From one vendor to another, Ana is simply the best. Her attention to detail, her charisma, and her overall personality was magnetic. She was amazing and will able to help anyone with a vision for their special day. If you need any help with your wedding, I urge anyone to contact Ana!
We hired a day of coordinator because we wanted to ease the stress on ourselves and to have all our family &friends enjoy themselves. Unfortunately, Anahi was the wrong person. Mind you we had a smaller wedding 110-120 people, no bridal party, and our ceremony and reception were in the same location. Anahi is unreliable, inconsistent & has poor time management. She was late to almost every phone appointment we had, & she would also forget about our scheduled appointments. She had scheduled an appointment with me about 2 months before the wedding, the day of the appointment I did not hear from Anahi at all. About a MONTH later I still hadn’t heard from her so I had to reach out to reschedule, & she didn’t apologize for missing the first appointment. She was also (30 mins) late to our first in person meeting/ venue walkthrough. Our final appointment to finalize the timeline was scheduled in the late evening to accommodate her schedule! When I reached out to connect with her I could tell she had completely forgotten about us & our appointment, she then stated she wasn’t home yet & would call as soon as she’s available, mind you it was 9pm. 1 hour went by & I still hadn’t heard from her so we were forced to cancel. SHE WAS THEN AN HOUR LATE TO THE VENUE, THE DAY OF THE WEDDING.
She texted me the morning of the wedding while I was getting ready that she could change her hours from 1pm-9pm but all my vendors were scheduled to arrive at 12 & the venue was to be set up at 12. I told her no, to arrive at her scheduled time for the vendors & she agreed, she then said she was running late & would be arriving at 12:30p, it was already 11:50 when she let me know & the florist had just arrived. My groom & other vendors confirmed she did not arrive until after 1pm! Since she was late she was not present to meet with my flower vendor & our large heavy arch was set up in the wrong location forcing my family/friends to move it up the stairs. Alot of the boutonnières were a mess as well, & she was not there to advocate for me. The venue had also made a mistake with their set up & my groom had to correct it since she was not present. My friends & family had to set up everything on their own. & on top of that she is rude & was rude to all of my vendors, friends & family. As you can imagine as soon as I arrived to my wedding everyone was complaining about her which stressed me out. I would not recommend Anahi. We were completely dissatisfied and she added a lot of extra stress and anxiety for us the day of the wedding.
UPDATE: How ridiculous is it that you were not aware I was having a rehearsal when you wrote it on the timeline? I made you aware of the small changes that were made during the rehearsal. The 1st appointment that you completely missed was within your "working hours” these “hours” were also never told to us. My friends didn’t know what your job was because you were late, & they had to set everything up without your direction & were calling me for guidance. The arch was heavy it took multiple people to carry it and my friends/family were only expecting to carry it once down the stairs after the ceremony when more people would be present to help. But, because you were late the arch was set in the wrong place. Of course my other vendors were professional to you to ensure my wedding went smoothly because of THEM things ran on time. My parents were not happy with you & you were the first complaint after my wedding. 1 of the 4 who set up the curtain was my dad & he stated that you and your assistant were very rude & disrespectful to him. Thank you Anahi, for writing your response. I think it truly shows your true colors and allows me to provide proof of your lies, & poor service you provide.
I don't know where to begin, I hired Ana and her team to help me the day of my wedding. From the beginning we knew we were meant to work together as we had similarities in our relationships. Although I only hired them for day of coordinators I would text them asking for assistance and guidance and they were able to help me no matter what. My family kept asking me why I looked so calm the day of my wedding and I simply said, because it's out of my hands now. They had a schedule of how everything was going to run and they handled all our vendors. As soon as a family member came to be with a problem the team was already on it and told me not to worry. I can't thank you guys enough for the assistance and helping us have an incredible wedding that was stressfree and beautiful. Love you guys!!!
Where do I start: I reached out to Anahi via email 3-4 weeks or so before my wedding because it was only then that I realized--SO I have most of my wedding planned out, but how will this all be executed day of?! DAY OF COORDINATOR! Anahi responded immediately and we set up a phone consult.
From the instant we talked on the phone, I could tell she was honest, ethical, passionate and really desired to help make my wedding day so special and execute my vision. It's truly rare to have a vendor make you feel so comfortable and so quickly! She shared that due to another engagement on her end, she would have one of her trusted team members support me on my wedding day. Anahi quickly connected me to the amazing, Stacey!
My wedding day was beyond what I could have ever dreamed of and it would not have been possible without the amazing, Stacey! In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Stacey was responsive to my many questions and provided great feedback and suggestions regarding some moving pieces surrounding decor and event timeline.
The day of, Stacey handled the entire list of decorate setup to-dos on the day of, such as: organizing my guest tables with charger plates, party favors, napkins with detailed feathers, signage, photo booth decor, sign-in table, cake table, sweetheart table, outdoor decor--you name it! Also, I included my puppy in our ceremony and Stacey even ensured that she was escorted out after her grand entrance and walk down the aisle. Throughout the night, Stacey also ensured we were on schedule our timeline.
Stacey also ensured all my personal decor, gifts and all other miscellaneous items were packed safely for me and ready to go! Even my guests commented how beautiful and smooth everything went and how incredible Stacey was at executing this special day.
My day was PERFECT--and I do not use that term lightly-- and it would not have been possible without Stacey and Anahi. Thank you all for the peace of mind you afforded me and for making my wedding beyond what I could have ever dreamed of!
