From the moment we began working together Annie proved to be a stellar wedding planner who made our journey smooth and stress-free. We live in Los Angeles, but decided to get marri...
ed in Dallas, TX, so we really leaned on Annie to make our semi-destination wedding come to life.
Annie met with us monthly, ensuring we stayed organized and on track with all our wedding plans. Her spreadsheets were super helpful! These regular meetings were invaluable, as they provided structure and kept us informed about every detail. Annie was available through text or a quick call from me or my husband at any time. Having a highly communicative planner was super important to us and Annie responded to every text/email in a timely manner.
On our wedding day, Annie was a true professional. She traveled all the way from California to Texas to support us to the end. What stood out most was Annie’s ability to remain calm and collected under pressure on the day of, provided me with immense peace of mind. We were able to relax and fully enjoy our special day, knowing that everything was in capable hands. Multiple people have told us “Our wedding was the one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to.” It was beautiful, classy, fun, and simply filled with love. Truly the best day of our lives. Thank you Annie for all your hard work!
A FAIRY TALE COME TRUE !!!

"THE BEST WEDDING EVER"!
Annie McNutt's organizational skills are outstanding: from her initial Wedding Questionnaire, spreadsheets for the (many) vendors, budget advice, attention to EVERY detail,
including making appointments for hair & make-up trials, tastings, travel, transportation and lodging in far off Nottingham, UK (far off from Los Angeles)!
I was working remotely (helping with a newborn granddaughter), so Annie, the bride/my daughter and I had regular phone/google meetings, with prompt updates.
She acted as intermediary, communicating with both groom and bride and vendors to refine details; sparing me the hassle.
I always expect the unexpected, and as a very few MINOR glitches arose, Annie managed them efficiently.
I was well aware of the details, but when the time came for THE Rehearsal and Welcome Dinner, and THE Wedding and Reception, everything exceeded my expectations as it magically coalesced into a literal "DREAM COME TRUE"!
(and my daughter had been dreaming about her wedding since the first time she watched Cinderella)
I thoroughly enjoyed the event we hosted, THANKS to Annie.
There are no superlatives that surpass Annie's skills. She's a gem, both to work with and organizationally.
If you need event planning, we HIGHLY recommend Annie!!!
I feel so lucky to have worked with Annie on the wedding of my dreams! To be clear, the vision I had for this event was probably different than she expected, and I also told her th...
at I wanted this to be planned in 3 months - a near impossible task for most wedding planners. I wanted an extremely fun Elvis wedding in Las Vegas. Keep in mind that I had no real connections in Vegas, but Annie got right to work and didn't bat an eye. There were times that I was really worried about minute details - my fiance wanted WAY more guests that I had initially asked for, & it ended up being 115 degrees in Vegas that weekend-- but Annie kept me cool, calm, and collected throughout the wedding process & on the day of my wedding. My fun, ridiculous Vegas wedding ended up being SO MUCH BETTER than I had ever dreamt. I recommend Annie whole heartedly to anyone looking for an organized & professional & diligent planner for their special day.
Annie did an INCREDIBLE job with the planning for our wedding! We went with the partial planning package, but Annie was easily accessible via email in the months leading up to our ...
wedding. Then, Annie did a great job managing all of our vendors leading up to the wedding, and she provided very helpful documents for the timeline, table layout, etc. She was also excellent with communication and responded very quickly to emails. I felt very comfortable knowing that Annie had everything taken care of before, during, and after the wedding, and that made our wedding day a very enjoyable and no-stress event. I highly recommend Annie for wedding planning services--super professional and super nice!

gined it to be. Annie is incredibly organized and professional, and she was able to discover and coordinate with a variety of talented vendors. ix up with our dessert, because Annie took care of it! When she learned they were not going to deliver our donuts as planned, she found a way to get them to the venue on time. She was also quick with the emergency kit with a safety pin when we had a mishap with a strap on my dress! My husband and I received multiple compliments on our calmness, but we had nothing to worry about because we were in such good hands.
When we started planning our wedding, we were unsure if we wanted to use a full service wedding planner, to use day of help or to try it on our own. We were even more unsure of eve...
rything a wedding entailed. We felt overwhelmed and that we would not be able to fully enjoy our engagement because of the already immense wedding planning stress.
Beginning with Annie’s preliminary consulting was the perfect way to ease us into the wedding planning process and helped us feel beyond prepared to make decisions. She never rushed any conversation and conscientiously went through the details of a wedding, many of which we had not thought of! Throughout the calls, we decided on a clear plan with known next steps which decreased our anxiety and even made us excited for the process. Annie is a lovely, level headed, professional who truly cares about your individual needs and making your wedding a success.
We would most definitely recommend Annie’s services to any couple planning a wedding!
