ACE is such a fun and quirky option for transportation. Nearly all of our guests were out of town, so transportation was super important to us. Holly and Alex were quick to answer all of my logistical questions and provided insight into how to make our transportation run smoothly. Holly created multiple drafts of a transportation plan, and was responsive as things evolved (as they always will!). Also, Alex is so personable - you can tell that he loves what he does and his enthusiasm is infectious. We hired ACE for the whole day, which allowed us to offer multiple guest pick up and drop off times. This was great, as not every guest wants to hang around until midnight. Plus the bus was just COOL. Awesome for pictures. Highly recommend!

My husband and I chose Antique Coach Excursions as the transportation provider for our wedding. Holly was very accommodating and assisted us with our reservations. The bus was so unique, and the drivers were very friendly! What an experience!

Such a fun way to get our guests to and from the chapel and reception venue! The driver was able to navigate the construction happening around the hotel, and he was very open to some changes in plans to make sure the bridal party could have a little bit more time when needed. Our little cousins got such a kick out of the bus, and they were mesmerized by the driver and his cap! Absolutely recommend ACE for a special touch to your event!

Our wedding party had a great time on the orange bus! The driver was prompt, professional, and had a great playlist ready to go. We used ACE to travel to a few spots for pictures in downtown Pittsburgh. It was a really fun and unique way to get the party started & we got some really fun pictures with the bus!

LOVED LOVED LOVED! I love all things nostalgic/retro and was delighted to book this company for our guests. They all raved about the driver and how fun he was. We even got some photos in front of the bus. It was just a perfect retro addition to the classic vibe of our wedding!

We hired ACE to shuttle guests to and from the reception/hotels as well as to pick up the bridal party from our house before the ceremony. I will say that the bus was clean and very cool, however, I was not happy with the service. The shuttle was 30 minutes late to pick us up that afternoon. The driver said he got stuck in the Saint Patrick's day parade traffic. I understand things happen but the driver never once called us to give us a heads up. We tried calling the office again and again because no one was answering. I left a message and no one returned my call, not even Monday morning to apologize. As a company shuttling people for a wedding, they should have planned the route a little better and known what events were happening in the area. We live outside the city and the wedding was not downtown so this traffic could have been avoided. In addition, the driver was 30 minutes late picking up the first stop at the hotel before the ceremony. The pickup was suppose to be 3:00 and arriving at the venue by 4:00, they did not arrive until around 4:30. Luckily we had a friend on the shuttle who told us they were running late so we were able to push back the ceremony (30 minutes). If we wouldn't have known this then our guests would have missed the wedding. I contacted the owner and all he said was he is sorry and the driver would be suspended 1 day. I don't think a 1 day suspension is really the solution to the problem here. Overall, I don't think the quality of the service was worth the amount of money paid.

SO SO COOL!! I chose Antique Coach Excursions as a special addition to our day and I loved having it. Talk about cool photos & video, heck yes! It was something everyone wanted to check out and take pictures with. Marion and Alex were cooperative, helpful and informative throughout the whole process and so willing to make sure our wedding day was special! THANK YOU guys!!

We absolutely loved our experience with Antique Coach Excursions! The 1950s bus was such a fun way to transport guests to and from during our wedding day! The guests really loved the bus, too. The company was very responsive during the planning process! The antique shuttle bus was a cute, unique addition to our special day!

Once I laid my eyes on the orange (the 465 I think?) bus, I was in LOVE. The bus totally fit the style of our wedding. The experience of riding it to the venue and taking lots of excellent pictures on and in it was a highlight of our wedding! Also, Mary Anne and the bus driver did an excellent job in providing a great service, as well as checking in about our wedding time table and what stops in the city, if any, we wanted to take. My only critique is that the bus was delayed slightly due being stuck in traffic from a car accident. The accident was not the issue; however, we just wish that they would have communicated the delay to us more effectively. Other than that minor hiccup, I can only say great things about my experience with ACE and think it will add a unique touch to anyone's wedding!

Such a great experience with ACE in July 2018. We used the bigger of the two buses, the 373, for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding to transport out-of-town guests from the host hotel to the Heinz Chapel in the afternoon and from the reception at the Carnegie Museum back to the host hotel. You get all the big pluses of working with a small, family owned business: we only talked to one person, Mary Ann (who answers the phone and emails and handles the scheduling and estimate for services), and the bus itself has been lovingly restored and is in mint condition. One of the uncles was the contact for the driver the day of the wedding and said the driver was great (as was the riding experience). Straight-forward pricing , very responsive via phone and email, and HOW WONDERFUL to see this vintage bus on the road and enjoying a new life. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ACE to other families planning weddings or special events.

Antique Coach Excursions was an absolute joy to work with. We rented bus 465 to charter guests from our ceremony site to the rehearsal venue during our wedding. It comfortably fit our large wedding party with room to spare and created a unique opportunity for vintage photographs. Mary Ann and our driver were very accommodating to all of our needs and the price was less than typical transportation vans with half the space and no character. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with ACE! We had to request them late because our original vendor cancelled, and they were very accommodating. The driver gave us a history of the bus, and everyone in the wedding party enjoyed riding in such a unique vehicle!

Everyone raved about our antique charter bus! It was a different, unique experience for a wedding. I wish the bus had arrived a little earlier so we could have taken pictures with it, but there was a parade happening downtown so not the bus driver's fault.

My maid of honor found this company for me after it didn't work out for us to get a trolley. She knew I was looking for an antique vehicle to transport our bridal party and when she showed me the website, I immediately fell in love! Every interaction via email or phone with Mary Ann was pleasant and professional and the booking went very smoothly. Alex, our driver was a delightful addition to an already awesome experience and my bridal party loved being driven around on the bus. Such a great time and a wonderful company who have been nothing but courteous and great to work with. I'm so excited to see our pictures with the bus!

Driver was great, but we spent plenty of time recording special greetings to be played before and after the reception for our guests on the bus. We were told a few days before that the bus was broken and wouldn't be playing our greetings, and never offered any type of remedy. When asked if they could provide a boombox of some sort, they recommended that I ask a guest? Terrible experience with no customer service to correct an issue. Don't make promises you can't keep.

When I saw Coach 373 roll up to our church after our ceremony, I knew that it was going to be one of my favorite things about our day! My wedding took place at Duquesne University, and our reception was at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral room in Oakland. Because of how close everything was, I was SERIOUSLY disappointed with the prices and responsiveness of the other big limo/transportation companies in the area. For what we needed, asking prices for buses and trolleys were WAY too high. I was seriously distressed and had nothing booked four months before my wedding. I was looking for a unique transportation option that would allow us to be with our bridal party, enjoy some sightseeing around the city before the reception, that would not tank our budget. Antique Coach Excursions delivered. Mary Ann, the contact person, was AMAZING. She was responsive, offered us a variety of options, and was very clear about pricing, expectations, policies, etc. The prices were unbelievably reasonable, and their availability was outstanding. I could not believe I was able to get a coach four months before, for such a reasonable price. Mary Ann contacted me the week of to check our itinerary, and everything went incredibly smoothly! The bus driver and coach were outstanding. The day of the wedding, they allowed us to take pictures with the coach and they waited patiently while we finished taking photos. (They even changed the sign on the bus to read 'Disney' as we are taking our honeymoon there!) We had some time to kill before we arrived at the reception, and the driver was happy to drive us around the city, and even stopped at a few places for photo ops! We were allowed to BYOB, as long as we kept the bus clean! My husband and I agree that being able to take a break from the craziness of the day, talk and laugh with our bridal party, and drive around our beautiful city was our favorite part of the day. The uniqueness of the coach got us a lot of waves and honks from people that saw us!!! Finally, I wanted to talk about the integrity of this company. When they contacted me before the wedding, Mary Ann asked us specifically about our finish time (we were being dropped off at our reception venue at 5:00 pm). She said that a bride had called her crying that day, as her transportation arrangements had fallen through for her wedding that weekend. She told us that we of course had the bus for our day, but wanted to check that the coach could then drive to the other bride's wedding to save the day! This arrangement did NOT affect our wedding at all, we did not feel rushed in any capacity, and they helped another bride in need, the week of her wedding. Antique Coach Excursions helped our day to be absolutely perfect, and helped another bride on her day too! Best decision I made for our wedding!

These buses are an awesome option for brides who want something more unique than a limo. We had a large wedding party that couldn't all fit in one car so the bus worked perfectly. They let us bring coolers of champagne and beer for the ride and the bus looked GREAT in our pictures.

So glad we rented bus no. 465 for our wedding. We used it to shuttle our guests between our ceremony site, dinner location, and after party spot. It comfortably fit all 35 of us with room to spare. Company was incredibly easy to work with. Mary Ann graciously accommodated all of our requests, responded promptly to all of my questions, and (unbeknownst to us) allowed our wedding crew to decorate the inside of the bus with streamers and balloons. This last bit was a total surprise for my husband and I. Getting on the bus for the first time that day, seeing all of my loved ones having fun, and realizing that they’d decorated is one of my favorite wedding day memories. Our driver (Alan) was friendly and professional and, considering how old the bus is and how bumpy Pittsburgh streets can be, the ride was very smooth and enjoyable. Guests absolutely loved the bus, and we were glad we didn’t have to worry about our out-of-town guests having to navigate around Pittsburgh on their own on such an important day.

I am so happy I went with this company! The bus was so unique and had ample space for our large bridal party. It was especially perfect for our vintage theme, but I would tell anyone to rent with them! The product was awesome, and the people were too! I was able to see the bus in person beforehand, and the employee there told me so much about the bus and gave me general tips for my wedding day. Mary Ann was also awesome and easy to work with. Again, I would recommend this company to everyone! So much fun!

I am so glad we used Antique Coach Excursions for our wedding transportation! I communicated with Mary Ann for the planning process and she was very responsive and patient while I went back and forth between which antique bus to choose (they both looked so cool, it was a tough call!). We even got to choose music to have played through the bus speakers, and they accommodated me even though I completely missed what was supposed to be the deadline for submitting my music. On our wedding day, the driver Alex arrived right on time at our hotel to pick up the wedding party. There was a little step stool to make getting in and out easier which was nice for me in my dress. Alex gave us some interesting information about the bus before we departed and everyone was really interested - I can see that some people may not like an extra few minute delay they weren't anticipating, but we weren't in much of a hurry and it's the kind of thing my friends and family enjoy. Alex did another trip to take guests from the hotel to the wedding, and then two return trips at the end. Myself and a few wedding party members were running a few minutes behind getting back to the bus and we left a few minutes later than scheduled, but Alex was very understanding about it. Their rates were much more affordable than other area transportation companies (such as Molly's Trolleys). Overall, we and our guests loved the unique experience, and Alex was professional and prompt.

We booked Antique Coach Excursions because we were looking for something fun and different for our wedding yet affordable. This definitely covered all of those! We used it just to transport the bridal party around. After looking at a bunch of different limo companies it just wasn't cutting it, then we ran across Antique Coach Excursions and we were very excited! It was just the right price and they were so nice and easy to work with. On the day of our wedding they were on time and everything was perfect! They showed up early to pick us up and we got everywhere we needed to be with no issues. They told us to allow plenty of time to get places which we did and that was helpful. So we suggest doing that as well. We got AMAZING pictures and the bus was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding.

When you have 100 things to worry about on your wedding day, it is so nice to have a vendor that you don't even need to think about! We hired a bus to shuttle guests to and from hotel, ceremony, and reception. The bus was flexible with the schedule up to the week of. They were on time and navigated a tricky/tight drop off point. Plus the bus looked awesome!

They are the most WONDERFUL company I had the pleasure of working with. I had a tight budget and had done all the planning for the entire wedding myself. They were incredibly helpful in building a transportation timeline to fit our needs and limitations. They were also kind enough to extend the time on site so we could have photographs taken after the ceremony at our venue Lingrow Farm. A++ Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Antique Coach Excursions was such a fun and different idea to provide transportation for our wedding guests! They were on time, comfortable seats, and a different idea to use for a wedding! I would definitely use them again for a different event.

I seriously have no idea why people are giving them anything other than 5 stars (and the written reviews don't offer much in the way of explanation). Simply put, if you want the most eclectic, well-run, hassle-free, and memorable experience, you simply must book ACE. From the beginning Alex and Mary Ann walk you through their options, offer advice, and make the process a breeze. They let you know everything that is required, give you clear instructions, and works with your day or coordinator, hotel, et al. The bus itself is beautiful, comfortable (we were married in the dead of August and were completely cool), and extremely functional. They were able to scale up to meet our needs, and gave us a competitive quote. In short, if you have a whimsical aesthetic but still want a professional experience, there is no better place to go.

I booked ACE very close to my wedding and they were accommodating and easy to work with. They were detail oriented and timely. We got married on a Friday evening and the last shuttle did run into some traffic so we delayed the wedding a bit but that was something no one had control over. I would definitely recommend them but give yourself more time than you think you need for arrivals!

Antique Coach Excursions was the perfect transportation for my wedding! We wanted to do something different than a traditional limo, and ACE worked out great! Not only were they very accommodating, they were reasonably priced as well! We did run into a few detours in town because of the Vintage Car Cruise, but Alex got us to the venue in the long run and that is all that matters!

ACE did a great job for my wedding. They were on time, friendly, and knew the Pittsburgh Area. The Bus is very big and had plenty of room. Make sure you get your music selections in a week prior to the wedding date. I missed this but Mary Ann assured me that that would not happen again. If you are looking for affordable and unique transportation for your wedding, this is the vendor for you.
