Ariel and her crew were tremendous! From our first consultation, to the gathering of our belongings at the end of the night, the team at Ariel Ashton Events was top notch. They were detail oriented and were able to capture our vision perfectly. We would highly recommend Ariel Ashton events to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Her and the team will help you through every step of the process and making your lives stress free in the lead up to and through out your wedding day. We can’t thank her enough for everything.

Ariel was an invaluable part of the wedding planning process. She did full service planning for my husband and I, so the process started with choosing the venue. She was great in coordinating all the showings of the locations between the vendors and us and gave suggestions for new ones to consider when ones we were interested in were full. Next came looking at vendors- Ariel had compiled the list for us of vendors available on our dates and we lucked out with great vendors across the board. On the day of the wedding, Ariel and her team made sure everything ran smoothly. She was a great cheerleader and guide throughout the process. We were so glad we had her, and guests couldn't stop complimenting on how great the wedding came together. When wedding planning felt at all stressful, Ariel made sure we were right on track!

Our wedding was absolutely stunning and flawlessly executed, all thanks to Ariel and her team! Throughout the entire planning process, Ariel answered all our questions, gave valuable advice, and worked with us to achieve our vision. She has a huge inventory of decor and she went the extra mile by sourcing additional items that she thought elevated the overall ambiance of our wedding. Everything came together so beautifully! Her eye for detail and creative touch turned our vision into a reality, and we couldn't have been happier with the results! She worked extensively with us to create a timeline that worked for us and all our vendors, resolving any issues and open questions that cropped up along the way. On the night of our wedding our shuttle ended up not arriving, and Ariel and her team handled it immediately and even secured a refund for us. We genuinely believe that we wouldn't have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did without Ariel and her team by our side!

I could not have survived wedding planning without Ariel! I had a few coordinators on my list that I planned to speak to, but after my initial call with Ariel, I knew I wanted to work with her. I booked her for the 60-day package, but the work began well in advance. It was quite the journey from when I began working with her. Many obstacles came up which were beyond her control, but she stepped up and made sure everything was taken care of. Leading up to the wedding, she joined me on vendor calls and helped me craft my timeline. She also gives access to Aisle Planner and I loved how organized that made everything! It made doing the seating chart so much less stressful. Ariel is SO knowledgeable. She literally thought of everything and I entered my wedding day feeling completely prepared. She helped run our rehearsal and made sure running went smoothly and everyone knew where to be. The day of the wedding, she and Rebecca were onsite. They did such an incredible job! I was able to just enjoy my day without stressing about anything. They helped me bustle my dress (which had the tiniest most annoying buttons in the world!) and made sure everything was perfectly in place. Ariel even convinced our venue to let us use taper candles without a cover around them! They took one of our room keys and ran all of our decor, my dress, the guest book, gifts, and everything else we brought to our room throughout the wedding. It not only made my day stress-free, but also allowed my family and bridal party to enjoy the day as guests. There is probably a huge number of things that they did during the wedding that I’m not even aware of because they just made sure every detail was handled. The other thing I will say is that renting decor and other items through Ariel was a lifesaver! It was so convenient to do it all through her plus I saved a bunch of money on items than if I were to purchase them. I really loved working with Ariel and couldn’t recommend her more!

Ariel and her team are beyond amazing and honestly magicians. We had a backyard wedding and it rained during our ceremony that we were hoping to have in a different spot, uncovered in the backyard. Ariel had already planned a back up plan and that involved moving many tables and chairs in a short period of time. They then moved everything back after cocktail hour so the tent was perfect. She also set us up with the tent vendor as well as a portable bathroom (which was one of the nicest bathrooms!). Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable and it helps that she has basically a whole decor warehouse. She listened to our vision, found decor that would match and set it up beautiful (special shout out to the champagne cart). Ariel and her team have ear pieces on the day and it really does feel like they are the secret service making sure your day goes perfectly - and it totally did! I didn't worry about a thing on the day and was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding because her and her team were so on it. There were a few issues that arose with other vendors and they handled it so well, I didn't even realize it until after the fact. Ariel and her team, especially Rebecca, are absolutely fantastic!!

There’s no comparison to Ariel Ashton Events. I spoke with other event planning companies but I couldn’t shake this feeling that Ariel Ashton Events was the planner to choose for our wedding. There’s no comparison to the connection I had with Ariel and her team during that initial consultation. It felt like I was talking to a best friend, someone I’ve known for years. They relieved all the stress I had been feeling leading up to that first call. They understood my vision in its entirety and explained how they were going to achieve my dream wedding vision at my personal investment level, how they planned to showcase the love story between myself and my fiancé, and how to make all of my family to feel included in the overall day. But above all of that they worked with our budget something that other planners just weren’t willing to do. Ariel and her team were instrumental in making sure our wedding looked amazing and ran smoothly. I booked Ariel for her 2 month wedding planning package because between moving and starting a new job I wouldn’t be able to give my wedding the attention it needed. She is a great communicator and very organized. Ariel and her team are detail oriented and went above and beyond to make my wedding day beautiful. I would’ve been lost without them and I am so thankful for all their help.

Ariel did a great job at our wedding. She designed all of the decorations, signs, and other miscellaneous details for our wedding day and coordinated its setup and teardown. I would recommend her for any event planning in the future!

Our son and daughter in law's wedding was in the works for over two years, postponed by Covid several times. Ariel and her people worked with us through this time, with professionalism and compassion, and good humor to create the most beautiful, magical, three day wedding affair. Ariel was on top of every aspect, in constant contact, and present with her crew before and throughout the wedding evening, which went very late into the night. She was a pleasure to work with.

We loved working with Ariel and her team. I don't know what we would have done without them on board! Our wedding got postponed two years because of Covid and Ariel was so wonderful and helpful through the whole process. There are so many details to worry about when planning a wedding and Ariel had them all covered. Day of, we really just got to sit back and enjoy the evening knowing that we were in such good hands and she had everything taken care of. The wedding was truly spectacular. Ariel is a once in a lifetime wedding planner!! From the moment I had a phone conversation with her, I knew she had to be the one to plan my big day. My husband and I are both doctors, we were too busy and overwhelmed to begin to plan our wedding, and Ariel was the answer to our prayers! Over the following year and a half, she quickly went from my wedding planner to my confidante, friend, and when necessary- my hammer! My sister is very hard to impress, teased me about hiring a wedding planner- but even she had to admit that Ariel was the most efficient and organized coordinator she’d ever seen at a wedding and made all of my bridesmaids’ jobs nonexistent! We were able to relax, enjoy, and get ready while Ariel was behind the scenes managing all the moving parts. My now husband and I could never have pulled it off without her. From our rehearsal dinner to our multicultural ceremony to the nuptials and reception- Ariel was the gift that kept on giving. So thankful to continue to have her as a friend and couldn’t recommend her more!

Ariel is great at what she does! We hired her team for our wedding in September of 2021. From the beginning, Ariel shows she cares about you, your story, honoring your likes & dislikes, and understanding your vision. She does it all. She’s smart, experienced, and understands her clients' vision. My sweetheart table was better than I could have imagined. Her team was kind, supportive, and hard-working-- as I was sobbing right before I walked down the aisle, Gabby ran and got me a tissue and made sure I was okay. A small gesture that really meant alot. I was so appreciative of the time they took to set up and take down my reception space. Other bonuses to hiring Ariel-- vendor recommendations and access to rental decor items. I am so happy I don’t have piles of wedding decor items cluttering my home-- I rented all my pieces from Ariel. In addition, every single vendor she suggested exceeded my expectations! Ariel and her team are amazing!! When Covid hit, my fiancé and I knew we still wanted fo get married, but didn’t know if our vision was still attainable given the circumstances. Ariel listened to what we wanted and made it happen- from the tent to the farmhouse tables to all the tiny details that helped transform a backyard into our dream venue! Besides the decor piece, Ariel and her team also kept our wedding day running smoothly and on time. Her team also created a beautiful wedding video for us, capturing all of the special moments! I am so impressed with Ariel Ashton Events! My fiancé and I were so stressed that our wedding wouldn’t feel real with everything going on with covid. However, Ariel and her team went above and beyond to make our day feel so special and perfect! I truly don’t know how we could’ve made this day work without her and her team. I can’t recommend Ariel Ashton Events highly enough. Hiring Ariel and her team was the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Ariel’s expertise in event planning is second to none. She clearly loves what she does and it shows in every aspect of her work. In less than a month, and in the face of a global pandemic, Ariel and her team took what was going to be a quickly thrown together mess into a wedding beyond our wildest dreams, even pre-pandemic. Ariel made us feel special and cared for throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, strong work ethic, compassion, and kindness made our wedding a special day we will tell our children and grandchildren about for the rest of our lives. After we had to cancel our big reception one month before our wedding date due to the coronavirus pandemic we somehow had to create a new celebration for immediate family only. I was disappointed that the fairytale wedding I’ve dreamt about my whole life wouldn’t happen and lost as to how I was going to replan even the basic details of a new ceremony in a month. Then I found Ariel through Tents Party Rentals and everything changed. From our first conversation, Ariel put me at ease and completely took the stress out of trying to throw together a last minute celebration. Ariel jumped into action right away, spending hours on the phone with me (and my mother) coordinating every last detail. She visited the new backyard “venue” on a Sunday, her only day off, because that was the only day my husband and I could make it since we’re out of town. She followed my Pinterest board to get a better understanding of what atmosphere and decorations I wanted, and then took it upon herself to come up with new ideas that fit into my dream. If she didn’t already have decorations that fit into the theme, she created them by hand. She brought things to my attention that were so important, but I never considered. She handled details at all hours of the day as they came up to make sure we had a special day. All of this within a month’s notice! The weekend of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team were at the venue the night before and bright and early the day of, setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, setting the tables, and handling all the last minute details the couple shouldn’t have to think about on their wedding day. Ariel and her team transformed a suburban backyard into a gorgeous, rustic, romantic wedding venue that our guests are still raving about. Throughout the ceremony and reception, they followed strict safety guidelines and made the celebration look seamless. They stayed until late at night making sure we didn’t have to stop our wedding early to break things down. I’m sure they did many things we don’t even know about to make sure the day went smoothly for us and our guests. I have already recommended Ariel Ashton Events to every person I know in the area planning an event. My only regret is that I didn’t find and hire Ariel and her team sooner.

Ariel was incredible from start to finish. Her attention to detail was so impressive as she considered things that we didn’t even think of and she was one step ahead with ideas and creativity which made the planning so much easier and enjoyable. Ariel is truly amazing at what she does. I planned my wedding from Florida and she could not have made it easier. My wedding was more beautiful than I ever dreamed of and I could not have done it without her.

We had a family event for our staff in June 2019. Ariel was very professional and helped tremendously with organizing this. She kept our budget in mind, met with us routinely, helped us pick colors, and age-appropriate activities for all of those who attended. Everyone who attended the event gave us nothing but praise. Would absolutely use her again. She was outstanding and is awesome at what she does!

It's been my pleasure to attend two events orchestrated and planned by Ariel Ashton Events. One was for a major local hospital that held an outdoor, family oriented , medical staff appreciation day that included excellent food provided by multiple gourmet food trucks, full bar and beverage service staffed by professional bar tenders, and a multitude of unique and fun games, face painters, bounce houses, bungee rides, a virtual reality tent, caricature artists, popcorn machine, a fabulous DJ, human bowling ball course, mechanical bull ride, just to name a few. The planning was very involved and of course required the coordination of dozens of vendors. It was a smashing success as everyone had a great time. Ariel was extremely prepared and demonstrated great poise, professionalism, and efficiency under fire. Well done! As well I recently attended a family wedding where Ariel happened to be the wedding planner. Her artistic eye was evident everywhere you looked, with unique and eye catching decor, down to the smallest detail. Throughout the wedding the attendees chatted among each other about how beautiful the indoor/outdoor venue was decorated, the lighting, the period furniture brought in for the occasion, the delicious food and perfect music. And of course all wanted to know who the planner was. Ariel is a natural as a planner for any event. If you want a planner who is creative and artistic, professional and efficient, and can help you bring your dream event to life, Ariel is the best!

Ariel has been the wisest decision I ever made hiring her to navigate the wedding for my daughter! She was professional, responsive and extremely helpful! Ariel came on as our day of coordinator and she over delivered to help us with our DIY backyard wedding - complete with crazy family and last minute issues that she navigated seamlessly! She has a can-do attitude and she’s a detail-oriented perfectionist, which as a type A personality is the reason I hired her! She was the only planner who truly understood my detailed vision and represented our wedding with all of our vendors and family members to make sure it came to life. The week leading up was hectic but she was right by my side, keeping me calm and reassuring me everything would be perfect and it was amazing. I wish I could get married all over again just so I can hire her again! She’s young, bright, ambitious, and determined. I’m so excited to see all of the amazing things she does isn’t he future!

My fiance and I recently got engaged and we are so thrilled! Many happy times ahead... with that being said, I have found myself to be incredibly overwhelmed with everything that is in store. It's impossible to do everything by yourself... and am thrilled to have hired Ariel to help me plan my engagement party (one less thing on a busy bride's plate).
