e most stress-free, relaxed, and calm day of the entire planning process because she had everything handled to a tee. Leading up to our big day, we had frequent check-ins and constant communication, which made everything feel organized and under control. I had a few ideas that I was worried might be too much, and every single time her response was, “If you want it, we can make it happen.”
Planning our wedding with her was actually fun and enjoyable. If there were tasks my husband and I didn’t want to deal with, like confirming vendors the week of, she stepped in without hesitation. She handled every detail, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and made sure everything ran seamlessly.
After working with her, the one piece of advice I would give any couple is to make a wedding planner a non-negotiable in your budget. She truly made our day what it was. I can look back on our wedding and remember it exactly how it should be: carefree, joyful, and completely stress-free.

mpeccably organized. She took so much time outside of her own personal busy schedule to meet with us as many times as we wanted. She lightened our load significantly by contacting and coordinating with all of our vendors, creating our timeline, and thinking through any possible need we could have. On top of that, she is one of the kindest, most calming people you will meet. My mom and I have continuously said that we could not have done this without her. She met with us an unlimited amount of times and always made sure that we felt supported and that the event was going to be beautiful. We hired her as a day of coordinator but she was present throughout the entire planning process to create our timeline, lend advice, answer questions, and confirm vendors the week of. Jayme went out of her way to make sure the day ran smoothly (I am honestly not sure if anything major went wrong, but I am sure she handled it!), and our moms were able to enjoy themselves! We had quite a bit of decor to place for the reception and most venues will not assist with this so the task usually falls to moms or other family and friends. If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, I highly suggest Jayme, Another Mother, so your moms and bridal party can enjoy the big day too!

If you've never planned a wedding before (which most of us haven't) and don't have a planner, reach out to Jayme. If we did not have her that day, there are so many moments that my mom would have missed having to take care of the things Jayme did. Her communication with the vendors was great leading up to and the day of the wedding. She even helped clean up at the end of the night and organized all of our decorations and gifts for us. She made an extremely thorough day-of timeline -- the care and detail she put into this document really helped the day go smoothly. She confirmed details with all of our vendors before the big day, which gave us peace of mind. And when it came to the day-of, I truly believe she was superwoman!! She made sure all our decor was set up correctly and on time, cued our wedding party for the ceremony, helped make the ceremony to reception flip happen in record time, moved carts around to accommodate late night food, got our cash tips to all our vendors, made sure our photo booth prints made it into a car with our stuff, coordinated a super speedy teardown, and so so much more (including, I'm sure, a bunch of helpful tasks that we didn't even see or know about!). Having Jayme there really took the pressure off of us and our closest friends and family to execute the day, because we knew Jayme was taking care of things. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I'm here to tell you that picking Jayme will make a massive difference in the flow and success of your wedding day without breaking the bank. She really does work on your behalf like another mother. 1000% worth it!

Its tough for me to trust someone to get everything done but Jayme really shined and made my wedding day incredibly special. She was also wonderful to work with in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, producing and revising a very detailed timeline so that everything progressed smoothly on the day--but she also easily adapted when I made some last minute changes to it! It really was like having a second mom there, which made it easy for my actual mom to just enjoy herself. If you are looking for a reliable, kind, and efficient day-of coordinator, I can't recommend Jayme enough!

dding planner. And I did a TON of details for this wedding. So when I realized that my florist alone was not going to be able to do all the decorating I had envisioned I started wondering how it was all going to work. And then I sort of stumbled upon AnotherMother. I thought...that's exactly what I need. Someone who would be as emotionally invested in this as me! Well, Jayme is. She was very quick to pick up on what the vision was. She is tremendous with details and follow-up...she will continue to nudge you on all the stuff that needs to get checked off the list. Now, I am pretty organized. That helps. But she executed the day flawlessly, with great attention to detail. She listened to the processional music so she would know exactly how to cue the Bride, bc there was a specific timing for this. She set everything up with such attention to detail. And let me just say this....she worked SO HARD ALL DAY! And after it's all over...we only had 1 hour to pack it all up and exit the venue. She was so strategic about all of that. And everything made it home in one piece. lol. Seriously do not hesitate to get some help...and if you're lucky enough to secure Jayme...jump at the opportunity. In closing I would like to say this... She is professional, warm, kind and caring. What a delight to work with her. Best Day Ever!

My husband and I had our absolute DREAM wedding and we owe every bit of that to Jayme at Another Mother Wedding Helper. She helped us make sure we were covering every little detail...
prior to our big day and helped us build a timeline of everything that needed to be done from booking a venue to purchasing decorations. On the day of our wedding, she singlehandedly organized absolutely everything. She picked up our flowers and cake, picked up all of our decor and set up both our ceremony and reception venues, created and helped coordinate a timeline for our photographer and party bus so we could make sure we got all the photos we wanted, arranged everything with our vendors and made sure they were where they needed to be, helped to make sure our reception timeline ran smoothly, and cleaned up after our ceremony and reception. Our day was absolutely stress free because of her and her services! Her services are priceless, but a huge bonus is how affordable everything she does is. We would recommend her to anyone who is wanting some extra help with budgeting and timelines for wedding planning, but especially for anyone who needs an “extra mom” to make sure everything is set up PERFECTLY on your big day!
