Arbor & Bloom made our wedding day a breeze. No stress on our part and Megan had everything under control from the rehearsal through the entire reception. I cannot thank them enough for helping us have the best day imaginable!

We had such a great experience with Megan and her team at Arbor and Bloom Events! They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided anything and everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we were under as little stress as possible. They handled our family and friends perfectly and made sure everybody was where they needed to be. We recommend them highly and would hire them again and again.

Megan and her team was amazing!!! She kept me on track and followed up with me and the vendors consistently. I also felt like she was a great resource! The vendors she recommended were A++++. I definitely think getting a wedding planner/coordinator, specially Arbor and Blooms, is the the way to go. Both my husband and I work full time jobs, so having Megan help us stay on track for a whole year of planning was amazing. Day of the wedding, she kept the day going and was super organized! Her team helped me so much to get through the day as a bride and made sure that if there was anything wrong going on, I was still stress free and don’t know about it. I was so thankful that Megan had an assistant from her team,, Emma (Maybe Tessa?), help me walk with my train through out the day, her assistant was so fun to be with. I also really liked how she worked with my other vendors to make sure that they were organized and informed about the whole day. Even our guests really liked Arbor and Blooms. Overall, the day came together beautifully and it was a lot of thanks to Arbor and Blooms. I’m really happy and thankful.

Tessa was absolutely incredible! She handled our wedding perfectly down to every last detail. She was perfectly professional, detail oriented, and organized. She took so much stress out of the planning and during our wedding day. I don't think we could imagine doing it without her.

Megan was absolutely incredible to work with!! Our day went incredibly smoothly, she went above and beyond to make sure all of our plans and hopes were carried out, and the day was perfect beyond our wildest dreams. Even the two months prior to the wedding, whenever we ran into any hiccups with planning, she immediately came to the rescue. The wedding planning guide she sent was also incredibly helpful. Booking A&B was our best wedding day investment and no, that’s not an overstatement. Tessa was our day of coordinator and she was SPECTACULAR. My husband and I felt like she went above and beyond in so many ways. She was so organized and was so helpful in taking care of little details that I hadn’t even thought of. Not only was she great leading up to the day but I really felt so at ease on the day of. I planned our entire wedding and my husband gave some opinions on things but for the most part didn’t really care that much about the details. He didn’t say much about other vendors but was really vocal to me that he was so glad we had Tessa and that she helped A TON. My MOH and MIL also heavily complimented her as well.

Megan is the absolute best! She made planning super easy and had so many helpful tips and tools. I didn’t have to lift a finger on the day of because of her, she handled everything! Megan knew how to handle everything. I’m someone who likes to do it myself, but I would have lost it if I didn’t have Megan. If you are looking for a sign to book with her and get a wedding planner, this is it. Always kept me on schedule and always let me know who I should contact. My wedding wouldn’t have gone the way it did if it wasn’t for her. Kept me sane through the whole process!! Photographer, wedding dress, and planner are the three things that should be your biggest expense. You need the best.

Tessa at A&B was our wedding coordinator. Absolutely outstanding! She was able to find hair & makeup as well as a videographer with less than 6 weeks to go for nearly 10 bridesmaids/bride/m.o.b., She also recommended a fantastic videographer. Tessa managed everything from a challenging venue, rehearsal dinner, luxury toilet trailer through to a sparkler exit for 190 people. She was flexible, available and lovely to work with. Couldn't ask for more!

Tessa was truly amazing on our wedding day. We had to make a last-minute change the morning of to move the ceremony inside and she made everything happen. She made all of our dreams come true and you would have never known it wasn't the original plan! She was beyond helpful before the wedding gathering all the information and especially keeping us (the less-than-organized bride and groom) on track. The day of, she made everything flow perfectly and made it so magical. She was the rockstar of the day and I cannot recommend her enough. We could not have done it without her.

Megan and her team were WONDERFUL on our big day. She eased our worries about any issues the week prior and helped run the rehearsal to make things go smoothly. She was always around if you needed to find her for a problem and took care of things before you even knew there was an issue. Megan Adams and the Arbor&Bloom Events team were the backbone of our wedding. We cannot imagine having done it without them! We live in NYC, so Megan served as the boots on the ground for our Indiana-based wedding. She provided recommendations to trusted vendors, guided us through each checkpoint, responded promptly to every call/email/text, and somehow managed to keep all the details of our complicated DIY wedding straight. And she did all this while maintaining a peaceful and encouraging composure. If you get to have Megan by your side throughout your wedding/planning process, then you have truly hit the jackpot. She's someone you can trust with one of the most special days of your life, and for us, that was a huge weight off our backs. Without Megan, our day just wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. I am so incredibly thankful for Megan and her team! My now-husband and I hired Megan (Gold Package) for our wedding and it was probably the best decision we made with the wedding! Megan began her coordination with a month to go till the wedding and was so helpful at getting a good timeline going for the day and reaching out to vendors. My trust in her allowed me to enjoy my wedding day without worrying about random details or burdening my family members with them. I seriously can't thank her enough! WOW! We had the Gold Package with Day of Coordination with Tessa as our Coordinator. Even though this package technically really gets started 8 weeks out, I felt comfortable enough to inquire about any question I may have. Tessa was so helpful and made us feel so at ease. Starting 8 weeks out and we had our check in, I felt so great that I could shoulder off so much of the remaining coordination and touching base with all the vendors, timeline review, decor set up and take down with Tessa. Even though our venue had ceremony attendants and and event attendant, I knew my wedding was safe in the hands of Tessa as she had been the one talking with me for the last 8 weeks on the vision and all the details. Another reason we went with A&BE was that they stay until the end to do packing up the decor, etc. as part of the package which was so great because my family and friends were all partied out! If you're on the fence about getting a day of coordinator, definitely do it! You can focus on being present at your wedding instead! Since Tessa was such an instrumental part of my planning process and day of, I feel like so close to her and I'm going to miss her now!

We chose the Gold Package - Day of Coordination with Tessa through Arbor and Bloom Events, and it was the best decision for our wedding! Tessa was great to work with throughout the whole process, and we met multiple times to discuss the details of the wedding. She was very prompt in her responses, detailed, and organized which helped alleviate a lot of stress on my end of the wedding planning tasks as it got closer to our wedding day. Tessa led our whole rehearsal the day before, and she helped our wedding day run so smoothly start to finish. This allowed me and my mom to fully relax on our wedding day and not have to worry about setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, etc. It was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding to work with Tessa, and I would recommend her to any soon-to-be bride!

Megan and team were absolutely incredible! I was pretty sure I needed a day-of coordinator just because all the little details would be so much to orchestrate when I should really be enjoying myself, and everything went completely smoothly. We had to change to our rain location about 3 hours before the ceremony, and it was a seamless transition. Megan communicated with all my other vendors to set up a perfect plan and flow to the day. I'm a perfectionist, so believe me when I say it was SUCH a relief to feel completely secure on my wedding day that everything would be done--would work with her again without a moment's hesitation!

My now-wife and I had an incredibly busy year during our last year of medical school finishing up our graduation requirements and a busy application and interview season. Megan was more than worth the money in terms of making wedding planning even possible for us. She started from the beginning by helping us to envision the design and theme of our wedding, which she then helped us to achieve through her resources and connections to local vendors in Indianapolis. She was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. She was easy to get in touch with and flexible with our last-minute changes. Our wedding day went incredibly smoothly and our stress was kept to a minimum. We truly were able to enjoy this important moment with our friends, family, and each other. Megan & team were so wonderful to work with! We hired Arbor and Bloom for Day/Month-of Coordination. From the beginning of the process, Megan was gracious, communicative, and organized. Arbor and Bloom sent a welcome package that included a wedding planning guide. This included some great tips and recommendations based in experience. Along the way, Megan was available to answer any questions we had. Her experience has made her an amazing resource for advice, tips, and recommendations. Even though she was hired for day/month-of coordination, she made herself available when we got stuck in our planning process, and we were so grateful for that. She also reviewed and collected contracts from our other vendors, which was very helpful! About 8 weeks before the wedding, Megan stepped in to coordinate between vendors and created a timeline for our event(s) - rehearsal and wedding day. She got to know those vendors and learned about their needs and timelines, so we could be fully prepared day-of. I was able to send images and diagrams of all of our decorations and their placements, so Megan and her team could set up for the event. They executed this even beyond expectations, and everything turned out so beautifully - this is amazing because we had a lot to set up! Arbor and Bloom handled set up efficiently while also directing vendors and keeping our timeline moving. The whole day went along right on schedule. The team remained calm, collected, and professional the entire time, and if there were any problems, we did not know about them! We could not have had such a smooth wedding without Arbor and Bloom. It was the day we always dreamed of, and we cannot thank Megan enough for that!

Megan is an amazing coordinator. We hired her for the full Wedding Coordination package and beginning to end, our experience was wonderful. I have been in the bridal party for multiple weddings run by Arbor and Bloom Events, meaning I have had close friends in the Indianapolis area work with Megan and her team to plan and organize their big day. I have also been involved with several weddings managed by other wedding and event specialists, and let's just say there is a BIG difference. Arbor and Bloom is by far the most professional event planning company I've seen in my personal experience, leaving all of the others behind in the way that they step in for their clients and advocate for them at every turn. Megan is amazing in the way that she can spot and handle problems before anyone else even knows there was an issue - the amount of stress that she is able to take off of the shoulders of the wedding couple is tremendous. From minimizing waste, to maximizing returns on a budget, to working with venues and vendors to get exactly what the client is looking for; I can truly say that Megan and the team and Arbor and Bloom are head and shoulders above other options.

Megan made my wedding day completely stress free and I could have not done it without her. On the wedding day she helped keep it going smoothly even when it seemed like we threw every wrench at her. Lose your unity ceremony before arriving at the ceremony? Don't worry, she will help you work through making sure that the pastor is prepared and knows to skip that part and she will make sure the altar doesn't show that it is missing the ceremony. Break your bustle before the dancing even starts? She pinned mine up just fine and no one could tell. She helped the wedding party set up the reception venue and the center pieces and made sure it looked absolutely beautiful. Our wedding was a dream come true and it definitely would not have gone as smoothly or had all the details it did without Megan's help.

I hired Arbor and Bloom Events for a "day of" wedding planner and it was the best decision I made throughout the wedding process! I was very skeptical if I needed a wedding planner, however the amount of behind the scenes work she helped with during the entire day and weeks leading up to the wedding were worth every penny! I live out of state and she was extremely accommodating to my time schedule. She was very organized and the individual schedules made for the bridal party eliminated any confusion. She was constantly in contact with our vendors throughout the entire day, ensuring everything was perfect by the time we arrived at the reception. Megan with Arbor and Bloom Events is absolutely incredible and I am serious when I say I don’t know what we would have done without her. My husband and I are “go with the flow” type people, which can be great, but isn’t always the best when planning a wedding. We tend to procrastinate and put things off. Megan was our saving grace with keeping us on track with the tasks we needed to accomplish, as well as taking stuff off of our plate and handling it herself. She collected every vendors’ information and kept track of everything for us. She ran our rehearsal perfectly, helped me strategize on wedding etiquette, and gave every member of the bridal party a personalized schedule to follow. Megan was absolutely AMAZING and we couldn’t have had our dream wedding without her! From the very beginning of the planning process, her attention to detail and organization skills were beyond what I expected from a wedding planner. Leading up to the big event, she was all hands-on-deck the week before sending out timelines to all the vendors, checking up on things and ensuring the venue and vendors knew our vision. On the day of, Megan had her patient calm composure and kept everyone at bay including some anxious mothers. She worked closely with our venue’s coordinator to make sure everything was moving as it should and kept everyone organized and on time. If there were questions during the big day, everyone went to Megan, which was amazing as a bride to have it be stress-free as possible. Without Megan through the entire planning and day-of, our wedding would have been completely different. We are so grateful for hiring Megan and making our wedding day one that we will never forget. Megan was the best day of coordinator for my wedding a couple weeks ago. She was very professional in our month out meeting, and came prepared with an outline of the day of timeline, she worked at perfecting it and contacting my vendors up until the week of the wedding. My wedding day went very smooth thanks to Megan, she even arrived at the venue at 9am the morning of the wedding and decorated the reception room by herself while the bridesmaids and myself were getting ready. Megan was our day of coordinator and was amazing to work with. She walked through our venue with us, had multiple phone calls, made sure she contacted all of my vendors ahead of time, helped me make a timeline, followed all of my wishes to a T, ran my rehearsal, set up, made sure all my vendors were on time/doing everything according to plan, and helped tear down. She really went above and beyond. She was very communicative and quick to respond to emails. Very organized - she even made time line cards for anyone and everyone who was apart of my wedding! She was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

Megan was our day of/month of wedding coordinator. She was such a great help to us in the final stages of planning and coordinating everything on the wedding day. She was very professional and always on time. She made it so that we didn’t have to worry about anything and we could enjoy our special day with our family and friends. When I realized last minute that I had put the wrong number of chairs down at one table, she quickly added a place there. She made sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be. On August 18, 2018, Megan Adams of Arbor and Bloom Events was a key person in the ultimate success of our wedding which included a twenty person bridal party and a 250+ guest list. Megan was fantastic! Super professional and detail oriented, which was so helpful to us! We planned a BIG wedding, and with a lot of things done ourselves, (including the catering!). And I felt bad giving her all that work to do day of, but she coordinated the volunteers that we had, and executed a beautiful event! We definitely couldn't have done this without her! It was great to know that all the details were in good hands.

Megan coordinated the day of/month of for my wedding. I was looking for someone to make sure everything was organized and happening the day of the wedding so myself and the bridal party could just enjoy the day. Megan delivered just that. She was there for the rehearsal the night before and scoped our the reception location then and went over key things. The day of she was running around completing multiple tasks and as needed making things flow properly. She, also, had a calm, professional, and friendly personality I appreciated.

We hired Megan as the day-of planner for our wedding. I lived out of state during the planning process and Megan was extremely easy to work with and helpful. We had coordinators at our ceremony and reception venue as well as multiple vendors and Megan coordinated with them perfectly. We are so glad we had her to help things run smoothly on our wedding day and would highly recommend anyone having a wedding to hire Megan to make their wedding day a success. I had the pleasure of working with Megan of Arbor and Bloom Events from October 2017 until our wedding in July of 2018 for the full service planning package and can definitely say that she is well worth it. Megan more than exceeded my expectations. She completely handled all vendor communication, budgeting and timeline work. She took our unconventional wedding ideas and found vendors and contacts to make our vision possible. She's also found great ways to cut costs so that we would stay within our budget- without us having sacrifice our wants. She's always 5 steps ahead so that we would know the things that we should be thinking about in order to make decisions. She was always easy to get a hold of and and did a great job of staying in touch. Another thing I really appreciated about Megan is that she is constantly wanting to learn and be better for her clients. Throughout our time working together, she checked in to make sure I was feeling good about the planning process, and made sure I felt like we were working well together too. You can tell that she cares not only about the job at hand (planning a "successful" wedding), but also making sure her clients feel comfortable and excited throughout the entire process. In the end, our wedding day was perfect. And that's not to say that there weren't a few setbacks throughout the day. With plans for an outdoor ceremony on a rainy day in July, Megan made the transition to "plan B" smooth and seemingly effortless. I can't give her enough positive praise and feedback. She is hardworking, so caring and personable, and amazing at what she does!

I can't recommend Megan enough. We had to make last hour adjustments from outside to inside for the ceremony due to inclement weather. Then adjusted again for the reception outdoors. Megan took it all in stride. She executed every part of the plan flawlessly. We would have never pulled this off without her. Every detail was handled in the most competent way. She was a life saver and even kept the bride and her mom from killing each other. If you are planning a wedding, hire Megan right away. You'll be glad you did. SHE IS AWESOME!!!

I highly recommend Arbor and Bloom Events. As the mother of the bride who lives in a different city, Megan’s organization and follow up kept us all on the same page leading up to the big day. The venue chosen had its challenges and Megan was on top of everything. Including delaying setting up because of rain. She had a plan B ready to go. Everything came together beautifully. There were so many things she took care of in the background which made the day special. Megan was simply the best! We were so thankful for her.

Hiring Megan as my day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. We initially met about a month before the wedding, and at the initial meeting, it was clear how knowledgeable and professional Megan was. I gave her all of my vendor information and a basic idea of how I wanted my big day to go. From there, she took over contact with all of my vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. She helped me establish a timeline for the wedding and was there to reinforce it the entire day. She also ran the rehearsal and handed out personalized schedules to each member of the bridal party.
