Tiffany was so helpful with planning and made the wedding day go so smoothly, even when some bumps came about. Additionally, most of our amazing vendors that helped make our wedding perfect were a part of their preferred vendor list! Wedding planning can be so stressful, so having their help with vendors was awesome and those vendors were amazing too (Curated DJ, Salsa Limon, Margarita Xtreme). One small bump we ran into on the wedding day was that the bridal suite was very hot; hotter than any other area of the venue, even after we were done with hair and makeup. Even then, once we communicated this to them, ArtSpace staff set up fans for us which helped. The workers truly care about making the day special for you, and that showed. We are so thankful and would recommend this venue to anyone!

Brandi was a dream to work with and our day-of coordinator (included in the rental fee!!!!) Tiffany made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. You can use any vendors you want apart from table rentals, and the team at ArtSpace has lots of suggestions if you're having trouble finding vendors. They took care of suggesting vendors for florals, bartenders, bussers, childcare, lounge rentals, and more for us! I cannot overstate how amazing our wedding at ArtSpace111 was!

The venue rental includes a ton - full use of the indoor art gallery, outdoor gardens, bridal suite on site, security guard, gallery liaison & full day-of-coordination. The bridal suite has plenty of seating and a giant mirror which makes it a great spot to get ready on-site, which is a huge bonus to not have to coordinate between multiple locations. I had 7 bridesmaids and 3 HAMU vendors, and there was plenty of room in the bridal suite for all of us to eat lunch & get ready. We worked with Brandi Chapman as our wedding coordinator and florist, and she is a GEM. She is very passionate about her work and has a ton of experience. From our first conversation, to the day of our event, she went above and beyond and was organized, detail oriented, and able to stay in control of our day-of-timeline when things didn't go exactly according to plan (and trust me - it's normal and will happen - despite all attempts to plan things perfectly). Our flowers were absolutely stunning. I showed Brandi a few photos for inspiration and gave her full creative freedom, and she absolutely delivered. I was so happy with all of our wedding party and ceremony/reception florals. Thankfully the weather cooperated, and we were able to utilize the outdoor spaces to the fullest extent and have most of our wedding outside. We had our ceremony at the big tree, cocktail hour indoor/outdoor in the gallery and patio, dinner on the lawn, and dancing outside on the concrete. Dinner on the lawn was my favorite part and looked so dreamy at night under the string lights. We had SO MANY compliments from our guests about how stunning the lawn looked for dinner, and how unique the venue was. My husband and I were so happy with the venue and how everything turned out. Thank you Artspace Team!!

She was so immensely on top of it, from a walkthrough with my fiancé, to phone calls to assuage questions I had, to the actual day. 1) wow her floral arrangements are so beautiful and understated! My bridespeople and moms looked terrific with their arrangements! 2) the day of the wedding, she was there early for us to get ready, took all our items off our hands, and allowed us to enjoy the day stress-free! Anything we needed, it was already taken care of by Brandi. From walking in cues to staying on schedule to even adjusting to new timing, Brandi was a ringmaster and top-notch coordinator. My guests didn’t even realize she was with ArtSpace, she was having fun on her own, taking pictures of everyone with my disposable cameras! She even captured some awesome pics on her phone that she sent to us after. But what I loved most about working with Brandi is her nonchalant, happy attitude throughout. Your wedding day is what you (and your coordinator) make it to be, and if you’re stressed, I’m sure it’s felt throughout. We didn’t feel anything but joy and positivity thanks to Brandi! She kept the party going from 9am to past 10pm! And yes, ArtSpace is everything you want in an a la carte venue. It’s beautiful in its simplicity, radiates quirky personality, and the outdoor area literally sparkles at night with its lighting. My guests keep complimenting the space, how it fit our personality and how did I find such a unique venue. I love its flexibility (indoor? Outdoor? Why not both!) and and inherent modern and rustic style. Bottom line: if you’re someone who wants aspects of not-your-typical-wedding wedding, go with ArtSpace111. You’ll wish you could relive the glory over and over again!

Brandi - my wonderful coordinator and florist went above and beyond with everything and I could not have been happier. Tiffany - my day of coordinator was there every step of the way helping me. She went above and beyond making sure I was happy and was not stressed. All the vendors they recommended were already prepared and prepped on what to do. I HIGHLY recommend Artspace for a bride because they knew what they were doing and I hardly had to do anything!

down, our plans changed a few times. We ended up with the PERFECT solution of an intimate family “elopement” style ceremony on our original date and a postponed reception on 10/31. As a result, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Artspace to plan and execute a couple different events and my expectations have been blown each time!! Artspace was SO gracious and flexible throughout the last 1.5 years, leading up to the event in the “normal” world and post COVID. We worked with both Brandi and Theresa throughout the time and ultimately Brandi was our event coordinator for the final hoo-rah! When decision making with Brandi it was clear I did not need to stress, she had lived through and experienced a million different events a million different ways. She worked early on to understand my “vision” and all suggestions and decisions we made, she would turn back to my dream for reference. I really felt as though she came to know me, my taste, and preferences well in planning. When it came to execution - she handled it all flawlessly! As a bride, you think you’ll “be there” for direction day of, but it was totally unnecessary because Brandi and staff had it under control. I was able to enjoy both our elopement and the reception without a single stress or thought day of. Our days were beautiful! The venue is special (and the best value of 10+ venues we looked at!) and the caring and experienced staff makes this a no-brainer choice for an event!

OF COURSE it rained. Our coordinator, Brandi, was so helpful in making everything go smoothly from start to finish. We decided to keep the wedding outside and get married in the rain, and she totally rolled with the punches! She was never afraid to be the "bad guy" when it came to getting guests to get a move on (seriously, people totally forget how weddings work, so they need someone to guide them every. single. step. of. the. way.), and on the day-of, she took care of everything and didn't tell me stressful things or bad news unless totally necessary (she had to tell me that yes, it was going to rain all during my ceremony, and she did it in a way that didn't stress me out). Not to mention, we had a 3 month engagement, so she was on it from the get-go. She never made us feel like ANYTHING we wanted was weird or bad, but she did give us some incredible advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Brandi was a huge reason why we loved Artspace 111. The bridal suite was so nice and perfect for a party of our size (myself, mom, step-mom, and 5 bridesmaids) and it looked so nice in the pictures! There are beautiful spots for photos ALL over the place, here. My favorite was with the Art-O-Matic (like a vending machine but for little art pieces). Our photographer got such cute shots of my husband and I putting in the tokens and choosing our first little art pieces as husband and wife. The nice thing about this place is that there is really very little decorating that needs to be done! We had a really nice exhibit in the reception area during our wedding, so we didn't do much decorating at all! Just some candles and table runners, and it looked perfect. The outside area was INCREDIBLE. seriously, we did zero decorating out there. Literally NONE, and it was totally perfect. They also have staff and bartenders that can come in and help. We had catering from Ginger Brown's, which was pick-up only, and I didn't even have to send a friend to go pick it up, they did it for me. When we ended our wedding about an hour early (we didn't need the whole time slot they had allotted for us), Brandi even reimbursed me the leftover money from the staff. In the very beginning of our engagement, we had our hearts set on another venue that ended up being way too expensive, and when we found this place it was less than half of the price of the other place. Now, when we talk about our wedding and look at the beautiful pictures, we agree that we were SO glad that we chose Artspace 111!

so much easier (Cinthya, Martha, Brandi, Theresa). They were also cheaper than many of the venues in the area and gave me SO MANY helpful recommendations on vendors. Right before my wedding they did do a little bit of renovations which made the space even better and now includes a bridal suite, grooms area, and a larger inside area if you need to do dinner inside. It was also incredibly unique compared to many venues and I had several guests state that! When you book Artspace, you get a day-of-coordinator included that helps you about 6 months out and she will run your wedding day! Many venues will say they "include" this but the person hardly does anything but that is absolutely not the case with Artspace. My planner, Theresa, was AMAZING, kind, and so helpful. She ran my day perfectly and thought of all the details. I also found my florist through Artspace as well (Brandi Chapman). Once again, another amazing and completely helpful person. She is so creative and helped out with other endless things! You will have a hard time not becoming friends with her throughout the process. You will not regret booking with them. They truly made the process so much easier and our wedding day was just beautiful in every way.

The staff was AMAZING! Our day of coordinator Tiffany was so helpful and always available to answer my many questions. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue and our wedding overall, it was so much fun! I would definitely recommend Artspace 111, you won’t regret it. The only thing I will mention is extras such as catering and rentals are not included as with other venues, so that was a little extra work, but that also gives you the freedom to choose what you like and the staff is phenomenal at communicating with all other vendors!

I feel like I hardly saw her on my wedding day, but every single thing ran completely smooth and everything was absolutely perfect, so it wasn't until after that I realized not seeing much of her was a great thing! She worked seamlessly behind the scenes and I am so, so grateful to her & the entire Artspace 111 team. I wish I could relive my wedding there all over again!

nstagram while searching for wedding venues, and after seeing several pictures of weddings in their sculpture garden and ceremonies under the big beautiful tree, I was sold! The building, gardens, and art are stunning, and we received so many compliments on the gorgeous venue. Aside from the beautiful venue, the staff is what makes this place the best! They are very flexible and will work with you to ensure you are happy on your special day. Brandi helped us with so many big and small things: finding vendors, buying flowers, making my bouquet, boutonnieres, corsages, and table arrangements. She also made sure we had time to eat and helped me remain calm through the stressful times of planning a wedding. We had our ceremony in the garden under the big tree and the reception in the sculpture garden under the café lights surrounded by sculptures and a beautiful water fountain. The area we had the ceremony was later transformed for the kid’s with games and a separate section with a fire pit and chairs for our guests to warm up and relax. I can’t say enough good things about the venue and the amazing staff!

We immediatley booked Artspace a year ahead of the actual wedding. Brandi was available via email and phone to answer any questions we had in selecting vendors and planning the event. About 12 weeks before the wedding, we were transitioned from Brandi to Tiffany, the lady who would be our direct Day Of event coordinator. Tiffany scheduled a meeting to meet us and we immediatley saw she was on top of the transition. Tiffany was always quick to respond via text and email on the questions we had with the little details at that point. The day of the wedding, I cannot give Tiffany enough praise on how in control, calm, and on top of everything. She called early in the morning to inform me the rain was going to happen at some point in the eve, so our total outdoor plans were moved partially indoors. She worked with the vendors to implement Plan B rain plan. She was an IT specialist as my daughter was having difficulty accessing her google document with her vows. Tiffany worked on that issue for a while all the time reassuring us and encouraging us to keep on with Pre Bridal stuff. At every point in the reception when I thought of making sure the next event was timely…Tiffany was already working on it and almost done. Our guest loved the whole Artspace Gallery and we received many compliments on the wonderful eve everyone experienced. My daughter and son in law were soo very happy and I would highly recommend Artspace for one of the special moment’s in any family’s life.

understatement!! She handled literally every single aspect of our wedding, months leading up to the day and on the day! I never felt overwhelmed or stressed (seriously - not once) because she was in our corner! She is so incredibly organized and easy going, which made everyone involved in the wedding planning process feel at ease. She was always available, present and early for every single meeting, and kept an online google doc of our day-of timeline so we could work on it at our leisure. Our wedding, like most, was chaotic, we had many non-English speaking guests, a huge wedding party, our dogs in the bridal party, etc. and somehow she made it seem easy when orchestrating the day of timeline. I cannot thank her enough for how she treated us and our day. We will forever be indebted to the beauty she created surrounding our wedding day! We love Brandi! Also, everyone else who works there (Colleen and the other gallery ladies) are unbelievable. We visited the space several times prior to our wedding to get our dogs accustom to the space, and each time I was welcomed with a huge hug! We love everyone who works here! Never too busy to chat or help us if we had a question or two. The venue - how could you not want to get married in a beautiful outdoor garden hidden in downtown Fort Worth? The gardens are simple beautiful. If you are looking for an elegant outdoor space, this is your place. We barely had to decorate, because the beauty of nature is surrounding you. And talk about the lights at night - most spaces cost >$1000 for stringing lights up; Artspace111 comes with the lights already up - and it is magical! This also was the only space I was not worried about if it would rain, because then you get married surrounded by beautiful art. It really is a win:win. Artspace111 also has so many other benefits - they are open to (almost) anything. If you can think it up, they support it! They even can add hours on to your rental period, so you can celebrate all day and/or night! They even let dogs attend - INDOORS and out! There was no other place we met with that was as accommodating as this place! And that is such a good feeling, to feel completely supported on your wedding day! She's incredibly kind and helpful, and she was one of the best parts about planning the wedding. I also can't say enough good things about our day-of coordinator/planner, Brandi. She got everything done that needed to get done and didn't have me worried for a second the day of the wedding, despite some complications I found out about later on. She's absolutely incredible and gives great advice when you're unsure about anything. All of our guests loved how unique and cool the venue was, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone I know!

I seriously cannot recommend this venue and staff enough. I would give them a million stars if I could!

Brandi helped guide us through the planning process too. What I valued most was that she gave her honest opinion to help us make the best decisions. The indoor gallery has fun, playful art that sets a great mood and the outdoor gardens were great for dancing and lawn games. It did sprinkle a bit but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time. Our guests have been telling us that it was the best wedding ever and are still telling us more than a week later! I think it’s just the whole vibe of the venue! I can’t say enough good things about Artspace and the wonderful staff! :)

I am a very indecisive person and if I had too many options Brandi had no problem telling me what she thought was best, due to the many events she has planned before. She made everything PERFECT. Everyone was Impressed with the venue. Literally no one had anything bad to say about our party. We made it cocktail themed so people did dress up and it just looked so nice in the Art Gallery. The Staff was amazing!! Super friendly and ready to help!! My husband and I did not have one thing to worry about. The entire journey was smooth and peaceful and I could not imagine having our party anywhere else but here. At the end of the night my husband looked at me said "Man, this was so worth it". And that made me feel really good.

Brandi did an AMAZING job with our flowers and with the initial planning. The event coordinator for the day was Tiffany, who was just wonderful. I had a meeting with Brandi and two with Tiffany, and they made everything SO easy. If something wasn't perfect on my wedding day, I honestly had no idea, because Tiffany handled everything so well. I will not stop recommending this place to everyone.

entious. It is modern, clean, and rustic all at once without feeling cold. The indoor gallery has some beautiful pieces and I really liked that it changes once every 2 months. That means that the art you'll see at your wedding will be different from the art you might see when you book it. The outdoor gardens are amazing. There is space for kids to roam and play. There is art, sculptures, flowers, trees, a fountain, and the railroad tracks are just behind the venue. You can enjoy a view of downtown fort worth and occasionally you'll hear the slow loud drum of a passing train (which in our opinion added to the charm). The venue really transforms at night with the lights. It's absolutely beautiful! At most weddings that I've been to, there seems to be a tendency for people to just hang around their own tables and mingle with their own table but we felt like the design at Artspace111 created this energetic flow of people that really brought a festive atmosphere to our wedding. People would wander throughout the night to different parts of the venue to play lawn games, take pictures in the teepee (Yes! you cant rent a tee pee), play in the kids area, look at the art, dance, drink, and meet other guests. I never could have guessed how much our guests would have socialized with each other but it was really encouraging. Other good things about the venue is that you can bring in your own vendors (besides tables/linens) The BEST part of artspace though was BY FAR our wedding coordinator Tiffany. Wow. She really went above and beyond. We had a pretty complicated wedding with a lot of moving parts, a large guest list, and non-traditional elements. She was very responsive, flexible, and did everything she could to make our vision come true. We really could not have had our wedding be as good as it turned out to be without her. On the day of, she was the hardest working person at our wedding. She seemed to do a million things behind the scenes and operated like an expert maestro. She would make sure we stayed on track and would make sure that we were okay throughout the night. We were so impressed by her and couldn't thank her enough. The rest of the staff was very very kind and accommodating throughout the rest of the process. If I had to say anything critical of the venue, it would be that any couple that plans to have their wedding here would have to be prepared to do a little bit more work than at other venues. You have to rent everything yourself and so you have to kind of consider everything you will need to make the day happen. The Day-of coordinator helps a ton though! It's just that you don't meet your Day-of until 5 or 6 months before. Another thing is that the parking is somewhat limited so guests have to park on adjacent streets. Those are minor things though. Overall, we had the wedding of our dreams at ArtSpace111. We think it was the perfect venue for us. So beautiful and unique. Our guests can't stop commenting on it. It's especially fun for guests who aren't as used to going to artsy things as it is still a very accessible place. 5/5 stars!
