HANDS DOWN, BEST filet mignon me, my husband, and guests have ever had. Terry was a pleasure to work with. My family could not stop raving how good the food was. I had the shrimp and grits, bbq sliders, and pear bruschetta as appetizers that were served during cocktail hour. We had a plated dinner of chicken picatta and filet mignon where there wasn't a crumb from either to be found. I hope to book them again for future events! Can't say enough positive things about Terry and her team. On time, polite, professional, perfection! My husband wants the recipe for the gravy that was on the filet. Lol

I started my journey with Andrews almost 6 months before the wedding. The first young lady I worked with, Ashley, was amazing. When I learned she would be on maternity leave, it was bittersweet as I knew the next person wouldn't fill her shoes. After multiple emails, I finally was able to connect with her replacement. Nothing was as simple or happy as it was before. I constantly had to follow up on things and reiterate my wishes. Fast forward to the day before my wedding when I was notified they may not be able to fold the napkins they way I requested. Again, the day before the wedding. I had specific color requests for my linens and those weren't honored either. When I asked for a navy linen on the DJ table, I got white instead. Then on my wedding day, the bar tending staff was not prepared for the cocktail hour. A family member of mine had to retrieve a wine key out of their car so the staff could open the wine we provided for cocktail hour. Then, they didn't even have a cash box for the items on the cash bar. I specifically asked for the beer and wine we provided to be served during cocktail hour, or until it was gone and then switch to complete cash bar. After sitting for dinner I learned they quit serving it, so I immediately requested the remaining be brought to me so I could distribute the remaining items to my bridal/grooms party. Later I learned to avoid me knowing at the wedding one of my friends tried to address these errors and make them better so I didn't worry. To her dismay one of the bartenders was not the friendliest in helping her. In addition, my guests complained about his attitude throughout the night. I continue to learn about more disappointments from my guests now that I am back from my honeymoon and we are catching up. I emailed Terry three days after my wedding on March 23 addressing my concerns. I followed up with her again on the 30th. She still had no answers. I finally get an email yesterday stating she was sorry for my disappointment and the staff has been addressed and she hoped this would feedback would help guests in the future. My advice: Try their restaurant out first, see if you are treated well by the staff and you like their food. Request price quotes and compare to others and read reviews from others. When the time gets closer, ask to have a meeting with the person who will actually be working at your wedding and the catering contact. Not saying don't use them, but don't expect anything more than average and if they screw up understand a simple sorry is all you will get. For my guests their experience and how there were treated was enough for them to form their own opinions and from what I am hearing most aren't good. My wedding night turned out as close to perfect as it could be but it was disappointing to hear of the problems afterwards.

Everyone knows how important food is at a wedding right?!?!? We have all been to one where the food wasn't good and that is all anyone could talk about. Well I was on a mission to not be another statistic and took the advice of my wedding planner- to meet with Andrews Catering. I had a menu already in mind and they took it and RAN with it- to a fantastic place. We were thrilled at our tasting and couldn't wait for everyone to taste what we had tasted. I remember everyone telling us that we won't even have a chance to eat at our wedding. Well- they obviously didn't know how good the food was going to be because we made it a point to eat every single thing they prepared. The reviews were fantastic from all guests. We had a large group from Tampa and one of our menu items was paella. I am sure they may have snickered and thought- "sure, this should be good coming out of North Florida". They ate their words right along with the Paella! We heard it was the best they ever had! The staff was professional, courteous, on top of cleaning, removing, replenishing, packing up! All things expected- they excelled in. I would highly recommend them for any event!

We heard about Andrews Catering at a Tallahassee bridal show. We met Ashley and some of the staff at the show, and sampled some of the many hor d'oeuvres they offer as part of their catering menu. We followed up with Ashley a few days later, and immediately booked Andrews for our daughter's wedding reception (outdoor event @ Southwood Plantation House). We found Ashley to be very engaging and helpful. She helped us with everything from choosing linens and china to selecting specific appetizers and entrees for the reception. All of the food was excellent, the servers were professional and everything from setup to breakdown/cleanup was prompt. We and our guests judged the reception to be a complete success, and many of our friends (and the bride's/groom's friends) are still talking and texting about it. Andrews catering was awesome! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, the food was great, and they helped set and clean everything up for us! Ashley with Andrews was such a pleasure to work with!

I chose every vendor very carefully for my wedding. I contacted several potential caterer's and did not receive a prompt, friendly yet professional, and information-filled response from ANY of the other caterers. Ashley Chaney answered all of my questions from day one. I had no red flags about Andrew's or the service they would provide. The quality of service did not change after contracts were signed and payments received... They continued to be right there answering even the silliest of questions that I had. My wedding day was a dream - a true fairy tale come true - and Andrew's was part of that. Every guest that I spoke to ranted and RAVED about how good the food was! We had a southern comfort food style buffet complete with shrimp and grits that melted in your mouth, fresh fried chicken (literally fried at our venue), collard greens, the best mac and cheese you'll ever have, watermelon, and more! We got so much food for a fantastic price. It wasn't just the quality of food that blew us away, though, but the quality of the services provided, too. The food service and bar service staff served the entire event with great attitudes and smiles. Our guests loved interacting with them. Andrew's Catering was a true blessing on our wedding day. It was far better than the average business transaction experience with other vendors - they made it an extremely positive and personal experience.

I would like to say that Andrews catering did an amazing job catering food for my wedding. The cocktail hour food was great and the main course was amazing! Guest raved about the Banana pudding desert. If I am ever asked about food catering in the Tallahassee area I would definitely refer Andrew's Catering!

Andrew's Catering did an excellent job catering our February 1st wedding. Ashley is so helpful and friendly, and was able to answer all of my many questions! We loved Andrew's food, and the added benefit of being able to go through them to rent other materials (linens, dishes, dance floor, chairs for the ceremony, etc.). The night of our wedding, the presentation of our food was beautiful and we got so many compliments from guests. Thanks for helping to make our wedding such a perfect night, Ashley!

Andrews Catering did a fantastic job on our wedding! I loved the personal service that they gave my husband and I along with our friends and family. Our guest enjoyed the food and stated that the serving staff was very friendly and accommodating! We were able to order good quality food for a great price to serve a plated dinner for our guest. We were so happy to find a catering company that had a better price for a plated dinner then for a buffet meal at other companies.So if you are looking for really good food for a great price, I encourage you to try Andrews Catering! Trust me you won't regret it!

My daughter and her fiance decided on having their wedding reception at the FSU Alumni Center after meeting with Ashley and viewing the lovely ballroom, courtyard and historic house. We had no reservations about Andrew's Catering due to their excellant reputation, and put all our confidence in Ashley as our Event Director. There were many details and the staff kept us calm from start to finish, with extra touches that we hadn't even thought of! It is a gorgeous venue with delicious food, and superb service. As the M.O.B. I felt informed of cost/budget and complete cooperation of Andrew's and the Alumni Center.

This vendor was so great because we not only got our food and drink, but the tables, linens, and china. Ashley Chaney is one of the event managers and she was such a pleasure to work with! She is organized, friendly, professional, and always available. She made the wedding planning process even more fun! We used them for both the rehearsal and the wedding and we were not disappointed! My only complaint would be with the servers at the wedding... they just stood there and did not put food on plates. That was a little frustrating since it was buffet but people were supposed to be served. The bartender, Beau Scanlon, was a huge hit! He made sure everyone was happy and even saved us a bottle to take back to our room for the wedding night!

The food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. They made our wedding smooth and worry free. Everyone loved the food!

As an out-of-town bride, I did significant research into catering options in Tallahassee. After reaching out to several major vendors in the area, my fiance and I settled on Andrew's Catering. They were the only caterer that agreed to set up a tasting for us when we visited. Ashley Chaney at Andrew's Catering is phenomenal. Through the course of half a year, she was prompt with emails and phone calls. My family is Chinese and my fiance is from Florida, and so we wanted a fusion reception, with fresh seafood and barbecue grilled on site. Ashley went above and beyond to create this custom menu for us. The food was incredible. My aunts each ate over 2 dozen oysters while most of my fiance's side indulged in the BBQ. You can't go wrong with Andrew's Catering and ask for Ashley. She also set up our candy bar, even going as far as renting the candy jars for us. She and her team made our wedding so much less stressful...thank you and we highly recommend Andrew's Catering!

I used Andrew's for the food service and bartending at my wedding in March. Ashley Chaney was amazing to work with and I got lots of compliments on the food we chose for our outdoor wedding. The servers and bartending staff was also great. I highly recommend!!

Andrews far exceeded my expectations for the reception. The food was excellent, the staff was wildly helpful, and there was a full staff of waitresses helping clear peoples plates and give people water. I could not be more impressed. Thanks!! If I ever need another event catered, Andrews it where I will turn to!

Not only were they very easy to work with, they worked hard to get everything you want exactly right! I got a ton of compliments on the food at our reception! And the service couldn't be matched!
