The team was great to work with and very accommodating. We had to make a number of changes to our order/quantites, and they were very responsive. They have a great variety of rental items to choose from.
High quality products at reasonable prices. We rented a scrolled easel and 12 oz wine glasses. Both excellent. The service was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
Apres had everything we needed for our wedding day and was very communicative / responsive during planning. Unfortunately we were a little bummed out about the minimum price for delivery / set up, but it ended up working out as we found a few other items to add to our rental order. Everything looked amazing day of and they were flexible with the stage set up when there was a slight hiccup in the layout. We appreciated it!
The tent set up was breath-taking. We had so many guests ooh and ah over the pretty tables dressed in white & blue Panama linens and beverage displays with pretty glassware. (The larger tent gave us extra space to move around and not be crowded.) We did fully open the sidewalls when we were sure the weather had passed- I was so glad that we opted for the higher end tent with movable sidewalls. Having high top tables outside the tent added fun spots to spend chatting.
Both the delivery/setup and takedown crew were very organized and helpful. We thought they worked like a well oiled machine and they got along with each other so well!
We will not hesitate in recommending Apres’ for anyone’s event needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the show room experience & on-site visit; Katiee and Emily you were both very helpful and had great ideas to make things go more smoothly. I know we were a small order, but for us it was a really big deal that turned out spectacular!

We recently had a large outdoor wedding of 270 guests, and Katiee from Apres, interpreted, our vision, and executed it perfectly. She and her team are professional, accommodating, and flexible, as we had to make a number of rapid changes due to inclement weather that affected the event. Katiee was on site during the event, making sure that every detail was attended to.

I’m so happy I chose Apres for our decor! The rented chairs and linens elevated our venue space and made our reception absolutely beautiful! Working with Katiee and Emily was an absolute pleasure- they were so kind, helpful, and quick to respond to emails. Kaitee offered extra help when I was stressed to the max with the planning process. Our team at Availed Wedding and Event Planning works with Après frequently as they have an extensive inventory. Our client rented their items for her July 23rd wedding and they were perfect! The mix of gold, wheat, and ivory tones worked well in the venue. Highly recommend!

Katiee was SO awesome to work with! From the clear span tent, to the barn tables with gorgeous linens/table settings, to the unique whitewashed chairs, everything perfectly fit the theme of our wedding and tied the whole environment together. - We rented a few linens, bar and whiskey barrels from Apres. They were super efficient with answering emails and accommodating with changing and adding items only weeks before the wedding which was super helpful. The bar was beautiful and we loved it!
Apres has it all!! I've seen their products many times as a wedding photographer, but was recently blown away with what they graciously provided for a styled shoot I photographed. Unique whitewashed vineyard crossback chairs and gorgeous linens that perfectly brought together the whole design. If you want pieces that elevate your event, look no further than Apres!

Apres was amazing to work with. Our wedding looked stunning, and it's all thanks to their wonderful eye for style. There are two kinds of brides: the ones who have everything planned to a 'T' and the ones who have no idea what they are doing. I was the second kind of bride, and they did a wonderful job of using their expertise while checking in to make sure it's what I really wanted. They helped narrow down the overwhelming amount of options into something that fit my color scheme and general vibe, which allowed me to narrow things down to a perfect fit. To be honest, the process didn't take long at all because they are really good at what they do. If you have a strong vision, they can make that come to life for you, and are happy to let you lead the way, but I appreciated that they were also able to get such a good read on me and my style to help me make choices. They knew what I wanted better than I did and I was floored by their ability to take my loose ideas and pull it together. They'd show me an idea, and it was like "Yup, that's it. I didn't know that's what I wanted, but that's perfect." They were friendly, patient, and professional, and they will be my first call for any future events where I need rentals. I can't recommend them enough!
We worked with Susan from Apres on rental arrangements for tent, tables and chairs. Though our venue was out of the twin cities metro area, the teams that did set up and take down were great! We were very happy with the results and received tons of compliments on everything.
Had a GREAT experience with Apres Event Decor! They did the cafe lighting on the ceiling at my wedding venue at Interlachen Country Club. They were easy to work with and there were no issues with their set up and pick times. I worked with Elizabeth on the design and she was able to create a wonderful layout. I would recommend their services to all!!
Nikki at Apres Rental helped us get set up for all our rentals for our daughter’s outdoor wedding in August (tent, plates, glassware, linens, etc.). She advised us on things we knew we needed and things we didn’t! She was very accommodating of our requested changes as the wedding day neared. Apres coordinated directly with our venue for the delivery/tent set-up and tear-down. A major storm hit the area the night before the wedding with strong winds which pulled up some of the tent poles and stakes. Luckily the tent was still standing in the morning. Apres’ emergency after hours crew came to stabilize everything before the wedding to be sure it was safe.
I have just two complains: 1. We emailed our requested table layout for the tent but this was flip flopped. We decided we could deal with it the way it was so didn’t ask for a change. 2. Our rental items (crates of plates and glassware, rack of linens) were left outside under an eave of the nearby clubhouse. Everything was wrapped in plastic but we felt this was still risky due to the forecast of rain and thunderstorms. We were luckily at the venue the night before the wedding so we were able to move everything inside.

Susan from Apre worked tirelessly to make our event come to life and I can't say thank you enough. We had a very difficult reception venue and little support from the venue's designated event planner while trying to adhere to their numerous and sometimes outlandish rules.
Susan kept a level head through the difficult, continually changing responses from our venue. I think the best example of this is a 45 minute conference call that was needed between the venue, myself, and Susan from Apres. Susan led the conversation with problem-solving ideas that allowed our event to happen and kept pace with all the complex details, multiple orders, different delivery times, split payments etc. It was not an easy event to pull off! Her experience was greatly needed and appreciated.
All the logistics headaches paid off when the event came. The rentals elevated the space and created the vision I had been hoping for: down to earth wood tables with gold poka dot china, textured cocktail linens, welcoming seating areas, a big dance floor, and all the other little touches that made the day feel like a representation of my (now husband) and I.
Wedding rentals are hard (and sometimes expensive) work and my husband and I appreciated the dedication and partnership of Apres to make our event happen. We loved the outcome!
The decor was something that was EXTREMELY important to me, so I went to a few different show rooms to view people's rental items. I ended up picking Apres and was so happy about it. I worked with Andrea, and she was really great. She showed me a bunch of options and really helped me create my vision for the wedding. Apres is really great because you can add and omit things on your order up to three days before your wedding. I also received EXTREMELY prompt responses via email from Andrea. I used Apres for cloth napkins, fun linens, aisle runner, and some vase rentals. Everything was clean, pressed, and looked like new! The delivery arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Apres for your rental vendor because they are easy to work with and their stuff is awesome! Thank you for everything!
Beautiful linens, great service. Katiee was fantastic to work with, and put together the perfect look for my reception space. Very easy to work with and flexible. They were able to get the one missing piece (chargers) to the venue on time.
We had a backyard wedding, so we got our tent, tables, and chairs through Apres. They are great! We had a million questions and they were very patient and helpful with us figuring out all the details! They delivered and set everything up a few days before the wedding, and tore it down a few days after, which was nice so we didn't feel rushed when it came to getting it all decorated in time!
My husband and I had a great experience working with Apres Party and Tent Rental to select linens for our cocktail hour and head table. Not only to they have an endless selection of beautiful décor, but their staff was so easy to work with and so accommodating. We had the pleasure of working with Katiee, who helped us select the perfect lace overlay for our head table, making it the focal point of our ballroom. She also helped us complete our vision of an elegant, romantic cocktail hour using their soft blush linens – it truly was the perfect touch! Thank you Katiee and Apres for adding elements of elegance to our reception!
If I could give zero stars I would have. My experience with this rental company was the absolute worst of the entire wedding planning process. They wasted three months of my time as initially they said they could do our order no problem, but when we wanted to save a couple hundred and do the set up ourselves, it suddenly changed to that they could no longer help us out. Although I called to talk to a manager multiple times and left my number, of course they were always "busy", I never heard back from an actual manager. Not only that, but when the sale representative we were working with suddenly decided it was not an option for us to set up the decorations we wanted ourselves, I asked to speak to a manager. She would not put them on and after placing me on hold multiple times stated, "the managers have no interest in speaking with you, and I am not spending any more time on this", followed by hanging up on me. So if you do chose them, make sure you are spending a lot of money or they will probably drop you as a customer. Also hope that you don't have any problems because if you do, you will not be able to speak to a manager as they have no interest in talking to you.
Great choices for linens and offered a lot of ideas for decor. They were very flexible and as we made changes to amounts and added chargers the week of the wedding they accomodated us quickly. We originally started with another linen company and were not happy with their service and professionalism and made the switch to Apres. That was the best decision we could have made. The linens and chargers were breathtaking and I would certainly work with them again.

Easy to work with and change number of items in your order as guest list changes easily. They let me pick up the order myself to save on a delivery fee as well! Would use their services again!
Our salesperson, Kimi, was AWESOME. She was so helpful and didn't blink an eye at all the revisions I kept making up until the final days before our wedding. The quality of rentals was great too. I would definitely recommend this company for any rental needs!
We already knew what we wanted to rent. Just 4 tables, 6 tableclothes, and silverware. It took several calls to finally get an order done. The first one they lost track of, so it took another few calls to try and get through to someone again and place an order again. We kept getting bounced around between voicemail boxes. It was way harder than it needed to be to get an order placed. And then the receptionist was very unhelpful. She would say Katie was in her office, but we wouldn't get in contact with Katie for another few days still. And the receptionist got frustrated with us for being frustrated? I don't know why we were having so many issues. We just wanted to place an order; we already knew exactly what we needed! Took at least a week to get everything squared away! The only reason we didn't switch to Ultimate was because Apres is closer. I am thankful for Apres having everything we needed though.
The service and staff at Apres were wonderful. Katie quickly figured out the look we hoped to create for our barn wedding and had wonderful ideas to compliment ours. Her taste is spot on, and her expertise immediately self-evident. The delivery men were also efficient and pleasant. We had one small order problem with the order, which the staff corrected immediately. From start to finish, it was easy to work with Apres.
My college-age daughter has been employed by a wedding planner for three summers. She had advised, "Mom, this is the company that you are going to rent from." She proved to be right. Our whole family recommends Apres Party and Tent Rental for hassle-free rentals, terrific taste, and ever pleasant service.
We rented beautiful lanterns for our winter wedding from Apres for the centerpieces, aisle decorations, and staircase decorations. Absolutely beautiful!!! Great quality, size, and price! Very easy company to work with, and stunning showroom!
We worked with Andrea at Apres for our wedding rentals. Our wedding was at a private residence, so we basically built the ceremony, cocktail and reception areas from the ground up with her. From tents to chairs to tables to tablecloths to bars and everything in between! They have an amazing selection of anything you could want and help lay everything out so you can see what it will look like on the big day. The delivery and setup processes were painless for us. Great experience!
Working with Karla at Apres was a breeze! They decorated our event with cafe lights, and it completely changed the look of the room and added to the ambiance. They also delivered our tables and chairs without me even noticing. It was so nice to not even have to worry about the logistics on my wedding day. I highly recommend Apres for any event or wedding.
Katiee and everyone at Apres party and tent rental was amazing to work with. They helped me bring my vision for my DIY wedding venue to life! I couldn't have done it without all the suggestions, help, and design ideas from them. Their prices were fantastic and the reception looked incredible when we walked in. It was EXACTLY how I pictured it would be. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Apres party and tent rental to any bride for her rental necessities.
We only rented ceremony chairs from Apres (we initially ordered a tent too and were thinking about a space heater, but the weather was awesome so we cancelled those 3 days prior and got a 50% refund - which seems fair), and I wasn't there when the chairs were delivered and set up, but from what I hear it was a pretty quick and easy process. The chairs were very cute and classy and I think that the overall look was very nice. The only thing that was a little tricky is using their website. But that was a small thing. The sales person that we worked with was wonderful though, and she really understood what we were going for. I have never worked with this sort of a company before (party rentals), but given my lack of experience, I would still recommend them.
What I really liked about Apres was that they knew my venue well, and were able to think outside the box. We had both ceremony and reception there, so we had to come up with a layout that wouldn't take forever to change over in half an hour, so Katiee sat with us to come up with the best option. Once they sent a quote they were able to make the changes we requested, since it came out to a lot more than expected. We trimmed it down to just tables and chairs, and found it was just as low to buy linens as it was to rent from Apres. They were a little later in setting up than mentioned, which didn't cause a huge issue, but with everything else going on that day, it was distracting to have to call and find out the status. Otherwise set up and take down went very smoothly with their team, though, and they were super fast! I'm not sure if they were the cheapest option, but certainly worked for our purposes!
I had so much fun picking out furniture and linens at this place! They made what could have been an incredibly overwhelming process really easy. Everything was so beautiful at the wedding venue. I could not have been any happier!
We worked with Katiee and we had a last minute venue change due to flooding. They were so flexible and helpful when we needed to make changes and accommodate different tables, ceiling draping, etc. She even helped my brainstorm new venues when I was completely without one! She was so incredibly helpful and our venue looked absolutely stunning! So glad we chose to work with them!

We had Apres do our cafe lighting at the McNamara Alumni Center. They were the best value around which was why we chose them. They sent a photo ahead of time so we were both on the same page as to what was expected. They were easy to deal with and I didn't have to do much with them to get what was needed. The day of the event it went off perfectly. The lighting was hung as expected, it looked beautiful and there were no issues.
I would recommend these guys, the price is right and they do a good job with little effort on your part.
I set an appointment to look at linens and the person who my appointment with was not there (she had went out to lunch instead), so they had me meet with someone else who was available. I thought she was fine at first but I had to remind her multiple times to send me an estimate and remind her multiple times which linen I wanted the estimate for. I should have walked away at that point. On the day of the wedding - they sent the WRONG linens! I was not a part of the set-up so I had no idea until I walked into the reception room for the reception. Luckily - the linens that they sent DID work with my winter wonderland theme and were high quality. I emailed the vendor when I got back from my honeymoon letting them know their error, and a week later I had to call as I was still waiting on a refund (for a previous overpayment). I was really surprised that they didn't even try to call me when I emailed them letting them know of their error. It wasn't until I called looking for my refund that she apologized. I did not get any money back for their error. Overall, they didn't seem to care at all about my wedding or their mistake. The linens that they sent over were on time and were high quality, but still WRONG. Based on the horrible service and wrong linens, I just would not recommend Apres to anyone.
I worked with Katiee from Apres and she was terrific. Not only did she help me decide on a design for my reception, but she also lended a hand on other wedding planning aspects (flowers, videographer, etc). She was honest with me about what items I could save money on and I appreciated her help every step of the way. In the end, the reception looked just how I envisioned it and Katiee was an integral part in that.
Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Did not get half the stuff we PAID for appear at the venue and they haven't refunded us yet. They acted as though it was no big deal that we had to set their rental product up even though we were paying them to do it! Not normal when you are spending that much!! They forgot our chair covers, the aisle runner and an entire wall of drapery, when I called the day of my wedding to see where it was, they response I received was there wasn't enough. They had done the venue before and measured and somehow we got stuck paying for this!!! I would never suggest them to anyone.

When looking for chairs for our small, short outdoor ceremony, we knew we didn't want to spend a lot of money. When the initial quote from Apres came in a little higher than we expected, the staff very patiently worked with us to find something that would fit our budget. After a couple months of back and forth, we were able to come up with a plan that worked within our budget. The other vendor we were able to use at that site was very unresponsive and wouldn't work with us at all. HUGE thanks to Karla at Apres for all of her help!
I used Apres for my December 1st wedding. I used a altar, chair covers and linens. The quality was great. Everything looked like it had never been used before! They are very nice at the office, where I went to discuss what I needed. They were always very easy to reach for whenever I had questions. I really wanted to use draping with them because it looked so great, unfortunately our venue wasn't appropriate for draping. I am sure whatever event you have in mind Apres can help!
We were in need of head table tableclothes. Our caterer told us that he only dealt with Apres. When I called they were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me out with all of my needs. I decided that I would pick up the tableclothes myself to save a delivery charge. When I arrived all my rental items were ready for pick up. They also had someone walk everything out to my car for me.
Our reception was so gorgeous thanks to Becky from Après! She was amazing with her communication and I can't thank her enough for all the hard work and time she put into making our wedding affordable and memorable. We received so many compliments and I love looking at our wedding photos because our reception was one of a kind... Thanks Necky and thanks Après!!!

We rented 100 chairs for the ceremony. They were dirty. Seems like they never bothered to wipe them off after the last 12 uses...
Kimi was amazing! She was so organized and kept me informed of any changes to my order. She met with me at my venue and gave her professional points of view to assist me in decision-making. She is very creative and wowed me with personal touches to our decorations. All the decorations were great quality and were exactly as I had hoped. A+
I worked with Becky at Apres. She was great! She helped us select table linens and dinnerware that made our wedding dinner look spectacular. She was also very flexible with our changing plans. We rented a tent at the last minute, and also called her on the day of our wedding to send over an extra table. She made something pretty overwhelming seem easy.
We rented vases and candle holders from Apres Party and Tent rental. We were able to pick up our rental items two days prior to the wedding, and returned it the Monday following the wedding. Everything was reasonably priced. Plus we had a gift certificate from a wedding fair that we went to. So it was a great deal. They were so nice to work with. I definitely recommend Apres for any party rentals!
Apres provided excellent customer service and was able to have everything set up for our wedding ceremony and reception perfectly. Katiee was easily reached and was able to get us whatever we needed for the wedding and was extremely flexible to change of plans. Pleasure to work with.
Apres party rentals has a contract with the park that we got married in. Though we didn't need their amplification system; we were required to book one through them. But due to a mishap by the park, we were able to get free white wooden chairs for our outdoor wedding from Apres as well. They took care of all delivery, set up, and take down. Made the day very easy!
The tent turned out great, but the customer service was not so well. They are not easy to talk with and are a little rude :/ We also chose a style from their warehouse and it did not turn out the way we chose. But it worked out.
I priced out many different companies, and found Apres to be the most affordable with a huge selection. Their tables were the best priced and their colored linens were beautiful so I rented a few of those to add splashes of color to our wedding.
We also rented plates and glasses from them and they were nice. But I ended up buying my flatware from Ikea because they were individually priced much higher than it was to buy them and I then sold them after the wedding!
Pick up and drop off went seamlessly and overall I would recommend them to other brides.
I primarily worked with Katiee W. She is fab! She took my vision and ran with it. She was able to fit what I wanted and dreamed of into my budget which I really appreciated. Everything went off with a hitch! I would work with her and Apres' in a second if I had another event to plan for.
We used Apres for our table linens. It seemed quite expensive for linens.
My daughter's wedding was absolutely breathtaking. Due in part to the amazing services Apres Party and Tent Rental offer. We used everything from fine china, crystal, chairs, linens to lounge furniture. They could not do enough for us. We felt we were in good hands from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to use them for any event no matter how small or big it may be.
I rented my linens & chairs from Apres and everything went off without a hitch. Very easy to work with throughout the process!
