xperience was not great as it took me a while to even get assigned a designer. I had a lot of initial questions and was encouraged to book a call, and the account manager neglected to call me not one, but two times, even after booking a time with her and emailing multiple times. With my album production greatly delayed, I was a little discouraged, HOWEVER, once I was assigned someone in design services to create my album, Maria D, my experience was completely turned around. I am so glad I was assigned Maria as she was incredibly responsive, receptive to my comments and feedback, and accommodating with any changes I wanted her to make. She was able to turn around 3 proofs for me in just 3 days, for a 70+ page album. I am so happy with the way it turned out, and I cannot wait to get the physical copy. I am very very happy with my experience with Maria. Thank you!

ons for covers that were absolutely beautiful. I was thrilled to find a cover that perfectly matched my wedding invitations. The website was incredibly user-friendly with numerous template options, making the entire process a breeze. Artifact Uprising's communication was excellent, and the book arrived perfectly packaged. However, upon opening the box, I noticed that one of the pages had a smudge, almost as if it had been touched before it was completely dry. Naturally, I was quite upset given the time and money I had invested. Despite this, the rest of the book was stunning. I decided to take the survey and inform customer service about the issue. Remarkably, within less than 24 hours of submitting the survey, they reached out to me requesting pictures of the smudged page. Shortly after providing the pictures, I received an email informing me that a new book had been ordered on my behalf. Charles, from their team, personally apologized for the mishap and assured me that the new book would be sent at no cost. Additionally, I realized that I had provided the wrong address, which was entirely my mistake. Charles promptly updated the address to ensure the book would be delivered correctly. I am incredibly grateful to Charles for turning this situation around. The customer service and artistry at Artifact Uprising were truly exceptional, and I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to everyone.

You'll love working with this company and the product you receive (on time, and in great condition) will blow you away.

was “ok” and I had trouble finding my high quality copies of some of the photos. I am so pleased with the album and the framed prints. The quality is so high caliber, even on photos that were not the highest resolution. The photo album making process was so so sooooo easy and fun to do and there are so many options to customize. The framed prints look museum-level quality. The order came extremely fast given how customized these things were. I have decided to take all my print and framing orders over to them moving forward. Other sites just don’t cut it!!

and when we got the first draft, my husband and I set about almost every page "wow, this is a perfect page!" The process was really easy overall.

ur wedding. The first one they sent was so damaged, the printing was off, the writing we included was cut off or misprinted. So they sent a replacement. I’m one week out from my wedding and just opened the new one and it is even worse. Please do yourself a favour and avoid them.

Megan was patient and understanding with my requests, extremely timely in her responses and editing, and produced two absolute works of art that will be cherished for a lifetime. Although pricey, there really is no price that can be put on these albums. And using Megan and the Design Services team was the BEST decision I made - it saved me so much time and headaches!!! sRGB). But no warning of this before starting and finishing a 150 page photo album with 300+ photos. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone and their chat service didn’t definitively tell me that my album would come out ok or not. They told me that my money would be refunded if it came out poorly. But I spent weeks editing photos and laying this out… refunding my money doesn’t solve the fact that they wasted my time. Additionally, the layout options are not great. Most of my photos are in landscape orientation and most of the layout options are in portrait. They don't have a customizable option for your photos. The text is also very odd. It's hard to know how large it is without getting a proof, which can take a few hours to receive. I wish I had gone with a different website and I would not recommend them to anyone. Finger crossed it comes out right. Even if it does, I won’t be using them again. Not worth the stress. Really disappointing… I wanted to like them so much!

Artifact Uprising has a clean layout and easy to navigate system. It made it super easy to upload my wedding photos and input them into my book. We absolutely love the book, we chose the flat lay (which the pages are thick and high quality) and it is a beautiful book.
