We worked with Kaitlin at Arnaud's for our rehearsal dinner and it was a breeze. She was so nice and professional and very responsive to all our requests. We had a great night and the food was amazing!
We booked the Lafitte/Toulouse/Dauphine rooms for our rehearsal dinner for 22 people and it was PERFECT! Our rooms were beautiful, food was delicious (accommodated vegan dietary restrictions), and had a great balcony overlooking Bienville. Arnaud's helped us book a jazz trio which really set the mood for the evening and was an amazing addition!
It is impossible for me to truly summarize how great our experience working with Arnaud's & Kaitlin has been. We have been planning our wedding since January 2019, so we have been working with Kaitlin for a long time! Kaitlin was fabulous to work with & always so responsive to all of our questions. She made herself easily available for us & our vendors to see the space multiple times! The food was fabulous, just as wonderful the night of (for 80+ guests) as it was during the tasting (for 4)! The venue space was gorgeous. The service was absolutely incredible, unparalleled to any other dining or event service I have experienced. The wedding guests could not stop complimenting the venue & service! If you are considering Arnaud's for your event, look no further!! We're already dreaming of our next private dining experience in the future. Thank you so much to the Arnaud's team for creating a truly incredible wedding!
Our dinner was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere was wonderful. We eloped at the Tree of Life and had just a few family and friends with us. We reserved the Sin Room, which was perfect for the eight of us. The entire staff was amazing. I want to give special thanks to Caroline for all her assistance with making the arrangements, she was a pleasure to work with, and a big thank you to Alex for taking such good care of us during dinner, and making food and wine recommendations all of which were incredible.
The team at Arnaud’s went above and beyond to ensure our rehearsal dinner was perfect! The food and cocktails were delicious, and the wait staff was very attentive. We had the best night with our family and friends. We would highly recommend the intimate setting of Arnaud’s for a rehearsal dinner or wedding. Arnaud’s exemplifies fine dining and classic New Orleans charm!
This was the most beautiful wedding venue! Kaitlin was there every step of the way making sure that the night would be perfect. The food, jazz trio, and service were exceptional.
I will never be able to put into words how exquisite our rehearsal dinner was at Arnauds.
As parents of the groom of a destination wedding, our rehearsal dinner functioned more like a 2nd wedding reception. We wanted to welcome all of our guests who had traveled long distances to be there.
Between the cocktail hour and the dinner, we basically took over the entire 2nd floor. At least 4 bar areas were set up so no one had to stand around to wait for a drink.
Lovely hors d’oeuvres were passed. The space opened up to a balcony overlooking the French Quarter. The ambiance and history of Arnauds cannot be equaled.
The Royal Dining Room was majestic, as the name portends.
We required AV equipment that was up and ready and worked beautifully all evening.
My husband and I still cannot believe that the staff served 195 people an absolutely delicious WARM dinner and the same number of bananas foster desserts - with ice cream that had not melted and buttery, rum- drenched bananas that were still warm! How do they do that?
Superb. Just superb.
I have saved the best for last, and that is Caroline Hubbard, who is Arnauds event manager.
From the moment we called about having our dinner there, Caroline was available to me at a moments notice. Even picking up my phone calls over weekends.
She was endlessly patient and accommodating as I labored over menus and wine lists. Never acting concerned when we’d start over with some detail.
Amazing.
But all that didn’t prepare me for Caroline’s sacrifice the day of the event. It was Feb 28, 2020. Lots of couples wanted a Leap Year wedding. Armauds had 5 other rehearsal dinners that same night!
I planned for some posters and a huge banner to be placed in the area where cocktails were to be served. Only problem was, how to hang them. Caroline spent the better part of that afternoon helping me make a frame to post the banner.
Besides which she stored the banner and posters in her office before and after the dinner.
I told Caroline that I’d look her up if ever return to New Orleans.
Arnauds, you not only have the best venue for a celebration. You have the best staff, the best chef, and the best event manager in the country.

’Thank you’ doesn’t come close to expressing my gratitude.
But...Thank you.
If you want to wow your guests, Arnaud’s is the place! We held our rehearsal dinner in the Count’s Room and it was unbelievable. Danielle was so easy to work with, helping to create a menu that was well within our budget, but still included everything we wanted. Our florist complimented them on how easy load in was and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the space was. My husband’s grandmother is 100 years old (!!) and has trouble with stairs, so they had two servers carry her upstairs! You can’t get better service than that ;) If you’re looking for the ultimate New Orleans experience, this is it.
My husband and I opted for a very small, outdoor ceremony with four friends followed by dinner for all of us. When I decided on New Orleans for the wedding, I also immediately decided on Arnaud's for the wedding dinner, and there was absolutely nothing to regret with that decision. I considered having the ceremony and the dinner in the Sins room, but decided I'd rather have my first experience there in the main dining room. It was the best meal I have ever consumed! The service was impeccable, the drinks amazing, and the food is to die for. I think we will always have a special place in our hearts for Arnaud's!
I had no idea how amazing an event could be until we had the Arnaud’s experience! Our wedding reception was perfect down to every detail, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team at Arnauds. From day one, Kaitlin and Kasey took care of us, offering their ideas and making us feel like part of the Arnauds family. This restaurant can stand on its own with the delicious food, the old New Orleans decor, and the best people in the world. They tailored each detail just for us, offering customized food stations and passes bites that were the hit of the night! I have never gotten so many compliments from every guest in attendance. They also helped to create an additional buildout for even more space. We had a dream experience at every turn, and were blown away on our wedding day. Delia was our personal staff assigned to us that day and she alone ensured that both my husband and I got to talk to almost every one of our guests. She also had food and drinks constantly at the ready for us so that we never left the party. I loved my wedding because of all these great people and we are so honored to be a part of the Arnauds family!
We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in one of the private dining rooms at Arnauds and it was perfection! This was already one of our favorite New Orleans restaurants and now it's even more so. Danielle (who is amazing) coordinated for us and along with the rest of the staff, we felt like we were in very good hands throughout the entire planning process and the event. The room looked beyond beautiful and the food is amazing. We will forever have very fond memories of our rehearsal dinner at Arnauds.
I had both my ceremony and reception here and it was just amazing. Most of the guests and wedding party had never been to New Orleans before and I really wanted New Orleans to be the theme and have lots of traditional food and customs etc. I worked with Kasey Uddo and she was one of the most important people I worked with emailing her pretty much every week throughout the planning process. When it got closer to the day she asked if I had a day of coordinator and that if I didn’t she could do it for like $200 and it was such a good investment!! She set up all my decorations for me and cleaned them up after and made sure we stayed on time for everything. She also boxed up some leftover food for us to take home since as the bride and groom we didn’t eat as much as we would have liked. Everyone has still been raving about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was!!
Arnaud's was simply amazing! We wanted a classic New Orleans wedding in a place with history and great food. We visited so many restaurants/reception spaces before touring Arnaud's. As soon as we met with Kaitlin, we knew we needed to have an Arnaud's wedding. She made us feel like everything would be taken care of and I was confident in her ability to deliver. She answered all of my emails in a timely manner and when I asked her honest opinion about an idea, she gave it. Two days before the wedding, we made the decision to move it a day earlier due to a hurricane. As I was panicking, Kaitlin reassured me that everything would be perfect and got to work on helping us replan the wedding. She went above and beyond. Having to re-plan the wedding, we assumed there would be added costs with all the last minute changes, but she worked with us to try to stay within our budget. The Count's Room was not available due to the date change, so she offered us the Main Dining Room and The French 75 Bar. She also was able to provide the same menu at the same cost, which was usually only reserved for for Sunday brunch. She knew I was stressed about having to change everything, but she worked so hard to make everything perfect and special. The hurricane could have ruined our wedding, and it ended up being better than either of us could have expected. I don't know what I would have done without Kaitlin and the amazing Arnaud's staff. The level of service was beyond our expectations and I feel truly lucky that we chose this venue. I honestly don't think any other venue/staff could have pulled off such an amazing wedding with so many last minute changes. We are forever grateful and will be able to look back on our wedding with such great memories.
Our daughter's 4pm-9pm ceremony and reception on 3/18/17 was extraordinary. The ceremony was in the Count's Room with cocktail reception in the Irma, Toulouse, Bienville, Dauphine and Sins private dining rooms, along with the entire Bienville St balcony. Our 140 guests from NY,NC, CA, TX and LA were wowed by the beautiful rooms, the service and most incredible food. Many said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We had NOLA string quartet for the ceremony and an hour of cocktails with DJ Dynamix playing for the remainder of the evening for fun and dancing. Kaitlin Rogers along with the entire staff orchestrated the most perfect wedding we could have imagined for our daughter.
My husband and I hosted 26 guests (all from California except my family) for our rehearsal dinner in the Bourbon Suites private room. People were blown away!!! The food was fantastic and a true testimony to good old New Orleans cooking! The balcony suites are so much fun and the service couldn't have been better. It's definitely a splurge but SO worth it :)
Thanks Arnaud's!
We held our rehearsal dinner at Arnaud's. It is a very special play for us and we wanted to share it with our closest friends and family. We had about 24 guests dining and our dinner was held in the Gold Room on the second floor. It's a beautiful and private space which made it a perfect venue to allow for toasts, crying, and laughter without disturbing or having to talk over other patrons. Of course the quality of food and wine was outstanding as well. They were very responsive, professional, and flexible and allowed us to curate our own menu. They day of service was pretty good, we needed to ask a few times to refill our wine glasses, and the temp in the room was way too cold at first, but they were able to adjust it for us. At the end of dinner, one of the servers gave us a rundown of the history of the place and walked us over to the Mardi Gras museum, which our out of town guests really appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to host a rehearsal dinner.
I cannot say enough about our reception at Arnauds. Kaitlin was our event coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was beyond perfect. She even sat up our decorations. Everyone was astounded by the beauty and charm of the restaurant and the decor of the Irma Room. The mezzanine was the perfect place for our jazz trio. The food was outstanding!
Arnaud's staff exceeded our expectations. The events coordinator was extremely proficient and made everything perfect. The food was amazing and is still talked about by our wedding guests. We could not have been happier with everything. This restaurant is a must for those who visit New Orleans!
Everything was perfect. The perfect setting, the perfect food. Everyone was so excited to have dinner at such a New Orleans restaurant. It was an amazing experience. Many of the guests even purchased a cook book!
It was the perfect way to introduce our guests to New Orleans and to our wedding weekend. I just wish the bar was bigger to fit all of our guests! We were a tight squeeze!
The upstairs rooms embody the old world charm that has made New Orleans famous. Arnaud's food is unmatched for the volume of guests we had to accommodate (350). The staff couldn't have made my big day any more perfect. They were both helpful and invisible at the same time so that the focus was on my guests and our party rather than the showmanship of their superior hospitality. The Count would be proud. Arnaud's is worth every penny for a fairytale event.
I hardly need to introduce Arnauds to anyone who is familiar with New Orleans - but for everyone else, it is the most beautiful, classy and delicious restaurant in New Orleans. Long history of fine dining and our experience was everything its reputation implies. We had our rehearsal dinner here in a private room upstairs with a balcony, for fifty guests. Appetizers and cocktails were passed around for about 30 minutes, followed by the most incredible shrimp Arnauds, gumbo, choice between filet mignon or fish, and dessert. The staff was very professional, the ambiance was elegant and comfortable - all our guests had a great time. Kaitlyn was incredible to work with. Highly recommended.
We had our rehearsal dinner/party at Arnaud's and it was an all around great experience! We were exceptional please with everything...including the food, service and the environment! hoghly recommended!
Was absolutely wonderful!! Had the Bourbon Suite with a balcony overlooking Bourbon. The evening was perfect, the food was divine, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for... would definitely recommend!
DELISH!
My best friend got married about a year ago. We she first told me that she was thinking about having her reception at a Restaurant I was a little hesitant. I went with her to tour Arnaud's for a rehersal site. This restaurant was absolutely stunning. I felt like I was in "Old New Orleans". The private rooms were extremely elegant and everyone was so friendly.Plus there was the beatiful main dining room downstairs and sexy French 75 bar. It is not your typical restaurant, the ambiance is extremely romantic. At the actual recpetion all of the waitors were decked out in tuxedos (very classy!). The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and perfectly sized for cocktails. The dinner was fabulous and the service during the dinner was amazing. The staff was so helpful throughout the evening and made sure that this night was perfect for the bride and groom! Arnaud's also has New Orleans style balconies, which just added to the fun of the evening. If I ever get married I may follow in my friends footsteps (not quite sure if she will like me copying her, but who cares!) and have my wedding at this amazing location! If you are looking for a romantic setting, and a complete New Orleans feel I strongly recommend Arnaud's!
