I cannot thank Jayme enough for everything she did to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Jayme was much more than just a day of coordinator, she met with us numerous times before the wedding and helped keep us on track throughout the whole wedding planning process. Jayme was also so kind to us, and really became a friend to us during this last year. I honestly do not think that our wedding would have been near as perfect if it was not for her! I cannot thank Jayme enough for all of the time and advice she gave me leading up to the wedding. I hired her as a day of coordinator, but she did so much more than that! We met through zoom countless times leading up to the wedding and she helped me to think of things that hadn't even crossed my mind. If we did not have her that day, there are so many moments that my mom would have missed having to take care of the things Jayme did. Her communication with the vendors was great leading up to and the day of the wedding. She even helped clean up at the end of the night and organized all of our decorations and gifts for us. Jayme was such a pleasure to work with. She was very organized, thoughtful, and supportive through the whole process. We met many times via Zoom and it was so nice to see everything come together so perfectly the day of. We were able to enjoy the day so much more knowing she had everything under control. She created a very detailed timeline which was great to have and be able to distribute to family/vendors/bridal party. She literally thinks of everything! Jayme was absolutely indispensable to our wedding day -- we can't imagine having done it without her! She is incredibly organized, supportive, knowledgable, and kind. She made an extremely thorough day-of timeline -- the care and detail she put into this document really helped the day go smoothly. She confirmed details with all of our vendors before the big day, which gave us peace of mind. And when it came to the day-of, I truly believe she was superwoman!! She made sure all our decor was set up correctly and on time, cued our wedding party for the ceremony, helped make the ceremony to reception flip happen in record time, moved carts around to accommodate late night food, got our cash tips to all our vendors, made sure our photo booth prints made it into a car with our stuff, coordinated a super speedy teardown, and so so much more (including, I'm sure, a bunch of helpful tasks that we didn't even see or know about!). Having Jayme there really took the pressure off of us and our closest friends and family to execute the day, because we knew Jayme was taking care of things. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, I'm here to tell you that picking Jayme will make a massive difference in the flow and success of your wedding day without breaking the bank. She really does work on your behalf like another mother. 1000% worth it!

I would fully recommend hiring Jayme! She helps so much in the planning process and then allows you to be able to enjoy your big day! If you ask me most costs when it comes to weddings are way overpriced. However Jayme is the exception, for the amount of work she puts in her fee is well deserved.

Jayme was so incredibly helpful and was integral in making the wedding day go off without a hitch. While we just utilized her services as a “day of coordinator” she was so much more than that. We met several times via Zoom prior to the wedding day and her organization and agenda planning really helped ease any nervousness we had in planning this event. I could say a million reasons why I am so thankful to have had Jayme on my wedding day--but due to time/word constraints I will say only a few things. Jayme is amazing! We hired her as a day of coordinator for our wedding. She was so easy to work with and helped us so much along the way. We had several meetings before the wedding to plan and she offered so much advice. She even created a timeline for us. The day of the wedding she was once again amazing. I can't say enough good things about Jayme. As someone who has been the day-of coordinator for many weddings, I know how tough a job it can be. Jayme was wonderful on the day--she made sure everything ran smoothly, got all of our supplies to the right places, and helped coordinate all of my vendors so that I didn't have to think about it. Its tough for me to trust someone to get everything done but Jayme really shined and made my wedding day incredibly special. She was also wonderful to work with in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, producing and revising a very detailed timeline so that everything progressed smoothly on the day--but she also easily adapted when I made some last minute changes to it! It really was like having a second mom there, which made it easy for my actual mom to just enjoy herself. If you are looking for a reliable, kind, and efficient day-of coordinator, I can't recommend Jayme enough!

Jayme provided much needed guidance and direction for my daughter's wedding--she's a life saver! I work full time and planning a wedding can feel like a second full-time job. Jayme organized us, asked all the right questions that we had never thought of, kept us on a timeline, and gave the entire wedding party an excellent timeline of where to be and when to be there. When it came down to the day of the wedding, she was everywhere doing everything! Jayme made our wedding a success. I found myself saying multiple times before and after the wedding “I don’t know what we would have done without Jayme!” She kept us organized, on task, and she knew to plan for all of the details that we had not even anticipated. Well...as the Mother of The Bride I cannot say enough glowing things about Jayme. Our wedding was amazing. And I was able to enjoy it because of Jayme. Now...I did not have a wedding planner. And I did a TON of details for this wedding. So when I realized that my florist alone was not going to be able to do all the decorating I had envisioned I started wondering how it was all going to work. And then I sort of stumbled upon AnotherMother. I thought...that's exactly what I need. Someone who would be as emotionally invested in this as me! Well, Jayme is. She was very quick to pick up on what the vision was. She is tremendous with details and follow-up...she will continue to nudge you on all the stuff that needs to get checked off the list. Now, I am pretty organized. That helps. But she executed the day flawlessly, with great attention to detail. She listened to the processional music so she would know exactly how to cue the Bride, bc there was a specific timing for this. She set everything up with such attention to detail. And let me just say this....she worked SO HARD ALL DAY! And after it's all over...we only had 1 hour to pack it all up and exit the venue. She was so strategic about all of that. And everything made it home in one piece. lol. Seriously do not hesitate to get some help...and if you're lucky enough to secure Jayme...jump at the opportunity. In closing I would like to say this... She is professional, warm, kind and caring. What a delight to work with her. Best Day Ever!

Jayme was amazing. She was always a step ahead. She created my day of timeline, thought of every little details that I hadn’t even thought of, confirmed with vendors and much, much more. Everything on our big day went perfect and it has everything to do with Jayme. We debated a day of coordinator for a while and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire Jayme! I can not say enough great things about Jayme! I was determined to do it on my own without hiring a wedding planner and thank goodness Jayme was available when I came to my senses. Jayme did so much more then your typical day of coordinator and truly went the extra mile and helped make our day so special.

My husband and I had our absolute DREAM wedding and we owe every bit of that to Jayme at Another Mother Wedding Helper. She helped us make sure we were covering every little detail prior to our big day and helped us build a timeline of everything that needed to be done from booking a venue to purchasing decorations. On the day of our wedding, she singlehandedly organized absolutely everything. She picked up our flowers and cake, picked up all of our decor and set up both our ceremony and reception venues, created and helped coordinate a timeline for our photographer and party bus so we could make sure we got all the photos we wanted, arranged everything with our vendors and made sure they were where they needed to be, helped to make sure our reception timeline ran smoothly, and cleaned up after our ceremony and reception. Our day was absolutely stress free because of her and her services! Her services are priceless, but a huge bonus is how affordable everything she does is. We would recommend her to anyone who is wanting some extra help with budgeting and timelines for wedding planning, but especially for anyone who needs an “extra mom” to make sure everything is set up PERFECTLY on your big day!

Jayme helped me step-by-step through the wedding planning process from the early stages, to re-planning due to COVID19, all the way through to being the "go-to" person on wedding day. She is so positive, organized, personable, professional, and creative. My wedding day was everything my husband and I hoped for that day, and that is definitely due to Jayme's detail-oriented mindset.
