er easy/stress-free to plan a wedding while out of state (even during COVID). She was so responsive and understanding during the pandemic - made it so much less stressful. Kim uses a Word doc template to keep track of your photos and comments of exactly what you want. She did a great job of translating that into reality and breaking down the cost/offering cheaper alternatives to keep you within your budget but maintain your vision, which was amazing. She has great ideas for reusing things from the ceremony at the reception to keep costs reasonable. I really appreciated her in-person planning session, where I could see different vases and flowers bundled together so I felt confident in my decisions and knew what everything would look like. She even offers an option for a mock-up centerpiece you take home with you and sends you sneak peek pictures of your bouquet before the wedding so you can make last-minute tweaks if you want (I didn't have to - they were perfect the first time around!).  I had wanted a couple of crates to stack our centerpieces on at the end of our aisle for the ceremony, and she ended up just buying some and letting me rent them for our wedding. She goes above and beyond to make your day perfect - she brought all this extra greenery and flowers with her to spread throughout the reception and pull everything together. We were all so impressed with how elegant it looked. I couldn't have picked a better florist!

terms of wedding timing and pricing. Quite a few plans changed with COVID and she made everything work so seamlessly. My flowers were honestly one of the biggest highlights of my day. My husband and I eloped last minute and it was so special having flowers as they completely elevated our day and our pictures. I would recommend Artemesia to anyone and everyone!

With our final meeting about our bouquets and centerpieces, she had actual examples of every bloom she was considering and showed how the blooms and colors looked together. What really made our day special was not having to worry about any kinks or snags that could have happened (we still don't know if any did!) because we utilized Artemisia's day-of coordination services. Jennifer was immensely helpful during the rehearsal and wedding taking care of all those details that the bride and groom don't want to think about the day of the wedding. Having her there for the ceremony and reception calmed our nerves and gave us the opportunity to let go of any worries so we could be completely present at our wedding. They also are incredibly patient, I am not one who is well versed, or knows anything, about flowers but they were so helpful in explaining what things were, showing pictures or examples, and offered suggestions when I was stuck or indecisive. My bouquet far exceeded my expectations, it was so beyond beautiful, all of the florals were, the bridesmaid bouquets, center pieces, garlands, they even made a floral collar for our husky!

They worked with us and offered suggestions of how to more cost-effectively achieve a look that was beyond our budget, and I really appreciated that! The day before the wedding, I was texted a sneak peek of my bouquet. That was so fun!! On the actual wedding day, they arrived promptly with the flowers, and were very helpful with getting boutonnières on. For a ridiculously reasonable fee, they even stayed during our flip from ceremony to reception to move flowers and help make our tables look as beautiful as possible. We rented geometric vases, candle votives, and an arch through Artemisia, as well. This made our lives much easier, as we didn’t have to worry about finding another vendor to rent those from, or mess around with buying them ourselves (something I think would have cost way more). I can’t recommend Artemisia enough!

Kim educated us on the types of flowers that might be best suited for the time of year, which resulted in being easier on our budget and better aligned our expectations. She also made suggestions for re-using flowers from ceremony to reception to also save money. She was very responsive and flexible as our color scheme changed over the course of planning. We couldn't have been happier with how the flowers turned out. They were our main pop of color and they delivered. Day of Coordinator: Jennifer Brisson was amazing. Was very approachable, but got the job done and kept us on schedule. She coordinated all vendors, set up, conversion from ceremony to reception, and take down. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our day to ensure we could enjoy the moment as much as possible. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day beforehand when our officiant was unavailable. Can't thank Artemisia enough for making our day so perfect!

She has so many options for decorations and her suggestion of using large glass candleholders and wooden boxes for gorgeous florals were perfect for our centerpieces. I'm very indecisive and had a hard time articulating what I liked, but what she ended up doing was exactly what we wanted and we received so many compliments. She was very flexible too, and offered to have another kind of chuppah built from scratch when I wasn't sure about the options she already had. In addition to flowers and decorations, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Jen as a day-of coordinator. We can't imagine doing the wedding without her. She helped create our timeline, was there for our meeting with the venue coordinator, and ran our rehearsal the night before in addition to doing SO many things on the day of. Jen made us feel calmer and confident during the wedding and took care of every detail without a problem. I hadn't even thought of it before hiring her with Artemisia, but having the day-of coordinator come from the florist/decorations vendor is a huge plus. All of the florals and decorations and Jen's planning were also such a great value, and we were impressed with the final cost for everything. Can't recommend Artemisia enough!

I showed her some pictures I liked and it was like she could read my mind and see my vision perfectly. She is kind and really listens to what you want for your wedding day. On top of that, they take care of all of your setup. My husband and I arrived to our reception venue on our wedding day and were blown away. The tables were perfect and every little detail was taken care of (dessert table, memorial table, greens around the cake, etc.). It was everything and more I wanted, which was simple but also timeless. I received so many compliments on how beautiful our flowers were, especially my bouquet. The style I chose was a little different and very colorful, but the great thing about Artemisia is that they can do it all! On top of all of this, they are very affordable. I basically told Kim our budget and she worked with me to meet it still knowing the style and things we wanted for our flowers. We were able to keep to our smaller budget and I would not have changed a thing. Last thing I loved about Kim is that she has so many fun ideas when you are not really sure what you would like. For example, we did a flower crown toss instead of a bouquet and it was adorable. The flower crown was a fun, new idea and the little girl that caught it just loved wearing it the rest of the night. As I said, I could go on and on. You will not regret going with Artemisia!

en it came to scheduling meetings when my fiance and I would be in town to meet with the rest of our vendors. She was always quick to reply to my emails, and had an open line of communication. I knew from the sneak peeks I got while planning our floral decor with her that it would be amazing, but was completely blown away on our big day-it was better than I could have imagined (and I knew it was already going to be amazing!). She got our vision to a T. If you are looking for a florist for your wedding, look no further than Kimberly and Artemisia Studios. I know I would hire Kimberly again if I ever needed to.

All of our guest were very impressed with the results of our wedding, and Artemisia played a huge role. She made both our ceremony and reception go super smoothly. She also helped us refine and finalize our wedding day schedule, making it easy to follow and clear. She also reached out to each of our vendors ahead of time to ensure everyone was on the same page for the big day! Artemisia is definitely worth your time and investment!

At this appointment she also had me bring the components of my centerpiece so she could arrange the loose greenery for them as I wanted. She had originally told me a range of price per table based on the greenery. I was able to take photographs of the bouquets and centerpieces at the mock up meeting. My flowers for the wedding day were beautiful-- our ceremony arrangements, as well my bouquets were stunning. However, I did take off stars from this review for the following reasons: 1. Prior to the day of, you confirm via email with Kim the time that flowers will be delivered-- the policy for them is 30 minutes prior to photographs beginning. On the day of the ceremony, the flowers did not arrive at the 1:00 pm scheduled time. At 1:14, I went back into the e-mail to see if I had a number for the day-of delivery. I could only find the phone number for Artemisia/Kim, so I called and left a message. I did not get a response, and my flowers did not arrive until 1:18 pm. While 18 minutes late normally would not be a big deal, there was only 12 minutes until photographs began. All the bouquets and arrangements need to be hauled in, setting back my ability to start with photos. I never received a call back to follow up on the late delivery, which would have been appreciated. 2. In conjunction with the above issue, I was not able to check all of the materials brought in for the reception because I had to begin photographs. My coordinator & the venue staff stored the greenery for the centerpieces. When I saw the room set by coordinators and staff briefly before the reception began, it looked beautiful-- the greens were fresh and loose flowers stunning. However, after visiting the tables during the reception I noted significantly less greens that what we had agreed to on a price point and design look at the mock meeting. My mother also noted the differences in the centerpieces from the photographs I took during our meeting. I double checked with staff they had used what was left, by the florist. Again-- the tables were still aesthetically pleasing, but not what I had agreed to. At the mock-up, each table had a generous amount of various types of loose greens laid on it, but at my reception there was only one type of Eucalyptus laid on the guest tables-- and some tables had VERY FEW strands. I waited for my wedding photographs from the photographer to come back before writing this review, and cross checked them with the photographs I have from my November meeting (to ensure I wasn't just overwhelmed on the big day), and unfortunately there is a largely noticeable difference. Lastly, I would note that in the contract I paid for 24 guest table arrangements of loose greens. We only ended up with 19 guest tables that required loose greens -- meaning that there should have been a surplus of greenery available, not what transpired. My first experiences with Kim were positive-- I was shocked by the service and value of arrangements on the day of. While the bouquets were beautiful, I would not recommend to a friend.

corated the entire reception space without me lifting a finger. Don't even get me started on how beautiful the bouquets were. JAW DROPPING. I don't know a thing about flowers, but I know that that was one spectacular bouquet in my hands. My only negative input is that the layout of the cost & options was pretty confusing/messy to look at. It came in a table in a word document that just seemed a bit messy but I'm also a nerd who works on excel all day so I'm biased.
