Ashley Elaine Events

g and had many, many questions, which Ashley was always available to answer and put our minds at ease. We could not be more happy with how our wedding day turned out and continue to get complements about how beautiful, intimate, and well run the whole day was. If there were hiccups throughout the day we had no idea -- Ashley took care of everything and allowed us to enjoy our special day! A few things I'd like to highlight that about working with Ashley: 1. I'm not a bride who dreamed about her wedding day or knew exactly what she wanted for her day. Ashley was able to transform broad strokes and sometimes conflicting desires (e.g., modern and intimate / cozy, black and white but soft with greenery) into the most beautiful design we could have ever imagined. We were truly left speechless. Ashley's creativity and commitment to detail made our day what it was and we continue to get the most wonderful complements -- all of which should be sent her way 2. Ashley is a thought partner and cares deeply about her couples. Any time we reached out to Ashley with questions or were stressed over a decision (e.g., bridesmaids colors, should we order chairs for an indoor ceremony) she would make time to talk us through it, whether big or small. She helped us prioritize the things that meant most to us to keep within budget while also making sure to uphold the integrity of our day and design. When we had to make the final call on whether we wanted to shift the ceremony and cocktail hour inside due to rain, I trusted Ashley completely to make the right decision for the day. 3. Ashley found the very best vendors. I can't speak highly enough about the entire vendor team that facilitated our day, captured it perfectly, and made us feel like ourselves throughout. Her connections and industry expertise were a huge asset to the planning experience 4. I was never stressed about my wedding when working with Ashley. She communicates often, is organized, and on top of every detail. It was clear what we were supposed to tackle at different points in the year, what she needed from my husband and me, and what tasks were still to come. Ashley gave us the gift of enjoying the wedding planning process 5. As mentioned previously, Ashley flawlessly managed our wedding day. She put together a timeline down to the minute and everyone, including my family and bridal party, knew where they needed to be. As soon as she arrived in the bridal suite, I knew my wedding day was taken care of and I could relax and enjoy the day. If anything went wrong, neither my husband and I, nor our guests, noticed. Ashley takes great care in getting to know her couples, walking them though the planning process, and designing and executing the most incredible day. I can't speak highly enough about our experience working with Ashley and would recommend her without hesitation

unications along with our other vendors. She was able to expertly execute our vision and the day itself was stress-free and perfect in every way! She was great to work with and was always available to talk through questions/concerns. I would absolutely recommend working with Ashley to plan your dream wedding.

the moment we booked her about a year out from our wedding, she was there every step of the way to answer all of my questions, always extremely quickly! She came with me to my floral design meeting and tasting before the wedding, and her advice and input was always so helpful and valued. She truly is an expert in her field, and I always felt confident that I was in the best hands with her. Plus, she is a lovely person to be around and someone you'd want to be with you on your big day. I truly cannot recommend her enough, she is simply the best and is worth her weight in gold!

anner and were immediately overwhelmed – neither of us had a strong preference on style or design for our wedding which left us drifting through space with no real direction on venue or vendors. Enter Ashely. She took the time to get to know us a people. She designed a beautiful wedding with unique touches that felt so authentic to who we are as a couple. She did everything, and I mean everything! She created a color platelet for my bridesmaids’ dresses, designed beautiful table settings including beautiful, dried chilies from my husband’s home state of New Mexico, and even made a unique escort card display. She gave us great options for vendors within our budget. She worked with our families to plan the rehearsal dinner and welcome party as well. Her communication skills allowed our parents to be as involved as they wanted to be in the planning process. Leading up to the wedding she quelled all our nerves. Even before we could voice our worries about the chilly October weather, she had secured outdoor heaters on short notice. The whole wedding weekend, Ashely and her assistant for the weekend, Renee ensured that everything ran smoothly, and we were able to focus on getting married and having the best day of our lives. If you can’t tell yet from my rambling, I am so grateful for Ashley. It is hard to put into words what an important role she played in our wedding. My husband and I are both busy professionals and to be able to hand off most, if not all, of the planning to Ashley and to trust her whole-heartedly was a gift – it allowed us to focus on our starting married life together and celebrating with our friends. Hiring Ashley Elaine Events was the best choice we made wedding planning.
