. Megan and her team far surpassed this!! As someone who is a Type A, planner, control freak, I found it easy to trust Megan and know that she had everything handled. I did not have a single worry on my wedding day. While Megan was at my venue creating my dream space for the ceremony and reception the day-of (setting up all my candles, signage, guest book, etc.), Tonya was at my get-ready spot making sure we were on schedule, getting us lunch, and was truly such a sweet highlight of the day! I bought the day-of-coordination package (gold package) and it was perfect for me. As stated before, I am a Type A person who loves to plan. Even as this type of person, it was incredibly helpful to have Megan as my day-of-coordinator, especially because in this package, she starts to provide her services eight weeks out. I truly felt like everything was under control and was actually able to enjoy my last couple of months as a bride without worrying too much about the planning and coordinating of my wedding. She was easy to communicate with and always responded to us in a timely fashion. Megan is knowledgable, provides helpful advice, is so sweet, and easy to work with. She truly made my wedding day and the weeks leading up to it a breeze! I 100% recommend Arbor and Bloom's services. Both my husband and I work full time jobs, so having Megan help us stay on track for a whole year of planning was amazing. Day of the wedding, she kept the day going and was super organized! Her team helped me so much to get through the day as a bride and made sure that if there was anything wrong going on, I was still stress free and don’t know about it. I was so thankful that Megan had an assistant from her team,, Emma (Maybe Tessa?), help me walk with my train through out the day, her assistant was so fun to be with. I also really liked how she worked with my other vendors to make sure that they were organized and informed about the whole day. Even our guests really liked Arbor and Blooms. Megan began her coordination with a month to go till the wedding and was so helpful at getting a good timeline going for the day and reaching out to vendors. My trust in her allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about random details or burdening my family members with them. I seriously can't thank her enough! She is so incredibly thorough and well organized. They say no wedding is perfect, but I think I came close thanks to Arbor and Bloom!

Starting 8 weeks out and we had our check in, I felt so great that I could shoulder off so much of the remaining coordination and touching base with all the vendors, timeline review, decor set up and take down with Tessa. Even though our venue had ceremony attendants and and event attendant, I knew my wedding was safe in the hands of Tessa as she had been the one talking with me for the last 8 weeks on the vision and all the details. Another reason we went with A&BE was that they stay until the end to do packing up the decor, etc. as part of the package which was so great because my family and friends were all partied out! If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, definitely do it! You can focus on being present at your wedding instead! Since Tessa was such an instrumental part of my planning process and day of, I feel like so close to her and I'm going to miss her now!

Along the way, Megan was available to answer any questions we had. Her experience has made her an amazing resource for advice, tips, and recommendations. Even though she was hired for day/month-of coordination, she made herself available when we got stuck in our planning process, and we were so grateful for that. She also reviewed and collected contracts from our other vendors, which was very helpful! About 8 weeks before the wedding, Megan stepped in to coordinate between vendors and created a timeline for our event(s) - rehearsal and wedding day. She got to know those vendors and learned about their needs and timelines, so we could be fully prepared day-of. I was able to send images and diagrams of all of our decorations and their placements, so Megan and her team could set up for the event. They executed this even beyond expectations, and everything turned out so beautifully - this is amazing because we had a lot to set up! Arbor and Bloom handled set up efficiently while also directing vendors and keeping our timeline moving. The whole day went along right on schedule. The team remained calm, collected, and professional the entire time, and if there were any problems, we did not know about them! We could not have had such a smooth wedding without Arbor and Bloom. It was the day we always dreamed of, and we cannot thank Megan enough for that!
