From the minute we booked Ariel Ashton Events, Ariel was actively involved in planning and coordinating our wedding (when we booked Ariel Ashton Events, we were 5 months out from our wedding!). Ariel was always extremely knowledgeable and struck the perfect balance between giving me all the advice and help I needed while keeping in mind my vision of what I wanted. We had our wedding spread out over two days, and I'm sure a ton of things went wrong, but as the bride, I had no idea at all because Ariel and her team had such a great handle on things. I'm type-A and feel comfortable only when I'm in control, and Ariel made me feel like I could just float through my ceremony and reception without thinking about a single thing other than having a great time with my partner and our guests. We had a bunch of decor that we DIY'd and had a very specific vision for and some we did not have any idea what we wanted and they made it look beyond our wildest dreams. We did have a few hiccups but they were worked out fairly quickly and easily. We had a few issues with our photographer and Ariel offered to help us with it after our wedding, which we thought was really nice of her. Our wedding day did not go 100% to plan, but then again what wedding does? We would recommend them to anyone, and would hire them time and time again.

Next came looking at vendors- Ariel had compiled the list for us of vendors available on our dates and we lucked out with great vendors across the board. They then moved everything back after cocktail hour so the tent was perfect. She also set us up with the tent vendor as well as a portable bathroom (which was one of the nicest bathrooms!). Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable and it helps that she has basically a whole decor warehouse. She listened to our vision, found decor that would match and set it up beautiful (special shout out to the champagne cart). Ariel and her team have ear pieces on the day and it really does feel like they are the secret service making sure your day goes perfectly - and it totally did! I didn't worry about a thing on the day and was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding because her and her team were so on it. There were a few issues that arose with other vendors and they handled it so well, I didn't even realize it until after the fact. Ariel and her team, especially Rebecca, are absolutely fantastic!!

In less than a month, and in the face of a global pandemic, Ariel and her team took what was going to be a quickly thrown together mess into a wedding beyond our wildest dreams, even pre-pandemic. Ariel made us feel special and cared for throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, strong work ethic, compassion, and kindness made our wedding a special day we will tell our children and grandchildren about for the rest of our lives. After we had to cancel our big reception one month before our wedding date due to the coronavirus pandemic we somehow had to create a new celebration for immediate family only. I was disappointed that the fairytale wedding I’ve dreamt about my whole life wouldn’t happen and lost as to how I was going to replan even the basic details of a new ceremony in a month. Then I found Ariel through Tents Party Rentals and everything changed. From our first conversation, Ariel put me at ease and completely took the stress out of trying to throw together a last minute celebration. Ariel jumped into action right away, spending hours on the phone with me (and my mother) coordinating every last detail. She visited the new backyard “venue” on a Sunday, her only day off, because that was the only day my husband and I could make it since we’re out of town. She followed my Pinterest board to get a better understanding of what atmosphere and decorations I wanted, and then took it upon herself to come up with new ideas that fit into my dream. If she didn’t already have decorations that fit into the theme, she created them by hand. She brought things to my attention that were so important, but I never considered. She handled details at all hours of the day as they came up to make sure we had a special day. All of this within a month’s notice! The weekend of the wedding, I didn’t have to worry about anything. She and her team were at the venue the night before and bright and early the day of, setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, setting the tables, and handling all the last minute details the couple shouldn’t have to think about on their wedding day. Ariel and her team transformed a suburban backyard into a gorgeous, rustic, romantic wedding venue that our guests are still raving about. Throughout the ceremony and reception, they followed strict safety guidelines and made the celebration look seamless. They stayed until late at night making sure we didn’t have to stop our wedding early to break things down. I’m sure they did many things we don’t even know about to make sure the day went smoothly for us and our guests. I have already recommended Ariel Ashton Events to every person I know in the area planning an event. My only regret is that I didn’t find and hire Ariel and her team sooner.
