Ashley Fidler Events

r, the planning became less stressful and more fun. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry were so helpful when we needed to make decisions we were unsure of. On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled the entire day seamlessly and professionally. Our wedding would have been an entirely different experience without them, and we are so thankful we trusted AFE with our vision.

! As a couple with zero planning experience and zero insight into what we wanted for our wedding, Ashley truly did it all. She was able to distill all of our thoughts and preferences into a fully designed and curated wedding that was exactly what we wanted. She found all of our vendors and handled 100% of the vendor communication. She kept us on schedule (no easy task) and was always readily available to answer any questions we had. The week of our wedding, she helped us navigate all of the logistical coordinating with family members and vendors alike. We had the BEST time at our wedding and it was all because we didn't have to worry about any of the details. Ashley and her team executed the entire day seamlessly and made it look effortless. SO many people came up to us both on the day itself and in the days afterwards to tell us how impressed they were with her. Ashley was our friend, confidante, and conductor through it all. Thank you Ashley!! Do yourself a favor and hire her now!

izing the pearl necklaces in a perfect spot. They made our wedding so smooth and stress free. Thank you and we would recommend!

re in excellent hands and Ashley exceeded our expectations. The week leading up to our wedding, one of the biggest sources of stress for us was the weather. We had poured so much energy into planning an outdoor ceremony and were anxious about the forecast but Ashley was incredibly reassuring. She drew from her years of experience to talk us through our options and even used a Doppler radar to track timing of rainfall on the day of, laying out odds and realistic backup plans. The Dopper showed that we had a 20 minute timeframe to make our outdoor ceremony happen and we were able to do just that because Ashley and her team somehow kept the day on schedule despite delays with hair & makeup! Her calm, confident guidance helped us feel prepared no matter what. We also fully trusted Ashley and her team to set up all of our DIY décor and coordinate the repurposing of our florals—and everything looked absolutely beautiful. They brought our vision to life and it was so relieving to know we didn’t have to worry about a thing. On top of being organized and professional, Ashley brought such positive energy. She added to the excitement of the day and helped us stay present and joyful throughout Her team was also great bringing the bridal party snacks, helping Ashley bustle my dress, handing us champagne, and even helping me use the bathroom in my wedding dress! We could not recommend Ashley and her team enough!

ented at what she does. I changed venues, got pregnant and had a baby all before my wedding day-- Ashley took care of everything and never let me worry about any details. If it weren't for Ashley and her team, my wedding day simply would not have happened! Thrilled to have been able to witness Ashley's talent, but even more excited to have gained a great friend! Any and all Brides in the Boston/New Enland area-- hire her, ASAP!

always available for quick calls and provided a clear and organized structure and timeline of the entire wedding planning process. This began with looking for venues, to searching for the right florist, to solving challenges the day-of! Working with her made the process so streamlined and enjoyable when it otherwise would be stressful and daunting. We didn’t have to worry about anything the day-of the wedding, as she and her team took care of everything and provided us with solutions (e.g., our scheduled transportation couldn’t make it, so she had an upgraded car be brought to us and only told us once the problem had been solved!). Seriously, Ashley provides highly professional and fun wedding planning. We would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in working with a wedding planner!

shley's excellence became clear very quickly as we interviewed several planners and coordinators throughout our search. Her attention to detail and clear yet creative communication immediately made her stand out from the crowd. We also found her easy to talk to even though we were only e-meeting her for the first time. After hiring her, these qualities only continued to amaze us. Originally, we felt we had a good handle on the wedding planning and logistics, and were on the fence about hiring a month-of or day-of coordinator at all. In the end, we decided to hire Ashley because she really stood out above the rest, and treated it as a gift to ourselves to take some later stress off our plate. Unfortunately, two weeks before our wedding our venue (the Herb Lyceum) experienced a tragic fire which caused the loss of the entire carriage house and meant that we were no longer sure if they would be able to host our wedding. While we began to panic and wrestle with the idea that the wedding we had been planning for over a year may not happen, Ashley stepped into action. She immediately reached out to other venues, was able to get important answers and updates from our venue, and kept us informed along the way. When some of the logistic phone calls became too emotional for us to handle, she kindly took the reigns and made sure to continually check in with us about how we were doing. In the end, she came up with and executed a creative solution to mask the damage building, and made sure to advocate for us to get other accomodations to make sure we still had some indoor space so that we could get ready and decompress throughout the day. She communicated with our vendors about any changes in plans and made sure that they handled the topic with care on wedding day. She secured over 70 feet of fake hedging in a matter of days and in the end, some guests were unaware there was really anything wrong. On the day, my husband and I basically forgot anything had ever happened -it was perfect. You never want to have to deal with something this unexpected and uncontrollable two weeks before your wedding, but if you have to, you want Ashley by your side. Ashley and the entire AFE team were an absolute pleasure to spend time with on wedding day. They navigated friend and family dynamics with ease, and someone was always nearby whenever we needed something. Often they anticipated our needs before they came up, holding out a glass of water just as we felt thirsty, or finding something we had left behind and sneakily placing it at our table. They also captured so many behind the scenes photos and videos for us to have immediately, which was so fun and a sweet surprise. They put us at ease and were easy to chat to, and by the end of the day they felt like old friends. We could not recommend AFE more.

ther… she is simply AMAZING. She made me feel so confident that our big day was going to be as smooth as it could be, and it truly was. Her tone of voice during our calls was so calming, she made us laugh and enjoy the process and never hesitated to give her honest opinion which made me realize that we were in better hands than I could have ever imagined. Ashley, you were an angel sent to us to make our big day as perfect as perfect could be. I felt heard, my visions and timeline came to life and I felt like an absolute princess with no worries or concerns consuming me on the day of. My HUSBAND and I are beyond grateful that we found this company, and you would be too! Thank you for being so wonderful, and a friend throughout this journey we took!

ofessionalism, and expertise brought our vision to life in ways we never imagined. We had a rather untraditional wedding, with so many moving parts and personal touches and Ashley FLAWLESSLY executed each detail. On the day of the wedding, Ashley ensured everything ran seamlessly from all of the vendor coordination and logistics, to even helping with my outfit change and touch ups - she truly held my hand along every step of the way! There are so many things that happen on day-of that I never thought to plan for and Ashley had everything covered and under control so that we could focus on celebrating and enjoying the day. Working with Ashley was by far the BEST DECISION we made throughout the whole planning process and I am forever grateful for her making our dream wedding day absolutely perfect!!

re evident, and it was clear she was the perfect fit for our vision. We opted for a “backyard” style wedding, which came with its own set of challenges—bringing in all the vendors, coordinating logistics, and transforming our space into a magical venue. Our wedding planner, Ashley, handled everything with such grace and precision that it felt like we were living in a fairytale. She was incredibly communicative, always available to answer our questions, and provided insightful advice that helped refine our ideas into a cohesive plan. On the big day, everything came together perfectly. The vendors she sourced were outstanding, the setup was immaculate, and the entire event flowed effortlessly. We were so impressed with how she balanced professionalism with a personal touch. It felt like she genuinely cared about making our day special, which is a rare and wonderful quality. The compliments from our guests were endless, and we owe it all to her impeccable planning and execution. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, partial planner, or even just a day of coordinator who is not only skilled but also deeply invested in creating a memorable experience Ashley is the one. She made our backyard wedding an extraordinary celebration, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her dedication and expertise. Thank you, Ashley and the entire AFE team, for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

ting vibe to our day which made us feel like we knew her forever! Forever grateful for her making our day so special!

ed to help on day of. We hired AFE for her full service planning for our June 2024 wedding and I wish I could give her 100+ stars. She made sure we were on track with all our vendors and details and made sure that our concerns and questions were answered every step of the way. Ashley helped make our wedding day so magical and special. I cherished every moment knowing that all the details were always taken care of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

y about having a ‘day of’ planner to support and execute all the planning that took place during the two years of planning their wedding. As the purse holder for much of their wedding, I was a little weary of what a planner could offer in addition to my daughter’s expertise and the venue manager that also contributes to the wedding day execution. Boy was I wrong to even hesitate at all. Her service and professionalism are worth every bit of her fee. From the first meeting one month prior to the wedding, Ashley conducted the most productive information gathering meeting and within a remarkable turnaround, regurgitated a preliminary timeline including communication with every one of our vendors. In the remaining course of the month and a few additional meetings, Ashley became our voice to all vendors, relieved my daughter of all stress leading to her day and offered her specific knowledge that contributed to a perfect day. Ashley and her assistant were present for the bride and groom’s (wedding party and family too) needs throughout the entire day. She was well equipped with everything you could imagine needing. Our standards and expectations can be especially high, but Ashley Fidler superceded them and her fun and joyous personality was just a bonus! Thank you Ashley…can’t wait for our paths to cross again!

f" wedding planning services kicked in a month before. During that time she put together an extremely detailed timeline and coordinated with all our vendors. This part required so much time and detail and I truly could not have done it on my own. Ashley had many calls with us so we could talk through all our plans and she recorded everything for us in the timeline and reiterated everything to vendors so we weren't contacting several people. I thought I was on top of everything, but it turns out there were so many details I didn't even consider having never had a wedding before. The months leading up to the wedding were stressful, and once Ashley started her work, my worries melted away knowing I was in good hands. On the actual wedding day (and the day before and after), Ashley was like a guardian angel. She hovered in the background always making sure I knew she was there to help, but not taking my attention away from my groom, friends, and family. She fixed every issue, from little things like my favorite lipstick melting and hydration to bigger problems like the lighting vendor setting up the wrong lighting. In the days leading up to the wedding, our transportation bus broke down. Ashley handled the entire situation ensuring the vendor provided another bus with the same amount of seating and got us a substantial discount to boot. The morning after the wedding I woke up to a full wedding album of iphone pictures that Ashley had taken from the wedding day to hold me over until I received photos from the photographer back. These are only a few highlights from a long list of things Ashley did to go above and beyond. Ashley is smart, kind, friendly, organized, and an exceptional listener. I am so thankful I met Ashley and she was able to help with my wedding. If it wasn't for her, it would have been a stressful wedding day. She made it the happy and heartfelt day that I always dreamed up. I recommend her to EVERYONE I know getting married. She is a bargain for all the value she brings.

sly could not have pulled the day off without you. You took so much stress and worry off our plate and enabled us to enjoy the day fully without worrying about logistics. We honestly do not understand how ANYONE has a wedding without a planner – we could have never done it without you. I wish we had utilized you for the whole ordeal, but we are so happy with the month of/day of services we got! Thank you for being our hype woman, boundary setter, organizer, decorator, communicator, stylist, in-law manager, and logistical planner for the day. We wish you could be our day-to-day assistant (but seriously). You did not miss a beat, and we felt so relieved knowing we could depend on you during the day. The little touches you made really went a long way – hand sewing my husband’s suspenders on his suit, talking me off the edge with my makeup, getting me into my second dress, somehow magically showing up with slippers for my bare feet after dancing, getting our décor set up, having our cards returned to our room and the little hangover kit you left in our room for the following day. To anyone reading this on the fence about hiring a planner, trust me and do it. You will NOT regret it with Ashley! Hire her. She is the best.

he took on all communication with our vendors, created and executed our wedding day timeline flawlessly, and took on all the stress a bride would normally have the month leading up to her wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and we were actually able to enjoy our wedding month because of her. AFE even took over 400 behind the scene photos so we’d could reminisce the next day while we wait for our professional photos. She was truly an angel to have on our wedding day and made everything run so smoothly. Ashley will be a lifelong friend and I only have high praises of her work. 100000/10 would recommend!!

ey kept us perfectly on schedule. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy every second of our special day. Highly recommend!

eyond to make sure the couple have a stress free, magical day and that’s exactly what we had.

everything - her attention to detail, kindness, creativity, and flawless execution made both our rehearsal dinner and special day so extremely perfect and we are beyond grateful. So many people came up to me and my husband at the wedding to say how amazing Ashley was - that she was helpful, kind, and making everything “feel” easy. Throughout planning, she brought such great ideas, was always prepared, and was also ready to jump in when we had other questions or challenges. She did a great job of listening to my “vision” and making suggestions based on her extensive experience and connections. She was also there when things didn’t completely go to plan - I experienced a significant “bump” with one of my vendors about 2 months before the wedding and Ashley helped mediate the issue to get to a good resolution for the actual wedding. She really helped to put us at ease and focus on what really mattered - the fact that we were getting married. We had so much fun on our detail calls and I felt really luck to consider her a friend throughout this process :) Thank you Ashley for everything you and your team did to make our day a fairytale - we could not have done it without you!

ment! She took care of communicating with all my vendors and truly helped me so much within that last month of planning allowing my full vision come to life for my wedding! I diyed everything for my wedding and being someone who is a planner really wanted to make sure I knew where everything was going but as soon as I met with Ashley in person I was completely comfortable and confident letting her take over with all the decor and placement and oh my goodness she completely blew me away with everything!! I cannot tell you what a relief it was having her help for the entire month out, but having her there to make sure everything went so smoothly on the day of was the most amazing addition to the day. I had literally no stress at all for my big day and I know Ashley was a huge part of that! When we ran out of alcohol, she was the first to run and get some. When I needed my hair curled she was the first to pull out the curling iron. When I needed a minute to breathe she would take me to the side, tell me to inhale and exhale and truly worked her magic with whatever came her way during the day. Ashley was an absolute dream to work with!! If you’re on the fence about hiring her , please DO IT!!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

on top of it all. Her and Kelsey tended to everyone in our bridal party day of to make the day seamless and fun for everyone! I HIGHLY recommend hiring AFE for all your wedding planning needs for a fun and seamless wedding day!

nents together from scratch. I had no idea what to expect when I had been slaving away on my plans and how I would hand that control to a complete stranger. I remember having a call with Ashley on Tuesday and by Friday she had spoken to all 20ish of my vendors. We mapped out rain plans, coordinated and as much as she took off my plate, she also kept me in the loop and adjusted to any last minute wants or asks. On my wedding day, her team was with us for 13 hours, setting up and truly, truly bringing my vision to life. We had a small uncontrollable hiccup on the day and Ashley triaged and handled like a pro. She took on a responsibility that wasn’t hers, a vendor never showed, and handled the situation with grace and ease. By the time the night was over, our wedding was packed up and ready to go in less than 45 minutes. Truly, truly a saving grace in the hectic mess of wedding planning. Ashley executed my vision flawlessly, adding additional perfect touches along the way.

ar as perfect. We purchased Ashley's "Month of Bestie" Package and began really working with her about 30 days out from our wedding. I was floored with how swiftly she took things off of my plate that late in the game and how easy she made everything! On top of that, I felt like she had been there the entire 18 months of planning right next to me! From the ceremony rehearsal, to the wedding day, and everything in between she genuinely felt like family! Almost a month later and we're still talking about how amazing Ashley is! If anything went wrong, I have no clue about it - because Ashley truly makes sure her couples enjoy their day, while also keeping everything flowing perfectly! I highly recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone!

e our wedding day so seamless and stress-free. She was extremely professional and had thought through every single detail for our wedding day. She allowed us to be relaxed and present throughout our entire wedding day. The detailed timeline she creates for the couple, families, and all the vendors was extremely helpful and ensured the day would run smoothly. She attended our venue walk through as well and really knew every single detail that we needed and wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Our beautiful wedding day would not have been possible without Ashley and her team! I have already recommended her to all of our friends and family who have recently gotten engaged.

an't thank Ashley and Elyse enough!!

ability to come in the month before my wedding and not only take over all vendor communication, but also take away so much of the stress that comes within the final month of planning was incredible. She was by far the best decision we made throughout the vendor and planning process . Her knowledge of the industry is unmatched, and she was able to carefully create thoughtful timelines through our zoom calls. From conducting our rehearsal to spending the entire day of the wedding ensuring that everything was being executed exactly as I envisioned, I truly cannot say more amazing things about Ashley and her team. They handled everything from handing out our ceremony programs, sticking our welcome sign stickers onto the mirror, setting up our audio guestbook, and so so much more. One highlight that I will always remember was when the strings to my bustle broke and Ashley and Kelsey didn’t even hesitate to get onto the ground and sew it back together for me. Their attention to detail, willingness to step in and take control made our day the most calm and seamless. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else, and truly can’t recommend them enough!

the day of the wedding. She and her assistant helped the whole day with set up, organizing deliveries, making sure schedule is kept, making sure we had all that we needed. So if you’re thinking about it, do yourself the favor of handing the stress over to Ashley Fidler. She will handle it well :)

imeline and vision of the day come to life - without feeling overly scheduled. We wanted ease and enjoyment and Ashley supported us through those goals every step of the way. On the day of, the weather was super iffy and we weren’t sure we’d be able to do the ceremony outside like we wanted but Ashley and Kelsey kept track of the weather the whole time and helped us make the final call and everything was absolutely perfect. Ashley and Kelsey were fabulous in keeping things moving throughout the whole day and we were able to be present and have a blast with our loved ones. Thank you times a million for helping us have the most magical day we could have imagined!

thing short of professional, timely, honest, communicative, kind and so much more! Ashley helped me stay cool calm and collected during the month before the big day with detailed zoom calls going over the maticulous timeline she created, reaching out to vendors on my behalf, helping me figure out solutions to little bumps here and there & so much more! On the big day, she and her team went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was perfect. It was so nice that my family and I were able to enjoy the day and not worry about all those details! I trusted Ashley a million percent to make executive decisions on my behalf knowing her experience in the industry. If you're on the fence about hiring a DOC, do it. More importantly, hire AFE!! You will NOT regret it!

g a new baby and during my medical residency, but despite the craziness in our lives she made the planning smooth and fun. Our day felt 100% genuine to our family and was as beautiful, whimsical and elegant as I dreamed. I can't recommend her highly enough! The best wedding planner we could have ever hoped for!!!

ed that we were able to enjoy our day and spend time with our family and friends. She made sure that everything ran according to plan, without us ever even noticing if we were behind schedule or if any problems came up. A week before the wedding, we had a last minute issue with our original hair vendor. Within a few hours, Ashley had found a replacement who was better than the original person we had hired and was within our budget. We couldn't have been happier that Ashley was part of our special day and we highly recommend her to anyone going through the wedding planning process!

a moment of bride panic and took time out of her day to help me solve an issue with other vendors. Highly highly highly recommend!

could relax and be stress-free. Our wedding weekend was no easy task...we had 2 300+ guest events that merged both South Asian and Cuban traditions along with American customs. It also rained, meaning we had to execute plan B for everything. In short, we did not do anything by the book, and many things were very new for us as well. We were really impressed with the amount of time and effort Ashley put into understanding our vision, our cultures, and traditions and managing everything with the rain plan. I am confident that she and her team would be able to handle any type of event ranging from sizes, cultures, and types of celebrations. We hired Ashley for her month of services, but she really went above and beyond when it comes to making sure that we were well taken care of and would enjoy the events ourselves. On the wedding day, this girl was running around between two hotels, buying last-minute playing cards for the guys, and picking up our details box we left at the venue during our rehearsal. Additionally, in the week leading up to the wedding weekend, she made herself available to me, the groom, and my mom just to iron out questions or get rid of any last-minute worries. It truly felt like we had known for much longer than we had and she became an integral part of our wedding party! Her team brought so much positive energy and organization day of that everyone enjoyed the getting ready process. Not to mention the hundreds of pictures that her team took behind the scenes which was such a lovely surprise to wake up to after the wedding given that nobody was on their phone the entire weekend. As someone who loves to plan and think about every detail, I was initially on the fence about hiring a month of coordinator (especially because our venue has a great venue coordinating team), but I am so glad that we did and that we hired AFE. I would recommend Ashley and her team to anyone looking for a wedding planner!

nd times that worked well for us. On the day I honestly am not sure what I would have done without them. There were multiple moments that would have totally stressed me out (my bustle broke before dancing, it was drizzling before the ceremony, etc.) and Ashley swooped right in to save the day each time before I had a chance to panic. I was initially hesitant to hire a planner, but in hindsight it was the best vendor decision I made. THANK YOU!

a Day of Coordinator to make things easier for us on our wedding day. Ashley was the last person I spoke to, and I immediately knew she was our girl. After an hour conversation (that was only supposed to be 30min), I immediately felt great about having her along the ride with us. When Ashley was tapped in around 30d before the wedding and immediately was in control. She rallied all of our vendors, solved any issues that came up, wrote the most kickass timelines, and served as a sounding board for whatever I needed (even if was just to vent). Within 10 days, she had basically put together the entire timeline for our day and communicated it to our vendors...she was asking questions I didn't even know to ask. Iconic. Fast forward to wedding weekend- when I say she's the HBIC, I mean it. My family kept saying she had "cool teacher energy"; she was direct but kind, keeping everyone in line while still having a blast and keeping a smile on everyone's face. The day of the wedding ended up having crummy weather and she was QUICK to adjust the plans without stressing us out, moving tables around to accommodate our food truck serving inside the tent (not originally the plan) and adjusting elements to bring cocktail hour inside. Throughout the wedding she was fun, caring, and beyond thoughtful. There was even a little bit of time during the reception where I was a bit overwhelmed and went inside the house to sit for a little. Ashley was there, gave me water, took pictures of my new husband and I, and just chatted with us until we were ready to join the party again. She was simply the best. Looking back on the day, I am so grateful for Ashley because she allowed me to have the calmest, most fun day ever. I am a chronic stressball and was able to relax and enjoy! Hiring Ashley means choosing joy + peace + fun for your wedding day. We'd do it all over again with her in a heartbeat!

g of a certain age (56), when my future DIL said they hired a "day of wedding coordinator" I had no idea what that really meant or even "is that really even needed??" Well, I have to tell you in all honesty, YES,YES,YES!!! It was very much needed and I can't imagine having had the day we had without Ashley!! Her insight, vision, support and professionalism was simply outstanding!! Ashley was with us the night of the rehearsal and ALL DAY the day of the wedding. It was like having a guardian angel who would just swoop in and provide assistance or support....sometimes assistance you didn't even know you needed but she did! She worked tirelessly- making tea for the bride as it was pretty darn cold, having umbrellas if needed as there was a chance of rain, running the wedding rings and my son's tie back and forth to the house where the girls were getting ready so the photographer could capture some fun detail pics. The list goes on and on and on. She was the first to arrive and the last to leave and ensured a smooth and fun filled day all around. All of the vendors spoke so highly of her as well which was just wonderful to hear and experience. We can't thank Ashley enough for making the day special to all of us!

help, but I’m so happy my mom convinced me otherwise. Sure, I could tackle most of the planning ahead of time, but who was going to be there day-of to make sure everything was executed according to plan? I ended up thinking about it this way: we wouldn't drive our car without insurance, why would my husband and I invest as much (if not much more) into an important event without giving ourselves that same insurance that it would go well? Ashley was our insurance, and our safe driver :) Though my husband and I planned most of the wedding details ourselves, Ashley jumped in month-of to make sure all those details came together into one perfectly executed day. Wedding week was a breeze because she put together the timeline, communicated, and confirmed with all of my vendors. By the time our family was in town, all we had to do was host and enjoy. When a few things inevitably didn’t go to plan during our reception and we fell behind on our timeline, Ashley quickly and proactively coordinated with each of our vendors to extend the evening by a half hour so our guests had plenty of time to enjoy the party. In addition to every positive thing that has been said about her in other reviews, I’ll repeat that she’s someone you’ll want to have by your side on your day. She’s fun, she gets it, she takes awesome BTS pics, she’s responsive and anticipates needs. Example - I actually found her in the bridal suite threading a needle just in case my maid of honor wanted help fixing a rip in her dress from the dance floor. She’s on top of it, and she's the best!

nd passionate about her work. She makes you feel like your wedding is the most important day of not only your life, but her biggest priority. I seriously cannot praise Ashley enough! If you are looking for an amazing planner and a brand new friend, hire her! She’s AMAZING!

ave said, I’ll explain why you should prioritize a coordinator and, specifically, choose Ashley. My husband and I hired Ashley for our wedding in October of 2022. A month before the wedding, we started exchanging all the vendor information and details we wanted to include on our wedding day. The timeline Ashley put together was detailed, precise, and included events I hadn’t even considered. She managed the rehearsal expertly (at which point all our family and friends fell in love with her and remarked how wonderful she was to expertly handle and organize that many people). Now the most important bit: the day of the wedding, my husband and I had absolutely nothing to do. We had no tasks to take care of or people with which to coordinate. We simply were told where to go according to the timeline. Ashley handled set-up, last minute vendor payments, a private drinks&apps space after our ceremony, coordinated all the reception events (cake cutting, dances, etc.). After the event, she packed up all our decor and gifts, let’s us know about the leftovers in the kitchen if we wanted to grab some the next day, and sent us all the candid photos she had taken during the day (a nice sneak peek before our photographer had a chance to send some pics). Please listen when I say: prioritize a coordinator and I encourage you to have Ashley on your vendor team. If I had to do everything again and I only had the budget to choose between Ashley and flowers, or Ashley and a stunning venue, or Ashley and a more expensive wedding dress- I would happily choose Ashley every time.

ves easier, and always had an answer for our questions. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to her dedication and knowledge, and I cannot recommend her services enough! Thank you Ashley!

"day of" planner. I relaxed the moment we hired her a year ago. We just really needed to guide us along the way, answer any questions we had, and be there on the day of the wedding. Ashley is a lovely person who is easy to get along with. Over the past year she has answered countless emails, we've had phone meetings, zoom meetings and in person meetings. She is full of good advice and really put us at rest. She helped out at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding Ashley took care of all the details we didn't want to be bothered with such as confirming with vendors before the wedding, setting up a greenery wall, calling to see where our late transportation van was, placing decorative items we had brought where they belonged, making sure everyone was where they should be, AND cleaning up at the end of the night. She really felt like a friend who was there to make our daughter's wedding the best event it could be. And it was! Thank you Ashley for all you have done. We were so lucky to have found you!

also important that my husband and I could enjoy the wedding while still hosting it. I cannot say enough about the work Ashley put in from the moment she arrived in the morning until she left in the evening. The coordination of the guests, ceremony, food, music, flowers, servers, decorations ... was flawless!!!

fortable and prepared. She put together our day-of timeline, which was a huge help, and proactively contacted our vendors to get their input and answer any questions. On our wedding day, she met us at the hotel in the morning to make sure we were all set, then flawlessly coordinated all of the vendor arrivals and set-ups. She even ran a last-minute ceremony rehearsal for our wedding party. We unfortunately had an unexpected medical emergency during the wedding, and Ashley handled it like a true professional. Completely calm, positive and organized, she helped coordinate everything to get the party back on track, and she even worked with our vendors to extend our reception time to allow us to celebrate longer. She truly went above and beyond to help on our wedding day and we could not be more grateful. We can't recommend Ashley highly enough!!

ils were correct, and even posed questions for me about details I hadn’t even thought about! All to make sure our day ended up absolutely perfect. I always felt like I was in great hands with her and our day ended up nothing short of amazing thanks to her hard work. It was such a relief to not have to worry about anything leading up to our big day because we knew Ashley had it all under control. I genuinely felt the attention Ashley paid to us and our wedding was the same effort and attention she would put into her own day! She is so responsive, professional, diligent, and above all fun to work with!

ortable - she was super accommodating and willing to tailor her efforts to suit our specific panning needs. Ashley is extremely present, thoughtful and organized. She worked really hard to help us solidify our wedding vision and was a consistent voice of reason throughout the process. We learned so much from Ashley and we're so glad she was with us in the early stages of this adventure. Highly recommend!
