Annie and her team are truly one of a kind. Annie helped my husband and I plan a wedding in Indiana from Florida (we met and grew up in Indiana and decided to get married back there!). Annie helped me find vendors, create a timeline for the day, and coordinated with the venue to ensure everything was flawless. Ashley and Bailey were my day of coordinators and absolutely rocked it. I can honestly say not ONE THING went wrong on our big day, and that’s a huge thanks to Annie, Ashley and Bailey. If something was going wrong, I would have NEVER known. Ashley and Bailey always had a smile on their face and kept the whole wedding moving along and on schedule. The communication between Annie and all the vendors was flawless and truly appreciated. Even after the wedding, Annie is still helping me with some “wrap up” wedding items that just shows she is willing to go above and beyond. Annie is simply the best. When I was looking for a wedding planner/coordinator, I talked to a few of Annie’s previous brides and one said “she is worth every dang penny” - and I couldn’t agree more! Annie was thorough and thoughtful through our wedding planning process. Not only is she a master organizer but she has an extensive network and background in the Indy wedding scene. She met with us several times to understand our vision and the events on our big day. During our day, she coordinated every thing from our bridal party and vendors to set up of our decor to our toast and photos. Many of our guest commented on how thoughtful and smoothly ran the day was. She also coordinated with my mom while were we on our honeymoon for decor pick up and wrapping up final details. I originally signed on with Annie to help relive my mom of the stress of planning and coordinating. After working with Annie, I can confidently say that we would not have been able to do it with our her. We were able to enjoy every moment of our day because Annie was working tirelessly in the background to make sure everything and everyone was where it was suppose to be on time (not to mention her internal clock to her timeline is impressive). At the end of our wedding, my husband and I talked about how we wish we could be friends with Annie in real life - we’re obsessed with her!

She never hesitated to ask us how we were doing or help out beyond her “job.” She was on top of everything and even when things didn’t go smooth, she dove right in and helped so much. I could write a book about Annie Niccolai!!! She goes above and beyond. From being like a friend to me and my mom to just handling every little thing. My mom and I didn't have to worry about anything. We completely enjoyed the entire wedding day! Annie was in communication with my vendors, created an organized and detailed timeline of the day, steamed all our dresses, took all the decorations to the venue, offered to bring food, put a pizza in the getaway car after the reception, the list goes on and on! She is the kindest, most supportive, loving person. She'll do anything to make sure you get what you want on your special day without having to worry about anything. So blessed to have had her, she is incredible. She takes the time to get to know you so she knows exactly what you want. We cannot recommend her enough!

We worked with Annie for our wedding in May. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted and only thought I needed help in executing that vision to life. However closer to our big day I found out why my decision in hiring them was more than just the right decision. Annie went above and beyond what I could’ve ever imagined for us when things did not go as planned for us, she selflessly fought for us. That’s what you need in a wedding coordinator. Not just someone who can execute the vision. I never had a moment of fear during crunch time leading up to the wedding because I knew what she was capable of carrying out. Her communication never lapsed she was always on it from 9 months out to 9 minutes out. The day of went seamlessly smooth and my vision was taken to another level I thought could only be carried out on Pinterest! I would hire her time and time again. The day of Lori also came along and helped make our day special so their team is truthfully more than a 5 star rating if we could give one higher we would. The day of was honestly the least amount of stressful and I’m convinced it’s only because of her!

We worked with Annie for our wedding and it was the best decision we could've made. At the beginning of the planning process, I was hesitant to hire a coordinator (because I didn't know any better) but I'm SO happy we did. Annie made everything run smoothly from the first moment I spoke with her. She was there for me when I was stressed, and met every need we and our wedding party had the whole day. Lori and Anne are amongst the top customer service professional planners that I have had the pleasure to work alongside. Actually, I will say that I have always learned something from them when they have been here at Lizton Lodge. We always recommend to our clients that they hire a planner/coordinator, and well, these are two of the best!!!

Annie was such a game changer for our wedding. She was organized and professional, but also fun and positive! She was incredibly responsive and always had an answer for us. I don’t even know where to begin other than to tell you to make the investment in Annie! Hands down the best in the business. She made everything go smooth from day 1. She kept me on track and always answered ALL my questions answered in a timely manner. There was no task to big or small. Along with being the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process, she continued that the day of, ordering pizza for the grooms room and even running to Kroger to grab a few things we needed. I’m a DJ and throughout the whole process, she made my job so much smoother. Communication was always there and open. Very passionate about her work. Easily one of the best time lines I’ve ever seen. It was a beautiful masterpiece. I hope we get to work together again soon. I know the couple that got married were beyond satisfied with their once in a lifetime experience.

My husband and I worked with Annie for our wedding in June of 2022. Having her as our coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made (and also one of the best investments)!! In the months leading up to the wedding she was extremely helping, always prompt to respond to our questions/concerns, very detail oriented, and overall made the planning process SO much more seamless for us. THE BEST DECISION I MADE for my wedding was hiring Annie one year out for the planning and coordination of my wedding. I cannot recommend her enough as she made my wedding planning enjoyable and fun as well as reducing the amount of stress surrounding all of the details and deadlines. She kept everything organized and clear as well as updated vendors and kept them on the same page as well. I had a lot on my plate due to finishing up my graduate degree, working, and taking CPA exams all leading up to the wedding. I told Annie my game plan to be basically done with all major things by 6 months out and she kept me on a schedule while also providing me with vendors who she had either worked with or knew of that were good. She made it so much easier to process through all of the details as well as taking any and all issues off of my plate. She told us that when you hire the right wedding planner - you won't think anything may have went wrong on your wedding day. SHE WAS RIGHT. I was glowing telling everyone how perfect everything went and to this day I couldn't tell you if anything happened that was not expected because Annie dealt with it all. On top of that, she helped me find INCREDIBLE vendors. I could not have asked for any better vendors and I definitely would not have been able to do that much research to find them on my own. Everyone showed yup and absolutely killed it at the full coordination of Annie's game plan timeline that changed and pivoted up to the day of, but was shared with all vendors.

Annie was SO helpful throughout the planning process. She made the process a breeze. As the mother of the bride, living in another state, the service provided by Lori Anne Weddings & Events was priceless! Our rep Annie was so amazing to work with. From the beginning of the planning, she had questions for us that had not even crossed my mind yet. We were planning our own wedding and my husband and I decided at 10 weeks out from the wedding to hire a day-of coordinator. We were so excited to hire Annie! She stepped right in and was a life saver!! She thought of everything, including lots of things I missed. She assisted me with reaching out to vendors and setting up amazing timeline for everyone to follow. She delivered our meals to our suite and even steamed our dresses. Everything about our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and we couldn’t have made it possible without Annie! Admittedly, my partner and I were on the fence about hiring a Day Of Coordinator. Tons of sites will tell you it's an unnecessary expense, but I cannot imagine our "Big Day" without the help of Annie & Lori. Given that we had a longer than normal engagement, I wasn't expecting to hear much from Annie until our wedding day drew closer. Surprisingly, she checked in a few times, assuring me she was always there even if it was just to vent. Around the 8 week mark, we met up to get serious about planning and after we left that meeting, I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders! I had lots of questions and a few concerns regarding Covid and other miscellaneous stuff. Annie listened intently to everything we had to say and worked diligently to make everything come together smoothly. From the rehearsal dinner to the morning of the wedding to the actual event, Annie & Lori paid incredible attention to detail and set up things just like we discussed-- no detail was left untouched! On top of being there all day, setting up, offering assistance anywhere and everywhere they can, they also tear down all of your decor and organize who to send important stuff home with like your gifts, marriage license, and flowers. We're very family oriented and wanted to honor our family as much as we could. Annie took this seriously and made sure we not only achieved this, but made it a point to meet every person in our wedding party and immediate family. We're absolutely blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and kindness and cannot recommend them enough!

From the beginning of wedding planning we knew we wanted some sort of coordinator, but having worked in wedding for a few years I had pretty high standards. We met with a few and from the get go, Lori and Annie stood out to us. They’re passionate about what they do, personable, and VERY organized. They communicated with vendors for us and kept everyone and everything going how it was supposed to throughout planning and wedding day. After working with a different Indianapolis-based planner and parting ways, working with Annie and Lori was an absolute breath of fresh air. Annie was INCREDIBLE in the time coming up to our wedding. She went above and beyond in every single interaction we had with her. She was professional, extremely responsive, and extremely knowledgable. She helped us with what WE wanted and what was important to us, instead of trying to push traditional ideas of what a wedding "should" look like. Annie was a lifesaver when we were trying to deal with the COVID-related challenges of rescheduling a wedding, including with assisting with things that were far outside the scope of what we had hired for. A quick example of the type of people Annie and Lori are: Annie was supposed to be 8 months pregnant at our wedding. She told me this straight away, and had Lori save the date in case she were to go into labor early. As she got closer to her due date, she had Lori sit in all the vendor meetings and calls so that she would know what was going on with the wedding. As a type-A bride, this made me feel very secure and ready to go. Annie ended up going into labor the day before our wedding, and Lori sprang into action. She was just as wonderful as Annie. Lori not only knew everything about our day, she was an absolute lifesaver when my reception dress broke while I was putting it on the night of my wedding. In one of my not-so-fine moments, she made me feel so comfortable and it was like I had known her for years. Her figure-it-out attitude and organization made the day so much less stressful for me, but also for my parents and in-laws. TLDR: I can say, without hesitation, that hiring Lori Anne was the best vendor decision we made. They are knowledgable, professional, poised, and honestly both just super cool people. Any bride would be lucky to have them on her wedding day.

Look no further for the best wedding coordinator in Indy! Annie is just awesome. Calm, professional, available, flexible and wise. From the very beginning, she was so easy to work with and helpful. She put such a positive spin on everything and kept me motivated through the planning process. If I had to do it again, the only thing I'd change is going with a fuller service package. Annie's services were definitely worth it and, if I'd had the budget, I would have loved to give her more control. However, she worked with me on a custom package to fit my budget so I really can't complain about anything! I absolutely loved working with Annie and my family all loved her too. I got married in early December and, at Christmas, the family was all still raving about how well Annie ran everything and made our wedding so smooth. I highly recommend Annie at Lori Anne Events. I hope to be able to utilize their services again in the future (parties, etc.)

The best decision I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Lori Anne Wedding & Events. From the first time Annie called me, I knew from the calmness in her voice, we were going to put all the pieces of the puzzle together perfectly. We helped our daughter plan her Indianapolis wedding from out of town (for us). Annie was invaluable in working directly with our vendors prior to the date to make sure everything was ready to go. On the day of the wedding, she was EVERYWHERE, starting early in the morning corralling the 18-person wedding party through hair, makeup, and photos, to an ontime arrival at the church (no small feat). She quietly handled a last minute dress snafu, made sure the wedding party ate and stayed hydrated on the 91 degree day, and even found time to load the coolers on the trolley when she realized my husband was already in his tux. As she was doing all this, her team connected with every vendor to ensure they were prepared for the day and even picked up the cake offsite. Annie was there throughout the ceremony and reception making sure every last detail was taken care of-she magically fixed any issue that arose such that in our eyes, and most importantly our daughter's, the day was perfect! Annie's calm, caring, professional, and positive can-do attitude allowed us all to enjoy the Big Day! We are huge fans of Annie and her team and could not have had the wedding we had without her. After COVID disrupted our original plans to get married in April 2020, we decided on April 1, 2021 to get married in mid-May after realizing that our immediate family and bridal party would all be vaccinated by then. Planning a wedding in six weeks could have been a totally overwhelming experience - but with Lori it was an absolute breeze. I had so many people tell me how calm I was the whole time, especially on wedding weekend, and Lori was a huge reason why. She and Annie handled every detail behind the scenes, coordinating with our vendors on logistics (including a timeline that my mom loved so much she printed out and had in her purse day of!) and making our vision come to life. The cost was very reasonable, especially given the amount of time and effort they put in to our special day. Lori and Annie are the sweetest people and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Book them ASAP - I promise you will be thrilled you did.

Annie and her team were a HUGE help on our day. I am so glad we hired them because there are SO MANY little details that would have driven me crazy. They were very affordable, fun and sweet! I cannot put into words all of the things Annie did for us. She came in and took over communication to all vendors - which was a huge weight lifted so we could enjoy the process a little. She went to bat for us on a couple different things at our venue. She is so organized and detail oriented. They had a day of timeline that helped everyone involved know exactly when things were happening. PJ and I did not have to worry about the timeline once on the day of because we were just guided to whatever was next. It was the best day ever. Annie kept us on time throughout the entire day and made sure everything went so smoothly. We have made a new lifelong friend in Annie! She is just a caring and understanding person - exactly what we needed during COVID. She let me know multiple times I could call just to talk or vent. She truly cares about her clients and works overtime for them. Again, I cannot stress it enough. I would hire her over and over again. And I will continue to spread their companies name like wildfire!

Best decision we made!! We highly recommend Lori Anne (Annie). She exceeded our expectations prior, during and after the wedding. She made ours and our daughters wedding day a very memorable experience.

Hiring Lori Anne Weddings & Events was one of the best decisions of 2020 I made...besides marrying my best friend. While trying to work full time & get in shape for the wedding, it seemed like wedding planning was another full time job. I could not have done it without them!!! They took my worries away, let me know my options when we had to make restrictions, always had time to listen to me and bounce ideas off of. It wasnt something I had originally budgeted for, but it was worth every penny! They have different packages if you just need them for the day or during the whole process. It made things so much easier and allowed me to enjoy the day without worrying about a million things!

Go ahead & stop reading the reviews- you need to hire Lori Anne Wedding & Events. I attempted the planning process of a wedding, but at about 6 months out & a global pandemic, I couldn't do it anymore alone. I had to argue the expense to my now husband, but in the end I won & we hired LAWE. IT WAS THE GREATEST DECISION WE MADE. You spend thousands on your wedding day, but what is the point if you are just stressed out and things don't go the way you wanted? Annie was available at literally any time of the day, always responding via text, call or email almost immediately. She created the most detailed, well-thought out timeline of the rehearsal, the day-of activities, the ceremony, and the reception. And because of it, the day went SEAMLESS. Everything and everyone was on time, and my wedding day was easily the greatest day of my life. Annie dealt with all the vendors, all the logistics, everything. My job was to show up, get married, and have fun. Anyone who dealt with Annie and Lori (my family, my in-laws, the vendors) all kept coming up to me saying how much they loved them and how incredible they were at the job. At the end of the day, my husband even said "I'm so glad you hired them. I would have paid them triple their fee knowing the level of service they were going to provide". If you are lucky enough to have them available for you wedding date, hire them immediately.

My HUSBAND! and I debated a good while on whether or not to invest in having a planner. It's an expense we were hesitant to make, only because weddings are already expensive and we were doing our best to maintain a budget. After speaking with Annie and several who highly recommended her, we decided that the help, especially day of, would probably worth it. AND LET ME TELL YOU, hiring Annie and Lori was one of the best decisions we made! We are a classic COVID wedding and, fortunately, a success story. Annie and Lori joined our team well before the pandemic. Our agreement was "8 weeks out" but Annie was a huge help right from the beginning. She was available any time I needed to call or text, any time I needed to meet. She helped me connect with and establish contracts with vendors, helped me understand what was necessary and what wasn't, what prices were reasonable, and countless times she was willing to take the reigns on vendor communication when I was simply overwhelmed or didn't know how to manage it. Then a pandemic happened. Stressed and discouraged don't even begin to cover it. Annie wasted no time. She was constantly updating us on ever-changing regulations, communicating with vendors. When contracts got complicated, as no one had ever dealt with this issue, she was the one fighting in our corner every step of the way. I am aware future brides will likely (hopefully) not have to deal with this mess to quite the extent we did in this first wave, but moral of the story is: Annie has gone above and beyond every step of the way, in sickness and in health! Our wedding finally happened. The weeks leading up to and day of, I did not need to communicate with a single vendor or deal with any logistics. She had timelines down to the minute. Every person involved in the wedding had clear instruction. Groomsmen were under control and showed up at all the appropriate times (ha). It was simply seamless. Annie helped us to achieve the wedding of our dreams. I hope you decide to bring Lori Anne Weddings & Events to your team too.

Our daughter got married this past year and we could not have done it without the expertise of Lori Anne Weddings & Events. It was perfect from start to finish, from the time we began trusting all the details to Lori Anne Wedding & Events. My daughter shared her dreams with them and they made them happen and so much more. The attention to detail was remarkable. They booked a fabulous lodge right on the water for the entire weekend. It was family friendly and absolutely stunning with the most delightful staff. They pulled together the best vendor team that complimented my daughter's and son-in-law's style. They also took care of all the details for the rehearsal dinner and the intimate reception dinner at a beautiful restaurant the night of the wedding. Every detail was so beautifully planned with my daughter's dreams incorporated in very special ways. We were all able to come and be so relaxed and enjoy each guest knowing things would be perfect and that Lori Anne Weddings & Events were orchestrating every detail behind the scene. They were amazing and we owe them a huge thank you. The day could have never been what it was without them and all the planning they poured into the weekend. Our hearts are forever grateful.

To say that Lori and Anne aim to provide excellent customer service would be an understatement. We hired them for our wedding as day-of coordinators and they made it their personal mission to go above and beyond our expectations. For example, I offhandedly mentioned that I was concerned a particular guest would encourage others to clink glasses. Lori made it her personal mission to seek out and have a conversation with the guest about our wishes, not to mention all of the other things she handled for us. It truly felt like our wedding day was on autopilot, allowing my wife and I to focus on enjoying the day, and I can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I were lucky enough to win the services of Lori and Annie for our wedding day through a bridal expo and could not have been more pleased with their work! I highly recommend this duo for any couple looking to make wedding planning a breeze and their wedding day run smoother than they could have ever imagined. Annie and Lori provided direction regarding vendors, decor, timelines, etc. and made our lives less stressful during a very chaotic time. As if that wasn't enough, Lori and Annie made us feel comfortable with them from the very beginning; I seriously felt like I had known them for years, yet they remained professional in every single aspect imaginable. I cannot recommend these two enough for your wedding day!

I am SO glad I had Lori and Annie taking care of me on my wedding day! They are absolutely amazing. As someone that is used to being in control, I knew after a few minutes in speaking with them that I would be able to let go and enjoy everything. Throughout the entire planning process I was completely confident that my ideas were going to come to life. I was very impressed with the way both Annie and Lori interacted with our guests to ensure everyone was having a good time and both families (with many different personalities) were taken care of and stress free. If you are debating whether or not to hire a planner or day of coordinator I would highly recommend taking the time to speak to Lori and Annie. I assure you that you will not regret it!

We didn’t originally plan for a wedding coordinator, but I reached out to Lori and Annie on a whim as our day was approaching and the stress was building. I immediately sensed their expertise, finding them fun and friendly while also organized and direct. We took the plunge and it ended up being one of the best wedding decisions we made! Lori was our coordinator and she was on top of everything from eight weeks out. She met with us with our photographer to align day-of timelines, and with our caterer and venue to map out where everything needed to be. She even met us for lunch when we only had a few questions but mostly needed her calming support! At our rehearsal and on our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and never had to check a clock. Lori and her assistants made sure everything was perfect, and if anything went wrong, we had no idea! We were at complete ease with Lori on our wedding team. Our day could not have been so perfect without Lori!

It’s taken us the better part of a month post wedding to truly grasp all that Lori and Anne did for us! They make you feel as though you’re the most important people in the world! The attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is incredible. The peace of mind they bring during the planning process is literally worth every single penny alone. Our day truly wouldn’t have been anywhere close to what it was without both of them! We cannot thank them enough for everything they did!

Our stress level went from 10 to 0 after signing the contract with Lori Anne Weddings & Events. This was by far the best decision I made as a MOB. Annie went above and beyond to help with many details of my daughters wedding from finding the specific custom table cloth my daughter wanted for her sweetheart table to running an errand for me.
