Overall the venue is beautiful, has convenient parking, wonderful food, etc! I would highly recommend this venue for someone's special day! my dress! The day of was such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this venue for your big day! I did give this venue 4 starts only because of the planning process beforehand. There were definitely some miscommunications with the planning coordinators (different from the day of coordinators), which led to confusion and stress on my end. Also, pricing was also an issue. We were told before signing the contract that there was one set overall total, but that is definitely not the case. So, if you book his venue, be prepared to spend more than what is quoted to you, especially if you want some extra time to get ready or you want to extend the party. Also, the vendor credits are helpful, but there are hidden costs within that too for you to keep in mind.

eading up to my big day and was wonderful every step of the way. She was always kind and replied quickly to every single question I had the entire time. I am grateful for her! The chef was open minded and thoughtful when I asked for a small change. The chef exceeded my expectations on what I had asked for! I was very happy with all the foods portions, quality, presentation and taste. Lastly Tatiana, was simply amazing. From weeks leading up, she made every single one of my dreams come true on my special day. She was my right and left hand on my wedding day. She made me feel as if she truly cared for every little detail in my wedding as much as I did to make me the happiest I could be. She is amazing at what she does. I am so blessed to have had her on my most special day to make it that much more perfect. I had the most amazing night of my life and it was all thanks to having her right by side the entire time. Everything ran smoothly and I was never worried or upset because she handled everything. The airside staff is truly the best and that is what should be the most important part of a gorgeous venue. hroughout the planning process and answered all of our questions promptly! As we neared the big day she walked us through the timeline of events as well. The day prior to the wedding Mylan answered all of our questions during the rehearsal and both Tatiana and Mylan were exceptional in tending to anything and everything we needed, both in the bride and groom suites to even helping with some pew decor! The food and servers were wonderful. They even helped the grandmother of the bride with her dinner plate. Lizzie Bee’s flower arrangements were gorgeous, the cake and desserts were delicious and and the DJ was so fun and played exactly what my daughter had requested. The bar servers were polite and courteous to our guests. I couldn’t be happier with this beautiful venue and people who all played a part in making my daughters day so very special-thank you!

venue rental money they receive from all bookings is used to give a military family in need a wedding! A ton of our guests shared they have been to a lot of weddings but ours was their favorite and the best 😍 Melanie, Malyn and Tatiana really made our special day beyond magical, I’ll never be able to thank them enough!!

to go on. With our touchy situation I wasn’t sure how I was going to pull it off. But the staff at Aristide was right where I needed. They we’re so organized and kept everything on track. The getting set up ran smooth because of the staff. They orchestrated the timing of the processional and the whole event. The dinner went without a hitch. I was able to focus on being there for the event. I could not be more thrilled by the amazing people of Aristide and their expertise and kindness. What a gift they all were. I highly recommend using Aristide. It was way more than just the beauty of the venue that made it go so well. Thank you to the wonderful staff. You are so very appreciated! What a breath of joy it was! They truly shined and in return my daughter did too! So amazing!!

!! Selecting this venue was an easy decision especially because of the all-inclusive packages that they offered. Our day of coordinator, Monique was amazing!! She ensured that our day went as we wanted it go. She went above and beyond and we appreciate her for all that she did to make our day perfect!!

we had to do it again, we would likely go with the Montclair Wedding Venue in Colleyville in hopes of a better overall experience. If not, keep the venue & choose our own florist & take our cake, despite encouragement to let the venue store it overnight. The food, DJ, photo booth & exit vehicle service were all great! The major issue we continue to have, is related to the florist Lizzie Bees. There was a lack of committent to what was discussed & documented in our proposal and what was delivered on our wedding day. I spent an hour of the time that should have been dedicated to getting ready & enjoying time with the ladies in my bridal party, going back & forth finding emails & information to give to Tatiana to show what was included in our proposal versus what the staff was providing, including moon gate décor and florals to place in the tall vases we discussed providing. We also did not receive the groom’s boutonniere or any teal florals or accents as discussed. 2 weeks later Lizzie reached out requesting a phone call with the preface that our day was over & all she had was an apology. She denied the agreement for our moon gate or tall vases despite the statements in the proposal that stated we must make sure the moon gate is stable & able to support the weight of the florals & that we would provide the tall vases. There were several details on the proposal that were not updated after the original proposal, including the number of vases being provided and the option not available listed. Emails showing proof were provided. If you use this vendor, make sure everything is properly noted to the last detail. The phone call with Lizzie was a month ago & we are told that Walter’s Wedding is waiting for a response from the florist on what can be done. In addition, we only got to taste one bite of our wedding cake during the cake cutting. We were informed cake would be brought over to the table during speeches, it was not. We didn’t think it was a big issue as we knew there would be cake remaining and we could just enjoy it the next day. Upon calling the next morning we were informed our cake was left & the air conditioner was off resulting in the cake having to be thrown out. There was no immediate solution. Upon returning from our honwymoon we reached out about our concerns. The baker, Jenny Layne immediately offered to make us a new bottom layer to our wedding cake. We were grateful for her offer, but hesitant as we are from the Austin area & had to take the drive & pay the crazy gas prices to get the cake. However, because Jenny was so great and delivered amazingly on our cake designs, we agreed. Unfortunately, upon getting to the venue & opening the cake a hair was found on top of the cake. Jenny did offer another cake, but we did not want to drive back again. $100 is what was given & seems to have fallen on the baker. Lose, lose in our opinion, as the cake not being stored was not her fault and $100 is minimal to the cost charged, especially considering the custom design we paid extra for. We made a large investment in this company & the vendors expecting a certain level of execution and service. Unfortunately, we don’t feel like they were as invested in us & our experience.

loved the venue and the staff. Tatiana our day of coordinator made everything so simple and easy while still making sure the day went as planned. We can’t thank them enough and look back at the day with nothing but pure joy.

me, making me feel at ease from start to finish. Seriously, every time I started to ask about something, Tatiana had already taken care of it! I never felt like any question was too many or like I was bugging anyone. They were so receptive to our wants and needs! Melanie was phenomenal in helping us organize everything and helped with getting in contact with vendors. Aside from how incredible the staff is, the venue itself is GORGEOUS. We received so many compliments from our guests and our photos were magical. We will be treasuring this day for the rest of our lives and I am so grateful for the staff that made it an easy, enjoyable, and care-free day for me! Thank you!!!

Told they have it then told they don’t. - Asked for traditional Pakistani food and served a different menu. - Asked for a certain getaway car and was provided for something else. - In multiple emails and in person meetings, told I was receiving a refund via check and now being told I’m not from my deposit.  This company will continue to say everything is going well and moving along, yet it is all lies. We are seeking legal action against them. Not worth it!

I cannot say enough good things about how stress-free the process was and how enjoyable it was to work with the staff. My wedding day was perfect and exactly the way we had planned and envisioned it and the Aristide team really did take care of everything so me, my husband, our families and wedding party could fully enjoy the experience.

d recommend that they add more clothing hooks in the suite, when you have a big party, and you are trying to steam your dresses and you don’t have but two hooks. Definitely a challenge. Also the floor was dirty, the train of my dress was dirty before I made it to the alter. Other then that everything else was good!
