These ladies are amazing. Willing to work with all ideas and make them shine. However, since I did not get to have my special day due to bad circumstances, I was a little disappointed with how they handled calling everything off. They cancelled all my reservations, but didn't bother to keep a promise to meet with me to work through things. I just didn't hear from them any more. That was tough, given we had spent nearly 8 months working together.

Ashley was amazing. As the mother of the bride I didn't have to worry about any of the details because I knew Ashley had my back, 100% of the way. She always came with tried and true recommendations...which were invaluable. The cost of hiring Ashley was easily the best money I ever spent. She negotiated all of our rates, never played favorites with her vendors and if she got a better rate elsewhere, she immediately took advantage of saving us every dollar she could! She more than paid for herself by passing on her discounts to us. I would highly recommend her! She was always upbeat and punctual and she helped make all of my baby girl's dreams come true xoxoxoxox

Outstanding wedding coordinator. Ashley and her amazing team executed and enhanced the wedding of my daughter's dreams. My daughter is a perfectionist and is extremely detail oriented. The morning after the wedding my daughter stated that there wasn't one thing she would have changed. My daughter and I are east coast/west coast and Ashley was in Colorado where the wedding was held. The communication and execution was flawless. The calm professional approach of Ashley and her team never wavered. I highly recommend Ashley Nicole Events...in my opinion, their fee if far below their lever of expertise.

No idea what I was doing and O was overwhelmed and stressed with all that had to be done for our wedding. Hired Ashley on the spot and she was amazing. She always went above and beyond for us and made everything SUPER easy as well as fun! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Ashley. I recommend Ashley to anyone and everyone. Ok, so here it goes ladies and gentlemen. And yes, I say gentlemen. Because this review is coming from the groom, Sean Hullender. The reason for this is for 2 reasons. One, I DID NOT want a wedding planner....at first. Two, if I left this review to my wife, you would be reading this review like a good novel. When my wife and I got engaged, I felt like this was an easy task and we could do this on our own. I have planned parties and small events in the past with ease. I mean how hard is it really to find a venue, caterer, flowers, etc??? Uhhh, I promise you....HARDER than you think. And its not really the difficulty of one versus the other. Its the whole enchilada. From families wedding expectations, to working with each vendor, to helping make both the bride and groom comfortable throughout the entire process. There is so much more to Ashley's role than what you can even come close to imagining. We will not have to do this over again i promise lol. But when we have another event or party to coordinate WE are calling Ashley. To sum this review up... We love Ashley. My wife and I, our families, and guests had a wonderful wonderful time working with her. She is truly a sweetheart, great to work with, and has a wonderful husband & daughter to boot! I hired Ashley as a month of wedding coordinator because I had my vision and I had most of my vendors, but I needed someone to help me iron out the last minute details and make all of my details come to life. She and I clicked from the first time we talked on the phone and before I even hired her, she was already helping me with ideas and recommendations. There was no question that she was the perfect person to help me with my day. Ashley is very knowledgeable and responsive. She was there for me whenever I needed her and it turned out that I REALLY needed her. About 10 days before my wedding, Ashley and I went to my wedding venue to do the final walk through and I was feeling great about what a breeze everything had been. The next day, the town my wedding was supposed to be in, (Lyons, CO) flooded and I had no place to get married. Ashley had me looking at new venues the next day and was right there for everything I needed.....even if that was just to freak out. She never once lost her cool and assured me that we would find the perfect place and my wedding would be perfect. We found a venue with one week to spare and she was right, my wedding was perfect. Any detail that I felt like I was missing, she had a back up plan for. I had my heart set on walking down and aisle of pinwheels because my original wedding was outdoors and she got me flowerpots to put my pinwheels in. She had everything covered and she never broke a sweat. I felt like she was worth her weight in gold the minute I hired her, but I can safely say that she was truly the best wedding investment we made. If I didn't have her, I know I wouldn't have been able to pull off planning a whole wedding in one week and if I did, it wouldn't have been as amazing as the wedding I had.

Ashley was such a joy to work with.... She was always on task, and set us up with the very best, out-of-this-world vendors, which helped to make our daughter's wedding a beautiful and outstanding event. Once I got engaged I knew that we wanted to dive in quickly with our wedding plans. My fiancée and I were somewhat skeptical in hiring a Wedding Planner (our thought was that we could handle this on our own) but the second I started looking at venues, I knew I needed help. I interviewed 3 planners and the second that I started talking to Ashley Summers, I knew she was the planner for me! She was the only one who really understood my style and vision for the big day. She asked valuable questions and really listened to what we wanted. As soon as we hired her she set up site tours to multiple venues and was always on top of every detail throughout the planning process. We were shocked at how much work went into planning our wedding and were SOOOO thankful we had Ashley. I highly recommend her to every friend and anyone getting married. She’s the best!

Ashley is the best. Hiring her was probably the best decision we made in the whole planning process. We were fortunate to have a friend recommend her, and we never looked back. We knew nothing at all about planning a wedding going into it--though we had both attended many weddings, and knew what we liked and did not like--but Ashley took us through it step by step. Thank goodness! She is super organized, incredibly responsive, drives a hard bargain with vendors on your behalf, and is just a pleasure to work with. She can get you a spreadsheet for pretty much every possible contingency--budget, guestlist, etc. One aspect of working with Ashley that I probably appreciated most is that Ashley will recommend vendors for you and then set up meetings with everyone so all you need to do is show up. That alone saved me so much time and stress. I'd also add that her recommended vendors are fantastic and I would not have known about them it hadn't been for Ashley. Starting immediately upon meeting you and throughout the process, Ashley takes the time to understand exactly what sort of event you are looking to throw to ensure that your wedding is what you want it to be. Our wedding certainly reflected that sort of care--in hindsight, I don't think I would have changed one thing about our wedding. Finally on the day of, I did not worry about anything. Ashley and her team were incredibly organized and it went off without a hitch. She took care of everything, from putting together an extremely detailed timeline of the day to meeting all the vendors, and then making sure all the cards and gifts made it to our room afterwards. I was in charge of 1) getting married and 2) dancing. All in all, I highly highly highly recommend Ashley. She is so fun to work with, and not only will she save you tremendous amounts of time and stress, she will save you money through discounts with vendors. As I said, she is the best!

Ashley went above and beyond for my fall wedding! She was a referral from my co-woker (who she also planned her wedding) and I was blown away from my first meeting with her and knew she was the perfect person to plan my wedding day. From looking at venues together to budget, flowers, invitations and everything in between-no detail went untouched by her! I could go on and on about her and do to all my friends. Trust me, she is the best in the business and every Bride should work with her. She was not only my planner but also has become a good Friend of mine along the way!

Ashley was our Wedding Planner for eleven months and demonstrated a professional, knowledgeable, and detailed work ethic while planning our fall wedding in Estes Park Colorado. I have to admit that I was somewhat hesitant in regards to hiring a planner, however, Ashley proved to be well worth the investment. From contract negotiation to returning my personal items at the end of our wedding night, she had every detail covered allowing us to enjoy the process and wedding day. Ashley assisted us with many items such as, a venue selection so that we didn’t have to explore the entire state of Colorado. Instead we listed our venue requirements like mountain views, outdoor Ceremony etc. and she found several venues that fit our needs. She even traveled with us to visit the venue and explain the pros and cons of each one, while staying within our budget. This was extremely helpful and important to us because we were unaware of questions to ask and items to look for in a venue. Once we made our decision on a venue she created a detailed budget and met with us to explain each item and the cost so we were comfortable with all wedding expenses. She understood that this was a major investment for us and took the time to follow each item and cost while booking vendors such as rental items, caterer, florists, music, lighting, and décor. Each vendor that she recommended was equally as professional and wonderful to work with as Ashley. My entire wedding team was a pleasure to have and I owe it to Ashley for recommending each of them. She determined who would be best for us given our personalities, budget, and wedding style- all while letting us choose from her top three suggestions as to who was our best fit. This made our planning process enjoyable and I feel as though I have her to thank for it. My Husband and I could not have had our dream wedding without the help and guidance of Ashley Summers and that is why we highly recommend her to you. She will support you with every need you could possibly have while planning your big day and in the end you will not only be as satisfied as we are but you will feel it was the best decision made-ever!

Being newly engaged can be scary. I had no idea where to start and what I should do to start planning a wedding. Luckily I found Ashley and she helped me from start to finish. She helped me set a budget. I had my overall price set but didn't know what percentage I should realistically budget for the venue, the caterers, the photographers, etc. She helped me with all of that. One thing I loved about having Ashley is that I didn't need to find my own vendors. She has already established great relationships with vendors and knows where to go depending on your design and budget. Ashley was fun to work with. She has an extremely great sense of style and I trusted her judgment 100%. I knew that if I went with her everything would look fabulous (and it did). Working with her was very easy. She responded promptly to emails and voicemails and I never felt like I was bugging her (and there were times I contacted her a lot). The day of the wedding ran extremely smooth. The ceremony was supposed to be outside but unfortunately it was raining. We had to make the call to move the ceremony into the dinner area and essentially flip the room during cocktail hour. Even though this was not the original plan the room was flipped, everything looked great, and we stayed on schedule. I had several people tell me it was the best and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to and I know it wouldn't have been nearly as good if I didn't have Ashley. My husband and I had the best wedding day, we wouldn't have changed a thing!

I went back and forth about hiring a wedding planner until I met Ashley. She had a unique and calming presence that drew me in. I later learned that working with Ashley was the best wedding decision I made (husband choices aside). I never imagined a process so smooth and easy. And all of my guests can attest that I was eerily calm not only throughout the planning, but also on wedding day. Why you may ask? Ashley made all of the difference. It's virtually impossible to list her many skills, talents and attributes, but I would be remiss not to name just a few. Ashley is special because she has an uncanny ability to listen and understand, she is a conscientious communicator and educator, she has a strong desire to help and facilitate, she isn't afraid to negotiate with and challenge her vendors, she has always had an intrinsic passion for weddings and beauty, she has a deep understanding of style and preferences, she brilliantly displays her knowledge of the industry and her business acumen, she pays an acute attention to detail and is always thoughtfully organized, she is a person of ethical standards and practical wisdom, she has high expectations of herself and will always fight for her brides, and last but not least, she has an incredible behind -the-scenes husband and the world's most precious daughter. At the end of your journey together, you will realize that Ashley is so much more than a wedding planner. She is a mother, a wife, a guide and a friend. Do yourself a favor. When my husband and I got engaged, we heard from various couples about their wedding planning process. Some hated it, while others loved it. What I found was that the couples, who LOVED their weddings, were couples who hired a wedding planner. Therefore, there was no doubt that we would hire Ashley to plan the most important day of our lives. In the beginning, Ashley guided us in all of our vendor selections, attended every single vendor meeting and reviewed/ negotiated all of our contracts. As the planning process went on she helped me figure out my ever changing vision(thanks to the numerous wedding blogs), while showing extreme patience and kindness. She promptly responded to all of my emails and was open minded to any changes that I wanted to make. When tough decisions had to be made she would quickly go into action laying out all of the pros and cons to help ease the decision making process. She even handled the “sticky situations” with our family and friends (that was no easy task). Ashley made the process a breeze. On our actual wedding day, Ashley was beyond AMAZING!!! Before the wedding day, she created a very impressive timeline for both the bridal party and vendors so everything stayed on schedule. She worked endlessly to meet the vendors at the ceremony/reception site, assisted with the set-up and attended to every detail throughout the wedding! (I have been to numerous weddings, where the wedding planner just stands in the back looking around, but not Ashley! She was constantly on the go, making sure everything was to perfection.) She also, assisted with the strike which had to be done in a record amount of time. There is SO much that goes into a wedding and having Ashley there allowed my husband our families to enjoy our wedding. For that she is priceless. In my mind, hiring a wedding planner is a no-brainer. However, as a Bride, planning a wedding is such a personal experience; I wanted someone who not only cared about our day, but also cared about us and Ashley cared. She is a wonderful person and an amazing wedding planner. She has impeccable taste and in the end, not only will you have gained a wonderful husband, but you will have gained a wonderful friend; Ashley.

If you are a soon to be bride/groom or just planning a fabulous event, you WANT to use Ashley Nicole Events!! They are Ahh-mazing! I have worked with them, and many of their clients, and have never heard a bad review... 5 stars every time!! They are the best of the best for planning and styling your next big event. Working with Ashley was undoubtedly the best decision I made when it came to planning our wedding along with all of the events surrounding the wedding, including our engagement party. Ashley is incredibly fun to work with, very responsive and holy cow is she organized. She has made my dream and vision become a reality for us. Her attention to detail and ahhhhmaaazzzing style will not only blow you away, but your guests as well. The best part of it all was the way she took the time to really find out the types of things that we enjoy so that she could incorporate them into our events to make them a little more personal. I am not kidding you when I say that the details of our engagement party BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES ( and even to our friends and family’s)! We told her that we love everything Mexican – the country, the food, the music, the drinks, etc. Ashley planned a Mexican themed engagement party that included everything from margaritas to a surprise mariachi band! Needless to say it was a huge hit – people are still talking about it!!! We are still in the process of planning our April 13, 2013 wedding and thanks to Ashley’s expertise, it has been an extremely enjoyable process. I had no idea how much went into planning a wedding and let me tell you that I now know – IT IS A LOT! I would recommend Ashley to anyone, she seriously has all the bases covered from the very best vendors down to the timeline (something I seriously dreaded even THINKING about doing myself) for the day of, and you won’t have to worry about a thing! Not only will Ashley plan an unforgettable event, but she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!
