3.5/5 I am conflicted on what to rate them. Overall, we had a GREAT experience with Arthur’s Catering!! Leading up to the day they were fantastic at communicating, answering all questions in a timely manner, explaining processes I didn’t know, etc. On the day of the wedding, our guests only said great things!! They all LOVED the passed hors d’oeuvres, cheese/meat table and the plated meals as well. The bartenders they provided did fantastic and kept the party going all nightly without much of a line at the bar. The staff was kind, the guests food was delicious and their napkins and linens were high quality. That being said, as the bride and groom, we felt completely neglected. We didn’t get served our food until after all guests and our vendors, and we had to ask for our food. We were supposed to have a staff member help us during cocktail hour get food and drinks while we were getting photos done and that never happened once. We were never given drinks so our friends were going to the bar for us and one was told he’s not allowed to get us a drink because they have a staff member who is taking care of that (they weren’t.) Overall, we are happy with the experience because our guests were happy, but we totally felt neglected as the bride and groom. Regardless of that, all the food and drinks were fantastic!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Arthur’s Catering for our wedding on December 14, 2024, and we can confidently say that the food was one of the standout elements of our entire day. The meal was simply delicious—some of the best food we've had, and our guests are still talking about it! From the moment we started planning, Lori P. was an incredible help. She guided us through every step of the process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns with ease. Her attention to detail made everything feel so much less stressful, and we truly appreciated how she personalized everything to make our day unique. One of our favorite parts of the planning process was the tasting. We made it a fun date night, sampling some of Arthur’s amazing offerings, and it was a total highlight. We got to try the rosemary chicken, flank steak, veggies, and potatoes that we ended up choosing for our main dishes, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were outstanding—rich, flavorful, and fresh. But the absolute showstopper was the chef-inspired mac n' cheese bar! It was a custom touch that we were so excited about, and it did not disappoint. Our guests loved the variety of toppings, and it added such a fun, interactive element to the evening. The Arthur’s staff were all delightful, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the reception. We felt so taken care of, and the presentation and service were flawless. We’re already wondering how we can get all this amazing food again! Thank you, Arthur's Catering, for making our wedding meal such an unforgettable experience. You truly helped make our day even more special, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Arthur’s did an amazing job with catering our wedding. Everything was absolutely amazing and I always said I wanted wedding food people would be talking about and would remember…they already are. This caterer is a MUST! 100% the absolute best. From the tasting to the wedding day everything was top tier. Jennifer is an amazing coordinator and made sure everything was how we wanted. My guests were so pleased with the food and their ability to adjust to allergies. The staff was extremely kind and attentive and the flaming donuts were a hit. I cannot say enough good things about Arthur's.

We worked with Arthur’s Catering for our wedding this past week at Casa Feliz in Winter Park, FL and it was an excellent experience. From the tasting, to the planning process, the the incredible food during our wedding, and the kind and hard-working staff - we had the absolute best experience. The appetizers during cocktail hour, the plated meal during our reception, and the excellent bar service were all outstanding. We had many guests come up to us to complement the catering during our wedding. I am so grateful for our experience with Arthur’s for our special day and their staff made us feel so wonderful. Thanks for the best experience! Would highly recommend to anyone for their special day.

We couldn't be happier with Arthur's catering service at our wedding. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. The team was professional, attentive, and truly made our special day memorable. The food during cocktail hour was delicious and served fresh. Our guests loved the variety and quality of the appetizers, and we received numerous compliments on how tasty everything was. For the sit-down dinner, the excellence continued. All our guests raved about how delicious their meals were. Each dish was fresh, hot and perfectly prepared - not to mention all guests were served promptly. The presentation was beautiful, and it was evident that a lot of care went into each plate. Their attention to detail and dedication providing top -notch service truly stood out. They were accommodating to all our requests and dietary needs, making sure everyone had an enjoyable dining experience. We highly recommend Arthur's to anyone looking for exceptional food and outstanding service for their event!

Arthur's did a phenomenal job for us at Casa Feliz! We chose the plated dinner with premium full bar. I did not do a champagne toast or any specialized drinks. Also did not need dessert because I had a cake from Publix although dessert options looked really good. For the passed hors d'oeuvres we chose the roasted tomato crostini, wild musroom tartlets, and thai chicken meatballs. The salad was the modern wedge (very flavorful). Main course braised boneless short rib (this was by far my favorite main dish choice, my mom does not typically go for the short rib and loved it) and herb seared seasonal white fish (we were between the white fish and gorgonzola ravioli which was delish and filling, we chose the white fish as a safe option for guests who may not like gorgonzola cheese-this was a tough decision). We paid for an extra hour of bar service. The bar service was 10/10. I had guests after the wedding say that the bartenders were the best they had ever had at a wedding-they were polite, fast, and even remembered what people had ordered before and asked if they were coming back for the same thing! We also brought items to make espresso martinis and everyone raved about them- we have the ingredients to make these at our house and still cannot replicate it as well as they did. Lastly, the servers were troopers! It rained hard for my wedding and even though we had a tent over the food, the servers still would get wet going in and out of the tent -they had smiles on their faces and were all very nice. We have used Arthur's for other small catering events in the past so when Casa Feliz said we were required to use them it was a no brainer. They exceeded my expectation for the wedding and again I still get comments from guests about how great they were which makes you feel really good! For me personally, the food and DJ/dancing were most important for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better catering company.

Arthur’s has the best food, service and people who work there! Just got married 5/18/24 and all I can say is wow. Such a great company to work with and the food was amazing! The staff are all very professional, kind, and went over and beyond to make sure everything was great for our special day. highly recommend!!!

Delicious food! The best wedding food and really food we've had in general. They made a large quantity of delicious food. We received so many compliments on it being the best wedding food our guests had ever had. They were very open with communicating with us. They made no errors and provided my husband and I with our own personal server that met us after the ceremony and at various points through the night.

I don't even know where to start with this review because there are so many amazing things I could say about my experience with Patty and Arthur's Catering and Events. We booked them as part of an upgrade to our package at Paradise Cove and we never once regretted spending the extra money on them. Patty was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, kind... My love for everything about this woman has no limits. My husband and I both have worked in catering for many years, so the quality of food at our wedding was very important to us. At our tasting, Patty and the culinary team at Arthur's took time to discuss our options for upgrades, stations, the bar, and more. After the tasting, my husband and my sisters were going on and on about how great everything was and how excited they were for the food at the wedding. To say that the service and food on the day of our wedding did not disappoint is an understatement! We are still getting texts about how great the food was. THANK YOU Arthur's!! P.S. - if you enjoy tuna like I do, the Hokee Poke Station is an absolute MUST! I'm still dreaming about it!

We had an amazing time working with Jennifer and the Arthur’s team! From our initial consultation calls, to the tasting meeting, and to the day-of, everything was so easy and professional. The food was delicious and unique. Additionally, they were open to modifications we suggested when it came to more traditional/cultural food that we included in our menu. During the actual reception, the service was wonderful and the food tasted exactly like it did during the tasting. The dessert bar was a hit and everyone raved about the food. Jennifer also was always transparent about cost and there were never any surprise charges. I highly recommend Jennifer and the Arthur’s team for any catering event!

We are beyond lucky to have booked Arthur's for our big day! From the tasting months in advance to our special day, the entire Arthur's staff took amazing care of us & did their best to meet the food & drink needs of our guests & ourselves. Additionally, we were very pleased with the variety of linen, furniture, & dinnerware options. Lori, our main Arthur's specialist, was incredibly kind, professional, detail-oriented & prompt with communication throughout the planning process. The wedding day team (bartenders, servers) were very attentive to any need & made us feel super special! We particularly appreciated immediate service of our signature drinks & cocktail hour bites upon arrival for the reception :) Countless guests have mentioned how great the food & mini desserts were. Even a parent of the groom said that it's the BEST wedding food they've ever had.

We worked with Diego and he was AMAZING from start to finish. He kept in touch, made sure to personally meet us at an event prior to our wedding, and made our day perfect. He gave us wonderful service and we cannot thank him enough for everything he provided us through the wedding planning processes. Our guests raved about the food as well!

Arthur's Catering was nearly perfect. I have only positive things to say. We worked with Lori Player, and every concern I had she met with a smile and a "We'll take care of it". Food was tasty, creative, and cost effective. The hors d'oeuvres were DELICIOUS. The plated meal was unique and customizable to whatever we wanted. I 100% recommend Arthur's Catering for any event. Our food for our wedding day consisted of 1) Shrimp and Scallop skewer, 2) Ropa Vieja on Tamale Pancake, 3) Butternut Squash Tartlet, 4) Mango Crab Salad Bruschetta. And our main courses consisted of 1) Braised Boneless Short Ribs. Roasted Poblano Cheddar Polenta. Roasted Broccoli and Carrots. Fig Balsamic Demi. 2) Pesto Blackened Fresh Catch. Parmesan Risotto Cake. Asparagus. 3) Eggplant Involtini. Spinach. Marinara. Spaghetti Squash. Pesto vinaigrette. Seasonal vegetable.

We were so pleased we used Arthur’s Catering for our wedding. I am sure we have all been to weddings where the food was forgetful. Not with Arthur’s! We still hear comments from our guests on how impressed they were with the service and the quality of the food. They had ample variety of foods to accommodate our guests dietary needs (specially the vegan dish was AMAZING!) I highly recommend using Arthur’s Catering to any couple!

The food and service at our wedding was amazing! All of the guests commented that they had never been to a wedding where everyone’s steak was perfectly cooked! We also really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff who constantly came to us throughout the wedding to make sure we had enough food and drinks. The communication leading up to the event could be better- At times it took weeks to get email responses. But all in all we’re super happy with the service!

The best caterer we could've asked for our wedding! The process with Arthur's was incredible from beginning to end. They were so communicative, our tasting was so much fun, and the food on the day of the wedding was to die for. Arthur’s catering did not disappoint! The food was just as good as it was the day we had our food tasting. We had such a hard time picking what we wanted for our wedding because the food was just that good. On the day of the wedding we had so many people compliment the food and just how good the service was. If you end up getting any of their “stations” for your event, you MUST get the flaming donuts. They are a hit and sooooo delicious.

You can stop your searching now and just go ahead and hire Arthur’s. They are the best of the best. The Disney of catering and event experience. Every single person at Arthur’s is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and loyal to their Arthur’s brand. Hayli was an absolute joy to work with and helped bring our food and drink vision to life for our wedding. My husband and I are major foodies, and Hayli was able to help us every step of the way, going above and beyond. She was a shining light in my wedding planning experience. The staff on the day was impeccable. They ensured my husband and I got to try all the food, and our cups were never empty. All our guests spoke highly of the food and it was definitely a highlight of the day. The price is worth the end to end experience that is taken care of for you!

There is no better food and service than Arthurs catering! Every wedding including ours is always quality and Arthur's never disappoints.

My wife has always wanted to use Arthur's for our big day. Luckily - they were our only option for our venue! So not only did we have our dream venue, but also our dream food! The way we did a tasting was EXTREMELY unique. We went to a venue and everything was displayed as if we were a guest at a wedding. We were able to not only taste everything, but also see how things would be served. We chose to do family style for our wedding and they happily accommodated our request. Tami is an absolute legend for keeping my wife and I hydrated all night & making sure we have our favorite beverage in hand. Lori is so easy to work with and NEVER said no no matter how odd of a request we had. If I could give a 6th star I would. Truly above and beyond.

We had our wedding at the Howey Mansion, where they partner with Arthurs. The service and food were exceptional. They food was phenomenal. The passed appetizers, the cocktails, the carved filet, the mashed potatoes were all a HUGE hit. Our guests told us the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Taste and temperature was spot on. The bar staff was phenomenal, as were all of the servers. We were so happy with everything for our wedding. We had 134 people. Can't wait to use them again!

My husband and I hired Arthur's for our March 2023 wedding and have already lost track of how many guests complimented our food and drinks. The service, presentation, and quality were truly exceptional. We worked with Hayli, who was kind, responsive, and organized. She made sure all of our notes from the tasting translated into a final product that reflected exactly what we wanted. It's easy to see why Arthur's comes so highly recommended. They're the best!

We were married at Casa Feliz and Arthur’s was our caterer. They did an exceptional job. All servers and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. Definitely get the carving station, Tuscan chicken, green goddess salad and their special potatoes. Flaming donuts were a big hit as well! Seriously no complaints, except that more leftovers would’ve been great. Highly recommend

10 Stars!! Patty and the amazing team at Arthurs went above and beyond for my husband and me. The team was fantastic to work with and the execution on the big day was flawless. The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. We will use them for everything in our future and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

My wedding was on 2/5/23 at Casa Feliz, and I can’t say enough about Arthur’s Catering! My husband and I got so many compliments on the food, and everyone loved the selection. I have Celiac Disease, and the food was my biggest stressor. Arthur’s was able to accommodate my strict gluten free diet by making our entire menu gluten free. I really appreciated them accommodating this request so I didn’t have to worry about getting sick on my wedding day. The catering staff were amazing! Every single person was so incredibly friendly, and my guests also commented on how friendly the staff were. If you have dietary restrictions or simply just want the most amazing wedding food, Arthurs is an easy choice!

Arthur’s is truly phenomenal. In Orlando I’m absolutely convinced that they are the best hands down. Through every step of the process, including the tasting, planning, and wedding day dinner they made us feel so special and so taken care of. I worked with Sarah E. At Casa Feliz and she made the process so easy and special. Whenever I would talk to anyone and tell them who our caterers were, EVERY SINGLE TIME they would say “Arthur’s is the best.” The food was absolutely delicious and every guest we asked said their dinner was amazing. The staff also took such great care of us on wedding day frequently approaching us with water, appetizers and asking if we needed anything. They served us dinner and took such care and attention that we got what we wanted. Dinner and cocktail hour went SO smoothly. Arthur’s was worth every dollar we paid.

The number one thing people RAVED about at my wedding, was the food. I loved being able to enjoy myself after seeing my guests glowing from that delicious dinner. The team offered top notch service and made my guests feel very well taken care of. They were so friendly and efficient! And it only makes sense after the experience I had at my tasting. The level of care and detail that Katie put into my wedding from day one, mirrored the outcome on our wedding day. Excellent food and superb team!

We got married at Casa Feliz on 12/9/2022. At first I was nervous that we didn’t get to pick our caterer but every vendor I talked to raved about them. The food on our wedding day was PHENOMENAL! All of our guests raved about it! My favorites were the beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes and flaming donuts! I’m glad we did a buffet because a few people went back for seconds! The food was just outstanding. I’m so glad we got to bring some home with us to enjoy it again!

Arthur's was the BEST possible choice for catering in Orlando! The food was astonishingly good. We're still getting compliments weeks later! They were so easy to work with, friendly and on top of all our requests and questions. An unexpected delight was Trinity, a server who followed us around all night taking great care of us and making sure we were fed and had drinks/water. The service staff was phenomenal as well. All my guests loved them. I'm using Arthur's for everything moving forward!!

The food was amazing and the staff were so nice. Suzie and Tammie were so sweet. Arthur’s made us feel like we were the only bride/groom they serviced. They were so attentive to us and our guests.

Where to begin…From our very first meeting with Arthur’s to the day of the wedding everything was amazing. We worked directly with Hayli who is a total sweetheart and made sure we were happy and worked with us to create a menu that accommodated my allergies and dietary restrictions. This was huge for me to work with a caterer who took those seriously and would still be able to provide me yummy food I could eat for my big day. We are STILL getting compliments on the food and service Arthur's provided. I have never heard of so many people getting excited for a salad at a wedding but their grilled zucchini is just that good. Every single thing we tried was delicious and we’re already thinking up excuses to host an event so we can have them cater again! Please book Arthur’s for your wedding! Your guests and your taste buds will thank you!

Exceptional results and highly dedicated team! Our experience with Arthur's could not have been better. Patty was our point of contact and was so helpful in narrowing down our choices. She was timely, responsive and kind. We LOVED how she went above and beyond to add special touches based on what she learned about us. Then, the food and service on the day of the wedding was impeccable! All my Guests commented and they took special care of my Guests who had dietary needs. Thought about my young niece and nephew who needed their meals a little earlier than everyone else. Highly recommend!

Arthur’s catering is the way to go! Jennifer was spectacular from the very beginning. She always answered my emails with ease and never did I have to wait a long time for a response! The staff and bartenders are 10/10! The service that myself, my husband AND guests received was pure perfection. We had tried their food in January and got married in October…. It was just as amazing as the tasting. Everyone raved about how tasty everything was!! The service that we received was exactly what they said it would be like. We had someone consistently by our side for whatever we needed! Thank you so much!!

When we chose our venue, The Howey Mansion, we were required to use Arthur's Catering for all the food and drinks during our wedding day. We were excited having had their food before and knowing their incredible reputation!! While we worked with them we didn't always find their responses to be worded the best and sometimes were a bit off-put with the way we were communicated with during the process of planning our menu. However, we did get to attend a group tasting where we got to sample the menu items they selected and when we didn't quite find exactly what we were hoping for we requested a private tasting as well to ensure we got the food we wanted at our wedding. The private tasting was absolutely incredible!!! It was above any of our expectations and our parents were impressed as well. It was beyond helpful getting to see dish-ware and flatware in person to choose from as well and getting to talk through the menu in person with their team. The wedding day came and we were SO excited for our menu we selected. Unfortunately it didn't quite live up to our expectations. We selected a plated salad for all of our guests since it seemed to add an elevated level of service but were disappointed when the salad we had tried twice before was served on a plate and had not been tossed together with the toppings and dressing as it had been previously. It seemed to have been carelessly just thrown onto plates and was not nearly as good. Our guests seemed to enjoy all of the food and we didn't seem to have complaints but we were told afterwards from a guest that a couple of our final tables that went through the buffet only found a few of the selections and the rest were no longer available. At the end of the evening the catering team broke everything down so quickly our families informed us when they went in to help in collecting our belongings they felt extremely rushed and pushed out the door as their team tried to hurry to finish. Overall it was good service and great food but for the most costly portion of our wedding day we felt their team lacked some of the customer service and detail-oriented attitude we felt they should have provided. We would recommend them to others and would use their catering services again as well - their food is absolutely top notch and getting to customize some items on their menu to fit ourselves and our guests better was great! I still crave the lemon basil tortellini and salad we had on our wedding day!!!! It was delicious!!

Everything about our Arthur’s experience was phenomenal! We worked with Sarah, who is their account manager for Casa Feliz, and she was THE BEST! She was so detail-oriented, professional and timely in her responses- managing everything from tableware to food selections. From our initial tasting with Arthur’s, we knew we had an all-star catering company. The food isn’t your typical bland wedding chicken - there’s so much flavor, and do yourself a favor and GET THE FLAMING DONUTS! Our guests raved about the food, and I can’t say enough good things about their staff and the service we received!

Oh my gosh their food. I have never had better wedding food or have had more people come up to me and tell me how amazing all of the food was. We worked with Patty to create our menu and she was a godsend. She gave us so many suggestions when we weren't sure what we wanted. She was not pushy and answered my 101 questions promptly and with great insight. The mushroom ravioli was to die for, the mashed potato bar and avocado bar are musts. Along with the crab cakes, lamp lollipops and goat cheese caramelized onion flatbed appetizers. I could literally eat all of those every single day. 4 stars because we got off scheduled and a portion of our menu didn't get out but the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Look no further, you have already found the most perfect caterer in all of Central Florida. We used Arthur's Catering for our wedding this past April based not only on their spectacular reputation but also my family's personal experience with this company over the last 20 years. Jennifer was our Event Designer and George was our Event Captain. I have only excellent things to say about the both of them and all of the other staff (and there was a lot!) that made our day absolutely perfect. It's almost a month after our wedding and people are still raving about the food. But let's start with the people. You will not find a more professional and communicative team of caterers and servers than Arthur's. From the very first consultation the coordination was a breeze. It's an added bonus that everyone is just super nice and fun to be around. The food is AMAZING. Simply put, nothing else needed to be said. From presentation to taste, everything was flawless. We utilized their stations layout for our wedding and it was super fun! Like getting to visit little food trucks minus the trucks. Everyone loved it! The displays were creative and fit with our wedding theme. Now cost... Arthur's is not going to be the cheapest caterer you'll hire. HOWEVER! They are also not the most expensive and bring 10x the value that any other caterer can offer. I can promise you will leave an experience with Arthur's a very happy customer. Don't waste any more time and call them!

Perfect! Every dish was tasty and we received multiple compliments from guests about how delicious everything was! Even better - I was diagnosed with celiac's disease halfway through wedding planning and Arthur's was very accommodating. Just about everything we served at the wedding was gluten-free so I could enjoy too! Lori was great with correspondence as well. Highly recommend this caterer for just about any event!

We hired Arthurs for our wedding last month and it was the best decision ever!! People are still talking about the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, we could not have asked for anything from. From start to finish Hailey was attentive, professional and helped us put together the best buffet menu. Everything was well worth the invest, even the left overs a week later tasted amazing! I highly recommend Arthurs for ANY of your catering needs.

When starting to plan my now-husband and I's wedding, Arthur's came so highly recommended to me and from start to finish of working with them for over a year, I can see why! Our event designer, Hayli, was responsive and attentive and answered all of our questions and helped us plan the best menu for our event and pick the best china, linens and flatware. The day-of execution was flawless and not only did everything look incredible, it tasted incredible. Our wedding guests raved about everything from the apps to the flaming doughnut dessert. We are so thankful we chose Arthur's!

Arthur’s catering provided amazing food, and many food options to choose from. It also ended up raining just before the start of the wedding, and they took it upon themselves to move tables and get creative with the linens after the wind has carried the rain to the inside tent area. All of the staff and management team were also very friendly!

Guests are still raving about the food from our wedding! Everything was so delicious, but the service was even better! Arthur's staff was beyond amazing, making sure that my husband and I got to enjoy our wedding night with food and drinks. They even made a specialty cocktail that our guests all LOVED. I can't say enough great things about Arthur's, and they totally deserve their stellar reputation.

We had them for our bar and ice cream station and they were great. Lori helped coordinate before the date of the wedding and Fran helped on the day off. All the guests were very happy with the bar service and loved the ice cream bar. I definitely recommend it if you love ice cream because they have some great topping options.
