The Arctic Club was the perfect venue for us. Evelyn went above and beyond, to the point where she offered to handle some small things for us on her own time. (Luckily, she didn't have to, but the fact that she offered was very kind.) The dome room is beautiful and the main attraction, but the rest of the facility is what makes this venue. The bar alone is fantastic, not to mention the bartenders. Everyone we interacted with was responsive and gracious. The food was excellent, and the kitchen was able to easily accommodate our off-menu requests for a late-night snack. All told, this venue was perfect for our wedding and I highly recommend them, even just for staying at the hotel.

We can’t say enough positive things about the Arctic Club. From the second we stepped inside they had our hearts. Everyone we worked with was kind, positive, professional and made us feel listened to and taken care of. Picking a venue/caterer can be daunting but we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Evelyn, the catering manager who we worked with the most closely, is an absolute gem and a delight to work with. They also did an excellent job accommodating my wife’s food allergies.

We used Arctic Club for our central getting ready location, our wedding night hotel, and our day after brunch! It all went so smoothly. They were very accommodating and super responsive to my questions. People had no issues booking rooms in the block, and they were great about calling up to our suite and letting people up as we were getting ready. It was really a fantastic place for us to stay near our venue! The brunch the next day was delicious and well put together too!

The BEST venue! We just got married here (July) & I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Nicole was amazing, nice, & helpful. She worked with us to ensure our day was the best. The staff were phenomenal & the dome was beautiful. All my guest had nothing but good things to say about the food. The only thing I was disappointed to hear was how some of my guests had bad experience with the front desk, in particular 2 people. Other than that I could not have found a better venue than the Arctic Club.

I've been to three wedding at the Arctic Club - all were amazing. The views are remarkable, and the inside is so stylish. I really enjoyed the weddings and I was told by two brides, that the staff at the Arctic Club were great to work with.

My fiancé and I found The Arctic Club as a wedding venue through some friends at work. We were very surprised that we did not know any couples who had been married there already because this place was incredible.
The first time I set foot in the Northern Lights Ballroom, it took my breath away. The ornate dome and glass creates a dramatic and elegant atmosphere which was exactly what we wanted for our December 19th wedding.
When it came to picking a wedding venue we had a few wants and needs: indoor space (winter in Seattle), space for 200 people, a space that would accommodate ceremony and reception, and a location that would allow reception until midnight. We also liked the idea of having the wedding at a place affiliated with or part of a hotel. The Arctic Club met all of these items plus so much more.
The event took place mostly in the gorgeous Northern Lights Ballroom. We chose to have our ceremony facing the "ticket booth" and the pictures are stunning. Our photographer was able to get pictures from inside the booth and you can see our faces with our guests behind us. After the ceremony, the cocktail hour is in the lobby bar which has a fun 1920's feel. The ballroom is then switched over the reception style by the staff and everyone goes back up for the reception. Everything felt seamless to us.
We worked with Nicole and Andrea to coordinate, plan, and execute all details of the wedding. I work night shift and there were countless novel-length emails that I sent to both of them at 3 AM and they were wonderful to work with. Every time I felt like I was being a crazy bride or asking dumb questions they assured me and made me feel better.
The catering for the wedding was through the venue's restaurant Juno. We had a tasting a few months before the wedding and Carlos, the chef, prepared options we had chosen for my fiancé, both of my parents, my sister, and I. We ended up choosing a salmon, steak, or butternut squash ravioli option for the entrees and all of our guests had rave reviews. There were multiple people stating that it was the best steak they had ever had. I completely agree.
As part of booking the venue, a complimentary room for the bride and groom is included the night of the wedding and it is situated near the reception space. This was wonderful in that my groom had space to get ready in (he stayed there the night before the wedding too) and we had a space to spend time before the ceremony. It even felt kind of hidden away from the other guests as it is close to the back entrances to the venue space. You are also responsible for renting our the guest rooms on the 3rd floor where the ballroom is. There are a total of 6 rooms and we had no issue filling them and ending up extending our block as well. They offer a discounted rate through a wedding block that is very comparable to hotels in the area. The rooms were spacious and upscale.
All in all, we cannot recommend The Arctic Club enough. From the unique and beautiful look to the delicious food, we were blown away. And I want to specifically mention the staff, especially Andrea and Nicole. When planning a wedding, it makes such a difference to have people you can count on to not only create what you've imagined but to help reduce stress and make things fun and memorable. They did just that and I will never forget the hospitality. Thank you!

The dome room really speaks for itself. It's an insanely gorgeous space and just perfect for weddings! I only looked at one other venue before looking at AC. I was prepared to look at more, but once I walked inside the room, I just knew I had to have my wedding there. The wedding coordinator is Nicole and she is awesome to work with. Nicole is organized, prepared, answers emails quickly and was always willing to talk with me about any concerns I had.
The food was amazing, as well. Our guests all had great things to say about the salmon and the beef we served. I got a text from a wedding attendee 3 after our wedding asking how the salmon was prepared!
Overall, it's a really lovely venue and Nicole will go out of her way to help make it a special day for any bride. Thank you, Nicole!

We hosted our wedding at the Arctic Club and loved it! Such a classy venue and the building has lots of history which makes it very unique for Seattle. We had about 115 guests which fit into the dome room perfectly. The event staff were stellar the day of. We were on somewhat of a budget and by hosting in the off-season on a Sunday were able to get a very reasonable deal on our food and bev minimum.

Everything went very well from planning with Elaine to the day of execution. The food was great and the wait staff was very accommodating. The only big issue were the bartenders. A number of guests complained about their condescending attitudes and general service.

We worked with Danielle Parkins at the Arctic Club. She was fantastic. We held the ceremony in the Dome Room, which is gorgeous, and had a receiving line down in the bar area, then back up into the Dome Room for the reception. The staff was great in turning over the room, and it was great to have all the events in a single location. No driving all over Seattle. There are even plenty of great spots for wedding photos just in a few blocks around the hotel.
We did have a few problems with guests booking our block. The Hilton website didn’t have our information, and the standard Hilton booking phone line didn’t either. We had our guests call the Arctic Club itself, and that worked fine, until the block filled up prematurely (we were told it would expand if more people wanted a room there).
That aside, everything went smoothly. The food was great, you really couldn’t tell they’d made it for 100+ people, each tasted as good as the sample’s we’d had previously. They were super accommodating for the different layouts we wanted for the Dome Room itself between the ceremony & reception, and then set up the back portion of it for brunch the next day. And since it’s one of the more popular wedding locations in Seattle, they were already used to working with many of the vendors we had, and vice versa.

Throughout the planning phase of the wedding, the staff at the Arctic Club were always helpful, polite, professional, and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable about the wedding and had wonderful input on how to make things even more special.
The venue was perfect for our special day. We had about 160 guests, many of whom stayed in the hotel that evening. The food was spectacular (beyond spectacular, actually) and days later, guests were commenting on how it was the best wedding meal they have had. The staff was professional and kind, and they were happy for us as we celebrated.
The rooms were perfect, and it was so nice to have everything in one spot. If we were to do everything all over again, the Arctic Club would be my first choice in vendors to book. They were everything we could have wanted!

BEST EVER! This is the most breathtaking venue. I couldn't imagine it more beautiful but when it was filled with everything for both the ceremony and then reception, it became even better; i truly didn't think that was possible. All of the staff was amazing and really made the big day come to life. 100% would recommend!!

I know this is cliché, but the moment we stepped into the Northern Lights Dome Room we knew we would do whatever we could to have our NYE wedding there. The room is absolutely gorgeous with the ornate dome. The Hotel is full of character and charm and the holiday decorations added to the beauty for our wedding. Aside from the décor the food is incredible. We had multiple guests tell us, “That was the best steak I have ever had.” The one issue we encountered was our Special Events Coordinator changed three times during our 11 month planning because the first two left. It ended up being totally fine, but it was a little hard to keep adjusting to working with someone new. Overall, I would highly recommend the Arctic Club Hotel for a Wedding.

When we walked into the Arctic Club Hotel 2 years ago my husband and I instantly knew this were we would get married. We loved the venue and more important we loved the event coordinator. There were some bumps along the way... we had a last minute move out of state and few months after booking the venue the event coordinator we loved so much moved to another hotel. Let me tell you, being the perfectionist I am I was immediately concerned about how my wedding would come together without being able to oversee every little detail. All of my worries were put to rest on our wedding day. Our wedding was flawless and the dome room was absolutely beautiful. I felt like I was in a fairy tale. Looking back I still cannot believe this was our wedding. Thanks to the staff and the new event coordinator Daneka Sarkies our day was perfect!!

Despite the 3 times change of the wedding/sales coordinators (from September 2011-February 2012) from the Arctic Club Hotel. Michelle & Maya were very helpful and experienced for my February 18th wedding- they know what they are doing! The staffs were very courteous and accomodating. All my guests enjoy the food. It was warm, the tenderloin was tender, so was the salmon well seasoned. Very pleased with them and will definitely recommend them for every bride if you want stress-free wedding =)

You won't be jealous of Kate Middleton or Princess Grace under the splendors of the time-honored Arctic Dome. This national landmark-turned-luxury hotel has respectful, classy decor throughout, surrounded by history of the original expeditioners during the Klondike Gold Rush. Price can't be beat for central downtown location. Service and all else: they say they'll accommodate ANY and ALL requests, and they keep their promise.

The Arctic Club is a beautiful, recently remodeled hotel that has kept it's vintage charm. The hotel room made a great setting for "getting ready" photos and the Dome Room was the perfect setting for our reception. The catering and event planning staff were friendly, responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. Parking on the days surrounding our event was a bit difficult as the hotel only provides valet parking and we had a lot of various items to unload (as would be expected when arriving for your wedding) and the bell hops/valets seemed confused about where to have us park and how to help us. This made our arrival at the hotel feel a bit chaotic, but everything else seemed to run smoothly and without a glitch. Excellent food and service was enjoyed all evening.

The amenities themselves are so so. Like the other reviewer before me, I agree that they are still working out the glitches. But the ambiance, decor and architecture is beautiful. Took most of our couple photos here and they look great. We look like we're in a 1940s film noir movie. Very classy.

THe stunning Dome Room; They have recently opened and are still ironing out glitches. Also the elevators are extremely slow... I had to run down the stairs to meet my hairdresser and fell on the way.
