Michele coordinated our wedding and was always making herself available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire planning process. She also referred us to our photographer and florist who were both amazing to work with leading up to our wedding and day of. I really wanted a coordinator I could trust not just day of to make sure everything went seamlessly, but also someone who was both comfortable telling me if she thought something wasn’t a good idea and receptive if I wanted something done differently as I planned and selected vendors. Michele was all of this and then some! Our wedding day felt like it was flawless because Michele and her assistant were so on top of every detail, even ones I didn’t think of. From creating a timeline all the way down to the minute, to having drinks waiting for my husband and I right after the ceremony before family photos, to bustling my dress while I ate the cocktail hour food she set aside for us, to keeping me calm during some nerve wracking moments when our outdoor ceremony was almost rained out, Michele went above and beyond. I was so impressed with her organization and could not recommend her enough!

One word: AMAZING!! We hired Michele for our 10 year vow renewal as a day of coordinator & she knocked it out of the park. Hands down could not say thank you enough! Our event was seamless from beginning to end. The amount of compliments we received from guests was mainly because of her. She was beyond organized, she attended to my husband so much & the best part was her greeting us after our ceremony with a drink! She is THE coordinator. Don’t even hesitate, just book her if you want a perfect event and the event of your dreams. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our day so memorable!!

Michele was wonderful! She kept us organized and helped with all the details! She has lots of contacts in San Diego and gets things completed in a timely manner. I’ve done all the venue and vendor bookings before we start looking for a coordinator. We hired Michele as our Day-of coordinator cuz she was the only one responded my request and available for the day. She has done more and beyond our expectations, extremely professional. She picked up all I have done already and quickly put it together as a big picture so we can clearly see which detail has been missed and fill it up. The day was perfect, everything was gorgeous and exactly like I expected. I was able to focus on myself and enjoy the day as Michele and her team handling all the hard works. I have received lots of compliments of the wedding from my guests, some even said it’s the best wedding they have ever been to. They also did a really good job packing up the decor stuffs after the wedding, make it super easy for us to load up and go. The day couldn’t be better without Michele and we really appreciated all she has done for us. Highly recommended ❤️

Michele was the best part of planning our wedding! She was on top of all the details from the beginning and kept us organized for over a year of planning. She scheduled calls with us every few months to keep us on track. She joined all of our meetings with different vendors and put us at ease when dealing with the “business” of the wedding. On wedding day, she took great care of both of us and all of our guests. Our ceremony got so many compliments and that certainly had a lot to do with her efforts. She also generously provided several items for us like baskets, signs, and serving trays that we appreciated. Michele is professional, organized, and incredibly kind, and we are so grateful to have worked with her for our wedding!

We are not planners. Not even close. We came to Michele with a vision for our wedding but no time or energy to execute it and she took over with complete competence and grace. I can say that our wedding would not have come together without her guidance and expertise. She has an extensive list of professional and affordable vendors which made the process go smoothly. She's also incredibly kind and calm and handled everything like a cool cucumber. She's the best. Hire her. Don't think twice. You won't regret it.

Michele was a great wedding planner to work with! She was organized and always trying to keep communication open. She helped us coordinate an event from across the country, while also working with two sets of parents. We held our wedding at an outdoor venue where we had to bring in lots of additional vendors, and Michele did all the legwork to make sure our wedding was perfect. Highly recommend Michele!

Michele is fantastic! We hired her six months before our wedding, and after our first consultation she took care of everything! She dealt with all of the vendors (catering, rentals, photographer/videographer, DJ, etc.), which made our lives so much easier. She would send us reminders of things on our to-do-list, and was very quick to answer any questions/ requests we had. She even found us ways to save $1000s by splitting the catering/rentals between two different companies! If you want a coordinator who will take care of everything, update you on everything, make sure you have the best wedding day with little stress, Michele is the one!

Michele was absolutely a dream for us. She was on top of it, and i mean all of it. Tasks we missed were reminded about, the timeline was created and updated in real-time and shared with us and constant communication and quick responses made it so easy to plan the rest of the wedding details. Cant suggest Michele and the Arrowsmith team enough. The wedding went without one issue and we were very grateful for Michele.

It's strange for me to write a review, but I have to for Michele. Weddings can be so stressful, and I thought it was going to be a tough process. Michele put all my worries to rest! I'm not sure of how many times my wife said, "oh my god, what about this or that," and Michele had already taken care of it. For every question there was an immediate answer. She was just amazing. If you want to take some of the headache out of you year while planning your wedding, hire Michele!!! She made our day beautiful, easy, and flawless. It was like a dream

Our experience with Michele was purely amazing!! She helped organize us, kept us on schedule for payments, and helped coordinate with all of our other vendors. Michele had open communication with everyone and we knew exactly what was going on the whole time between each vendor. She helped with all the small details even made suggestions on how to save money on our wedding. On the day if she was absolutely amazing. I was able to get ready with my bridesmaids and not worry about anything going on. She kept us on time and organized and was always there to help. My wedding day wouldn’t have been successful without her. She let us have peace of mind that everything was taken care of and completely set up our wedding for us. Michele is the BEST coordinator. I will have these memories forever and I’m so happy she made it perfect.
