Anton's Tuxedos

I rented a suit from Antons for my wedding. He was disorganized the whole time. He will " yes" you without understanding your needs. He measured 4 out of 8 groomsmen wrong, and 4 of my groomsmen had issues with the sizing of the rentals . 1 also had a hole in his pants. He also gave each of us all different cuffinks when I asked for all of us to have the same cufflinks. Then to top it off, he gave me two left shoes. I did not notice this until it was 2 hours before my wedding, and I was 3 hours away from his shop. I called to complain about two left shoes, and he told me " I had the suit long enough I should have checked , and that mistakes happen". he didn't take blame or apologize once . I asked for a refund bc I had to go out and buy 200$ pair of shoes 2 hours before my wedding, and he didn't give me a refund. He also forgot to give me a pocket square. When planning a wedding the last thing I am checking for is these things. I have never encountered someone more disorganized in my life . He made my wedding more stressfu, and he nearly ruined my outfit bc I was left with no black shoes 2 hours before my wedding . I understand mistakes happened, but the arrogant way he handled this mistake was disappointing. Especially being that I was responsible for giving him $2500 in business between myself and my groomsmen. A groomsman missed a once in a life time photos bc he had to run out and get me black shoes 2 hours before my wedding while the photographer was there . Backstory - I did try on the suit when I got it home, and I opened the shoe box and saw two shoes that looked my size , I would have never had thought to check for a left shoe and a right shoe . Especially bc I had left his shop trying on the shoes before he was going to polish them and pack them up for me! Not sure how this even happened
