We would have been completely lost without Michele, and we definitely wouldn’t have found our venue! Michele was the encourager when we needed more confidence, the protector when we ran into road bumps, and the confidant when I needed to just vent about family. I also can’t thank her enough for everything she did on the day of the wedding to personally support me. She knows exactly what we needed, and has so much knowledge and expertise to guide us through our decisions when we either didn't have strong opinions or didn't really know what our best move would be. Michele has been such an integral part of our lives for the last year and a half! Thank you again for being the best wedding planner we could have asked for!

We cannot speak highly enough about Michele! She puts so much work and care into making the big day as beautiful and easy as possible, but she simultaneously does not overstep or insist on one way of doing things. Our venue did not provide anything other than…well, the venue, so there was lots to coordinate. Luckily, Michele was excellent at communicating information to vendors so that everyone was on the same page.

With over 25 years of experience as a catering sales and event management, I have the experience and knowledge it takes to assist you with coordinating your wedding. Prior to starting my own company, I was employed as a catering sales and event manager at numerous hotels, catering companies, UC San Diego, and a semi-private golf club. There, I sold, coordinated, and orchestrated small to large weddings and events. I am a member of ABC and a certified wedding planner. I currently live in Encinitas with my partner and daughter. Together, we enjoy the beach, traveling, and The Performing Arts.

I really wanted a coordinator I could trust not just day of to make sure everything went seamlessly, but also someone who was both comfortable telling me if she thought something wasn’t a good idea and receptive if I wanted something done differently as I planned and selected vendors. Michele was all of this and then some! Our wedding day felt like it was flawless because Michele and her assistant were so on top of every detail, even ones I didn’t think of. From creating a timeline all the way down to the minute, to having drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony before family photos, to bustling my dress while I ate the cocktail hour food she set aside for us, to keeping me calm during some nerve wracking moments when our outdoor ceremony was almost rained out, Michele went above and beyond. I remember her telling me (bride) that even though we needed her help for day of coordination, she does much more than just help with the day of and we found that to be very true! Throughout the 9 or so months we worked with Michele, she was always very detail oriented, responsive, and professional. She helped us nail down our day of timeline and worked closely with our other vendors to make sure everyone was in sync. Even with a couple of unforeseen events thrown our way the morning of our wedding (family with COVID, etc) she was able to help work with us and make our wedding a success! Michele and her staff helped to set up ceremony and reception, and also made sure that at the end of the night we had all our personal belongings. We are very appreciative for her help!

available for the day. She has done more and beyond our expectations, extremely professional. She picked up all I have done already and quickly put it together as a big picture so we can clearly see which detail has been missed and fill it up. The day was perfect, everything was gorgeous and exactly like I expected. I was able to focus on myself and enjoy the day as Michele and her team handling all the hard works. I have received lots of compliments of the wedding from my guests, some even said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. They also did a really good job packing up the decor stuffs after the wedding, make it super easy for us to load up and go. The day couldn’t be better without Michele and we really appreciated all she has done for us. Highly recommended ❤️

On wedding day, she took great care of both of us and all of our guests. Our ceremony got so many compliments and that certainly had a lot to do with her efforts. She even found us ways to save $1000s by splitting the catering/rentals between two different companies! On the day if she was absolutely amazing. I was able to get ready with my bridesmaids and not worry about anything going on. She kept us on time and organized and was always there to help.
