The venue is so beautiful and the team has an amazing way of bringing everything to life with personal touches. Everything throughout the whole day was so seamless and there was zero stress all day.

All the vendors Pine Rose works with are enthusiastic about each and every wedding. It’s more than a job to them, they’re just your people there to make your day special. Can’t recommend this venue enough.

This venue was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! My now-husband wanted a venue set in a forest and I wanted somewhere that didn’t require a lot of floral decorations and had some indoor places for my elderly guests. This place had it all and a rain plan, which was also another must for me since the entire venue was outdoors. The guests all loved the unique and spacious venue and the kids all had fun feeding the koi fish and exploring after the ceremony. We were assigned a wedding coordinator who did an amazing job helping us coordinate with the vendors that came with the site and we wanted (florist, photographer, bar tender, DJ, and catering). She also was our day-of coordinator and helped with the rehearsals before the wedding and organizing my family and friends with placing the small decor items I wanted.
Overall, it was as stress-free as a wedding could be (I think) and we enjoyed our stays in the cabins as well. I highly recommend this location!

A forest dream wedding is closer than you think. Escape with your family and friends to a peaceful mountain setting without traveling far. Lake Arrowhead is just 90 minutes from Los Angeles, making your perfect getaway effortlessly within reach. Pine Rose has been a family-owned business since 1993. In 2007, the owners Tricia and David transformed the secluded back acreage of their forested property into a magical wedding site for their daughter. A lot of care and foresight was taken in designing the Hidden Creek wedding venue. From the stadium-style seating by a large koi pond, the tiered reception area, and the state-of-the-art sound system this is like no other wedding venue that compares.
Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins is situated in the heart of the San Bernardino National Forest, the property is highlighted by tall pines and lush greenery providing a picturesque backdrop for any event. The Hidden Creek Venue is a unique private outdoor space where you can hold your ceremony within a romantic forest setting. Walk down the vine-covered aisle to exchange vows in a custom log gazebo. After saying “I do,” you and your loved ones can dine under the stars in the decked reception area. Brightened with market-style lighting, here you and your guests can create long-lasting memories over a delicious meal. There is also a sweetheart gazebo that was crafted especially for your cake cutting. As the festivities continue, you can dance under the open sky and near babbling mountain streams. When the reception winds down, you and several of your guests are welcome to stay in the cozy on-site lodge or real cabins.
To help you host your dream event and alleviate stress during the planning process, Arrowhead Pine Rose offers a number of wedding packages. Each option includes the services of a professional coordinator to guide you along the journey and assist you on the day. Plus vetted vendors including great caterers and bakers. - Tricia DufourOwnerWe acquired Arrowhead Road Resort in 1993 and changed the name of it to Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabin after discovering a pine cone that grows on the property that looks like a rose. Our unique log and branch gazebo at Hidden Creek was built after a beautiful oak tree died giving us the ideal location for weddings as it was nestled at the base of a natural amphitheater. When our daughter Jolene decided to get married in 2007 her dad wanted to build her a dream wedding site. As a result, a lot of extra thought and care into designing our site. Most everyone who visits our site say "It's magical".

To start, Lynda, our coordinator and decorator, is absolutely incredible. From her level of organization to attention to detail, and all around love for what she does, she helped make our wedding day even better than we could have ever imagined. Sheryl and her team from Wildflowers at The Lake turned an already naturally beautiful location into a stunning wedding venue and even created a beautiful flower collar for our pup. Chad our DJ was spot on with everything from creating a seamless flow through the night to curating the perfect playlists that kept us and all of our guests dancing the entire night. Ali and her team from Fox In The Woods catering has the most amazing food and we kept getting compliments all night of how delicious everything was. The same with our desserts from Little Bee's Cakery. Everything was perfect and little bites of heaven. Cory our bartender is a master mixologist and helped us build our shopping list to make sure that drinks kept flowing all through the night (not to mention he made sure we always had a drink in hand). Lauriana did an amazing job capturing the entire day in a beautiful way that left us in awe the moment we saw the pictures. Bapu documented our entire wedding day in a way we never could have imagined and has given us the gift of reliving our wedding day for years to come!
From start to finish, this was the wedding of our dreams and we could not have done it without all of the amazing staff and Vendors from Pine Rose!

we'd dreamed of—rustic and enchanting without needing extra touches, plus finding the venue and parking was a breeze. Their all-inclusive package gave us incredible value, and the coordinator kept everything on track by ensuring decorations were ready before we said our vows. Our Alice in Wonderland theme came to life thanks to their baker who created a stunning topsy turvy cake, along with the DJ, bartender, and florist who all nailed our vision. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our day special, and honestly, it's hard to find this level of service at a price that makes sense. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team.

solute dream for an outdoor venue. I can't even count the amount of guests who told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! And the big wedding cabin to get ready in, along with the cabins our friends and family stayed in there, made it even more charming.
Special shout out to our lovely wedding coordinator, Lynda Moudy, who was such a wonderful and calming presence throughout. Ali at Fox in the Woods Catering did a great job with the food, and the desserts and cake were delicious from Little Bees Bakery. Our DJ and bartender there (Chad and Corey) were fantastic as well. We chose Matt Reiter for photography, who used the light and locations in the most gorgeous way. Really great staff and vendors all around!
I highly recommend Pine Rose if you're looking for a nature-kissed outdoor wedding experience! So glad I chose them:)

We never felt like just another couple getting married here. Each vendor was so kind and truly wanted us to have the best experience. The staff at Pine Rose Cabins were so nice and accommodating. es. Most places will come out to about the same price if not more once you add in everything Pine Rose already includes in their packages. Not only is it a beautiful place but their team is amazing as well. Chad (Arrowhead DJ), Corey (Bartender), Dee (Jasmine Florist), RB’s Steakhouse, Little Bee’s Cakerie, and Jolene were all amazing and made our day that much better. Jolene our coordinator was especially awesome. My wedding party was quite chaotic and all over the place and Jolene was able to keep us on track with so much grace and kindness (and I know we had to be quite frustrating at times lol). I would not have been able to enjoy this day without out her and I couldn’t thank her enough for making sure everything went smoothly.
Pine Rose was also extremely accommodating, flexible and kind throughout the entire process. They stayed in constant communication with us and helped ease a lot of stress during a very stressful time. Not only were they accommodating for us but to all our 100 guests as well, most who rented one of their cabins for the wedding.
Our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful our wedding was. A lot of people saying it looked like the wedding from Twilight (which if you’ve seen the movie you know what a huge compliment that is). This place was perfect for my husband and I. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better place to get married. We will be visiting Pine Rose Cabins frequently as we love being in the mountains and because this place now holds a very special place in our hearts. Anyone who is able would be lucky to get married here.

Our family and friends were able to stay in the cabins on the property right next to the wedding venue which was amazing and fun for everyone.
Our caterer was R&Bs steakhouse and the food was delicious, you cannot go wrong with them! We have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and unique our wedding was.
I can’t wait to visit again and stay in the cabins for years to come. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone to get married here! You will not be disappointed!

A huge thank you to Lynda, who is a super sweet, attentive, and professional coordinator. Mindy in sales was also awesome and made our decision an easy one to make.
The lodging is simple and cosy, and that’s exactly why we chose Pine Rose. We love the outdoors so Pine Rose was a match!
Very minor areas that could have made our experience even better:
-Prioritize check in for the bride and groom. Given the tight schedule, I had to wait for other guests to check in and it cut into my prep time. I think there was also tech issues so if possible have the bride and groom pre checked in with paperwork ready to sign.
-Provide rehearsal the day before. I know this one is tough due to multiple weddings, but it would have been really helpful and would have provided a little more peace and time for wedding day prep.
Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

I did truly enjoy our photographer, Lauriana Fortuna. Our photos came back ethereal and magical. Dinner was catered by RB Steakhouse and was absolutely delightful. The cake and dessert table by Little Bee Cakery was out of this world, I loved the variety and the flavors.

dsey made coming into a venue l've never been to before an absolute breeze. They had contagious positive energy and attitudes. They made sure everyone always had what they needed, made sure I was properly introduced to everyone, checked in with me multiple times through the day and night, and were just all around on top of everything.
The overall wedding day went awesome! I hope to be able to have the opportunity to come back and work at Pine Rose again!

Rose. My husband and I work full time and needed an all-inclusive venue to keep things time and cost efficient, and this fit the bill perfectly. Everyone was so nice, super accommodating, and great with communication throughout the process. The weekend of the wedding was stress-free, and everything we could have hoped for. The lodging on site was convenient, although most of our families stayed off-site; the room block is only good for the night of the wedding, and many guests wanted to stay longer than the one night. They do open the surrounding nights closer to the wedding, but we noticed by that point many of our guests had already booked an airbnb/vrbo/hotel to lock in their longer stays. This wasn't an issue for our wedding, but something to note if onsite lodging is a requirement for your group.

We were often asked if we had any stress due to wedding planning and we were able to say quickly and honestly no we didn't each and every time we were asked. Lynda took care of us as did each of our vendors. Our wedding was perfect, food was amazing, cake was AMAZING (best cake I've EVER had), pictures were stunning, and the flowers were gorgeous! As for Pine Rose itself, you could not pick a more beautiful venue and greatly packaged deal. We did have a hiccup with the front desk attendant due to a cabin booking error and another with our photographer, but given the beauty of the wedding and the touch of magic from Lynda in everything she did, we could only give Pine Rose 5 stars. As for the other vendors, they also knocked it out of the park with all their expertise! A lot of the vendors know each other and it shows in how well they work together. Our bartender, Cory, was so knowledgeable and great—he kept the drinks flowing for our guests to always have something tasty in hand. Our DJ, Chad, had people dancing in our families we’d never think would come out of their shells to do so (thank you so much for this!). Our family & friends still talk about our wedding and how perfect it was. Thank you so much Pine Rose and to the incredible Lynda!

I was someone who initially hesitated at the idea of a basically all inclusive style venue (you can bring in outside vendors, you just have to pay a $100 fee for everyone you do bring in) but I completely came around. Not only are all their vendors such high quality, they know the venue inside and out so you truly have nothing to worry about on the day. For any outside event I wouldn't hesitate to hire the vendors we were supplied with, that's how great they are. Not to mention the venue at its most basic is so beautiful, you really don't have to do much more to make it feel gorgeous. We had so many guests go out of their way to tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. Plus we booked for a holiday weekend and most of our guests stayed through the additional day. We had the best pool day ever at Pine Rose the next day! I can't say enough nice things about this venue. It fulfilled every hope, wish and dream we had.

Having the lodge included for getting dressed and sleeping arrangements is such a huge benefit as well. You truly can’t go wrong with the amazing vendors included in the packages: we had Fox in the Woods Catering, James Tang Photography, Arrowhead DJ, Wildflowers at the Lake, and Goodwins Market Bakery. Tina with Fox in the Woods made the most delicious meal, even our guests couldn’t get enough of it and gave her team several compliments! Plus, charcuterie table- need I say more?! James Tang is a master of his craft, he has an incredible eye for landscape portrait photography creating such a natural, romantic aesthetic. He had such an awesome energetic spirit to him that was contagious and really had us enjoying taking the photos. Chad with Arrowhead DJ was the party master! He kept the vibe going on the dance floor all night and we all had a blast dancing the night away! We threw him a challenge with our grand entrance and he totally nailed it, both the wedding party and guests loved it so much! Cheryl and Karen of Wildflowers at the Lake created the most stunning florals with our wedding, they brought our vision to life and even found the flowers we were hoping for when originally we thought they may be out of season. They truly went above and beyond! Katherine at Goodwins Market made us the most delicious cake ever! (And we aren’t usually big cake fans) She has so many fun flavor combinations, and also created additional donuts and truffles to round out our dessert table options- guests loved it all! Not to mention, Katherine ended up working the night as our personal server and she was spot on making sure we had water and apps during photos, and served our meal as soon as we sat down at our sweetheart table. YES, the staff and guests all made sure we had a chance to enjoy our delicious dinner without interruption! We’ve had many friends get married by now, and they kept checking in on us during the planning process to see if we were stressed like they had been during theirs. TRULY, Pine Rose made this the easiest, most enjoyable and FUN wedding planning process. We wouldn’t change a single thing. Can’t wait to go back for an anniversary stay in one of the cabins!

ople because when the unexpected happened, they went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was still wonderful. We had a late May wedding and had planned a whole outdoor ceremony and reception. The morning of the wedding, however, it was snowing and hailing with fast, cold winds and heavy fog. We knew it would be impossible to have the wedding outside as planned. My father and I were on the phone with the owner of Pine Rose and our wedding coordinator, Lynda Moudy, while my hair was getting done that morning to try and decide what to do. Like superheroes, they redirected all the vendors and staff, found a new incredibly lovely venue, and set up all the decorations and settings within a matter of hours. The wedding was dreamy, our photos were gorgeous and our guests were all commenting on the incredible feat that was pulled off at the last minute. My now-husband and I will always be grateful to Lynda, Pine Rose, the incredible vendors and staff, and the town of Lake Arrowhead for ensuring that we had an unforgettable wedding even admist a late May snowstorm.

ttle more than an hour from Orange County). We did a venue tour in January and even covered in snow, we knew it was the perfect place. Not only is the venue beautiful, the layout of the ceremony and reception site is perfect from keeping everything together and was even wheelchair friendly for our family members who needed a little extra help getting around. Lynda was our coordinator and she was able to show me pictures of previous spring weddings, which was so helpful! Lynda was amazing throughout the entire process, from arranging our vendor day, to answering my frequent questions, to the day of where she made sure everything went as we had planned. She truly made it the best day and was supportive through every step. For our vendors we chose Jasmine rose floral, Fox in the Woods Catering, Lake Arrowhead DJ, Nikki’s custom cakes and Whimsie Photography, and I would pick all the same vendors all over again. Even five months later, I still get compliments from friends and family on how our wedding was the best one they have ever been to. From the food that brought people, back for seconds for, to the music that kept the dance floor busy all night, it truly was the best day. If you want great food, Tina is 100% your girl. We chose to do a cheese display and bruschetta as our appetizers, the strawberry raspberry salad (I’m still dreaming about it, SO good), macaroni & cheese and twice baked potato’s as our sides and Smoked Tri Tip and bacon wrapped chicken with cornbread stuffing as our entrees. It’s definitely not your typical wedding food, and I was beyond happy to have leftovers/to go boxes to take home with us the next day. Another thing that we loved was that almost everyone invited to the wedding was able to stay on site. As a bride it is extremely comforting to know that your guests will not be driving home after drinking and dancing, plus being able to book the Hidden Creek Lodge for the night before made getting ready in the morning a breeze. Pine rose is not only the perfect place for a wedding, it is also the perfect weekend escape. We can’t wait to go back and visit!

For any bride looking for a place that requires minimal time and effort to plan everything themselves (minimal DIY!!), I would highly recommend Pine Rose Weddings as a venue option. I didn't want to have to drop my entire life to plan a wedding, and Pine Rose (Jolene specifically) did a wonderful job guiding us through the process. We got married on a Sunday, and we requested late check out (and got it--THANKS), so that we could host an informal brunch to say goodbye to our guests, which we were so thankful for. Pine Rose has excellent accommodations, and it made for an easy pick because we wanted our guests to have a place to stay near by! The staff was incredible, and the location was magical and beautiful, and truly neither my husband nor I could find one thing we would have changed that could have made our day better. Thank you for making our day so special, we will remember our wedding day forever and Pine Rose made it the best day for us and for our guests!

ive venue. For someone that works 60+ hours a week it was perfect. I couldn’t imagine planning my wedding down to every detail. Our wedding coordinator was Joleen Little. Nothing but professionalism from her. She made sure everything was perfect for our big day. Our wedding was planned on a Thursday so it was nice to have the use of the lodge on Wednesday. I had rented the lodge for 2 nights. It’s really came in handy since my bridal party was able to get ready in the master suite instead of some other location. The professionals recommended through the venue were amazing! Either way our wedding was a dream and I couldn’t imagine it another way. Definitely will recommend this wedding venue to any future brides looking for an outdoor wooded wedding. Basically a fairytale wedding.

And because they work with a small group of vendors you choose from the day of is SMOOTH. The whole event just FLOWED from one thing to the next, our guests were always tended to, as we're the bridal parties. The event was fun, beautiful, and easy. No stress for the bride/groom!!! Check them out. They know their stuff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I had Lynda M. for my planner, Chad was our DJ. Our bartender was fun and fast and all the guests loved him. We used Nikki's Custom Cupcakes for our cake (yes they do cake it was incredible, even a gluten free one for my maid of honor). Jasmine Rose florist. James Tang was our photographer, I think he was our favorite, best wedding pics around!!! And our caterer was greystone catering. Fantastic food, carving station, excellent appetizers!!! certainly lent itself to those. The wedding day staff was also wonderful. Josh, in particular, was so helpful in assisting in setting up the reception. Our bartender was so kind and helpful, even emailing us in the months leading up to the wedding with helpful tips and suggestions for making the reception run smoothly. Moreover, one of the bar assistants even ran to the corner store for milk for my baby nephew when we ran out! I will say that I think this venue has skyrocketed in popularity, and I think the staff is still adjusting to the level of demand they are experiencing. We had a few issues during the planning process, but the coordinator and owner definitely tried to accommodate our requests wherever they could. Also, please note that while this location does indeed have a lodge equipped with a bridal suite, you will not have access to this suite until about two hours before your wedding. Thus, you definitely have to make other arrangements to get ready somewhere else first. We ended up renting a separate cabin on site and then getting dressed in the bridal suite, but we did get the feeling that the room was essentially wasted, especially with how ideal it is for hair/makeup prep. This venue does currently hold weddings seven days a week, so if you are looking for a venue that will have the availability to be distinctly focused on you alone, or if you require a more involved experience from your venue in regards to the planning process, this may not be for you. Overall, our wedding was beautiful and wonderful, and our guests and photos certainly reflect that.

From the day we met May for our tour, everyone at Pine Rose treated us with respect and kindness. When we came to stay two nights prior to our wedding they knew who we were and that we were getting married there that weekend.
Lynda was outstanding as a wedding coordinator. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is very good at getting back to you with answers in a timely manner. The fact that our wedding went so smoothly can be attributed in large part to her excellent organization skills and memory for details. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. Her setup team is also a pleasure to work with.
I was also very impressed with the vendors Pine Rose suggested. My photographer James and his team were amazing and went out of their way for the perfect shot and I am SUPER excited to see all the photos. James is very efficient at editing photos and is a true professional, but also keeps it fun. Tina from Fox in the Woods was fantastic!! I loved that they made sure I ate throughout the night... such a nice touch! The food received rave reviews. Jasmine Rose provided flowers beyond my expectations. When I saw my bouquet I was in awe. Nikki's cakes were delicious and many people commented on the tastiness of the cake and cupcakes. Sue provided a heartfelt and clear delivery of our ceremony script.
I cannot forget Chad!!!!! He was perfect!!! Elegant and fun as a DJ. He really knows his stuff and will make your wedding exactly how you want it. He also does not steal the show like a lot of wedding DJs I have experienced.
All in all I have absolutely nothing to complain about, which for a wedding is pretty darn impressive! Many people told me it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to and I can give most if not all of that credit to Pine Rose. Once you visit it you will fall in love. If you are the type of bride that wants everything taken care of and trust the venue to deliver a perfect wedding then visit Pine Rose!!! :-)

ood they had ever had!). If I had it to do over again I would get married there again and again. It was amazing!!!!!
only thoughs:
-there is no place for the bride to get ready starting in the morning. at 1pm they give you a whole lodge, but we had to get ready and set up the decorations all between 1-4pm when the ceremony started. so i had to find a place else where to get my hair and make up completed before coming to the venue. you also do not get a run through until the day of the wedding.
-the gluten free cake got mixed in with all the others which was a bummer.
but if those are my only 2 "warnings" I'd say that you should book this place!!!!

he venue and each other. And there is so much natural beauty with the trees and greenery that the venue doesn't need much decoration (unless you want to)! Don't let that windy drive up the mountain deter you!

e venue is STUNNING. Every single guest from our wedding was blown away and asked us a dozen times how on earth we found this magical place. Our wedding was an epic fairy tale because of this amazing location. On top of that, it is the most convenient setup imaginable for everyone to have a phenomenal time! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and after party (with fire pit) all at the same place! And almost all of our guests stayed in the cabins on site. We even stayed an extra day so we could enjoy our guests and the location for a little longer and I'm so glad we did. There are countless amazing options for photos, and there are so many little touches that make the entire place absolutely gorgeous. They have the most amazing wedding packages that allow you to personalize depending on how much you want to do yourself, and every package is so reasonably priced it will seriously blow your mind. Every vendor they suggested was amazing. And they take care of you every step of the way. Our coordinator, Connie, was DELIGHTFUL. So organized and helpful and responsive, but also just so sweet and made everything so special. That's the thing about Pine Rose - every single person you meet through this venue is genuine, enthusiastic, kind and loving. It feels like family from day one. I could go on forever, every single aspect of working with Pine Rose was an absolute dream come true. We plan to go back for our anniversary ... and any other reason we can think of! I would 1000% recommend this location. I'm hoping some of my friends get married here so we can go back :)

easy: They give you choices on: Florist, Photographer, Baker, and Caterer. They have their own DJ, chairs, table, lines, etc, were all provided. The venue is insanely beautiful and unique (which was key for my husband and I when searching for the perfect spot). Everything is in one area, yet has its own area for each wedding "event", making it easy for guests. I would recommend this venue to anyone. Our wedding was seriously perfect and so so much fun!

ng from Wisconsin, and she was able to help us coordinate everything over email. She even put together our vendor day for two days before Christmas, since that was the only time we were in town before the wedding.
She gave us a lot of wonderful insight and was generally very helpful throughout the wedding process. She was so sweet to us, and it was lovely having her help us handle everything.
The venue itself was gorgeous. We loved the setting and got some fabulous shots and video from the day. All of our guests had a great time, and all of the recommended vendors were wonderful, too!
My family stayed for a few days before the wedding in the Alpine and Strawberry Lodges, which was perfect for the occasion. We enjoyed being a little bit away from the rest of the cabins, and we used the tables in between the two lodges for the last minute decoration prep, including flowers and crafts. The cabins were cozy and large - plenty of room for lots of family!
We're looking forward to returning to Pine Rose with our family and as a couple for our anniversaries. Thank you to the staff (and especially Lynda!) for a wonderful experience!
