Armon’s Catering

I can't say enough good things about Armons. They catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding and EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!!! Not only was the food fantastic but they went above and beyond to do everything I needed to make our special day perfect :)

My daughter was married on June 22, 2013 at our home on the shores of Lake Michigan. The bride and groom requested a casual Classic Wisconsin BBQ of bratwurst and burgers for our 135 guests. Because of many vegetarian and vegan guests, we wanted to make sure our food offering would satisfy all special dietary needs. We asked Ryan Rosmann, our catering manager if he would be able to serve Indian food since we had special international guests attending. We were also very interested in having fresh, locally sourced foods keeping with the Wisconsin theme of the event. We suggested our favorite bratwurst maker and local bun supplier. After that conversation, I wondered how Ryan and Armon's would meet our requests. My daughter, future son-in-law and I arrived for the tasting and were blown away with the quality of the food that was served to us. OK, burgers and brats may not seem to be the most complicated foods, but Ryan had driven 45 north of Milwaukee to purchase the bratwurst we had suggested. Then we sampled the pakoras with homemade chutney and the vindaloo curry with basmati rice. Absolutely delicious!!! Armon's worked with us until we finalized additional menu items with delicious freshly made tabouleh, a corn and bean salad and scrumptious roasted vegetables. Our final menu, albeit a bit funky, was perfect and our guests raved about the food - especially the vegan foodie in attendance. "Best wedding food ever" we heard over and over. Ryan also provided a morning brunch for the 50 plus campers who stayed on our property for the wedding weekend. We served classic eggs, sausage, bacon and toast with yogurt bar. Again the food was dazzling. Ryan sprinkles his bacon with brown sugar before it roasts in the oven. I thought there would be fights for the last piece. My husband claimed it the best bacon he has EVER had. Ryan makes is all seem so easy. I was happy. Our guests were happy and the bride was especially happy with the food served at her wedding. We wrapped up the evening with late night pulled pork sliders after bonfires and lantern launches on the beach. That's three meals by Armon's within a 12 hour time frame! These people are organized and obviously are very proud of the food they serve. Ryan handled all the rentals for the event and found the best prices for the tent, table and chair rentals. The 5 member staff that worked the event were very efficient and also serviced the bar. We provided the beer and wine for the event. Hosting a wedding at a private home is filled with logistical details that challenged us to the very moment our guests arrived. I knew, and I say this sincerely, that I did not have to worry about the food or the rentals. I knew Ryan and Armon's were going to deliver and deliver they did. We had great tasting food at very, very reasonable prices. We made some unusual food requests, but Armon's helped bring it all together. I highly recommend Armon's Catering and hope to use them again in the future.

Every bride knows some things involving a wedding are more important than others, one of the most important being the food. Your worst fear is that the food will be bad, cold, dry, or just not good and that your guests will be left unsatisfied and want to leave your celebration early. Armons made sure that our day was as special as we wanted it to be and came through for us with impressive ease. We had a group of over 300 guests, and to make it more challenging, we were in Eagle, WI (in the middle of nowhere) with limited kitchen facilities, an unconventional layout, and our guests were eating at tables in a barn. Amir and his wonderful catering crew handled our event with such an ease you'd think we were in a fancy hotel. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was impressed with the food, it is still the #1 thing I hear about when talking to my guests after the big day, two months later. The food was perfect, I don't know how else to say that. What was supposed to be hot was hot, cold was cold, juicy was juicy, and Armons really helped us pull our special day together. They were timely, organized, and very professional. I'm not kidding when I say we didn't hear a single complaint, and everyone had their fill. I was particularly impressed with the antipasto spread that we used as our appetizer round, highly recommend that, not to discredit anything else. On top of being friendly, organized, and courteous, their prices are so reasonable I almost wanted to suggest they charge more to be competitive with what is usual and customary (from what I found). They offer a wide variety of food and different levels of service to meet your needs, and did I mention how affordable their prices are? There is not a disappointed bone in our bodies, and for that we thank Amir and his wonderful staff for helping make our day absolutely unforgettable. I will use Armons services for any future catered events that I have, and I strongly recommend considering them for your event, you will not regret it. Thank you Armons for coming through with flying colors for us, we will truly never forget it :)
