We had our room block here as well as a large welcome dinner and after-party. The service and professionalism were outstanding.
We used the Archer Hotel as our home base for our wedding this past June. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and I really only have positive things to say about our stay (leaving the wedding out of it). Plenty of parking, super easy check-in and check-out, and comfortable rooms. When it came to the wedding, they were very helpful in providing and arranging shuttles to and from the venue, answered all of my questions leading up to the big weekend, and handed out our hotel gift bags with ease (also, big plus for being pet friendly, as the groom’s parents don’t go anywhere without their little pup!). However, they could have communicated a few things better than had a large impact on my wedding planning. 1) We needed extra rooms for our guests after having a great deal more RSVPs than expected... when I asked to reserve more, they told me I was limited in how many I could reserve at a time. While I frantically called my family to ask them to book now that more rooms were added, the back and forth took time and they ended up selling out. Then, instead of letting me know when rooms became available, I had to call periodically in hopes that a room or two became available, reserve them myself, and then transfer them to my guests (which was a bit of a pain and very stressful). 2) We really wanted to host breakfast at the hotel after our wedding, but because they book multiple (I mean 10+) weddings a weekend in the summer, they didn’t have a room available. Since I had no idea they booked so many weddings, by the time I asked, it was too late (and there aren’t any nearby walkable options). But, I can see this being on me.... what isn’t on me, is that a “getting ready” room is included in the contract, but if another bride asks for it first, you’re out of luck. I put up a fight on this one and we ended up getting a boardroom to use... I give them credit for this one! It was great to accomodate, but it would have been nice to have it flagged when signing the contract in the first place. 3) I was told via email I could have breakfast brought to my room on the morning of our wedding, but when I called on the day of, they said it needed to be done in advance. Not a huge deal since I have nice friends who were willing to go get a to-go box from the breakfast buffet for me, but I didn’t like having to try and organize a new breakfast plan on the morning of my wedding, making sure not to run into the groom. All in all, I heard complaints from guests and had a nice experience with them... I would still recommend them for weddings in the area, but would encourage brides to overbook on rooms, reserve any rooms needed right at the start, and order breakfast for yourself ahead of time LOL
Erin was fantastic to work with! She answered every phone call we made. We had a huge wedding and needed a lot of rooms. We also needed a hair and makeup room and a room for brunch the next day. Our friends and family can’t stop talking about how elegant the Archer was. Our wedding used the pool, the bar area, and it was centrally located to everything. The shuttles picked up our guests timely for our wedding at the Crystal Plaza only a short 10 minute drive away. The Archer even gave us a wedding gift which we will treasure in our new home we just bought. If you’re looking to be treated like royalist, book the Archer and ask for Erin!

We stayed at Archer Hotel the night before and the night of our wedding, where we got married at Park Savoy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and affordable. It was close to our wedding venue and in a great location. We enjoyed breakfast the morning after our wedding with our guests, as well as had a fun, informal after-party at the main bar. The staff was easy to work with and we appreciated that they were able to accommodate a private shuttle to our venue for my bridesmaids and my groomsmen the morning of our wedding. All of our guests enjoyed their stay and could not stop raving about the hotel, especially the pool. Bonus: it's dog friendly! Special thanks to Erin and Kristin for all of their help.

Where do I begin We started the search for a hotel for my daughters Wedding weekend approximately 6 months ago. We originally looked at another hotel in Florham Park only to be swayed over To The Archer by the Bride & Groom. Needless to say we were very impressed and totally not disappointed The theme of the hotel along with the lobby, cleanliness of the rooms were a main selling point. Then upon dealing with the staff there to establish a room block was amazing. The General Manager John was very accommodating and greeted us upon arrival. We dealt with many members of the Sales staff along the way starting with Erin who gave us a thorough tour of the hotel to show us The Archer. Victoria took over from there and was one of the most efficient people I have ever dealt with. She answered so many of my emails, questions & concerns and answered every single email always with a cheerful disposition. I constantly asked for updates on our room block and was always provided with one within minutes. Liza was fantastic in handling our requests after we checked in and upon meeting her she put me in touch with food & beverage to book a Farewell Breakfast. Danielle helped me to setup & plan a great Breakfast for our 125 guests that stayed at the hotel . From there Amanda took over and was so on point with executing the perfect Farewell Breakfast checking in often to make sure everything was perfect. At the front desk Rachel , Stacey , Kyle , & Tom handled distribution of our gift bags to perfection & handled the checkin of our many guests seamlessly. We ate the buffet breakfast 2 mornings and enjoyed a dinner compliments of John & the Sales staff one evening. Our many guests RAVED about the hotel and everything about it. My wife & I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms , complimentary slippers , Nespresso coffee makers in each room , Plush towels & bedding along with use of bathrobes . We couldn't ask for more in a hotel and really LOVED associating with the most awesome staff EVER.
Wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Sales / CS team at the Archer Hotel for making the experience for my guests an amazing one during our October wedding weekend! I was working closely on the rooms side with Victoria & everything was passed along super clearly and professionally. We dropped off gift bags for our guests who were staying & everyone was really impressed with the property, room size, amenities, bar area & breakfast the following day. I highly reccomend this property if you are in the area. Thanks!!
Used the Archer as our home base for our son's wedding- reserved a block of rooms totally 50, had the afterparty and the farewell brunch there too. I cannot say enough about their impeccable service! Dealt with Victoria Keiser, Danielle Armstrong and Erin Bennani their supervisor. Victoria's can-do friendly attitude and her professional advice were invaluable. Her assistance in the coordination of the hotel block, room assignment, after party and shuttle service for our guests was critical to the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and most importantly such a relief for me! --- knowing that I had a responsible and responsive, capable person on the other side to carry out my wishes and insure that everything went as planned!!!
Danielle was also very helpful and accommodating in helping us select the menu for the Farewell Brunch and insuring everything was just how we wanted.
The guest rooms, hospitality room, and the venues for both the farewell brunch and the after- party were fabulous. Modern, elegant yet a relaxed and young atmosphere. Loved the property!
I can't thank you enough for all your effort in making this experience a big success!
Amazing hotel, guests loved it. Cheaper rate than competitors, way better ambience and amenities (and food and drink!). Staff is fantastic to work with for wedding planning. Would pick working with them a million times over! A real gem. Still have friends and family talking about how great the hotel was!
