Ahead of our wedding she supported us along the journey, demonstrating absolute expertise and staying on top of numerous details & custom elements that made our day truly unique to us. On the day of, she was incomparable, executing everything perfectly & helping us and all of our guests in her charming, calming manner. It freed us up to have a blast on the best night of our lives. Hiring Ashley was the best decision we made for our wedding, and beyond that she is an AWESOME person! :)

Ashley was, honestly, *perfect* as a day-of coordinator. Way before the wedding date, we knew she was on top of things and ready to go. She asked all the right questions when we meet for our itinerary meeting, helping us think through things we hadn't considered (bc, you know, we had never gotten married before. But Ashley knew the drill!). Ashley was always super friendly and pleasant to work with, and always on-task. She made suggestions, fielded questions, etc. She even had a sewing kit and sewed my bustle during the wedding after it broke. And, she helped organize and pack up everything at the end of the night. Truly, she was a gem!

Ashley is amazing!! We are super happy about our decision to go with her as our day of coordinator. She took care of everything! We met with her a few times before the wedding so that she could figure out what we wanted. She then created a detailed timeline for the wedding helping us make decisions on the timing for vendor deliveries, the best floorplan, and so much more than we even knew about before meeting with her. She was the main contact for all of our vendors, our family and our wedding party. The actual day of the wedding everything went very smoothly. A few issues came up, but she handled them effortlessly. She ensured that everything ran perfectly and on schedule. She has such a positive personality, it was so great to work with her. Our wedding was perfect and she made it so that we could just enjoy it.

Ashley created the most insanely beautiful wedding design OF ALL TIME (I know I'm biased but still). She decked out the Greenpoint Loft in hundreds of handmade colorful pom poms that hung suspended above us like a magical wonderland of confetti. Not only did she deliver on a one-of-a-kind design, she was also incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional to work with. Every single person who came to our wedding had something to say about the pom poms, thanks to Ashley's genius. She elevated our entire event to a coolness that goes way beyond what we deserve. We could not be happier about our decision to hire Ashley. We used her day-of services but she was ON IT for the full month leading up to our wedding and completely saved by sanity, since up to that point I had been planning everything myself. It was so helpful to have someone else handle all the little details and coordinate everything in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. She handled e v e r y t h i n g, from making sure we ate and drank water during the day, to wrangling family members for photos, to making sure we got the sunset photo we wanted, to ensuring we got to try all our cocktail hour food, to probably a zillion other things I don't even know about because she handled them so flawlessly. Even if you've been doing most of the planning yourself and generally like to be in control, hire her. She's worth every penny!

Ashley was a god send. We used her day of coordination services but she went above and beyond. She helped us figure out small details in the run up to the wedding and executed the event flawlessly. We couldn't recommend Ashley more highly.

Hiring Ashley is the best decision you can make for your wedding. My husband and I booked a few of our bigger vendors and came to a point where we had no clue what to do. Cue Ashley. We hired her for wedding coaching, as well as for day of coordination. Each month we met with Ashley for an hour (or more if we necessary) and she laid out everything we needed to get done before the next time we met. After our meetings she would email us meeting notes with homework to keep us on track. She answered any and all questions we had, and she recommended vendors within our budget. At our first meeting, she reviewed everything we had already booked and created an entire spreadsheet with vendors and a budget (which we unfortunately did not create for ourselves). I definitely recommend booking Ashley as far before the wedding as you can because she will make your life a breeze! My husband and I live in CT so she was very flexible in scheduling time to meet with us on weekends or through Skype. In between our meetings she was also quick to respond to any questions we had. As the wedding got closer, she created a timeline for the day of and sent it to all of our vendors and our bridal party. Our day could not have gone smoother thanks to Ashley. We did not have to worry about a thing in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was prepared for anything and everything with a bag full of any emergency items you may need (safety pins, scissors, etc.). She took the time to bustle my dress for me which was extremely tedious, and helped my grandma (who uses a walker and is not the friendliest) during family portraits. And to put the cherry on top, I collect rubber ducks and she got all of our vendors to sign rubber duckies that she gifted to us at the end of the night. I could not have asked for a better coordinator and there is no doubt in my mind that our day turned out so perfect thanks to Ashley.

We hired Ashley for our day-of coordination and it was the smartest decision we made for our wedding day. She was SO efficient and SO easy to work with. She made the stresses leading up to the wedding melt away. Not only was she in contact with us (the couple), she was in direct contact with our families and wedding party, so that we could relax during the week leading up. We truly got to enjoy every moment of our wedding day, with no stresses or responsibilities for the bride and groom. The best part about it all - at the end of the night, we got to walk out with our guests to head to the afterparty. Everything had already been taken care of and there were 0 questions for us! Ashley made every ounce of fear and anxiety about planning my dream wedding disappear. I didn't think a cocktail style reception for 225 people in Brooklyn, NY was a recipe for success, but I can't say how happy we were, and our guests were...thanks to Ashley and her team. The day was flawless and so amazing. She is so organized, and experienced. All grounds were covered, and her ideas and suggestions were spot on for our celebration. The most comforting thing to know about Ashley's experience was that she has worked with most of our vendors before. Big win! I commend her highly for all that she takes on, she is simply the right woman for the job!

Ashley was just incredible. I'm a total control freak who trusts no one but from our first meeting, I could tell that Ashley would pay attention to every detail and get it right—and she did. She was a perfect mix of being on top of things while still being relaxed and funny. She contacted vendors the week leading into the wedding (which was super helpful to not have to do that the week of our wedding) and she handled all of the little things that happen the day of your wedding like a pro (she even had our wedding party and family members on a group text, wrangling them all to get where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be—which was essential). Even though our wedding was small (75 people), she brought an assistant, which tells you just how much she wants to make sure everything went off perfectly. We'd recommend her 1000x over.

Ashley is not only knowledgeable but very responsive and thorough during the planning process. She goes above and beyond the day of the event to make the day run smoothly. She certainly kept me on my toes and together we executed a flawless event . There isn't much that hasn't already been said about Ashley, and we completely agree with all of it. Every glowing review is 100% accurate. At our very first meeting, it was clear that Ashley hears you. She really listens. But she'll also (gently and tactfully) redirect you if and when you need it—which we definitely did. She's unbelievably reliable and hardworking. Ashley is on. top. of. it...even things you never even thought of. She's EVERYTHING you could possibly want in a day-of coordinator/planner: organized, efficient, calming, in control. And she's also everything you could possibly want in a human: smart, fun, witty, easy to get along with. She's truly exceptional. If we got remarried 100 times, we'd want her helming each and every wedding.

My husband and I met Ashley over a year before our wedding. She supported and inspired us for the entire journey of planning our dream wedding. Ashley is the reason our big day went off without a hitch. A number of friends had told us that no matter how much planning they put into their wedding, some things inevitably go wrong. But with Ashley at the helm, there were ZERO problems. NONE! The whole day ran so smoothly. We opted for the package where we could meet with Ashley once a month to help guide us through what we should be doing, buying, hiring, thinking about, etc. so that everything was in order by the time our wedding day arrived. It was also great because by the time the month of our wedding came around, she knew all of our plans and vendors, so that made it easier as well. On the big day Ashley made sure everything happened on time, the way it was supposed to. She dealt with all of our vendors so that we could just enjoy the night. She also made sure that at the end of the night all of our personal decor items and gifts were packed up and ready for us to take home - we didn't have to run around wondering if we had everything. Beyond being a stand out wedding coordinator, Ashley is also an amazing person. Fun, easy going, has great ideas, easy to communicate with and is someone you will probably end up calling a friend. If you're considering hiring her, DO IT! I couldn't imagine having thrown our wedding without her.

Ashley is AMAZING. She was able to maintain a jovial and fun attitude throughout every step of the process that so easily could have been stressful. Her insight was invaluable- she helped guide us through planning and executing our wedding and reception expertly and with an unbelievable amount of patience. Ashley made our big day an absolute breeze and, perhaps more importantly, took a huge amount of pressure off us leading into the wedding. I could not recommend her more highly. Do yourself a favor and get her involved as early as possible!

I'm not a religious man, but I suspect that Ashley was put on this planet to make your wedding awesome. We used her as a day-of planner, but that's selling her waaaay short. She was involved in all the ways we wanted, and a bunch of other ways that we didn't even *know* we wanted but that turned out to be indispensable. Aside from perfectly planning out the timeline of the entire day to the smallest detail, she corralled all of our different vendors and rentals and got them sorted with minimal work on our part, and she kept the whole show running smoothly. She's incredibly thorough, but never in a way that even approached within 100 miles of "nuisance." She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I wish I could have captured video testimonials from all the different people who complimented her handling of things throughout the day. She handled some, ahem, strong personalities with incredible deftness and humor, and my wife and I could not stop saying "thank god for Ashley." And personally, the best review I can give her is this: she never, ever added any stress to either the planning or the wedding itself. She only took it away, by great big heaping truckfuls. Your wedding is in great hands with her.

Ashley is simply phenomenal. We hired her to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding and right from the the start she proved invaluable. Our first meeting she walked through our timeline with us and illuminated all the little things we hadn't even thought of yet, and then she was ready for them. By the time we got to the day, we literally had nothing to do other than get married, which was perfect. All the vendors, the space, even the wedding crashers she flawlessly handled. She even made sure that when we ran out of bourbon, more bottles arrived and no one even noticed the hiccup. The next morning she sent us an email detailing what items were ready to picked up from the venue (which were very neatly packed and good to go). Not only was Ashley extraordinarily good at her job, she was also a great person. Very friendly, super cool. I cannot recommend Ashley enough. Easily the best money we spent on our wedding.

Ashley absolutely saved the day for us. We'd been trying to avoid hiring a coordinator, but a few weeks out from the wedding we found out we had to move everything to a new location - luckily for us Ashley was still available. She hit the ground running, helping us think through all the small (and big) decisions that factor into the day - and once we made a decision, we could relax in the knowledge that Ashley would make it happen. All of our other vendors were marvelous about the change of venue - but having Ashley on hand as a point person made the switch easier for everyone. Day-of, everything was in place, everything looked great, the dance floor was packed, the speeches were on time, and as far as we can tell our guests had as much fun as we did. In the days and weeks following the wedding we got a ton of kind words about how seamlessly the evening went, and those compliments are a testament to Ashley's tremendous knowledge and her unflappable charm and guidance.

Working with Ashley was literally the best decision we made (other than choosing each other, of course). Ashley was our day-of coordinator at the Greenpoint Loft, and I literally cannot imagine doing this without her. At our initial meeting, even before we'd decided to work together, she had a ton of ideas and suggestions for vendors and next steps. Later, at our big pre-wedding meeting, she sat with us and talked us through an incredibly detailed timeline that told us minute-by-minute where everyone should be and what they were doing. She made sure to follow up with vendors and family members to make sure they were looped in. All of this was invaluable. On the day of, Ashley texted us reminders about key parts of the timeline while she coordinated at the venue. During the event she was...I swear, ACTUALLY magic. Everything went like clockwork, and my new husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing. From helping our officiant figure out how to fill out the marriage license to turning off the little lights inside of the mason jars so we could pack them up at the end of the night, Ashley problem solved in real time so we didn't have to worry about it. I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough.

Ashley helped us with partial coordinating leading up to the big day, and she was also our AMAZING day-of coordinator. This lady is a BOSS, she is professional, has fantastic taste and sensibilities, and above all...she makes you feel confident that she'll keep your wedding day right on track and running smoothly! HIGHLY recommend Ashley for this critically important role at your wedding. She's nothing short of awesome.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO WITH ASHLEY! Hiring Ashley for design consultation and as our day of coordinator is hands down that best decision we made during our wedding planning. Sofia and I knew that Ashley was the one for us from the very first phone call. She pulled off a fantastic same-sex, multi-cultural wedding and managed to incorporate both our tastes and visions beautifully. She made our wedding such a day to remember that our friends and family are already asking when the vow renewal will be. Don't look any further. Ashley is who you need! We hired Ashley as our Day-Of Coordinator 'plus' - the plus involved one meeting a month to keep us on track. If you've read the other reviews, I agree with all the great things that were said about her. What I will add is that she has a great, even temperament, good sense of humor, is incredibly knowledgeable and has so much experience, that you can ask her anything and get a completely helpful answer. She quickly "got" us as a couple and was able to tailor her suggestions to fit us and always left space for us to go our own way. She has one of those event planning brains, is insanely organized, and made our day run so smoothly, you'd think there was no effort put into it at all. My husband and I are both planners and never usually turn "control' over to others, but neither of us gave a second thought to any detail that day because we had no doubt that Ashley had everything well in hand. (and we were absolutely correct) It would almost be worth it to get married again just to have an excuse to have this woman in our lives!! Thank you for everything Ashley!

We got married in October and used Ashley's Month Of Coordinator services. I can not overstate how amazing Ashley was. HIGHLY recommend. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a single thing (and neither did my mother, which was equally as important to me). Ashley has such a great personality, and was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure everyone knew their roles, the venue was set up, and that our timeline was executed perfectly. Guests after the wedding commented on how great the "flow" of the wedding was, and so much of that was all thanks to Ashley. Ashley was our Day of Coordinator and she was amazing! We interviewed several different planners and went with Ashley because she was super professional but friendly, and some of our other vendors had worked with her before and had great things to say. Leading up to our wedding Ashley answered a lot of our questions and kept us on track, and our big meeting before the wedding helped us get organized and focused on what needed to get done. The Day Of she was incredible, always anticipating what we needed before we realized, answering all the bridal party and parents questions with definitive answers (in a nice way), and keeping us fully on schedule without us even realizing it, so my fiance and I could really enjoy every minute of our wedding. Would definitely recommend Ashley for anyone that is looking into a Day of/Partial/Full Planner, she was a pro and we are SO happy we worked with her!

Life-Saver! It says a lot when, on such a big day as your wedding, you can put your trust in someone to make everything happen. From our first meeting I knew Ashley would be on top of it all. I seriously couldn't be happier with her attention to detail, managing all of our different vendors and producing such a seamless and fun event. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped to make our celebration even more fun, not to mention her fun, warm and calm presence. Me and my husband are SO HAPPY we got Ashley as a day of Planner. If not for her I think all of us would have been lost in a daze during our day. She met with us a month out twice, sat with us for hours to get our timeline coordinated, coordinated with all vendors and the bridal and groom party letting them know when and where they should be so I didn't have too, - helped remind of us of things we needed/forgot with a list of personal items to bring for our day. She helped set up all of our decor, provided us tools to help coordinate our seating chart. Most of all she kept everyone on time day of, she helped all of us walk down the isle appropriately, and even smoothed out discrepancy's with the priest since it was a Catholic wedding. She kept me and my husband, and everyone at the wedding, informed on what was happening next and where we should be without being pushy, she would guide people to their seats, she reminded the people who needed to do speeches they were up next etc etc She stayed until the last vendor was left (well after we had gone) and helped take everything down and payed out all our vendors so we didn't have to. She was so nice and in such a positive mood that I think she even made me less anxious before I walked down the isle- she was so confident that I didn't worry about anything. I would recommend her a hundred times over, as there are probably things she did to help us we don't even know about. She is such a beam of joy and I really don't know what we would've done without her! Thank you Ashley!!!

Hiring Ashley as design consultant and day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for our wedding. She was a delight to work with every step of the way. As design consultant she helped us turn our vague ideas about what we might like into our ideal wedding. At first I was skeptical about whether we really needed a design consultant because I didn't think it would be necessary for the simpler, smaller (80 guests) wedding we were picturing. But her guidance made an enormous difference in what we were able to accomplish and reduced our stress considerably. She also had a ton of great suggestions and insider knowledge that probably saved us more money than we paid her. As day of coordinator she pulled everything together leading up to the day and then did amazing work making sure everything went smoothly day of. We really got to enjoy our wedding without worrying because we knew she was on top of everything. In the end, we had a wedding that was better than we even hoped for (and, somewhat surprisingly, stayed within our budget). Thanks Ashley!

Ashley delivers 100% on all the normal things you'd expect of a wedding planner: she's reliable, communicative, detail-oriented, experienced, and is calm and collected in the face of utter chaos. What made her the perfect planner for us was that she went above and beyond the basics that any other planner could have provided: she was charming, funny, had an individual sense of style, and not only was she completely non-judgmental about our oddball non-traditional ideas, she was completely supportive and PUMPED about them. Ashley completely understood what we were going for and was full of helpful tips and suggestions to help us achieve our own individual event. Although I'm sure she was extraordinarily busy with the NYC summer wedding season in full swing, her patience and attention when we e-mailed or talked to her made us feel like we were her only client. All of our family and friends LOVED her and kept remarking to us on how sweet and hardworking she was. We'd recommend her services to friends or strangers in a heartbeat.

Ashley is truly AMAZING! From our first meeting until the big day she consistently impressed us. She is so incredibly organized and creative. She kept every detail on track and helped create a design that felt too good to be true. She created the most beautiful custom dreamcatchers, chandelier and pillows. I'm convinced there is nothing she can't make happen. She has so much knowledge and experience that it was well worth the investment. She can also help with recommending the absolutely BEST vendors. She really helped bring our dream wedding to life. We could not have done it without her. I definitely recommend putting your wedding plans in her highly capable hands!

While planning our wedding, a friend suggested we hire a planner, but I didn’t think it would be necessary since our wedding was going to be small (70 people). I am glad I took that advice and found Ashley! There are so many moving parts and logistics to figure out – and having someone assist and handle issues allowed us to just enjoy the day and not worry. Just before walking down the aisle, the clip to my veil fell off – Ashley had a sewing kit handy and put it back on in a pinch. Totally saved the moment! We held our wedding (ceremony/reception) in lower Manhattan at a venue that has not done many weddings. Ashley was able to bridge the gap and everything went super smooth. Ashley is terrific! She is super organized, thorough and professional. She had lots of questions/recommendations/details for us to consider leading up to the day and was a great sounding-board. She also has a network of vendors of which we used a few and they were also great. If you are considering using a coordinator – you should just do it and hire her. This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Working with Ashley for our wedding was by far the best decision we made. We hired Ashley as our Day of Coordinator--she helped us build out our floor plan & seating charts, managed all of our vendors and ran our wedding day flawlessly. Everyone in our wedding party was so impressed with her & her personality--she was just so fantastic from the day we hired her to the end of the night. We would VERY HIGHLY recommend for your wedding/event!

My wife and I went headstrong into our wedding thinking we could handle the majority of it ourselves. It was quite a daunting task, but Ashley stepped in ready to take the complete load off our shoulders. She was 100% trustworthy in making absolutely everything that we had dreamed of happen, and she did it with such a wonderful and bubbly attitude that we felt safe. We felt like our wedding vision was a bit different than everybody else's, but Ashley is such an amoeba that she can morph into any sort of task rabbit that you may need her to be. Planning this wedding was incredibly stressful, but Ashley made it the best night of our lives, and we were so very thankful to have her be a part of it. She's such a special person that makes everything organized and smooth, and does it all with a huge and genuine smile on her face.

My husband and I were married 5 years ago at City Hall, so for our fifth anniversary we decided to have a larger wedding that would incorporate the traditions, families, and friends that we were unable to include the first time. Accordingly, we were trying to keep costs low, but it quickly became apparent to us that we would need an additional hand -- especially as our wedding would incorporate 2 venues, and the reception venue didn't have an in-house event planner. Enter Ashley. Recommended to us by a friend in the industry, Ashley was an immediate fit with our wedding planning, understanding exactly what we were setting out to do. She understood our priorities and goals, and worked tirelessly to make sure we accomplished them. She was tough and firm with us when she needed to be, and a reassuring presence when we needed as well. Leading up to the wedding, we had several in-depth meetings where we talked through some of the issues we were facing with the somewhat-challenging space we had, and also collaborated on a number of Google Docs, which kept us organized and all on the same page. The timing of our wedding meant that we were unable to help set up the reception venue as everyone would be at the ceremony. Ashley handled the venue set-up with aplomb, making creative decisions where needed. It was wonderful to walk into the space with everything as we'd imagined it, and then spend the next few hours without having to worry about a thing. Ashley even managed to squeeze in some additional dancing time for us through her and our caterer's efficiency. Ashley was a fantastic day-of coordinator, and, on top of all that, very reasonably priced, especially given the peace of mind that we got for it!

We cannot thank Ashley enough for all of the hard work, creativity, and good cheer she put into making our wedding spectacular! It was the most amazing night, better than we could have ever imagined. We had germs of ideas of what we liked and wanted that Ashley turned into a fully bloomed vision—both through her own ingenuity and through the many marvelous vendors she recommended to us along the way. Her sense of humor and calm made everything easier. And on the night of the ceremony, Ashley saw to it that we enjoyed our own wedding—which we did!

Ashley was absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. We hired her to be our day of coordinator, and, with her guidance and support, we were able to see our wedding come to life with relatively little stress and with lots of creativity on her end. Ashley helped us with the non-sexy logistics like day of timeline planning, and she did it with excitement. She also helped us put the look and feel of the day into a real decor plan and she even crafted original decor items for the wedding. She wrangled our vendors with ease and respect, and she allowed us to focus 110% on the day of. We had total confidence in her and knew everything would go smoothly. We had so much fun planning with Ashley and would recommend her to absolutely anyone!

Ashley was a great planner and coordinator and such a joy to work with. She kept us all organized and balanced excitement and professionalism. She fit right in at our wedding and was both there for us and never in the way. Also, we did everything really last minute (we basically planned the event in two months), and Ashley was flexible with our needs and our timeframe. I would definitely recommend her!

The best thing about Ashley is amidst the whirlwind of wedding planning she always remains calm, collected, and capable. Her happiness was contagious and made everything so exciting. And she genuinely loves what she does, it shows not only on her face but in the little flourishes she brings with her to the table. We had a very DIY wedding with lots of elements that all had to come together for the day of, and Ashley brought it all together without a hitch. She made the day flow so magically, knowing exactly when each moment should happen down to the minute. We felt like we were in the best hands possible with her and you will too! The best thing to feel on your wedding day is like you don't have to lift a finger or do any work and Ashley did just this, allowing us to focus on the celebration while she turned the gears in the background.

Everything said in the previous reviews is true! Really cannot say enough good things about our experience with Ashley. She was our Day Of Planner this September, and went above and beyond every step of the way. Our wedding had the potential for some logistical issues, as it was in a venue upstate with no equipment, furniture, or decorations, and vendors coming from all over the place, but everything went so smoothly! Ashley arrived on Friday evening and stayed through Sunday afternoon, renting a car and hiring a wonderful assistant, helping with the rehearsal dinner and the morning after brunch...she even drove up with us the week before for a site visit. She was totally on point dealing with all the big aspects of the day, and also super happy to help with the little details (like two outfit changes for our dog...he looked amaaaaazing!). My daughter hired Ashley for our 'day of coordinator'. I had never heard of anyone doing this before and thought perhaps this was an unnecessary expense. Boy was I wrong! As the mother of the Bride, I cannot express how invaluable Ashley was! She orchastrated everything, kept everyone on cue without being obtrusive. Ashley was terrific - calm, cool and so easy to work with. Her professionalism, experience, and passion for her work are obvious. She took on working through the order of the different Jewish rituals/traditions with ease, made sure the "little" day- of details (that we didnt think about!) were organized to a T, and ensured all the gifts, etc got back with us safely. She was an all around perfect day of planner - and allowed not only us, but also our family members to just celebrate, relax and enjoy the day. Couldnt have asked for better. ;)

Ashley was amazing and indispensable in making our wedding at the Green Building in Brooklyn exactly the day we hoped it would be. She is warm and fun, but most importantly, she is super-organized and took a lot of the stress out of the final weeks of planning by composing a detailed timeline of the day, contacting our family and vendors, and making sure all of the little, last-minute details were addressed. She's a great problem-solver, and while nothing even close to major went wrong during our wedding, Ashley was on-the-ball in tackling a couple of minor twists that popped up, just as we knew she would. Ashley is absolutely amazing. We used her for day-of coordination (month-of), and we came to the table with a lot of ideas. She walked us through everything and knew exactly how to help us make our ideas into a reality. She's highly organized and professional, and it is clear that she knows what she's doing. When our musician cancelled on us a few months before our wedding she was able to pull strings and find someone who could meet our budget while still doing an awesome job. On the day of the wedding she kept us both calm, relaxed, and having fun the entire day-- from set-up to ceremony to our end-of-the-night lavender toss. Everything flowed seamlessly and effortlessly. Ashley Chamblin gave me the best wedding present of all, the ability to actually enjoy my own wedding. There are so many details involved with planning a ceremony and party like this that it causes an ever-present feeling of terror and dread. The second we hired Ashley as our day-of-coordinator, that feeling was gone. During our pre-wedding meetings, Ashley went over all the big details (schedule, vendors, etc.) with a fine-toothed comb. Then, day-of, Ashley took care of all the tiny details that I didn’t even know existed like timing our first dance to end before things got awkward and making sure my husband and I actually ate at the reception (she even took our food and drink orders the day before the wedding). Most importantly, I felt like Ashley was totally invested in making our wedding special. She made sure my grandmother’s broach made it on to my bouquet and set-up a cardboard cut-out of our dog (who couldn’t make it to wedding) by the stage. Ashley is just hands down the best! We used her day-of-coordination service and it was the best money we spent for our wedding. We would have been lost without her. Not only is she a riot (my whole family was in stitches during the rehearsal) but she's thoughtful and SUPER organized. She thinks of everything! When a sudden rainstorm threatened our outdoor ceremony, she came up with three options off the top of her head and any of them would have been gorgeous! There are seriously no words to express how awesome Ashley is! Or how incredibly grateful we are for everything that she did for us. We used Ashley for her day-of coordination service -- she took care of everything! The review below really hits the nail on the head! We met with her several times before the wedding so that she could answer questions we had (and we had quite a few), create a detailed timeline for the weekend's activities, help us decide on music for the cocktail hour, the best timing for speeches, timing for vendor deliveries, what the best floorplan would be, even the approximate time I should be getting into my dress. She was the main contact for all of our vendors, our family and our bridal party -- and our family and friends absolutely adored her! Everyone immediately noticed how awesome she was and how much she did for us. The actual day of the wedding went so smoothly, it's ridiculous! She did a phenomenal job. I walked through the front doors a couple hours before the wedding and everything was taken care of, I never lifted a finger. She ensured that everything ran perfectly on schedule. At one point, we ran out of Fireball (my friends are maniacs) and she went out and got us more -- we didn't even realize it until after the fact. One of my bridesmaids cut her foot (dancing barefoot) and Ashley was there to take care of her. She stayed until the very end of the night, helping everyone (including us) get cabs and packed us up the most amazing to-go tray of food -- I later drunkenly Instagrammed a picture of the food, tagging Ashley to tell her that I could not express how much I loved her, and that honestly describes perfectly how I feel. There is no way we could ever thank her enough for everything that she did. And she did it all with the biggest smile. She has such a vibrant, magnetic personality, it was so great to work with her. My wedding was perfect and I was able to just enjoy it -- and it was all because of Ashley (I'm seriously tearing up writing this). She just nailed it.

I don't know where to begin with my praise for Ashley and her work with Jim & me on our wedding. The wedding was perfect for us--truly one of the best days of each of our lives. I can say without a doubt that if not for Ashley, the day would have gone in any number of other directions that would certainly involve more worry and work for Jim, me, and our families, less organization, and many missed opportunities for all of the special moments that Ashley orchestrated and facilitated for us to have. We used Ashley's day-of coordinator service, not her full-on wedding planner service. At our initial meeting, she listened to Jim & me to learn what our vision for the wedding was and what we had planned as well as gave us advice on how to proceed. When the wedding date got closer, we met again for an extensive meeting to create a timeline for the wedding and put together a list of tasks and projects that we still needed to do. She filled in ALL of the gaps and questions that we had with solutions and ideas. At no point during either of these meetings did we feel rushed or anxious about whether or not we were being heard. Ashley has a calming presence that is backed up by her experience and knowledge about what it takes to coordinate a great wedding. From the time of the second meeting until the actual wedding date, Ashley was in close contact with Jim & me with questions, information, follow-ups, and reminders. She sent out her email and contact information to everyone in the wedding party and all of our vendors, so many people were in contact with her directly, leaving us free of the hassle and distractions. The evening before the wedding, Ashley attended the rehearsal being held at a friend's Manhattan apartment. She took charge of the rehearsal, making everyone feel comfortable and confident in their role in the ceremony. The day of the wedding, Ashley was there before anyone and did not stop working until everything was packed up 14+ hours later. A PARTIAL list of what Ashley did that day: led a team in assembling and hanging hundreds of feet of bistro lights from the high rafters, greeted and distributed payment and tips to all deliveries and vendors, greeted and oriented the service team of 5, supervised the floorpan and layout of tables, chairs, catering supplies, and decorations, kept the timeline of events on schedule (group photographs, ceremony procession, receiving line, cake cutting, stage show, etc.), supervised (and hands-on did!) breakdown and cleanup, packing up food and personal items, taking down and disassembling the lights and packing them up neatly, and distributed tips to vendors picking up rentals. Somehow, Ashley was also able to keep a smile on her face and be completely available to Jim & me and our families throughout the whole event. One guest told me that Ashley even walked her to the street and waited with her for the car service to come pick her up. Ashley promised that on our wedding day, we would not have a worry, that she would be the point person taking care of everything and making sure that everything ran smoothly. Honestly, we could not imagine that it would be possible for that to be true, but Ashley did not lie! We did not have a care in the world that day.
