Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins Weddings

My husband and I feel so blessed that we came across such an intimate and special gem near L.A. What really attracted us to Pine Rose was the package deals that included a wedding coordinator—shout-out to Lynda! Having Pine Rose limit their vendor selection to a group of talented, trusted professionals made the process feel a little like Costco: we knew we were getting great options at great value without having to spend hours researching vendors ourselves. When we first toured the venue with Mindy, one thing that immediately stood out to me was how relatable and positive she was. Rather than focusing on what would require an additional cost, she helped us see all the possibilities for what we could have at our wedding. Pine Rose did such a wonderful job creating excitement for us and for all the couples they work with. They also provided a lot of extra wedding décor free of charge on the day of, which was such a thoughtful touch. The payment experience was very easy, and Pine Rose was flexible with different methods of communication. My husband and I weren't always the most responsive via email, so we really appreciated that Pine Rose would call us when there were upcoming important events or deadlines. That extra communication helped make sure we didn't miss anything throughout the planning process. Pine Rose did their best to accommodate our requests, and when they couldn't find a solution to something we wanted, they worked with my husband to come up with a viable Plan B. We really appreciated their partnership, flexibility, and relatability throughout the entire wedding process. We truly felt welcomed by the entire staff before, during, and even after our wedding. We didn't have any major cons during our wedding experience. It would have been wonderful if we had the opportunity to extend the venue past 9:30 p.m., but Pine Rose was transparent about the end time from the very beginning. We still chose to move forward because the pros far outweighed the 9:30 p.m. cutoff. Our guests had an amazing time, and we were even blessed to be able to stay around the fireplace until 11 p.m., which gave us some extra time to relax and enjoy the evening together. One small thing I would love to see in the future is an electronic check-in/check-out process for the lodges. After such a fun night, I was worried the next morning that I might have lost the keys! Thankfully, I didn't, but an electronic system could help reduce the stress of lost keys and provide an added layer of security for the lodges. Overall, we are forever grateful for our experience with Pine Rose. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to couples who love nature, prefer a more intimate and low-key wedding experience, and want to be welcomed by a genuinely warm and caring staff and wedding coordinator. Pine Rose truly felt like a partner in our wedding journey, and we couldn't have asked for a more special place to celebrate our marriage.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Pine Rose and the incredible team that made our wedding everything we could have ever dreamed of. From the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day itself, we felt so supported and cared for, and I genuinely wouldn’t have chosen another venue. A huge part of that was our coordinator, Lynda. She is absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. Throughout the entire planning process, she provided us with so much guidance and knowledge, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. On our wedding day, Lynda and the entire Pine Rose staff were incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful, and they made the entire day feel completely seamless. We also cannot say enough about the amazing vendor team Pine Rose works with. Wildflowers at the Lake absolutely nailed my floral. They somehow took exactly what I had pictured in my head and made it a reality. The flowers were beyond beautiful, and I will forever be grateful for the care they put into bringing my vision to life. Fox in the Woods Catering was also incredible. The food was absolutely delicious—we still have guests talking about how good it was! Their entire team was so kind and played such a huge role in making the day run seamlessly. Cory, our bartender, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful in making sure we had exactly what we needed for the wedding. He made the entire process so easy, and the service on our wedding day was just as incredible. So many of our guests were happy with the service they received, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chad, our DJ, made the entire wedding feel so alive and FUN. The dance floor and energy were everything we hoped for. We also chose Matt as our photographer, and he was absolutely wonderful. I am a little camera shy, but he made my husband and me feel so comfortable and natural. We have already seen some of our photo previews, and they are absolutely stunning. What stood out most was how well everyone worked together. The entire vendor team truly operated like a well-oiled machine. Because they have done so many weddings together, you can see how comfortable they are with one another and, more importantly, how much they genuinely love what they do. My husband and I are beyond appreciative of everyone who made our wedding what it was. Pine Rose gave us the best wedding we could have ever imagined, and we truly could not have picked a better venue or team. We will forever be grateful for such an unforgettable day. 🤍
