Andria Leigh Events, and more specifically our planner, Jessica Shapiro, truly deserve a 10 out of 5 star rating. I don’t even know where to begin with this gal who went above and beyond to design and plan three (yes, three!) versions of our wedding day. We started working with Jessica in 2019 and she planned a ~150 person wedding for September 2020 at the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco. When we inevitably had to cancel that wedding due to COVID, Jessica contacted all of our vendors and handled their refund policies without us even asking. She is the best advocate and made the entire experience so seamless. Afterwards, we were a little emotionally overwhelmed and put a pause on wedding planning - Jessica kept checking in on us to genuinely see how we were doing and never pressured us to resume. After some time, we pivoted to a beach side elopement that Jessica fully designed and planned, but we eventually abandoned that due to COVID concerns. When the timing felt better, we pivoted again to a ~5 person SF City Hall elopement. Yet again, Jessica planned a perfect wedding for us. The entire process was so chill and easy. With a wedding that small, all your vendors become such a big part of the day. Jessica is incredibly well-connected and helped us select the chillest crew of talented ladies (photographer, hair/makeup, florals), all of whom brought the right energy to our celebration. The day of, Jessica arrived with coffees, breakfast, and chic, clear umbrellas (rain had appeared on the forecast the day before) for us and our vendors. She helped us navigate all of the processes at city hall. She had secured reservations at our desired brunch spot beforehand as well. The entire day was so relaxing and seamless. In summary, Jessica is an organized powerhouse with a whole lot of heart and compassion. I’m so incredibly grateful for this planning decision and highly recommend her to anyone else – you cannot ask for a better planner and friend.

I couldn't have had a better experience with Andria Leigh Events! I worked with Jessica and she was so wonderful. She was so helpful with design, timeline and making sure I was completing everything I needed to without ever feeling overwhelmed. Jessica shared beautiful design templates, had amazing seating tools and kept us so organized. She was really instrumental leading up to the day, but she was absolutely amazing on the day of! She made me feel so calm, her team was flawless in setting everything up and coordinating with the other vendors. Even my family and wedding party raved about how sweet and organized she was. This review for ALE is long overdue! Hiring a partial planner was one of the first things we did— and I’m so glad we chose Andria and her team. Jessica was our lead planner and was truly one of the sweetest and most genuine people to work with. Our original wedding date was scheduled for May 2020, which we rescheduled just two months before. She was flexible with us when trying to come up with a second date (and ultimately a third) and was very kind and reassuring amidst the uncertainty and stress of the pandemic. Jessica reached out to all the vendors we secured and ensured that we found a date where they were all available. When we picked up planning after our hiatus, she was so organized and on top of everything— she worked with us on finalizing all the nitty gritty details and gave me tasks that I could complete on my own. She also comforted me when I struggled with some personal issues close to the wedding date. Like I said, Jessica really is one of the best people in the business, and one that truly feels like a friend! The only downside is that she was unable to execute our wedding on the day-of due to some unforeseen circumstances, which was such a bummer after almost two years of planning together. However, Andria stepped in and handled everything without a hitch and we had a pretty perfect day. Our friends and family are still raving about how elegant and beautiful the evening was! Do yourself a favor and hire ALE if you need a wedding planner— we recommend them without hesitation! Thank you Jessica and Andria!!

Andria was so amazing to work with and is the sweetest person ever! We started working with her a few months before COVID hit and unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding, which was originally set for August 30, 2020. We also had to make a complete venue change due to the fires that happened up in Sonoma County and some vendor changes as well. Andria was there for us and supported us 100% through it all and definitely helped make these big changes a lot less stressful! She helped us with all of our vendors, handling a lot of the communication, figuring out the next steps, making sure we were on track with everything and that all of the contracts were updated, and just having everything go as smoothly as possible. We really appreciate Andria for being so patient and super understanding the entire time and Jessica, the Senior Lead Planner, for stepping in and helping us as well while Andria was on maternity leave! We’re so grateful that everything ended up working out. We found the perfect location, Blanco Urban Venue, in downtown San Jose and got married on August 1, 2021! Throughout the whole planning process, Andria and Jessica were super easy to communicate with, very professional, really organized, and understood my vision completely! I was so happy to see everything come together the day of. It was so perfect, exactly what we had envisioned, and the most magical day ever. We can’t get over it! The ALE team did such a great job coordinating everything from the rehearsal to the day of the wedding. We’re so grateful to have found Andria Leigh Events! They helped make our dream come true and we truly can’t thank them enough!!

Andria and Jessica began planning our wedding a little over a year and we decided to go with the full wedding planning package, no regrets and I highly recommend it. From the details of the napkins to helping you find, hire, and communicate with all of the vendors they make it such a stress free process. Essentially, Andria and Jessica helped make our COVID wedding into dream. Andria and Jessica are so well connected to some great vendors and I recommend following their guidance on who to trust when hiring various vendors and if any stepped out of line these ladies knew how to express it in the most professional way. They were both so patient with us when we kept changing the design vision and they did an amazing job adjusting based on our needs. On the day of the wedding Andria was not able to be present as she just gave birth to her beautiful daughter a few weeks earlier. So Jessica stepped in and did not miss a beat. Jessica was able to manage any type of stress that came her way and maintain a smile on her face throughout the event. 2 months after my wedding and I still have friends and family reaching out and describing how awe struck they were from all aspects of the wedding and I have Andria and Jessica to thank for that. Don't hesitate and just books these ladies for you damn wedding!

As the mother of the bride living a couple thousand miles away I felt at ease knowing my daughter’s fairytale wedding was in such capable hands. When I met Jessica I couldn’t have been more impressed. And then when the wedding date finally arrived it was magical. So organized. So well thought out. So well done. Bravo!

Whenever anyone asks us if we recommended hiring a wedding planner (and especially Andria Leigh Events) , we answer with a resounding, "YES!!!" Our photographer pointed us to ALE, noting that in "all of her years shooting, they ran the most flawless wedding" she had ever attended (and they did just that, and then some). ALE was worth their weight in gold, and was easily one of the best hires we made for our wedding vendor team. And, a BIG shout out to our lead planner Jessica Shapiro-- not only did she help create and run the wedding of my dreams, but she kept me calm during the wedding planning process (...even when we had to change our seating chart 48 hours before the wedding), was always accessible to my constant questions, worked to advocate on my behalf during stressful vendor meetings, and SO much more. Not only do myself and my husband continue to swoon over our day, but so do our friends and family. They have raved about our wedding and ALE in particular, noting how thoughtful every small detail was that ALE ensured to have put in place. I could write a novel about this team and all they provided for our wedding, because they are that incredible. Hiring ALE will be one of the best decisions you make (outside of saying "yes" to your fiance).

Where to even start.... Andria is an incredibly talented, smart, driven, organized, beautiful and kind human. We were supposed to be married in Dec 2020 but had to postpone to May 2021. Throughout the entire experience, Andria was there for us. She was on top of everything and helped us through the rescheduling process. She nailed our theme when it was supposed to be a winter wedding and when we postponed to spring, she continued to amaze us with her ideas. She got to know us so well that I could not have imagined a wedding that was more on-brand for us. She was a constant source of calm for me and my husband throughout the planning process. I honestly do not know how we could have done it without her. Andria pulled in Jessica from her team when Andria was in her third trimester. Andria and Jessica were incredible throughout the wedding weekend. They went above and beyond. I am SO grateful to Andria for showing up throughout the weekend and prepping me to walk down the aisle despite being 9 months pregnant. She and her team are rockstars and I truly cannot recommend them enough. You will not regret hiring ALE. They are the best planners out there. Thank you for everything, Andria. Our experience with ALE was nothing short of amazing. With such uncertain times, we had a more intimate wedding and Andria and her team made our day so magical. Everyone told me how crazy and stressful planning a wedding was, but in all honesty, I never felt stressed... Every question was answered, every need was met, and Andria couldn't have made anything seem more perfect and effortless. Andria--I am incredibly grateful for you! Honestly, my wedding would not have happened without Andria and her team, Bailey and Savannah. The Tuesday before my wedding my house burned down with my dress, the rings, and our two dogs inside. When I called Andria to let her know she was amazing and gracious and gave us time to make the decision to move forward with the wedding. Unbeknownst to me she called my insurance company, for the special event insurance, and filed a claim on our behalf. She decorated the event space for the bridal shower with beautiful flower arrangements and vases she purchased herself, which I got to keep. We ended up having the wedding and it was beautiful. Between her team and coordination with the wedding party I had very little to do with preparations to replace the dress, rings, decorations, and gifts we had in the house. In the months leading up to the wedding, Andria handled all communication with vendors and the design of the wedding. She was extremely helpful in every stage of the planning process. Hands down, absolutely book her and her team for your wedding. I did the full package and it was the best decision I made in the planning process. We also booked Andria in late 2019 and booked our venue in January 2020. We did not have to move our date due to our April 2021 date but she was knowledgeable about all changes and requirements during that time period. Thank you. This doesn't come close to all Andria and her team did but the day was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better support.

It is a true honor to be able to share my experience with Andria Leigh Events and my wonderful Wedding Planner, Jessica Shapiro. I am a COVID bride and pre-pandemic, struggled with the idea of hiring a planner when I LOVE planning events. However, it was the single best decision I made other than saying yes to my husband's proposal. This team invested more of their time, hearts, and emotions into my wedding than I would have ever imagined or asked for. When having to postpone, re-plan, negotiate, and continue to maintain focus on my wedding, Jessica was their the entire way. She found a way to empathize with our emotions in a way that was so genuine and validating. She gave us space when we needed it, she was gave us the right amount of options to help us focus, and she nudged us in a way that made sure we didn't continue to drag our feet. Our wedding was everything we wanted and we attribute much of that to Jessica's ability to understand our vision and find the vendors and details that would make that come to life. Love this team and would recommend them to EVERY couple I encounter.

I can't recommend this planning company highly enough. Jessica (our lead planner) played an integral role in making sure I didn't lose my mind in 2020 after a pandemic blew up our wedding. The original plan was for 270 people in May 2020 and we had that wedding all planned out-- and then COVID happened. Both Jessica and Andria were entirely supportive and resourceful when it came to essentially replanning the entire event for a small group. I work in operations and therefore really appreciated the agendas emailed ahead of time, clear action items, and timely follow up. Planning a wedding can feel like having a part-time job to come home to after your regular job, but working with Jessica felt more like chatting with a friend who happens to know a whole lot about weddings. She and Andria handled the communication with our many vendors, shielding me from a lot of the back and forth. They also served as our advocate and educated me when I wasn't sure if an agreement seemed industry-standard. It's also worth noting that they both have impeccable taste and an eye for design (while I do not). So when I sent them a Pinterest board and asked them to pick the table scapes, they sent me some perfect options and I just nodded and off they went! As a bride, decision fatigue is real, so I really appreciated their recommendations. After so many cancelled events, disappointment, and ambiguity, Andria Leigh Events managed to make our actual wedding day entirely stress-free. Their day-of staff was supportive, punctual, and professional. If people were running around on my wedding day, I had no idea. Thank you so much, Andria Leigh Events! I would give Andria Leigh Events more than a 5 STAR rating if I could. The reason for this rating is due to the exceptional service we got from Jessica Shapiro, a "Lead Planner" who worked with us from beginning to end. Due to all the difficulties everyone has experienced with the Year 2020, our wedding was rescheduled three times and the third and final time gave us less than a month to plan! Jessica came in and ran the show. Her organization and feedback was amazing. She found every vendor for us (flowers, cake, caterer, DJ, string trio, tent, elegant outdoor furniture, linens, outdoor restroom for vendors, and more). She is a tiny, little girl with a LOT of gusto and a sweet personality to go with it. If you choose Andria Leigh Events ask if Jessica is available - you will not be disappointed! Thanks - Mumsy!!

What a beautiful job Andria Leigh Events did executing Lianna & Barrett's vision for their wedding! As the parents of the groom, hosting the event on our property, I am sincere in saying that the work that Andria Leigh Events did was instrumental in creating a wonderful experience for all of us. Barrett & Liana's wedding was one of the best days of our lives, due in no small part to Andria & Jessica. We were so fortunate to to get to work closely with Jessica throughout the wedding planning process. She is organized, thoughtful, competent, detail oriented, and one of the sweetest and nicest people I've met in along time. I would highly recommend her and Andria Leigh Events!

We barely saw Andria on the wedding day - that's how good she is. Andria and her team were prepared, communicated with all of our vendors clearly, and took care of all the nitty gritty items that we didn't want to deal with the day-of. No matter how prepared we felt we were (I am an event producer- we were very prepared), there are always more decisions to be made on the day, and she had the good sense and taste to make those calls keeping our vision in mind and prioritizing our wedding-day experience over everything else. We only needed her day-of services, but I imagine she would be equally if not more impressive planning the whole shebang. We highly, highly recommend ALE.

ANDRIA IS A TOTAL ROCKSTAR! From day one, she made wedding planning SO enjoyable, so seamless, so organized, and so easy! She gave excellent advice, she created an awesome timeline that helped me stay on track with all the planning, she helped bring my vision to life, she gave insightful suggestions when I needed them, and she was the biggest help throughout the whole wedding planning process. Andria and her team were amazing from start to finish, I'd recommend any couple work with them! We hired her for partial planning before we had booked any vendors or our venue. We worked with Andria directly through the whole process. Top three words to describe Andria (and her team): Calm, organized, and kind. YOU WANT TO WORK WITH THEM (and be friends). I found Andria through instagram and reached out on her website. She responded quickly then, just like she did throughout our planning process. After talking to her on the phone and then in person, we were excited to hire her. She was living in the Bay Area at the time, and told us as we made the decision that she was moving to Austin. Her calm demeanor made us trust her, and we knew she could help plan our wedding from afar. I was having a lot of trouble figuring out the venue and Andria immediately helped us whittle down my list of 100+ venues to 10 that made sense for us, and prepared us for venue visits. She recommended one that we immediately knew was "the one". Throughout the rest of planning, she was great at recommending a variety of vendors when she knew I wanted options, or sending through 1 trusted vendor when she knew it was lower priority for us. ALL of the vendors that Andria recommended were great and easy to work with. When designing the details of the day, it was also easy to trust Andria's aesthetic choices, and I'm so glad we did! The month of, Andria reduced my stress by answering all of my last-minute panic questions, taking on all of coordination with vendors, and generally being a calming and positive influence. She had worksheets for me to fill out that made me think of things I hadn't before, and helped to organized all of our checklists and items that needed to be brought to the venue. On the day of, Andria and her team had everything setup for us while we were getting ready. She dropped by my hotel and me and my maids were calmed by her presence. Everyone was very attentive and kind on the day of, they brought us snacks right after "i do" and kept everything running smoothly so we could enjoy the day. Our wedding was amazing and we owe it all to Andria!

There simply aren't enough words to express how much we have loved working with Andria. We started working with her halfway through our engagement and I wish we had hired her from the first week we got engaged! Everything has been absolutely seamless and her kindness makes her a joy to work with. Every time we talk, it's as if I'm talking with a friend. She is always honest and has the best ideas and advice, and is so organized! I can easily lose track of details and time, so she has been a blessing in making sure we're staying on track! We had a few bumps with our venue due to unprecedented construction, and she was the calming and reassuring voice while we worked through the kinks. Then 3 weeks before our wedding date in April, we had to make the difficult decision to postpone due to COVID-19. Her kindness and professionalism during this time, helping us to make that decision, was the light during a lot of uncertainty and stress. After we made that final decision, she handled all of the vendors and had new contracts and agreements to us within a day. It was a hard decision, but it was an easy transition and it is ALL thanks to Andria! We now have a new date in the fall, and I feel so at ease knowing we have the best wedding planner to guide us through. Wedding planning can be full of hard decisions, but hiring Andria will not be one of them! We absolutely adore her and can't wait to continue working with her!

I don’t even know where to begin...hiring ALE for our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. Working with Andria was a dream and I could go on for days but I’ll sum it up with a few points: 1) Organization: Andria was so organized and there was never a doubt in my mind that she had everything covered. Even with my rather “control-freak” personality, I trusted Andria from the very beginning as she exudes credibility, professionalism, and you just trust that she has it handled. Her team even provided me a project management tool that we worked from to ensure we were checking all the boxes. On the big day I felt such a sense of peace and wasn't stressed at all because I knew everything was taken care of by Andria and her team. I can’t tell you how many people came up after our wedding and commented on how smooth everything at the event felt. 2) Creativity and Flexibility: I absolutely love Andria’s style and connected with it instantly. Our wedding was modern yet warm and all of Andria's creative little details and touches made the wedding come to life. We had a rather large wedding but it still felt very intimate and cozy which is exactly the vibe we were going for. One of the best parts of working with Andria is she strikes this perfect balance of letting you see your vision through and providing her honest opinion when you want it. As a bride, there’s so many times when people just agree with everything you say but I loved that I could look at Andria and be like “friend to friend, what do you think?”, and she would give me that honest, friend answer. We also have a crazy large family/big wedding and no matter what came up, Andria and her team adapted and were super flexible. 3) Personalization: Each time I talked with Andria, I felt like I was the only bride she was working with (which was definitely not true). Andria remembered my family members names and such small details that the whole experience felt so personalized to us. Andria went above and beyond and was a part of our entire engagement season...pre-wedding photo shoots, catering appointments, rehearsal dinner, and of course the actual wedding day. We also became friends throughout this process and I am so grateful we get to continue our friendship. I could honestly write an entire novel about Andria and her team and they deserve a million stars. Hiring ALE will be the best decision you make, without a doubt. Deciding to work with Andria as our coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. My only regret is that we didn't hire her earlier for Full Service Planning! I'm a pretty type A organized person myself, so finding a coordinator was actually one of the harder vendors for us to nail down, as I felt like I was more organized than the people we were interviewing! From the start, the feeling I got with Andria was totally different. It was easy to be confident in her. Working with Andria is a joy. She is super responsive, and will of course offer her best suggestions but I appreciated that she will also never pressure you into something you don't want to do. Throughout the process I felt like she would support whatever decisions I made and execute it to a tee. Friends & family kept telling me to expect things to go wrong on my wedding day, so I was a little shocked when Andria and her team pulled it off without a hitch. Even with a somewhat complicated venue flip from ceremony to reception, everything was perfect. If anything didn't go to plan, I have no idea! Not only are her logistics & execution amazing, but I also absolutely love her design sensibility. Even though we only had her on as a coordinator, she was happy to offer guidance on our design choices and I was so glad to have her in our corner on that. The value she brought here surprised me, and makes me wish that we had brought her on earlier as a planner. When we were in the early stages of planning, we balked at the cost of Full Service Planners and decided to "do it ourselves", but if you have room in your budget for this, I think it would totally be worth it.

Hiring Andria for our wedding was the first and best decision we made throughout the whole planning process. She went above and beyond to get to know us, find a dream team of vendors and spent the whole weekend making sure everything went off without a hitch. Her taste is impeccable - every detail she selected, from florals to place settings, was just what I wanted. As our plans changed, she was incredibly responsive, adaptable and full of ideas for how to make our wedding special. She not only worked with me and my mom on the ceremony and reception, but also with my mother -in-law to plan our rehearsal dinner. From the first vendor load-in on Friday morning to the last song on Saturday night, she and her team were a constant presence throughout the weekend. Countless guests and members of our bridal party said they had never been to a more well-run wedding. I was sad to say goodbye to her at the end of the night! The whole ALE team made all of our wedding more special than I could have imagined. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I can't imagine what it would have been like to plan a wedding without Andria. As the mother of the bride it was great how Andria helped us create my daughter's dream while still thinking about and planning lesser elements of the day. I like to think I have good ideas and can handle most anything but Andria not only she came up with even more ideas for us, she also took care of everything,big and small, which enabled me to enjoy every single minute of the day and feel calm during the planning process. I almost wish I had another daughter so we could do plan another wedding together!

I can not say enough good things about Andria and ALE! What an amazing team to work with. Andria is everything you want in a planner- Resourceful, calm, approachable, creative and fun! Andria and her team (huge shoutout to Jessica!!) were the best decision we made when planning our rustic outdoor wedding! My husband and I are terrible at planning and they were always on top of everything, sending us gentle reminders to make decisions (and taking over decision making as needed). They made the planning process much less stressful, were completely available to chat via email, text or phone as needed, made great timelines and handled all of the stressful communication. They were patient with family members' questions and completely tailored our experience to exactly what we wanted. I know they had to have had other weddings they were working on but I felt like the only bride in the world while working with them! Our wedding turned out exactly as we wanted and I know that would not have been possible without the amazing work done by Jessica and the rest of the team. After the wedding my husband and I kept saying how much we were going to miss her! Jessica was so sweet and down to earth, she felt like part of the family. Andria Leigh Events gave us the authentic, genuine experience that we really craved in a nontraditional (rustic!) setting. If you are overwhelmed with planning and making decisions (like I was), and want a beautiful and fun wedding (who doesn't?!) you really can't go wrong with them.

What's the worst nightmare planning for an outdoor wedding? Rain! Andria planned my son's wedding down to the minute!! As soon as the outdoor ceremony is over, refreshments are done, she prepared and had all the guests go indoors for dinner. As soon as everyone sat down, it started pouring!! But, after dinner, rain stopped. And, Andria prepared the most romantic after-dinner party away from the dining room. She could not have made it more perfect!

I highly recommend Andria and her team for your wedding. There were so many complicated, moving parts to our wedding, but I had zero stress because of Andria's organization, excellent communication, thoroughness, and professionalism. We immediately knew we could trust her and her vision to make our day beautiful & magical. She went way above and beyond what we expected from a coordinator/planner. Hiring Andria was one of the best decisions we made while preparing for our wedding. After first meeting with her, Andria was helpful, prepared, and full of great advice. She helped us every step of the way to make our big day as easy as possible. Her best quality is her flexibility and honesty. If you're looking for a seamless wedding day that is even better than what you've dreamed up, and a wedding planner that doubles as your favorite girlfriend, Andria's your girl. My husband and I first met Andria through friends and we all immediately clicked. When we began our wedding planning adventure, it was clear that there was really only one choice when it came to deciding on our coordinator. We knew Andria would do an incredible job and she definitely exceeded expectations. We planned our wedding from a distance (we're in San Francisco and were married in Santa Barbara), so it was important that we had a planner who understood and could execute our vision despite not have easy access to our venues and vendors. Andria understood this and took the helm with grace and professionalism. With an out-of-town wedding on her books, Andria quickly made a lasting impression on all of our vendors who (unsurprisingly) all worked exceptionally well together. Andria's style, grace, organizational skills, professionalism, and poise speak for themselves. Above all, it was lovely to be treated like family. We absolutely loved working with Andria! Andria was an absolutely AMAZING wedding planner! My husband and I had our wedding in my parent's backyard and so we needed some serious help with planning and follow through. Andria was able to pull everything together to create an absolutely seamless wedding. She is incredibly attentive to detail and made sure that our vision (even when we weren't quite sure what our vision was) was carried out to perfection! We worked with Andria for almost 2 years planning the wedding and she made the entire process stress free and fun! We can't recommend Andria enough and will absolutely be using her for any big events in the future.

Andria made our day so special & personalized - we couldn't have done it without her! Andria is amazing! Seriously, do not hesitate to hire her to help you execute your big day, because she will absolutely crush it. I had a feeling from the first time I spoke with Andria that she would pull everything off without a hitch, and she did just that (only better than I could have imagined). Andria did the month-of coordination for our ~80 person wedding that had some unique challenges (all outdoor venue with multiple sites, transportation required, extra bathrooms required, etc.). Throughout the whole process, she was incredibly responsive over both email and text messages, supportive of our non-traditional ideas, and even helped us with design decisions when we were totally lost. I always felt like she had everything under control leading up to the day of the wedding, and the actual day-of was no different. Everything was set up beautifully, she herded our family and friends throughout the venue in a kind but firm manner, all while she was handling some mishaps with our transportation company that I only found out about after the fact. Having planned events for my company in the past, I know how much work this can be, and Andria made it all look easy. Andria is absolutely AMAZING! I met her through another wedding vendor and knew immediately I wanted to book her for our wedding. She was more than accommodating with every meeting we had and made other suggestions that worked out even better than I had imagined. When we started working with them, they made me feel like I was the only bride they were working with (and I know they had like 10 others ).
