Despite my somewhat vague and unclear vision (I literally just told her Irish countryside), she provided the most BEAUTIFUL mood boards for each day AND perfectly carried them out. Ashley and her team do their own florals and oh my god did they deliver. I cannot recommend them more. Our wedding was perfect and I really can barely recall a single hiccup the day of (which speaks to her exceptional planning). Also Ashley and Julia are just lovely individuals, and it has been more than a delight becoming friends with them over this process! 

erall experience was marked by preventable oversights. There are two positives: on the actual day, both coordinators maintained a calm, supportive demeanor. The breadth of inventory offered is excellent and remains a key strength. That said, several important aspects of coordination were not executed as planned. Additionally, Ashley's communication leading up to the wedding day demonstrated her team is likely taking on too many clients. Day-of, reception setup was incomplete despite clear instructions, incorrect items were used even though replacements were clearly labeled and communicated, dessert signage was not displayed (creating allergy concerns), and timeline management issues affected key moments. We also never received the final vendor timeline, which caused stress during morning preparations. We hired a wedding coordinator to manage logistics and details so we could be fully present, and unfortunately these issues became the most stressful parts of our day. While the team we worked with was kind and energetic, their performance did not align with the level of commitment and professionalism we expected.

With access to their rental inventory, we didn't' need to hire other vendors for vases, candlesticks, etc. They brought it all with them and took it away at the end of the night. Ashley was very responsive via email in the months leading up to the day and Emma was so helpful the week of answering last-minute questions. We were able to drop some item off at their office the week of for them to transport to the venue, which took a HUGE stress off our shoulders! Emma and her assistant were a calm, positive presence on the day and they showed up ready to work. Their set up and management of the vendors meant we didn't have to lift a finger and could rest easy knowing they would handle everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Save yourself some stress and book Ashley!

She has been in the business for over 10 years, so she knows a thing or two about weddings. She provides worksheets for you to fill out during your planning process, that keep things organized for not only yourself, but for her and her team to use on your wedding day. She has a huge rental inventory for you to rent from and she brings those items with her on the day of your wedding. This was so important to my husband and me. It allowed us to fully enjoy and be present on our wedding day, while not having to worry about a thing. Ashley really took my wedding vision and brought it to life - even better than I ever could have dreamed of! Ashley was easily the best vendor we hired for our wedding. I wish I could get married again just to hire Ashley and her team. She is the best of the BEST!

urchased, and our flower arch which was our "wow piece" felt like a "Pinterest vs. Reality" fail moment. The top of the silver base was still exposed throughout and visible in all of our photos, and it looked significantly less full and shorter than what was included in our contract. To be transparent, we paid $3,000 for this arch and it looked incomplete and notably smaller than what was agreed upon. I will say Ashley took full responsibility for the missing corsages and gave us a full refund for them without us even asking, which we appreciated. When I asked about the use of the fake candles she noted that "there weren't enough candles" (we provided more candles than Ashley had advised us to purchase), she "didn't think it would be an issue" and "thought that would be the right call" without confirming with us or our planner. I responded that we were disappointed about the situation as those tables were our focal tables, and I haven't heard back from Ashley or her team since then, which is why I feel it's necessary to write this review. With the missing corsages, the use of fake candles, and our arch looking incomplete, we can't help but wonder if anyone took the time to double-check these details before considering the job done, especially for an event such as a wedding. I understand mistakes happen, but 3 noticeable mistakes for our wedding seem unacceptable. I just don't want other brides to pay for something and end up with a disappointing version without any response, or feel taken advantage of like I do now. The photos I included show what our flower arch was meant to look like per our contract, and what we received instead. Overall we’re disappointed in the outcome and the lack of response from this team since then. We can't shake the feeling that we were let down, and our wedding decor fell short due to a lack of effort and attention to detail from this floral team.

Being able to use their rental inventory was also such an amazing perk, as it took so much off of our plates not having to purchase & coordinate all different kinds of candle holders, glassware, dessert accessories, etc. The Ashley Skeie Events team takes care of it all in terms of setting up & taking it all down - it truly is amazing! Julia did an incredible job managing our asks, everything day of, and keeping us on track. Day of I did not worry about a thing. I would highly recommend both Julia and Ashley's whole team for event planning AND Florals!

We did a final walk through at my venue about one month ahead of the wedding and she totally understood my vision. She was also very helpful with reminders and last minute changes before. She took care of everything on the day of the wedding and relieved me of all stress. I didn't have to work with a single vendor or answer questions from vendors, guests, family because Paige was my go-to gal. Ashley Skeie events also has an amazing rental inventory which saved me a ton of money and time because they bring all of that, set it up, and pick up at the end of the night. I really just can't get over how helpful a day of coordinator is, and I could not recommend using Ashley Skeie, Paige and the team more.

They take care of everything from set up, to room flip, to tear down. They make sure to answer anyone's questions the day of so people aren't bothering the bridal party. They are honestly the NICEST people. They have the best attitude and truly just want to make your day special. They felt like some of our biggest supporters & closest friends that day. They all worked so well with all our other vendors. They put together an easy to read timeline. They coordinated with everyone so everyone knew exactly what was going on at all times. The day and my entire experience with Ashley & her team was truly flawless. I found some vendors I never would have known about if it wasn't for them - and they only work with the very best. I never thought I'd enjoy wedding planning (details make me anxious), but Ashley made my experience so much fun I may have to renew my vows in a year or two, just so I can work with her again!! On the day of, Katie arrived during hair + makeup and was there helping the vendors with any questions they had and anything else that needed to be done. Katie and her assistant were there all day, staying until the very end which made our lives the day of, stress free! For the last few months of wedding planning and now post wedding, we tell family and friends that hiring Ashley's team was the best decision we made!!!
