We hired Andrias to be our wedding planner for our February wedding. It was a very positive experience and my husband and I got to know her not only professionally but personally. She kept in constant contact with us throughout our wedding planning process and we met several times in person. She was able to help us articulate our vision for our wedding as well as help us with all the wedding details that most people wouldn’t even consider. She was helpful in trying to place us with vendors that she was familiar with, such as cake, band, etc. All her recommendations worked out great and it was reassuring to know that she had worked with the vendors before. She was instrumental in problem-solving in the weeks leading up to the wedding and we felt like we had someone who was committed to making sure no problem interfered with our big day. One instance that stands out was that a week before the wedding we found out there was going to be some hideous art exhibits directly in front of the area that our ceremony and head table were going to be placed. She was able to communicate with the venue quickly, and after realizing it was going to be a fixture and not something we could move, she arranged a draping company to come in and put up beautiful drapes to hide them for our ceremony. This was most helpful, especially since a week before the wedding I am already stressed out, having that issue solved took some of that off my shoulders. She handled everything so calmly and professionally every step of the way. She also found time to check-in with us on a personal level to ask us how we were feeling and if there was anything else she could be doing to make the days and weeks leading up to our wedding better. She was instrumental in creating and arranging a schedule of events and kept in touch with all the vendors so that the evening was meticulously planned out. Everyone knew exactly when and where they needed to be and flowed like clockwork. She was also most helpful the day of the wedding, where me and my wedding party could just relax and trust that all was going to be taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about setting up tables or transporting flowers or anything, and our guests were free to only be guests. We’ve been a part of many wedding where little things pop up at the last minute and friends and family have to run various last-minute errands, but in this case everyone was able to focus on the enjoying the festivities. Even though our wedding was logistically demanding (our ceremony and reception were in the same space and required a very labor-intensive room flip), she brought in extra help to assist without raising the cost noticeably. All around she was also very affordable and we couldn’t believe how much extra effort and attention we received for such a reasonable price. My husband and I were not trying to spend a million-billion dollars on our wedding so being able to afford that luxury and not worry about getting it all done ourselves (if you have ever been party to a purely DIY wedding it is extremely stressful and involved) and we really got a chance to sit-back and enjoy our day. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
