There are simply not enough words to describe how amazing Denise is. We had initially hired her as a month of coordinator, but we had a lot of problems with our venue changing staff and we reached out to see if she could help us earlier. She reassured us that despite our problems with the venue, the day would be perfect and thanks to her it was. She went above and beyond and lifted so much stress off our day. She made sure our vision came to life with decorations and throughout the process and day was there with us. She was our biggest advocate with our vendors and the day of made sure we had food, drinks and were happy all throughout. If you are looking for someone to make your event dreams come true, Denise is who you’re looking for.

Denise was wonderful! Honestly, I don't think my wedding would have gotten very far without her help. She was amazing and found fantastic vendors so quickly. I was planning our wedding from overseas and our venue was particularly difficult. She was able to intervene and handle so much of the logistics that would have been very stressful. She was positive, kind, professional and simply amazing. I can 100% recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!

We had the best experience working with Annie Rose events! I’m a worrier (and that’s putting it mildly) and I felt better after every conversation with Denise - even a text would do it! I especially loved that Denise understood our unique circumstances and challenges and she was only concerned about what we wanted … not what we were “supposed” to do. I felt comfortable to confide in her about personal matters, and having someone in my corner who understood me, made our day possible. Denise and her assistant were an invaluable part of the team that brought our wedding to life. Anyone would be lucky to have Annie Rose events on their side.

Denise was so attentive as our wedding day coordinator! Leading up to the wedding, she helped answer questions and provided excellent vendor recommendations! On our wedding day, she checked in throughout the day to make sure we were comfortable, feeling good, and having the best day! She helped coordinate multiple vendors and across different sites. Denise was so kind and made everything flow smoothly for our wedding!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Denise and her team. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to their craft are simply unmatched. Denise was so helpful during the planning process and was always available for a call or text when I needed guidance or support. Denise collaborated with my other vendors, set up and took down my decor, and was a calming presence throughout the day. She brought my vision to life and gave me an absolutely perfect, stress-free wedding day.

Denise and her team, Robin and Carly, at Annie Rose Events were a breath of fresh air to the wedding planning process. We had several days of events that all required a high level of coordination. Not only did they help us plan and organize, but they went above and beyond by taking responsibilities off of our plate and onto theirs. During the final month of planning, they helped us chase down difficult vendors and consistently advocated for our point of view. After all the planning, they also helped us execute a million day of tasks like holding our flowers across days, assembling take-away gifts, and stepping in for a handful of last-minute requests. This was the best money spent during our entire wedding and really served as insurance for the investment we made for the wedding.

Annie rose coordinating services was the best decision I made for my wedding. My best friend told me about a day of coordinator and my venue “The Beverly Mansion” referred this company to me! Denise is so sweet and very on top of things! This company will make all your wedding visions and dreams come true! I had Leslie and Amy as my day of coordinators and they absolutely nailed it. I was not stressed and neither was any family members. We were able to relax and enjoy the day. Unfortunately it rained on my wedding day but these two last minute made an outdoor ceremony indoor and made it match my vision of my initial wedding. They were on top of everything and kept the day moving smoothly. They were able to do anything that was asked and were so wonderful to work with. Highly recommend. Would give 100 stars if possible.

Where do I start? You’ll never meet someone like Denise. She gives her all to every couple that she works with and she is amazing at what she does. She’s extremely personable, friendly, respectful, smart, knowledgeable, and so many other things. She’s so willing to go out of her way for anything you need. She truly loves what she does and that makes working with her so special! We are so thankful to have met Denise and for all her work to make our day the most perfect day ever! We consider her such a close family friend after working with her for so long. I may be done planning my wedding, but I certainly won’t stop calling Denise! :) Thank you so much Denise!

Denise was so wonderful to work with and blew us away with her assistance to our wedding planning and coordination. We chose the “month of coordination” package. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with and ensured me that she would help to execute my vision for our wedding day from the start. The set up of our event was beyond what I could have imagined. The décor was set up so beautifully by Denise and her team and the flow of everything just made sense. She also kept everything organized and packed everything up at the end of the night just as we had it so things were neat and nothing was lost which I especially appreciated since I had rented our décor and had to return it. She handled everything and myself and my husband were able to just enjoy our day without having to worry. One example where Denise especially shined – our rented ceremony arch was not sturdy and kept falling, Denise quickly let me know and I said I was good with whatever adjustments were necessary. She quickly improvised to a different arch our venue had that could support our florals, and beautifully decorated it to enhance our ceremony. I liked it more than the original option! Her assistance at our rehearsal, and during the ceremony was also exceptional. We so greatly appreciated her help advising our wedding party and ensuring the ceremony went smoothly. She also always frequently checked on my husband and I during the wedding reception and brought us drinks or anything else we might have needed :) I highly recommend hiring Denise for your special day! We are certainly grateful to have had her as a part of ours.

Denise and her team - specifically, Leslie & Amy - were absolutely perfect!! They saw my vision and ran with it in the best way possible. I was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy throughout the entire wedding day because of them. It was the BEST investment in myself. I wish I could do it all over again with them!

Denise was an absolute life savor and amazing part of our wedding team. She honestly feels like part of our family now. I chose Denise to help me with month-of/day-of planning and coordination of my wedding at the Mohican Treehouse Resort and I am SO happy I did! She was so kind and professional throughout my entire planning process, was always available for me to ask questions, and even met me at my venue for a tour many months before our wedding. At the rehearsal and day-of, she made sure that everything ran smoothly and that the groom and I had no stress or worries! Even through several hiccups (which are bound to happen!) she stayed calm, confident, happy, and handled everything like a pro. Denise of Annie Rose Events was the perfect person to guide us through the wedding process. She is extremely organized and helped us establish a time line as to when we needed to get things done. She has amazing connections with wedding vendors and she helped with everything from venue to flowers to cake, DJ, getting blocks of rooms, photographer and then made sure everything went together seamlessly the day of our daughter's wedding. Denise was always available for advice and pep talks. She made us feel like we were her only client. She made sure our day was perfect and that we had as few worries as possible. She even set up our table center pieces, cookie table, memory table, escort cards and everything was beautiful. Her creativity and artistic flair really matched our daughter's vision. Working with Denise/Annie Rose Events as our wedding coordinator is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! It is hard to convey just how thankful my (now) husband and I are that we hired Denise/Annie Rose Events to be our month-of coordinator for our wedding. I wasn’t convinced we needed a coordinator at first but Denise is 1000% worth it. She gives you a full month of support at a price comparable to other day-of coordinators, and has an excellent team that she works with as well. We had A LOT of issues with our wedding venue, which really escalated in the last month before our wedding and Denise stepped in and managed everything for us seamlessly. The management team at our venue dropped the ball on many different things but Denise and her team stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing wedding. If not for Denise and her team, we’re not sure our reception would have come together and it certainly would not have looked as beautiful as it did. One good piece of advice I was given in wedding planning was that a venue coordinator represents the venue while your own coordinator represents you and your interests. Denise was our advocate throughout a very stressful process and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Denise was absolutely amazing! She helped me not stress the month leading up to my wedding, was beyond helpful and made everything perfect. Day of she was always checking in on us making sure we felt good and were happy (and hydrated lol). I can’t recommend denise enough, if you’re looking for not only an amazing planner but an amazing person choose her!

There aren't enough words to express how much my entire family loves Denise. Denise walked me, my (now) husband, and our families through every step of the wedding planning process. She toured venues with us, set us up for success with incredible vendors, paid attention to every major and minor detail, understood and implemented our vision, and really became part of the family. I'm a generally anxious person, but having Denise by my side put my mind at ease. Having her to text, call, or video call with really helped the process go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Denise was (literally) running around, making sure everything went off seamlessly. All the while, she checked in on the me (the bride), the groom, the bridal party, and the parents to ensure we were calm and didn't have any more questions. Denise's knowledge of the wedding industry paired with her connections, and nurturing demeanor make her the perfect wedding planner. She truly was our North Star!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Denise is the most kind and easy going person to work with. She thought of literally everything for my wedding and then some. I also worked with her team members, including Amy, who was the lead on my wedding day. Amy was phenomenal and I couldn’t have gone through my wedding without Annie Rose Events. They set up all my decorations the morning of my wedding, and held their word when they said no task is too big or small. I could go on and on about them. My wedding was absolutely perfect and it was because of them that made it perfect!! Thank you, Annie Rose!

The Annie Rose Events team were very professional, kind, and brought my wedding vision to life! They had to deal with our ceremony rehearsal the day of our wedding. With that, they kept everyone on schedule and was very patient with everyone. Her team was able to take care of all outside questions and concerns so that my husband and I could just enjoy the day - it was magical! My daughter hired Annie Rose Events as a month of coordinator for her wedding at Swan Lake in Powell and I couldn’t be more grateful! As the mother of the bride and having helped plan the wedding and details, I can’t imagine not having our coordinator Denise there to help us. Denise was calm, caring and brought positive energy thought it all, finding solutions quickly with anything that popped up. She ensured everything was set up just as planned, down to the small details which took down my stress so much. I cannot express enough how AMAZING Denise (and her husband, Jim!) are! Of all the weddings I have assisted with as an Event Manager this one was the most seamless due to Denise's attention to detail, eagerness to assist, and infectious, positive attitude. From the moment they arrived to the moment they left they were hands on and always speaking for the best interest of our mutual client. She even ran off property to get an emergency bowtie and to drop off accidentally left behind boutonnieres! I will be HIGHLY recommending Denise to all of our future wedding clients.

Denise with Annie Rose Events was the absolute best. We, as most couples, knew nothing when it came to wedding planning. Denise was able to detail out everything we needed, things to we needed to do, and put together our entire schedule. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how everything needed to run. She was great when it came to recommendations for vendors as well. We purchased the month of/ day of package with Annie Rose Events and I am so happy we did. I don't know how we would have pulled everything together the day of without her. She put together all the tables and set everything up. She kept our schedule and was checking in throughout the reception to keep things on track like cake cutting, speeches, and dances. All in all, Denise was a great person to have on our wedding day. We highly recommend her if you need any help for your day of preparations.

As a professional wedding DJ it is always fantastic to work with a professional wedding coordinator like Annie Rose Events. Denise is always prepared with a timeline and day of coordination. If I could give 10 Stars I would. My experience working with Annie Rose Events was nothing short of amazing. She made sure everything was perfect and on time. From the decor, to the organization, to the set up everything was more than I Imagined. This specific wedding that I worked with her on was (believe it or not) was In the middle the woods with NO electricity.. She brought it to LIFE. I was truly amazed.. Im even more excited that I have her card now..I would recommend her 10/10.. you will be more than satisfied with her results (side note: I never leave reviews, but this was very necessary for me)

Annie Rose was a lifesaver for me! I hired Denise to plan and coordinate a 90th birthday part for my “hard to please” Father in Law. She is beyond amazing! She found a venue close to home, so he did not have to travel far, contracted the venue and caterer and helped me plan the menu and she even designed and sent the invites. ! I truly did nothing other than give my opinion! I did not even have to clean up after! I literally showed up 20 minutes before guests were to arrive! She took every responsibility off of my plate! I cannot thank her enough for her time, attention and love! Best quote of the day…”I would not have changed a thing”! My Father in Law was so honored and felt so loved. Thank you, Denise! Omg I don't even know how to put into words how amazing Denise with Annie Rose Events is! I hired her as our month of coordinator a year out and she was still so helpful beyond just what I hired her for and met at our venue to help with questions and answered so many phone calls and text and was always super responsive! She doesn't just treat you like a client, she treats you like family! I am so so thankful with our decision to hire Denise and be blessed by her kind caring and detail focused presence! She took so much stress away and again I can't say enough good about her!

I don't know what we would've done without Denise! She is so incredibly kind and caring and is excellent at what she does. I was so stressed and nervous before our wedding and Denise was amazing at talking me through things and reassuring me that everything was going to be great. She answered our questions and helped us get organized for our day. Denise was there for our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing. We had boxes and boxes of rented decorations that we weren't sure what to do with. When we walked into the venue on our wedding day, I was truly speechless! The attention to detail was unbelievable. She transformed the room into something better than I could've imagined. We received so many compliments on the decor and everything went great - I cannot recommend Denise enough, she really is the best!

Annie Rose Events was incredibly helpful with organization. They were professional, friendly, efficient and insanely creative. They saw the vision and made it come to life. The food they put together was delicious and the physical space was beyond expectation. Denise stayed during the event to ensure that everything ran smoothly. She was outgoing, approachable and open to engaging with guests to make sure nobody needed anything. She stayed after to assist with clean up, which made everything super easy on our end. Would recommend her not only for weddings, but for any of your event needs. You will not be disappointed.

We really loved Denise when we talked to her about our daughter's destination wedding. So friendly. We said we needed "day of" to decorate the church and venue according to my exact descriptions and the main reason, to coordinate announcing dances and speeches. I was concerned she was 3.5 hrs away from our venue but was told no problem. We felt great about her and all her 5 star reviews so we signed "month of" contract with no hours. She said she doesn't set hrs. bc each day is different but she will be there 1st thing in the am until everyone is on the dance floor. She told us to feel free to contact her anytime before the month starts for questions. So nice of her and we did. When we set the timeline a week before the wedding she changed her tune. Said she will need $200 more to be there until 9pm. When I questioned her she said "I am already giving you so much by being 3.5 hrs. away and you contacted me before the month even started and I happily answered your questions and I have never given anyone such a good price." I was shocked and started to feel really uncomfortable that we had hired her. She asked for lots of details and said she was a "stickler for details" and will do everything just like I want it. She got lists of what we needed at each location. She did decorate the dining tables as asked but didn't follow directions for most everything else. BIGGEST disappointment was the church isle for the bride's entrance. She had a text with a photo and written descriptions in 2 places to put the 18 wreaths I handmade ON THE PEWS. We wanted it to look like a German isle for her dream wedding. Instead, she hung them up high under the candles on a metal pole. They looked silly. This is something we can never get back and will forever be in our photos. The greenery and baby's breath were to be put "all over" the venue tables to look romantic. There were 4 small springs on the gift table. None on the long photo table. It looked barren and sparse. When cleaning up after I found the 2 hugs floral buckets with lots of baby's breath and eucalyptus STILL IN THEM stuffed under a table. We paid for all those florals that sat under a table all night. She didn't coordinate with the caterer to store the leftovers as asked and all that food had to be thrown out. We paid for that and the family was going to eat in the next few days while we were in town. I only saw her when we first got to the reception where she could not find the script for the MC. It was in the box with all the other things needing to be set out. She went back and looked in the boxes and insisted it wasn't there so our MC had to find a pen and paper and try to come up with his speech and timeline on the spot. My husband went back and found it right where I said it was. That was really stressful for my family. After this, I never saw her the whole night. She never checked with us to see if we needed anything. She was already gone before 9pm even though we paid extra. She did not coordinate the first dance or speeches. It was a mess. Didn't even have their first dance announced. I regret we hired her. I had my sisters all set to decorate the venue/church isle. Denise said, "that's my job!" and encouraged me to let her do it and let my family relax. I wish we had just done it ourselves. We put so much effort into planning it and almost nothing was how we paid for it to be. I contacted her several times with my concerns after the wedding and she ignored me.

Denise, the owner of Annie Rose, is hands down the best wedding planner ever! She is very organized, respectful, super sweet, and will do everything she can to make your day so special. She found all my wedding vendors in a few short weeks due to her great working relationships with them. That is invaluable for a bride on a quick timeline like me! The day of the wedding, Denise took over making sure every little detail was done just how I wanted it. She completed all my flower arrangements while coordinating all the vendors. I could truly relax and enjoy my wedding because I knew Denise had it covered! Her work demonstrated how much she loves planning weddings and wants you to have the best experience working with her. I recommend Annie Rose to anyone, in fact I plan on hiring her again for my baby shower ( but she doesn't know that yet:)

Denise was so wonderful! I hired her for day of coordinating to help take the stress off even when there were a few hiccups. These were not her fault but she took care to make sure they were fixed and helped me relax. She is DEFINITELY worth the money. She brought my vision to life and allowed me to be able to just enjoy my day. She was able to make all planning meetings with the venue and really took the time to get to know us as a couple and how we envisioned our wedding being. Even our parents could not have praised her enough too. Having her allowed them to sit back and enjoy the day as well. If your are on the fence about a wedding planner, just do it. Denise was awesome, and we are extremely happy we had her for our wedding. We ended up choosing the Month of Wedding Coordination, but she talked to us and helped us out even a few times before the month leading up the event. Rest assured that Denise is extremely detailed oriented; she helped coordinate and finalize our rehearsal/ceremony, and she mentioned some things that we thought were extremely nice touches. She went above and beyond by helping with set up and tear down. She helped fight any fires during the wedding and made sure that we were comfortable throughout the event! We do not regret spending the money to work with Denise for the wedding and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Denise for any future events!

Denise was the perfect coordinator to help us prepare for the month leading up to our event. Our venue was huge and did not come with anything (no coordinator, no food, no tables, no chairs, no décor…nothing, just a beautiful empty building). Denise made sure our set-up and coordination of a dozen vendors went off without a hitch so we could enjoy our rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Her attention to details was meticulous, from vendor coordination and confirmation to last minutes details we forgot, to set-up and tear down, she far exceeded our expectations. I was so thankful to have Denise advocating on my behalf, having everything organized and ready, allowing my friends and family to relax and enjoy our big day. I was so torn about hiring a coordinator (working under the assumption we had plenty of friends and family members that could help with last minute details) but I do not regret my decision for one minute. Our day would not have been a success without Denise. She is a total BOSS LADY and knows exactly how to turn dreams into perfection!! We truly could not have done it without her.

We were in great hands with Denise and Joan! They were sweet, cheerful, and efficient! Every part of our daughter’s special day ran like clockwork. As the mother of the bride I was able to relax and enjoy the wedding g and the reception . Highly recommend this team.

Denise from Annie Rose Events planned and hosted my daughters first birthday and— just wow!! Each detailed was through and through the exact vision I wanted for our French bakery and pastry theme. Denise found vendors such as a local coffee shop to set up an at home coffee bar with a barista and everything! Beyond all the extravagant decor, Denise was timely, present, enthusiastic, and professionals!!! Things like cutting the cake Denise orchestrated the timing of and candy and got me so I didn’t have to clock watch. I felt fully present at my baby’s first birthday and it was all due to the wonderful expertise of Annie Rose Events. Just wow!!!!

My husband and I had to postpone our wedding last minute due to Covid. Denise with Annie Rose Events helped us make the appropriate changes to reschedule. Without her we would have been lost with an extremely stressful situation. Due to rescheduling there were certain changes that had to be made including not being able to decorate the venue the day before. Denise made our venue far beyond our expectations with her attention to detail and beautiful eye for decorating and setup. You never would have know setup was the same day. She took care of everything from our cocktail room and ballroom to the wine cellar where the ceremony was. I was able to focus on relaxing, getting ready, and not stressing. Denise was with me every step of the day. She helped with anything I needed and made sure the day ran smoothly. The entire day was perfect and made possible by Denise. We truly could not have done it without her.

On behalf of Ashland Regional Ballet, I want to thank Annie Rose Events by Denise Rosby for hosting our ARB 30th Anniversary The Nutcracker Reception on December 18th. It was absolutely beautifully prepared, and not a detail was missed. Our alumni had such a wonderful time at the reception. From the decorations to the desserts, everything was perfect. When Covid caused my daughter and her fiancé’s to postpone their wedding for a second time, Denise, of Annie Rose Events, stepped in and skillfully coordinated all the changes and made an extremely stressful situation manageable for the couple. Denise was extremely understanding and kind throughout the process and went above and beyond what was expected so the couple could have their perfect wedding. The day of the wedding went so smoothly, and we owe that to Annie Rose Events. Denise took care of all the preparations at the venue while also checking in with my daughter. Denise has a flair for decorating and skillfully executed the couple’s vision for the venue. She handled everything behind the scenes the day of the event ensuring the couple had their perfect day! Denise’s talents truly helped make the couple’s wedding day magical.

Beautiful presentation of our theme. Easy to work with and very accommodating. It was our 30th anniversary of The Nutcracker...so well designed and there was something for everyone's taste..would highly recommend.

Our organization hired Denise for a special event anniversary celebration. The decor and desserts were beyond our expectations! Everything was beautiful, tasteful, and delicious! There were many special touches and take home souvenir treats to round out the event. I’ll definitely hire again! Well done!

Denise is absolutely amazing!!! She is very organized and did such a great job setting up our whole venue for us while also being present and keeping us organized throughout the day! My husband forgot his belt and Denise went out of her way to get one for him and still was able to get everything else done. She is such a sweet and thoughtful person. My birthday was the next day and she got me a birthday gift to help celebrate. I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator and am so thankful for all of her amazing hard work!

I reached out to Denise at Annie Rose only a few weeks before my wedding to make my dream wedding cider mill come true. She pulled it off in a few weeks and it was the biggest hit at my wedding. My guests are still raving about it! In addition, she was SUPER responsive, SUPER sweet and she went out of her way to help me with so many other last minute things that she did not have to do. She was an absolute dream to work with. My only issue was that I did not find her sooner!!! 10/10 recommend

Denise was our saving grace for our wedding! After a bad experience with a previous coordinator, we weren't sure how we would keep everything organized the day of. I reached out to Denise and immediately felt at ease and confident that she would take care of everything the way we envisioned. From the beginning, she was always there to answer our questions and support us in every single thing. She was always willing to help where it was needed and take care of something so we didn't have to. The day of, everything was set up perfectly and it was like our dream come true. Denise was wonderful!! She really took the stress off of my mom and I during the big day and I didn’t have any worries because I knew Denise was on it. The setup was beautiful and the dessert bar she created was one of my guests favorite part, she went above and beyond and made sure my husband and my favorite treats were there!! It was spectacular! WOW, just WOW is what I heard over and over again as friends and family came to celebrate my daughter, Sophia, at her graduation party! From the beginning, Denise focused on capturing exactly Sophia’s vision and worked her magic to create it! Denise misses nothing! Her attention to detail and professional knowledge allowed me to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about anything! What a gift she has and I will definitely be having her put that gift to work for our family for all our future events!
