a minute ago New From the beginning, the event coordinator Melissa had a terrible demeanor. She seemed very entitled and spoke as if she was doing us a favor. We called last Saturday and was able to schedule a tasting but there was miscommunication. I thought the tasting was for Wednesday but she called my partner and they agreed on Thursday. I was unaware so I called them myself and she told me they couldn’t do it Wednesday and had to do it Thursday instead. I know specifically the only day that doesn’t work for me is Thursday so I asked if they could squeeze us in today if not we’re gonna have to reschedule. She says, “look, you need to understand that we’re not a restaurant, you can’t just come and go”. I never implied they were a restaurant nor was I just going to come in that Wednesday, that is the reason why I gave them a call. I believe that comment was uncalled for and just supporting the fact that she wanted to feel superior. Then at the end of the phone call, she says “we don’t even do wedding tastings this time of year, we’re squeezing you in” I understand that they are busy but the way she goes about speaking is very demeaning and entitled. I wasn’t upset because I couldn’t get in for a tasting, I am upset about the way she speaks to me. I was calling to make sure we had the dates correct, not to demand a tasting that Wednesday. Then the next morning, I spoke to another caterer and I left Melissa a message to let her know I would like to cancel the tasting but she calls my partner instead of me. I thought that was very inappropriate because I’m the one who left the message and I’ve also left my number in that message. Therefore, this individual went out of her way to seek my partner’s number and call him to confirm. Her actions basically implied that my words are of lesser value. I believe from the beginning, she was just entitled and inappropriate.

Even our guests, who are the harshest of critics and picky eaters, are still talking about how excellent the food was! We couldn't have been happier to hear this! Melissa was a lifesaver and helped me with every detail beyond the caterer's duties! She ensured everything went smoothly, handling every detail with ease and professionalism so we could truly enjoy our day without worry. They were flexible, responsive, and dedicated to making our celebration unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their special event with fantastic food and outstanding service! If you are using a venue with tight turnarounds and many restrictions, they will ensure everything is executed flawlessly!

I don't even know where to begin, Andreotti's was exceptional and we would recommend them to everyone. Not only was their food amazing but their staff were exceptional. As the bride and groom we always had a drink in our hand and food easily accessible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams which we did and it wouldn't have been possible without them. The traveled from New Jersey to Macungie PA. Everyone at our wedding couldn't stop raving about the food and service therefore we would definitely use them again and recommend. They brought everything needed, set up, services during cocktail hour and dinner and cleaned up once completed. The communication from the very first tasting until 10pm of the wedding was exceptional and we can't express our gratitude enough.

Is it possible to give them 10 stars? They took care of everything and as the bride, I didn't have to worry or think of anything! The food, service, thoughtfulness, and coordination was incredible!
