Welcome to our page! I am so excited you're here because it probably means you're celebrating one of life's majors events. Whether it's a wedding, a birthday, graduation, retirement or baby shower we're here for it! But our absolute favorite is helping clients begin their life together on their wedding day. From the initial consultation where we get to learn what makes you unique, to coming up with an event design that incorporates your quirks as a couple, we love all of it!
I have a long history of working in the event industry. From my bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, to my internship for a non profit, to working in hotels, restaurants and eventually the corporate world, I finally gained the nerve and experience necessary to go out on my own 3.5 years ago. Since then, I've had the opportunity to coordinate just over 100 weddings as well as numerous birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and non profit fundraisers. We absolutely love love love working in an environment that allows us to express our creativity, while working with amazing clients like yourself.
The love of design and pretty things is what led us to start the rental side of our business. From charger plates, candlestick holders, to specialty furniture, arbors, and backdrops, we have a little bit of everything. What once started as a wedding closet, quickly turned into a wedding room, a wedding garage, then a wedding warehouse, which is about to get moved to a larger warehouse. If we don't have it, just ask! We may get it.

If you are looking for a sign to hire Stacie as your wedding planner, THIS IS IT.
Besides getting to marry my husband, Stacie was the best part of our wedding. We did a full planning service, and Stacie went above and beyond. We could not have gotten married without her.
She is extremely well connected and knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and anytime I had a question or concern she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day.
Every vendor that we worked with said that they loved Stacie and she was the best in the business (and after spending so much time with her, my husband and I completely agree). Even the hair and makeup people made comments about how relaxed and happy I was on the wedding day because I knew Stacie had everything taken care of.
I could rave on and on about Stacie, but I will leave you with this: If you are on the fence or not sure if you even want a planner, just call Stacie and chat with her. She keeps it real, and is one of the nicest people I have ever met!

I can't say enough nice things about Stacie! My wife and I were very lucky to have her as our day-of coordinator. Not only was she incredibly prepared ahead of our wedding, but she was also incredibly flexible during our wedding. We had an outdoor wedding at a friend's farm. We had a mix of traditional and non-traditional aspects in our wedding. Stacie asked a lot of questions ahead of time to make sure she knew what we wanted while using guiding us along the decision-making process.
Stacie's expertise was evident throughout the process. She knew exactly how to set up the reception tables, she knew the lengths of every segment of the ceremony, and she was a great liaison to our vendors. She played an active role throughout the night, making sure everything flowed smoothly.
Perhaps most importantly, she was kind, considerate, and understanding!
We recently had Stacie from Aquabella as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was absolutely amazing! From the start, she listened to everything we wanted, was super on top of everything, and helped make the whole day perfect for us.
One of our key vendors was running late, and we were worried it would mess up the whole schedule. But Stacie jumped in and handled it like a pro. She quickly jumped on it and kept everyone informed, so everything went off without a hitch.
Thanks to Stacie, we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. She was calm, collected, and absolutely hilarious. If you're looking for a fantastic wedding coordinator, definitely go with Aquabella. She truly made our day unforgettable!

Stacie with Aqua Bella was an amazing Day if Coordinator on my big day! I booked 6 months prior and we started official contact about a week out. Stacie helped make sure everything ran smoothly, even taking control and resetting up the ceremony when our outdoor venue was rained out. I could not have asked for a better Day of Coordinator!

Stacie was so much help for our wedding. She kept my wife from going crazy. Lol. But really. She told the vendors where to go, helped pack up our cake, carried my wife's dress and served us dinner, just to name a few things. Happy wife, happy life they say. 😉 This was a good start. I don't know what we would have done without her. I would definitely recommend her coordination services!
Stacie felt more like a personal assistant than a coordinator. She is by far the best wedding coordinator in the area!!! Her expertise, energy, ambition and devotion to her clients is second to none. I am absolutely blown away at the services she provides. There are so many details (little and big) that most people wouldn't even think about, but Stacie goes over every detail with a fine tooth comb. I have been to other weddings and observed coordinators just moping around or sitting and eating. Not Stacie! She went so far as to refill food on the buffet and even bus tables during dinner. She does the work of three! Lets not forget about her decor. Holy beautiful! Her linens, too! She hung drapery for the reception and did a perfect job! The drapes flowed perfectly with the room and looked absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a coordinator, drapes or decor, do yourself a favor and stop looking right now and book with Stacie Copeland at Aqua Bella. She will absolutely make your day a dream come true. Stacie is seriously such a godsend. She takes care of all the "behind the scenes" tasks of hosting an event; picking up trash, packing away food, and anything else that would take our time and attention away from enjoying ourselves and the company of our guests. Her rental decor is stunning and she has this incredible eye for design. She can look at a table, envision an arrangement, and work her magic in minutes, pulling out surprising decor that I would have never thought of!
I cannot recommend her enough. Competent, professional, and passionate enough to go above and beyond the call of duty. If you want a lifeboat on a stormy sea for an inevitability chaotic event, hire this superhero!
