I will never stop talking about how amazing Angelia is! She has thought of absolutely everything needed to make a wedding flawless and we are SO appreciative of all the work she put into our wedding and all the kindness she showed us over the entire planning process. She day-of-coordinated our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and our wedding day and each event was absolutely perfect. Having her there took so much stress and anxiety away as she has such a calming presence. I absolutely recommend adding coordination for your rehearsal dinner, even if it is a low key event she makes sure you get everything you want from it and keeps everything running smoothly so you don't have to think about anything! It is so obvious that she knows what she is doing and we are so grateful for her! Some of our family and friends got to know her as well since she was with us for two days, and they have all commented to me how kind she is and how hard she works to ensure the bride and groom are able to relax and enjoy the day! Angelia is truly a gem! Working with her as my day of coordinator for my wedding was a breeze from start to finish. She eased any fears or doubts that I had about planning my big day. She was always easy to communicate with, and answered any and all questions that my family, now husband, or I had quickly and thoroughly. She made sure our wedding day went perfectly and I will never forget how glad I was to have her calming presence in the building that day. We hired Angelia to be our day of wedding coordinator, and I couldn't recommend her more! She was ALWAYS available to answer my questions leading up to the wedding. About a month before my wedding, she began working with my other vendors to coordinate arrival times and create an in-depth schedule for the day. Lia was also able to help us with additional clean up the next day for a very modest fee and gave us the holy grail of wedding emergency kits to use on the day of our wedding! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Our wedding day certainly wouldn't have run as smoothly as it did without her help. Lia handled everything on the day of the wedding, setting up beforehand, getting us down the aisle, ushering guests around, and maintaining our vendors who were onsite. As a bride, I was finally able to relax while I got ready and was able to enjoy a magical night knowing Lia had the rest handled. Lia kept us, and our guests on schedule without being pushy. She was able to make changes to our schedule on the fly and kept the whole day running smoothly. For the first time in the wedding planning process, I was able to relax and have the time of my life with my husband on our wedding day/night. I can't believe there was a point in time where I was considering not hiring a day of coordinator! As a past bride I can confidently say that you NEED one! My day would not have gone half as well as it did without Lia. If you're considering a wedding coordinator, even if it's just for day of wedding coordinating, you should absolutely go with Lia. I really couldn't have had a more amazing time at my wedding, and it was all thanks to Lia!

Lia did a fantastic job as our day-of wedding coordinator! I didn’t know this before planning my wedding, but day-of coordinators generally do way more than just running the wedding on the day. Lia’s services started two-months before our wedding and she took over all vendor communication which helped so much with my stress levels leading up to the wedding. But even before the two-month mark, she was available for questions and really anything we needed, which was really reassuring. Lia made our wedding run so smoothly and seamlessly! Literally I couldn’t think of anything that went wrong the day-of because she had everything under control. She communicated with all of the vendors so well and was the perfect person to handle everything. She is also super friendly and personable, so it was great to get to spend time with her as well! She even made a mid-reception run to the store to get some more supplies that the caterer had run out of–truly a wedding hero! I would definitely recommend booking with Lia, she did such an amazing job!!
