We had such a great experience working with Arrow Prestige. Peter, our driver, was timely, helpful and kind--he even helped the boys put on their boutonnieres! He knew how the day ...
should run from the time we arrived at the church and helped us line up, opened the door for me and my father and ensured my train was ready. Peter is awesome, safe and reliable and I hope you all have the opportunity to work with him and the Arrow Prestige Team!
I had a great experience working with Arrow Prestige Limo for my wedding day and would absolutely hire them again. They were able to split the 5 hour minimum into two separate time...
s so they transported us to the church and reception and then again after the reception several hours later (without charging us for the hours in between). The staff at Arrow Prestige were so kind every time I called and very helpful in figuring out the final details of the day. Our driver was so patient, professional, and was on time for everything. It was truly a seamless experience and I'm grateful I hired them.
I used Arrow Prestige for a June wedding in the Newport area. The booking was made a month before the event (after realizing another transport company we were using hadn't included...
two other vehicles we discussed in our contract and were now sold out!). Arrow Prestige did a great job, was on time, and their contract times worked perfectly with our event. I'm so glad to have found them and would 100% work with them again.
Arrow Prestige delivered excellent customer service, cleanliness, and on-time care. From the staff in the office to the drivers the day of our wedding, each individual was professi...
onal and went the extra steps to make sure the logistics on our wedding day went smoothly. We rented a 10-passenger limo for the wedding party which came stocked with glasses and ice for beverages. Our limo driver was very patient and drove the limo with care. We also rented a 47-passenger bus for the end of the night for an after party and for guests to get back safely to their hotels. Both drivers were very responsible and attentive to the wedding parties needs. We highly recommend Arrow Prestige!
Before my wedding, I didn't have much experience with services like this to compare my wedding experience in June 2018 to. But after being n weddings after mine and seeing how diso...
rganized they can be, and so unexpectedly, I am so glad we didn't have to deal with that with these guys. It was easy to plan a schedule to get the groom and his guys and myself and my girls to the venue at the perfect times, the drivers were nice, the limos were roomy and clean. And the limo driver even knew our DJ, who was the first person we saw when we pulled up to the venue. It was sort of a comfort to see that everyone around there was used to working with each other on big events like this. Would definitely use them again if I ever need another limo in Newport!
At the last minute when the other limousine company we had cancelled 4 days before my wedding this company came to our rescue. So they will forever be my heroes that saved the day!...
They were absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for better. Thank you 😊
From the very beginning of communication everything was prefect. The team was great to work with, they answered all of our questions and were very responsive with anything we neede...
d and figuring out the timeline. We had a party bus pick up the groom, groomsmen, bride, bridesmaid, and family also a private car for the grandparents and for us to take us to the hotel after. They were all on time, super polite, helpful and professional. They helped getting things in the bus when they didn’t have to and provided water for the rides. Our night driver was fantastic he even waited for us to be ready to leave and never rushed us. I will definitely recommend this company. Thank you Arrow Prestige for being a great vendor on our wedding day.
We had Leo as our driver for our wedding day and he was professional, timely and fun to have! They were fast and easy to meet with and schedule - very accommodating.
My planner did all of the major communicating and planning, but everyone was professional, timely, and accommodating to a challenging travel plan.
Arrow prestige were great they were so easy to work with and were promptly on time. I would highly recommend them.
We used Arrow-Prestige for our wedding on February 18. We reserved the 26-passenger Luxury Coach. Debbie and the coach arrived right on time at the Omni and took us to our ceremo...
ny location, after the ceremony Debbie brought us back to the Omni in a timely fashion. Debbie was so nice and always offered to help with whatever we needed. The luxury coach was a great choice; there was plenty of room for the 14 people in the bridal party. Arrow-prestige was extremely easy to work with and I would highly recommend their services, very reasonable prices.
Thank you,
Kaitlyn & Bill
We used Arrow Prestige for our October 2016 wedding, and their service was great! I called them several times with questions, and they were always responsive and patient. They call...
ed to Confim the day of, arrived right on time, and easily facilitated getting a bridal party of 7 people, plus their dresses and luggage, into the limo in the rain. The driver escorted everyone with an umbrella, which was essential! Arrow Prestige is also very affordable and is a great value for what they offer!
We used Arrow for our May 7th wedding and booked a limo (2 trips for our bridal party) and a coach bus (2 trips for our guests from the hotel to the wedding venue). The prices wer...
e very reasonable compared to other vendors in RI, they were professional, the driver was on time, and we didn't have to book super early compared to other wedding vendors. There was a small miscommunication which left me and my new husband stranded at the venue at the end of the evening, but they did come back and get us :) I would definitely recommend them for any transportation needs you have for your wedding.
We hired two 10 passenger limousines for our wedding day. We weren't looking for anything super fancy or expensive and our needs were met perfectly. Both drivers were on time and p...
rofessional and the cars were clean, in excellent condition, and had everything we needed. We didn't have champagne or anything but it's honestly not something we were looking for so no need to pay any extra.
Great job
We used Arrow Prestige for our wedding day to shuttle the bridal party and guests back and forth from the hotel to the church and the church to the venue. We rented a white 25 pass...
enger luxury coach and it worked perfectly for us. It was great to know that tip was already included in our payment so we did not have to address it later in the evening. The driver, Tony, was terrific. He was friendly and willing to do anything he could to help make our day special. After the reception was over he dropped the wedding party off at a bar on Thames Street in Newport and returned promptly in about an hour and a half to pick us up. Dealing with him and Arrow Prestige was a great choice and they took good care of us. It was not the first time we have used this company, nor will it be the last. They are a great business partner for weddings or just a night on the town. I would recommend them to anyone.
Arrow Prestige was fantastic for our wedding. Their responses were prompt, our two limos arrived on time for transportation, the drivers were courteous and attentive, and the servi...
ce came at a great value. I'm very satisified with our transportation choice and would highly recommend them in the future.
They were professional, on time and the best deal in town for a motor coach
I had a special request for transportation to and from Montreal for my wedding, and worked with the owner of the business to arrange this trip. He made it very easy for us, and ve...
ry clearly laid out what the costs would be, the timing, really managing expectations. First off, I struggled to find another local provider for this trip, so their only competition was a national charter company or two, who wanted 50-75% more for the same journey. Prestige is a family business and therefore much more personable and easy to deal with. They were honest every step of the way, and it really felt okay trusting them to transport my family 400 miles to attend my wedding. The driver, Paul, was fantastic and I could not have asked for a more reasonable guy to safely take my family up to Montreal. Overall, they made this part of our big day stress-free and made sure we were moving according to the schedule. I would highly recommend them for critical jobs, such as your wedding, as it simply isn't worth it to gamble with less reputable vendors. They've been in business for 60-70 years for a reason. Trust them.
I inquired through their website and didn't hear back from them for two day's so I decided maybe they're busy I'll just call them! As soon as the man picked up the phone he had an...
attitude. He refused to work with me based on my budget I told him I needed a limo at the end of the night to fit 17, he told me you wont find that in the state of rhode island, which is not true because for 1 I had just called a company and set up an appointment to look at a stretch hummer that fit 20. He quoted me for two limos for the night that cost me $400 over 1 stretch limo that will make multiple trips. He wasn't even going to offer multiple trips!
The man was rude, he was not helpful at all, and did not try once to work something out with us for an affordable price! Needless to say I would never recommend them and this was only to get a quote!!
We only needed a limo to pick up the bride and bring to reception. All other companies wanted around $400. Arrow did it for $275 including the tip. They were great, on time and ...
very professional.
