Anna's Bridal Boutique

Visited Anna's Bridal while shopping for a dress with my sister. Returned their to look for my wedding dress about a year later and cant say enough great things about the boutique. The ladies provided great support in searching for a dress to suit my needs as well as assistance while trying on dresses. Ended up purchasing my dress their along with a veil both within a reasonable price for what I selected. Would highly recommend checking out their boutiques for your wedding day needs!

Love love loveeee Anna’s Bridal! Anna and Judith made my experience beyond perfect. Since it was my first time trying on wedding dresses I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. After trying on several dresses that were very similar, Judith brought in “The One” I was little skeptical at first because the fabric wasn’t something I thought I’d ever see myself in. But when I put it on with help from Judith I walked out of the dressing room to show my mom and immediately all 3 of us could feel it was “The One.” Judith grabbed the perfect veil and I said yes to my dream dress!!! We celebrated with champagne and Anna told us about a great place to look for my heels. I was assured my both Judith and Anna that I can bring my dress back in for alterations. I highly recommend Anna’s Bridal! Their entire team is amazing!!!!!

This was my second stop while wedding dress shopping and I found my dress after only trying on a few. I am from Atlanta, GA and traveled to this shop while visiting family in town. Scheduling the appointment was easy and when we arrived the ladies were helpful in pulling several styles that fit the criteria I was looking for. Once I finalized my dress choice, getting a 10% military discount was the cherry on top of a perfect situation! I placed my order before leaving that day and was told it would arrive in 8-10 weeks. 10 weeks comes and goes with no phone call to say the dress was ready. I called and they say the dress is ready but they forgot to call. I get another phone call on the day I'm supposed to go pick it up and they say my dress actually isn't ready it was someone else's. They say to give a few more weeks. Another month goes by and still no word. I finally call and they say the dress is ready for pickup. My dad is finally able to get the dress 2 months after they said it would be ready and only 2 months before my wedding. As an out of state shopper, you can imagine my stress level when I still had to get alterations done. Needless to say, the dress I bought was gorgeous, however this shop did not make the process easy at all. I would shop elsewhere.

Anna’s wins the prize for my worst wedding vendor. They were actually great during my first visit, and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted (but every salon I visited was great – they want your business!). Selection and prices are also good. But after I paid for the dress, the service went downhill. I was told at least 3-4 times that the dress would be in in November, plenty of time for my January wedding. I called mid to late November, and they promised November 30th. I then called around December 5th, and I was told DECEMBER 22 (the Friday before Christmas, what a great time to go try on my dress!). After I panicked, they told me December 10th. On December 10th, I was told that was a mistake, and it would actually be December 16th. I did finally get the dress, but there were so many miscommunications and lies that a stressed out bride does not need. I wanted the dress early enough so that I could try it on with my undergarments/ jewelry/ shoes/ shawl/ coat/ veil/ hair clip etc, and have time to change those things. I was told November at the time of purchase, and no one mentioned end of December being a possibility, or suggested I pay to rush it (I would have). I understand they never know exactly, but I felt I was lied to more than once about the timing. So, order early, proceed with caution and make sure you get all dates in writing. I was also told at the time of purchase that alterations would be around $200. After being pinned and measured by their team, I was told $585. That is a huge difference, but the dress was so late I felt like I had no choice. After some back and forth, they knocked $100 off, but that is not enough to make up for the terrible service for the amount of money I paid. The seamstress and bustle were also terrible; another girl pinned a lovely bustle at the time of purchase, but she was not the seamstress who I ended up with, and she could not replicate what the other had done. We also had to explain to her how to do her job when it came to fixing some bumps on the sides. Shop here, but avoid purchasing here and avoid alterations here.

I had such a wonderful experience at Anna's!! I had been to one other dress shop and had the worst experience. I also had NO IDEA what kind of dress I wanted, so I had little hope that I would find anything. The lady helping us pulled amazing dresses for me to try. She really knew what was going to flatter my body type! I was torn between two dresses, so I scheduled another appointment for my mom to help me decide. For the second appointment, my mother was driving a few hours to get there and was stuck in crazy 94 traffic, but I was encouraged to stay as long as I needed for my mom to get there and be a part of the process. Fate brought us to a third dress that was absolutely perfect for me AND within my budget! I would recommend Anna's to everyone, especially if you are completely clueless as to what you what. They absolutely know how to take care of you! :)

Anna's was great! I had a budget of $1,200 for a wedding dress and they had a great selection of many different styles in my price range.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this shop. I should have followed my mind from the moment I placed the first call. I was initially scheduled for Wednesday, one appointment for the bride and another for the bridesmaids. When I call back to confirm, because no one from the store confirmed with me, they only had me down for one appointment. I had to move my day to Thursday, which caused one of my bridesmaids, flying in from Florida, not to be able to attend. My Thursday appointments were for 2:30pm and 3:30pm, but we were placed in the appointment book for 2pm. When we arrived, Rhoda was not helpful at all. She showed us the bridesmaids dresses and walked away. She did not start a room for my girls, and was not very knowledgeable about what colors could be ordered for certain dresses. My girls did find a dress that they liked, but were not given any information about ordering the dress. No measurements were taken either. She did however say that she could order a swatch for us for one dress. We decided to take our business elsewhere. I will not deal with this type of service when I am spending my money. The shop was not busy at all, we were the only people in the shop, so my girls should have received excellent service, but they did not.

This store is the perfect bridal shop, it is very charming and eloquent little boutique that is hidden in Alexandria. They have beautiful dresses and Rhoda and her staff are very helpful. They were great in helping coordinate my fittings and pick up with my crazy work schedule. Could not be more pleased with the alterations, price and dress that I walked away with for my wedding day!

Unfortunately I was not very pleased with the selection nor the service at Anna's. I was also a bit miffed by the sign in the fitting room that said I could only try on four gowns then would have to come back for another appointment. Needless to say I didn't feel that the store was really very invested in helping me find my perfect wedding dress so much as they were turning a profit

My mom and sister flew into DC to help me pick out my dress this past weekend. We went to two different shops and the contrast was incredible. The first shop had way more reviews written on the Knot - but the service was not the best. Anna's Bridal Boutique, on the other hand, was absolutely incredible. The women helping us were so kind and made the process of finding a wedding dress fun. Two of my young nieces came along and they let the girls try on veils and made the whole process a blast. On top of the excellent service, I found my dream dress almost immediately.

I went there to get a rehearsal dinner dress . I wanted short dress tgat spoke bridal but fun . Anna suggested this dresses from their prom area t g at were very elegant. I tried on a few and I knew right away I found tge dress with an Alyce Paris dress. it's perfect. All the staff was so pleasant and they were very accommodating.
