ve, very organized, and very knowledgeable about the area and her fleet. We used 2 buses - a 31 seater and a 37 seater - to transport everyone from our hotel to the venue. We had 1 bus for the bridal party earlier in the day. As well as 3 trips to and from the venue later on for our 80ish guests who took the transportation. The buses were clean, and the drivers were excellent. Arrive in style was also accommodating with our last minute changes for bridal party pictures, family coming on an earlier bus, and trying to collect everyone at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend Arrive in Style for any transportation needs.

A few weeks before the wedding, they confirmed with me my guest list and times needed to get to the 1st look, ceremony, and hotel. During your wedding day, you don't want added stress, and they really helped to alleviate it! Plus, they did it with poise and smiles. I 100% recommend them for your next wedding or event.

They even did a sweep at the end of the night to make sure we didn't leave any stragglers behind at the after party. They were professional and personable.; great service and perfectly clean shuttles. We cannot recommend them enough!

Rather than spend the extra money on a limousine, we opted to use the guest shuttle (29 passenger) to transport the bridal party from the hotel to the venue and then come back later for the guests. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. The driver (a sweet woman whose name I unfortunately did not get) arrived ahead of schedule to pick up the bridal party and was completely understanding when the bride, true to form, came down 15 minute late! At the end of the evening, she even held the shuttle for my husband and I so we could head back to the hotel with everyone else rather than wait for a second trip. She was courteous and professional and got everyone where they needed to go safely and on time. It was an excellent experience!

We had the shuttle service to drop guests off from the hotel to the reception venue and the initial drop off went off without a problem. The only problem we encountered was when the shuttle was supposed to make its second pick up to the venue. Many of the guests, including us, were left waiting almost until 11:45 (the reception ended at 11:00) for the shuttle. When we had called to asked the driver if there was a problem he made a comment that they had other pickups to do that night. Overall, we did have a good experience with the company. Working with Ellen was a pleasure and she was always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

arty headed to a park nearby for our first-look photo and some other photos. The limos were REALLY HOT, this was no fault of the company it was close to 95 degrees. Unless that vehicle was in motion the AC in the limo was not ideal. I was hoping my parents could stay cool in the limos while we took pictures, but they ended up sweating with the rest of us...if i had booked a bus or something bigger it probably would have been better. The shuttle was also on time and went from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony. We scheduled an early shuttle for family to take pictures before the ceremony and it worked out great. At the end of the night the shuttle picked up our family and dropped them off at the hotel. One of our guests mistakenly told the driver that there wasn't anyone left at the venue and he went back to home base. Unfortunately there were still 20 people there, including our parents and grandparents. They were stuck there for over an hour and it was pretty disappointing because they wanted to hang out with us in the hotel before the bar there closed. It was a miscommunication that I'm sure wouldn't happen again. The driver should have gone back to the venue and checked for other guests. I wrote them an email and they got in touch with me the next morning. They offered my husband and I a free ride from the airport after our honeymoon. They are a great company to work with, I just ran into a few snags. I would recommend them but I would also be very clear with your instructions when booking.

Clean and comfortable transportation and a very good value considering how carefully Arrive In Style plans every trip with the success of the entire wedding in mind.
