AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! First let me say that Ashley was an acquaintance of mine. She and I have mutual friends and spoke on and off for years. I knew that she was having personal issues, but wanted to help her, so I hired her anyway. My contract said 2 weeks for pictures. After that time period I asked her when they would be ready. She advised me that it would be next week. She basically told us “next week” every 2 weeks. Keep in mind that we got married on 10/21 and it is now 2/16. A month ago she uploaded some pictures...before the wedding and 2 pictures of the first dance. Not the truly important moments, basically. When I asked if she was going to upload more she said that her computer must have “timed out” while uploading and that she would get them done that night. Never happened. When my husband asked her about it weeks later she said that her computer charger broke and that she would finish them when a new one came in the mail (even though anyone knows you can go to your nearest store and buy one). Ashely has blocked my husband and I on her phone and does not respond to email, so we basically have no way to contact her. My husband is a pharmacist and as fate would have it her ex husband came into his workplace and is now his patient. My husband told him what was going on and he has kindly offered to attempt to get the unedited pictures from her. I have no idea what the raw pictures look like but I am not hopeful. This was out wedding day..not a birthday party, not a run of the mill celebration...our WEDDING DAY. Things like this just should not happen. I strongly advise NO ONE to ever use this photographer again. Her business needs to be shut down. She obviously has no idea how to conduct herself, or upkeep her computer....even though “computer issues” seems to be a running theme in her plethora of pictures excuses, according to the other reviews I’ve read. This person will not care one bit about efficiency or making sure that you are getting quality product from the most important day of your life.

The previous review from 7/27/15 is EXACTLY what we went through. She did not get photos of half of the things a normal wedding photographer should get because she was too busy trying to be a guest at the wedding rather than a hired photographer (did not get pictures of us cutting the cake, for example). We had to wait several months to get photos back from our wedding, and we only got half of them because she was having "computer issues" (seeing a theme there). When she finally got our other half to us almost 6 months later, they were unedited and low quality. Have not heard a word from her since. We were guaranteed to have our photos back in 8 weeks and were more than patient. We will never use this photographer again, and recommend others steer clear as well...

Just a nightmare all around. First off, I was hounded every single day from the get go to book and pay my deposit. I had a message every day asking me when I could pay the deposit. Once I did that? Never heard another word. I had to contact her to schedule the engagment session. It took several weeks to even pin down a date. Then she calls me about 3 hours before she is supposed to be there to tell me she is sick and can we reschedule. Had i known what a hassle that would have been the answer would have been no. It took weeks to reschedule and weeks to get the photos back even though she assured me she could get them to me in a few days because we were so late taking them. Well then the wedding happens. Professional is not a word I would use to describe her. It took forever to get the shots we got because she was flirting and joking around with all of the groomsmen. I am all about having fun but do that once the photos are taken, not while we have 125 people waiting in the reception area for us to finish with photos. I felt like I didn't get a lot of the photos I wanted because she was distracted. Now the best part. Getting the wedding photos back..was a NIGHTMARE. I would not wish it on anyone. When you have just gotten married and you are so excited to see your photos, it is so disheartening to have your photographer string you along. She would give me a date they would be done, then it wouldn't happen. I would contact her back and she would have a new excuse every single time. The contract allows for 4-6 weeks. It was 12 before we got all of our photos, and on top of that we got them in batches. Some here, some there because she was having "computer issues". I feel like if she had done them in the time frame she had promised, there would have been time to work out computer issues. In the end, I ended up having to contact her every single day and file a claim with paypal in order to get the photos from her. I say stay far away.

I LOVE this photographer! I used her for our out of town wedding in October 2009 and she did a phenomenal job. She was very sick and still managed to shoot all aspects of our wedding day even through the abnormally cold weather & rain in Savannah. She was such a trooper & would do anything to get that perfect shot. I have NO regrets with using her. In fact, she even took our son's newborn pictures in January 2011. Both times, I received my disc within the promised amount of time. I've also worked with her for a few weddings our business has planned & she was always on time and very professional. I would highly recommend her for weddings or any other type of photography.
