rful. She handles everything with grace and ease. She thinks of everything and handles everything. On the day of she is quietly working behind the scenes to keep everyone on track, informed, and at ease. She is right by your side when you need her, and has a fix and solution for everything. We honestly could not have done it without her. She is worth every penny and more!

of communicating with our vendors, prompt and willing to give us as much time as we needed when we met with her, and extremely encouraging when we needed it. Annie did our day-of planning (8 weeks prior to wedding day + day of) and she was worth every penny. I would do it all over again except maybe hire her to take on the whole shebang. My whole family adored having her around & she bent over backwards to help us take care of last-minute things. We highly recommend Annie Niccolai to anyone looking for a top-notch coordinator/planner. Five stars + for Annie!! 😊

handled professionally which took so much stress off of me. Planning an event for almost 300 people can be difficult at times, but Annie’s insight made it so smooth. I’m so grateful she was apart of our day!

planning process, helped us find the best vendors, and lead the best coordination effort to make sure our day was perfect. Annie and her team are professional, respectful, understanding and patient. They also advocated for us, always provided great service, and made sure that all of our vendors provided the best service possible. Annie not only helped us find vendors and plan our day, but she also helped us with general questions, and when we needed guidance on how to handle special circumstances, including navigating challenging family dynamics. She has a lot of experience and has dealt with a lot of different situations, so she always had ample guidance and advice to provide. Additionally, Annie went above and beyond with the services she provided, including driving our wallets from our reception to a local bar that wouldn’t allow us in without ID’s (even though we were in a tux and a wedding dress) just so our night could continue on without further issues. Lastly, Annie was also there as a support person when I got overwhelmed and stressed out during the planning process, and she always made time to talk to me whenever needed. We really appreciate everything Annie and her team did for us, and would highly recommend their wedding planning services to anyone looking for high quality and supportive services. Thank you so much Annie!!

ren’t convinced at first that we needed a coordinator for our small wedding, but once we started working with Annie eight weeks out, we quickly realized she would be the glue that held our day together. She is organized, communicative, flexible, knowledgeable, supportive, and an overall gem of a human being. She made an effort to form a relationship with not only me and my husband, but also our families, wedding party, and vendors. She handled everything that was keeping me up at night along with the little details I never would have thought of. She exceeded every expectation we could have had for a coordinator. Thank you Annie for making our beautiful day what it was!

your girl if you need a wedding coordinator!!!!

e!). Annie helped me find vendors, create a timeline for the day, and coordinated with the venue to ensure everything was flawless. Ashley and Bailey were my day of coordinators and absolutely rocked it. I can honestly say not ONE THING went wrong on our big day, and that’s a huge thanks to Annie, Ashley and Bailey. If something was going wrong, I would have NEVER known. Ashley and Bailey always had a smile on their face and kept the whole wedding moving along and on schedule. The communication between Annie and all the vendors was flawless and truly appreciated. Even after the wedding, Annie is still helping me with some “wrap up” wedding items that just shows she is willing to go above and beyond. Annie and her team are truly phenomenal and would recommend her in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Annie, for making this whole wedding planning process less stressful and more fun!

ing process and I looked forward to every meeting. Our wedding day was seamless and it was all due to her wonderful skills. I was able to relax and trust everything was going to plan because of her! She is the best in the business. You won’t regret hiring her as your coordinator! Thank you Annie for making our wedding dreams become a reality.

edding was literally perfect, I’m not even exaggerating. Annie and her team were efficient and went above and beyond! I couldn’t suggest them more, till this day I say the best investment was having Annie! If I were to plan another wedding or hundreds, I would call up Annie every time! If you’re debating between Annie and her team, look no further! I promise you will NOT regret or have any issues with this team!

ibited a level of professionalism and attention to detail that instantly put our minds at ease. Anne’s meticulous planning, creativity, and ability to turn our vision into a reality were truly outstanding. Every aspect of our wedding, from the venue decor, last minute CVS run to the coordination of vendors, was flawlessly executed. They are simply the best! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a five-star experience.

uldn’t agree more! Annie was thorough and thoughtful through our wedding planning process. Not only is she a master organizer but she has an extensive network and background in the Indy wedding scene. She met with us several times to understand our vision and the events on our big day. During our day, she coordinated every thing from our bridal party and vendors to set up of our decor to our toast and photos. Many of our guest commented on how thoughtful and smoothly ran the day was. She also coordinated with my mom while were we on our honeymoon for decor pick up and wrapping up final details. I originally signed on with Annie to help relive my mom of the stress of planning and coordinating. After working with Annie, I can confidently say that we would not have been able to do it with our her. We were able to enjoy every moment of our day because Annie was working tirelessly in the background to make sure everything and everyone was where it was suppose to be on time (not to mention her internal clock to her timeline is impressive). At the end of our wedding, my husband and I talked about how we wish we could be friends with Annie in real life - we’re obsessed with her!

ask us how we were doing or help out beyond her “job.” She was on top of everything and even when things didn’t go smooth, she dove right in and helped so much. You also can just tell that she has been in the industry for quite awhile & simply just gets it! 10/10!!! ✨🤩⭐️ Our vendors and wedding party went on & on about how amazing she was. And that says a lot when vendors want a referral!

orry about anything. We completely enjoyed the entire wedding day! Annie was in communication with my vendors, created an organized and detailed timeline of the day, steamed all our dresses, took all the decorations to the venue, offered to bring food, put a pizza in the getaway car after the reception, the list goes on and on! She is the kindest, most supportive, loving person. She'll do anything to make sure you get what you want on your special day without having to worry about anything. So blessed to have had her, she is incredible. She takes the time to get to know you so she knows exactly what you want. We cannot recommend her enough!

g day I found out why my decision in hiring them was more than just the right decision. Annie went above and beyond what I could’ve ever imagined for us when things did not go as planned for us, she selflessly fought for us. That’s what you need in a wedding coordinator. Not just someone who can execute the vision. I never had a moment of fear during crunch time leading up to the wedding because I knew what she was capable of carrying out. Her communication never lapsed she was always on it from 9 months out to 9 minutes out. The day of went seamlessly smooth and my vision was taken to another level I thought could only be carried out on Pinterest! I would hire her time and time again. The day of Lori also came along and helped make our day special so their team is truthfully more than a 5 star rating if we could give one higher we would. The day of was honestly the least amount of stressful and I’m convinced it’s only because of her!

know any better) but I'm SO happy we did. Annie made everything run smoothly from the first moment I spoke with her. She was there for me when I was stressed, and met every need we and our wedding party had the whole day. Our wedding party STILL talks about how amazing she was and how much we all loved her. DO NOT HESITATE to work with this amazing company!! We love you Annie! (If there was a 5 billion star option, I would pick that one :)

r service professional planners that I have had the pleasure to work alongside. Actually, I will say that I have always learned something from them when they have been here at Lizton Lodge. We always recommend to our clients that they hire a planner/coordinator, and well, these are two of the best!!!

initely made the planning process and the day of the wedding a lot less stressful! I don't know what we would have done without her calming presence and her attention to detail!

to about any concerns/questions I had! I had absolutely no stress going in to the wedding day! Her and Lori did an amazing job! Highly recommend having them!

on track and always answered ALL my questions answered in a timely manner. There was no task to big or small. Along with being the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process, she continued that the day of, ordering pizza for the grooms room and even running to Kroger to grab a few things we needed. It was so nice to not have to have my people leave to take care of those things! She treated us as if she didn’t have any other clients and that speaks volumes on her time management skills. The planning process was fun and easy because of her and our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect!! I am sad it’s over but so very thankful for the wedding of our dreams! I could go on and on! Thank you for being you Annie!

nes I’ve ever seen. It was a beautiful masterpiece. I hope we get to work together again soon. I know the couple that got married were beyond satisfied with their once in a lifetime experience.

)!! In the months leading up to the wedding she was extremely helping, always prompt to respond to our questions/concerns, very detail oriented, and overall made the planning process SO much more seamless for us. She was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to make recommendations when we asked for them. With all the moving parts on our wedding day, it was such a blessing knowing someone we could trust was on it, and let me tell you, she was on top of EVERYTHING. We were truly able to relax and enjoy our day without worrying. Since our wedding, even our parents have continued to rave about how amazing Annie was. We can’t recommend enough!!!!

ding was absolutely perfect. Everything was executed flawlessly and was incredibly beautiful. We never imagined it being it as beautiful and fun as it truly was. She went above and beyond in every way and we seriously recommend her if you a looking for someone to reduce your overall stress and help you plan a fairytale wedding. <3

ould have imagined. Not only are they exceptional planners/coordinators leading up to your big day, they also put in the extra effort to make sure the bride and groom are comfortable and care-free the entire time. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and highly recommend them for any of your wedding planning needs

ng enjoyable and fun as well as reducing the amount of stress surrounding all of the details and deadlines. She kept everything organized and clear as well as updated vendors and kept them on the same page as well. I had a lot on my plate due to finishing up my graduate degree, working, and taking CPA exams all leading up to the wedding. I told Annie my game plan to be basically done with all major things by 6 months out and she kept me on a schedule while also providing me with vendors who she had either worked with or knew of that were good. She made it so much easier to process through all of the details as well as taking any and all issues off of my plate. She told us that when you hire the right wedding planner - you won't think anything may have went wrong on your wedding day. SHE WAS RIGHT. I was glowing telling everyone how perfect everything went and to this day I couldn't tell you if anything happened that was not expected because Annie dealt with it all. On top of that, she helped me find INCREDIBLE vendors. I could not have asked for any better vendors and I definitely would not have been able to do that much research to find them on my own. Everyone showed yup and absolutely killed it at the full coordination of Annie's game plan timeline that changed and pivoted up to the day of, but was shared with all vendors.

wedding a dream come true! Their competence, expertise and helpfulness is unmatched! With kindness, grace and elegance they walk you through every step in the planning process carefully making sure your plans and vision are met. Questions, emails, phone discussions are ALWAYS on time and everything is addressed promptly with their knowledge and experience helping you in the planning process. On the day of the wedding, they are by your side to assist in every way imaginable!!! I cannot express what a joy it was to work with their team and a comfort to have their help in making sure the day went smoothly without any worry for the bride, groom or parents. I HIGHLY recommend Lori Anne and guarantee without a doubt they will go above and beyond your expectations, making your dream a beautiful reality. You will walk away feeling so grateful and elated with the outcome thanks to Lori Anne!

sure everything was on track. Annie is also the sweetest person I have ever met and she is so reassuring through the stressful times. She really does go above and beyond. Annie was quick to reply to all the questions I had and was always keeping me in the loop of what was going on. I even had a vendor tell me "man your day of coordinator is on it." I cannot recommend Lori Anne Wedding & Events enough. My day went so smooth and it was all thanks to Annie and Lori! I would have been lost without them!!

ing of the planning, she had questions for us that had not even crossed my mind yet. Her knowledge and experience in the wedding and banquet industry provided us with guidance and the assurance that we were in great hands. We did not need to worry about anything. We went into the day of the wedding with Annie guiding the way, with a plan in hand but also witnessing Annie thinking on her feet as the day progressed. She was with us from sun-up until way past sundown. I was especially pleased that at the end of the long and beautiful day we did not have to worry about anything – Annie was taking care of gathering our things and took care of them so that we didn’t have to worry about anything but to call it a night. Annie’s demeanor was so perfect for the day, she stayed behind the scenes, was kind, yet always in charge. I can’t imagine the day without her, credit goes to my daughter, the bride, for hiring Lori Anne Weddings & Events.

and was a life saver!! She thought of everything, including lots of things I missed. She assisted me with reaching out to vendors and setting up amazing timeline for everyone to follow. She delivered our meals to our suite and even steamed our dresses. Everything about our wedding was absolutely PERFECT and we couldn’t have made it possible without Annie! Annie is truly a God send and I would recommend her and Lori to everyone I know getting married!

t the help of Annie & Lori. Given that we had a longer than normal engagement, I wasn't expecting to hear much from Annie until our wedding day drew closer. Surprisingly, she checked in a few times, assuring me she was always there even if it was just to vent. Around the 8 week mark, we met up to get serious about planning and after we left that meeting, I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders! I had lots of questions and a few concerns regarding Covid and other miscellaneous stuff. Annie listened intently to everything we had to say and worked diligently to make everything come together smoothly. From the rehearsal dinner to the morning of the wedding to the actual event, Annie & Lori paid incredible attention to detail and set up things just like we discussed-- no detail was left untouched! On top of being there all day, setting up, offering assistance anywhere and everywhere they can, they also tear down all of your decor and organize who to send important stuff home with like your gifts, marriage license, and flowers. We're very family oriented and wanted to honor our family as much as we could. Annie took this seriously and made sure we not only achieved this, but made it a point to meet every person in our wedding party and immediate family. We're absolutely blown away by their professionalism, expertise, and kindness and cannot recommend them enough!

rom the get go, Lori and Annie stood out to us. They’re passionate about what they do, personable, and VERY organized. They communicated with vendors for us and kept everyone and everything going how it was supposed to throughout planning and wedding day. They were truly the reason that I could relax as a bride and enjoy my day, and my husband and parents could do the same. They even got a ton of compliments from random family members throughout the night for being the best ☺️ We are forever grateful for the freedom that having Lori and Annie have us, and I’d 14/10 recommend them to any couples in the future. They’re INCREDIBLE!!

up to our wedding. She went above and beyond in every single interaction we had with her. She was professional, extremely responsive, and extremely knowledgable. She helped us with what WE wanted and what was important to us, instead of trying to push traditional ideas of what a wedding "should" look like. Annie was a lifesaver when we were trying to deal with the COVID-related challenges of rescheduling a wedding, including with assisting with things that were far outside the scope of what we had hired for. A quick example of the type of people Annie and Lori are: Annie was supposed to be 8 months pregnant at our wedding. She told me this straight away, and had Lori save the date in case she were to go into labor early. As she got closer to her due date, she had Lori sit in all the vendor meetings and calls so that she would know what was going on with the wedding. As a type-A bride, this made me feel very secure and ready to go. Annie ended up going into labor the day before our wedding, and Lori sprang into action. She was just as wonderful as Annie. Lori not only knew everything about our day, she was an absolute lifesaver when my reception dress broke while I was putting it on the night of my wedding. In one of my not-so-fine moments, she made me feel so comfortable and it was like I had known her for years. Her figure-it-out attitude and organization made the day so much less stressful for me, but also for my parents and in-laws. TLDR: I can say, without hesitation, that hiring Lori Anne was the best vendor decision we made. They are knowledgable, professional, poised, and honestly both just super cool people. Any bride would be lucky to have them on her wedding day.

with and helpful. She put such a positive spin on everything and kept me motivated through the planning process. If I had to do it again, the only thing I'd change is going with a fuller service package. Annie's services were definitely worth it and, if I'd had the budget, I would have loved to give her more control. However, she worked with me on a custom package to fit my budget so I really can't complain about anything! I absolutely loved working with Annie and my family all loved her too. I got married in early December and, at Christmas, the family was all still raving about how well Annie ran everything and made our wedding so smooth. I highly recommend Annie at Lori Anne Events. I hope to be able to utilize their services again in the future (parties, etc.)

ere going to put all the pieces of the puzzle together perfectly. I am a very hands-on control freak and Annie helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. When major stressors would arise, Annie was always one call away to help put the fire out. She took out the stress of the last-minute details with the vendors, put together the perfect timeline and placed our decor to make it even more beautiful than I could have imagined. If I needed something on wedding day, she was right there to help me out. More importantly, my mom's stress was at a minimum - which is the best wedding gift I could have ever received! My entire wedding party loved her, my husband was grateful for Annie because I was actually able to let loose and enjoy the day. I'm incredibly thankful that I found Annie and Lori and if you're even considering hiring someone to make your life easier, look no further!! You have the best in the business right here!

was simply amazing. The days leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding.... FLAWLESS. I am forever grateful to Annie and Lori for making my daughters wedding the best day of her life. You are amazing and honestly don't know what we would have done without you.

and caring person. Anne and Lori make a great team and took care of EVERYTHING the day of our wedding to make sure we were stress free. The best decision we made for our wedding day was hiring Anne and Lori. We miss them both already!

oordinator 10 days before our wedding day. From the first phone call with Annie, she instantly relieved my anxiety and stress. She was constantly in contact with us and made us feel like we were her top priority even though we knew she had other clients she was working with. Lori and Annie gave us the opportunity to enjoy every single moment of our day. They are worth EVERY penny!! I would HIGHLY recommend these fabulous ladies to anyone in need of wedding coordinators!

, coordinating with the vendors and making sure all was set to go. She prepared a full day timeline and a separate timeline specifically for the wedding party. They ran rehearsal magnificently and Annie and Lori were absolutely fabulous the day of the wedding! It made the day so stress free for my daughter and me. They assisted with any and everything in a professional, kind and efficient manner! I could go on and on!!

nning of my journey when I started planning over a year and a half ago right up until the very end. She was so helpful with anything and everything that I needed. She made the process so smooth and took so much pressure off of me. I definitely like being in control but felt totally comfortable letting Annie take the reins in being my point of contact with my other vendors. She was so sweet and supportive throughout the process. She was more then just a wedding coordinator but also a friend. She was very organized and was able to give me some awesome recommendations and ideas. When planning a wedding, there’s so much that goes into it that you don’t even think about. She was definitely an awesome person to have. Lori was the wedding coordinator for my actual wedding day. She took so much stress off of me that day it was not even funny. She arrived super early and had everything organized and stayed super late and got everything wrapped up. They both are super sweet and I am so glad that I ended up going with them. I never felt pressured to do anything or make any decisions, they both were there to accommodate my guests and I accordingly. There are no words that can even describe how grateful and thankful I am for them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone and everyone planning a wedding. My husband and I are truly so appreciative that we had them there with us every step of the way.

e everything ran smoothly and in timely manner. The moment I met them, I knew they were the best team for our wedding day and ensured that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Even some of the minor details, they made it work and our special day was perfect and absolutely a dream.

so sweet and so understanding. If I could give them more stars I would! We loved them. Thank you two for making our day the best ever.
