I hadn’t even thought about! All to make sure our day ended up absolutely perfect. I always felt like I was in great hands with her and our day ended up nothing short of amazing thanks to her hard work. It was such a relief to not have to worry about anything leading up to our big day because we knew Ashley had it all under control. I genuinely felt the attention Ashley paid to us and our wedding was the same effort and attention she would put into her own day! She is so responsive, professional, diligent, and above all fun to work with!

nning in the last few months leading up to the wedding, and what we got was someone who kept us calm, happy, and organized during what would otherwise have been the most stressful part. From our first meeting, where she gave us a 5-page checklist to help us fill in the gaps of our planning, we knew we had made the right choice. In the weeks ahead of the wedding, she called all of our vendors just to introduce herself and take the communication off of us, and on the morning of the wedding, she even grabbed extra umbrellas from her house just in case it was going to rain. She thought of everything and was so, so kind each step of the way. Ashley is everything you would expect in a wedding planner— organized, proactive, kind, helpful— but what we loved the most was how fun she was to work with. She felt like a friend— the most organized and thoughtful friend you could imagine. So much of what went right with our wedding day was because of Ashley, and I’ve been recommending her to literally anyone who will stand still long enough to listen to me.

She managed all the vendors and people associated with the wedding planning (DJ, caterer, bakery, Pastor, hairstylist) by contacting them two weeks before the wedding and taking over the coordination at that point. We also had a few calls prior to that and she walked me through all the remaining steps I needed to take to finish planning my wedding. Our Church was in the middle of the city with no parking and the reception space was being used for another event the morning before our 5pm wedding, so Ashley managed getting everything ready in a short span of time with multiple restrictions. Since we were limited with setup and break-down time, Ashley requested (before we signed our contract) to hire two additional helpers for the evening, and that worked out really well. All we had to do was provide the vendor info and explain how we wanted things set up—after that, we only had to show up to the wedding and Ashley and her helpers took care of everything. Before the ceremony, my dress clasp broke and Ashley had the needle and thread ready go, crisis averted. After the ceremony, she appeared whenever she saw I needed help - fixing my bustles, taking my bouquet to set aside for me, communicating with the DJ when we wanted to do the bouquet toss early, etc. My mom was also thrilled with Ashley's help. My mom had planned elaborate favors (we had a loose-leaf tea bar where you could blend your own tea and grab honey sticks and tea sachels) and I had very specific table decorations that I worked on, and when we showed up to the Church, Ashley had all of it under control and set up how we asked. We didn't need to worry about anything! At the end of the night, I was able to leave the Church knowing Ashley and her helpers were there to finish breaking down the space and cleaning up, and I was able to enjoy my after-party with no concerns. I should also mention that Ashley was a calm and positive presence throughout the whole process. I could not recommend her enough!

nly regret was not hiring Ashley sooner. She made everything feel lighter, less stressful and kept me organized before the big day. She has a real talent for this business and knows so many vendors, event spaces and most importantly, she knows how to keep things moving and running smoothly when you're focused on getting married. Plus, she somehow does it all with a smile and warmth. She really makes the day feel magical and takes all the chaos out of it. Ashley is truly the funniest person and she loves what she does. You will never feel like you're bothering her or being a pain--she feels like your best friend who just happens to be planning your wedding. If you don't think you'll need a planner/ day of person...you're wrong. It is the best money you will ever spend and then some. Promise.

r. I can't stress enough how valuable Ashley was to the entire process leading up too and on the day of our day. She came through and walked the backyard months beforehand so we could discuss my 'vision' and help offer so many ideas to make it happen. She works with all your vendors beforehand and on site and provided such well organized timelines. She orchestrated the rehersal and was so professional and fun throughout it all. I attribute so much of the success of my day to Ashley and I am so grateful to have worked with her. My wedding was an absolute dream and I know she will continue to find great sucess in her work. nts' backyard. We were so impressed with Ashley during the first go around, that we reached out to her to help us plan our new event. We could not have been more impressed with Ashley! She was absolutely amazing and when I say we could not have done it without her, we truly could not have. My parents said they felt like a guest in their own home. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us to organize everything to make sure we had it all in order. She kept me calm when I needed it most and was a voice of sanity when I was at my breaking points. On the day of the wedding, she arrived at my parents' home first thing in the morning and absolutely transformed our reception tent and cocktail hour area; it looked like a true wedding reception and not just a backyard wedding. She executed the vision I didn't even know I had! She was there until the very end and cleaned up, which was vital the next morning when everyone was moving a bit slow and in no mood to be cleaning. It should also be noted, Ashley was the ultimate hype girl and comrade for me the day of the wedding. She kept me calm as I was about to walk down the aisle, ensured my lipstick was applied perfectly all night, kept me hydrated with water and prosecco and well fed, bustled my dress, took my hair down for me at the end of the night...the list could truly go on and on. Ashley was a vital part in making our wedding day truly the BEST. DAY. EVER. If this is what you are looking for, then hiring Ashley in a MUST. No corners will be cut and I can promise you, you will not regret it!
