight. The food was delicious, warm, and the passed apps and dessert table were incredible. Our guests raved about being sent home with their mini cheesesteaks all night. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with this caterer the weekend of June 24th, both days (Saturday and Sunday) at two different locations, with two different bouts of weather, and both times: I've never in 30 years experienced such kindness and devotion from a vendor towards their clients as I did with Sammi-Jo. Both times the people of Andreotti's stepped up to make sure our bridal clients received the best service possible, making sure the brides were pleased with their work, keeping in mind that our work as a florist was just as important. Sammi-Jo the following Monday took the time to call us (me) to thank me for working so well with them: that has never happened in 30 years (a vendor calling us to thank us!) THAT kind of devotion to "customer service" is a rare thing anymore, it's something I haven't seen since the late-80's and if this is a reflection of the kind of dedication and service these people give to their clients I'm pleased and honored to speak highly of them, along with their coordinator Sammi-Jo, and I wish them continual success in their future clientele. :)

ream wedding venue at Everly at Railroad. When we knew that we were booking with Everly, we were asked if we had any caterers in mind. We were a bit nervous because we didn’t really do much research in caterers at that time because we were so focused on the venue & our date. When we mentioned our experience with Sammi-Jo at that time, they made us feel at ease knowing that we would be in good hands. They were NOT WRONG. When we met Sammi-Jo & sat with her during our detail meetings, she was always so sweet, understanding, flexible, & quick with email/ phone responses. We knew in our hearts that we made the right decision. Looking back, everyone still continues to rave about the food and service at our wedding. Sami Jo was super attentive. I think my favorite thing was when we were hanging out at the hotel after party, got hungry, and started eating the late night bite grilled cheeses at 3 AM. Too good!!

Andreotti was extremely knowledgeable in customizing the dinner coursing, accommodating our desired family-style meal, and organizing the timeline for the reception. As there is no one-size-fits-all FAQ for every wedding, Sammi-Jo fielded all of our questions from confirming catering rental needs, to event layout suggestions, and catering logistics. We have had guests praising the food quality and service, both at the tables and at the bars. It was also great to see Andreotti ownership in attendance to make sure everything ran smoothly. A great, high quality meal was top of our list when it came to the catering company and Andreotti knocked it out of the park.

as pretty good but the chicken was dry. My main issues were with the following. 1) They only requested 1 tent which was set up prior to their arrival. When my husband arrived at the venue approximately 15 minutes before the ceremony, which is also when the guests were also arriving. The catering team was setting up a second tent. All the guests needed to walk by when entering, this should have been done hours prior. 2) Their tent looked like a bomb hit It and then left their area a mess. 3) You can NOT bring home any of your left overs, even though we just paid $25k for It. They claim it’s a state law but I reached out to other caterers that do outdoor weddings and they said that is not the case. This was in the contract, which I did clearly overlooked but I do feel should have been relayed to us verbally. 4) The bartenders were so rude. I heard from several guests that’s the bartenders had an attitude the entire night. 5) We had wedding planners that we hired to manage the entire event, Sammi Jo was trying to tell them when we should do our speeches and how we should manage the timeline. Meanwhile her and her team were hired solely for catering. 6) Sammi jo at no point was warm, overly friendly or went out of her way. We paid about $25,000. For that kind of money of money I would expect a lot more smiles and excellent customer service, which at no point did I feel we had. It’s unfortunate having to give a negative review and this is the only negative review I gave for my wedding. I would not recommend them solely based on their customer service.

as excellent and we were absolutely thrilled with everything. Also want to add a huge thank-you to Sammi-Jo for coordinating everything. We would’ve been completely lost without her, and she made the entire day run like clockwork. We would 100% use them for any catering needs going forward!

Our bridal attendant was so attentive and had everything there for us before we could even ask for it. We couldn't be more grateful for everything Sammi Jo and La Scala/Andreotti's did for us!
