At the last minute when the other limousine company we had cancelled 4 days before my wedding this company came to our rescue. So they will forever be my heroes that saved the day! They were absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for better. Thank you 😊

From the very beginning of communication everything was prefect. The team was great to work with, they answered all of our questions and were very responsive with anything we needed and figuring out the timeline. We had a party bus pick up the groom, groomsmen, bride, bridesmaid, and family also a private car for the grandparents and for us to take us to the hotel after. They were all on time, super polite, helpful and professional. They helped getting things in the bus when they didn’t have to and provided water for the rides. Our night driver was fantastic he even waited for us to be ready to leave and never rushed us. I will definitely recommend this company. We had Leo as our driver for our wedding day and he was professional, timely and fun to have! They were fast and easy to meet with and schedule - very accommodating.

My planner did all of the major communicating and planning, but everyone was professional, timely, and accommodating to a challenging travel plan.

We used Arrow-Prestige for our wedding on February 18. We reserved the 26-passenger Luxury Coach. Debbie and the coach arrived right on time at the Omni and took us to our ceremony location, after the ceremony Debbie brought us back to the Omni in a timely fashion. Debbie was so nice and always offered to help with whatever we needed. The luxury coach was a great choice; there was plenty of room for the 14 people in the bridal party. We used Arrow Prestige for our October 2016 wedding, and their service was great! I called them several times with questions, and they were always responsive and patient. They called to Confim the day of, arrived right on time, and easily facilitated getting a bridal party of 7 people, plus their dresses and luggage, into the limo in the rain. The driver escorted everyone with an umbrella, which was essential! Arrow Prestige is also very affordable and is a great value for what they offer!

We used Arrow for our May 7th wedding and booked a limo (2 trips for our bridal party) and a coach bus (2 trips for our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue). The prices were very reasonable compared to other vendors in RI, they were professional, the driver was on time, and we didn't have to book super early compared to other wedding vendors. There was a small miscommunication which left me and my new husband stranded at the venue at the end of the evening, but they did come back and get us :) I would definitely recommend them for any transportation needs you have for your wedding.

We hired two 10 passenger limousines for our wedding day. We weren't looking for anything super fancy or expensive and our needs were met perfectly. Both drivers were on time and professional and the cars were clean, in excellent condition, and had everything we needed. We didn't have champagne or anything but it's honestly not something we were looking for so no need to pay any extra.

We used Arrow Prestige for our wedding day to shuttle the bridal party and guests back and forth from the hotel to the church and the church to the venue. We rented a white 25 passenger luxury coach and it worked perfectly for us. It was great to know that tip was already included in our payment so we did not have to address it later in the evening. The driver, Tony, was terrific. He was friendly and willing to do anything he could to help make our day special. After the reception was over he dropped the wedding party off at a bar on Thames Street in Newport and returned promptly in about an hour and a half to pick us up. Dealing with him and Arrow Prestige was a great choice and they took good care of us. It was not the first time we have used this company, nor will it be the last. They are a great business partner for weddings or just a night on the town. I would recommend them to anyone.

Arrow Prestige was fantastic for our wedding. Their responses were prompt, our two limos arrived on time for transportation, the drivers were courteous and attentive, and the service came at a great value. I'm very satisified with our transportation choice and would highly recommend them in the future.

They were professional, on time and the best deal in town for a motor coach

I had a special request for transportation to and from Montreal for my wedding, and worked with the owner of the business to arrange this trip. He made it very easy for us, and very clearly laid out what the costs would be, the timing, really managing expectations. First off, I struggled to find another local provider for this trip, so their only competition was a national charter company or two, who wanted 50-75% more for the same journey. Prestige is a family business and therefore much more personable and easy to deal with. They were honest every step of the way, and it really felt okay trusting them to transport my family 400 miles to attend my wedding. The driver, Paul, was fantastic and I could not have asked for a more reasonable guy to safely take my family up to Montreal. Overall, they made this part of our big day stress-free and made sure we were moving according to the schedule. I would highly recommend them for critical jobs, such as your wedding, as it simply isn't worth it to gamble with less reputable vendors. They've been in business for 60-70 years for a reason. Trust them.

I inquired through their website and didn't hear back from them for two day's so I decided maybe they're busy I'll just call them! As soon as the man picked up the phone he had an attitude. He refused to work with me based on my budget I told him I needed a limo at the end of the night to fit 17, he told me you wont find that in the state of rhode island, which is not true because for 1 I had just called a company and set up an appointment to look at a stretch hummer that fit 20. He quoted me for two limos for the night that cost me $400 over 1 stretch limo that will make multiple trips. He wasn't even going to offer multiple trips! The man was rude, he was not helpful at all, and did not try once to work something out with us for an affordable price! Needless to say I would never recommend them and this was only to get a quote!!

We only needed a limo to pick up the bride and bring to reception. All other companies wanted around $400. Arrow did it for $275 including the tip. They were great, on time and very professional.
