I booked Ashley-Adrien Events for Wedding Day Management/Day of Coordination for my wedding on 04.20.24. After the exhaustion of finding a venue for our wedding, I knew the next th...
ing I needed to look for was some assistance in the planning department. I am a very type-A individual, so it is difficult for me to give up control but after one conversation with Ashley, I had complete confidence in her and her team. This package included standard Day of Coordination but Ashley offered customization as needed for additional services such as: Create & Distribute Welcome Packages, Hotel Block & Transportation Management... This allowed me to do most of the planning myself (which is what I wanted) but helped reduce decision fatigue. Instead of filtering through 200+ options for each vendor, Ashley provided me with 3-5 vendors who met my needs and budget. This made picking vendors so much easier, and every recommended vendor was absolutely incredible! Ashley really understood my needs and made the planning process a breeze. When working with Ashley and her team, you also have access to Aisle Planner which is a website that helps to organize guest count, meal selections, seating chart and many other aspects; and also includes some perks such as discounts for invitations, standard photo lists that can be edited to your needs, go-bys for other wedding planning needs and much more. As we got closer to the big day, Ashley used what I put in Aisle Planner and created a complete production schedule/timeline with all of my many specifications and vendor specific details. She let me make edit after edit, then her and her team worked with my vendors to distribute this information and coordinate with them for the big day.
Ana was my coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was at my final walk-through with the venue, conducted the wedding rehearsal, kept track of every detail and made sure our big day went off without a hitch. As things progressed throughout the day and changes had to be made, Ana handled everything but made sure to keep me in the loop. I was involved just as much as needed, again I am very type A so I wanted to be involved in every aspect, but I appreciated that Ana handled everything and already addressed/fixed what was needed so I didn't have to do anything but give her the thumbs up. I was so nervous that something would go wrong, as it seems something always goes wrong at weddings, but nothing every did! Ana made our day absolutely perfect! She was also so kind and calm throughout the process; this helped to keep me calm which is not an easy task. Ashley and Ana were so responsive, professional, organized, detail oriented, and kind. Everything you need in a wedding planning/coordinating team! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
This review is almost a YEAR overdue (event March 2022). We were looking for someone to plan a "not your average", over the top, dancing, guests drinking, true party of a baby show...
er. I contacted Ashely- Adrien Events a few months prior and she made my vision come to life! She was so helpful and made the process so seamless and truly easy going. I simply told her my vision and from there, she put an entire package together of multiple locations/venues, cost points, THEME, decorations, favors, literally everything. I simply had to choose one (and she would adjust anything I wanted to change, add, etc.) and show up! I arrived the day of and she had everything put together. I left everything in her hands and had virtually no other involvement other than a few over the phone conversations and a meeting at the venue with a mock up table! I just was amazed at how quickly she put everything together and how amazing it all turned out! I had a wonderful time and so did my guests! I highly recommend Ashley for any event you plan on having. She is AMAZING!

t texting with her was like texting with a friend. We were so comfortable working with her.
She and her team later worked with us for our reception in April after we had to reschedule it from January. She truly worked some miracles and I truly cannot recommend her and her team enough!
I have no intent on ever getting remarried but if I did, I would reach out to her in a heartbeat! Who knows, maybe a vow renewal down the road ;-P
Ashley was amazing to work with! She was extremely Prompt in responses to my million questions. On the wedding day she was so flexible and on the ball with every detail! Would high...

Ashley was great to work with! She is very responsive and ensured we had a stress-free day. Highly recommend!
We hadn't initially planned to hire a day-of coordinator, but we are SO GLAD we did! Ashley and Kaylyn were absolutely amazing! They stepped in about a month before the wedding to ...
help with confirming vendors, doing the final walkthrough, putting together the production schedule, and so on, and helped to take on a lot of the last minute stress. They ran the rehearsal the day before the wedding and helped put everyone at ease. We handed off all of our decor then as well, and Ashley made me feel confident everything would be set up just as we envisioned, and MAN did she deliver! Ashley was extremely patient with me through all of my stressing out about the rain plan (we were facing a slight chance of rain), and was very helpful on the day of to make sure the right setup plan was enacted. She took care of every little thing on wedding day, and if there were any problems, we didn't have to deal with any of them! Kaylyn was also really great, and was especially helpful with our unruly flower kids as we lined up for the processional (thanks Kaylyn!!).
I highly recommend a DOC, and even more highly recommend Ashley-Adrien Events!
We hired Ashley as a Day of Wedding Coordinator, and I must say it was one of the BEST decisions we made during the wedding planning process. Without Ashley and her assistant Kayl...
yn, we would have been lost on the day of the event. She was there for the rehearsal and the entire day of the wedding. She kept our vendors on track and helped to make our vision come to life.
My daughter and I loved Ashley from the moment we met her. She is kind, personable, professional, and very good at what she does. She exceeded our expectations.

want in a planner! She went above and beyond for our wedding (a very snowy day I will add). Do yourself a favor and hire her so you can enjoy your wedding day to the fullest. We cannot thank her enough for helping create the wedding of our dreams! Her team is incredible! Thank you, Ashley!
I don’t even know what I would have done without Ashley and her team. She kept me so sane amidst all the wedding stress. Ashley and her assistants were all on point. I hired her as...
a day of coordinator, I had decided to plan most of everything on my own because of the type A person I am. She did an amazing job coordinating and making sure the day was the best. I heard so many good things about her and her team from my family and friends. They were so cool and meshed well with my family and guests, they were dancing with us a couple times! I’d 100% hire Ashley again for future events!!

ded last minute...4 months prior to wedding date, to hire a wedding planner. I was panicking because I had no idea where to start on planning or what to do and time was moving fast. The pandemic caused us to push wedding out another year from 2020 and I was determined to have my wedding this year. Ashley was so understanding and went right into getting to know me, my ideas, my likes and dislikes. She immediately made me feel like I could have whatever I wanted and to just let her know. I hired her to do the wedding planning and Decor. Throughout the months of planning Ashley was always available when I had questions, even when I was sending e-mails late at night. There was great communication to where we hardly made phone calls. She explained everything so well in the email, no matter the subject. When the weeks became closer to the wedding date she literally was handling ALL the hard tasks as far as communicating directly to the vendors, putting together the decor, and most importantly reviewing vendor contracts. I can honestly say my wedding day was the best day ever with no mishaps! Everything went smoothly and fell right in place according to the wedding day timeline because Ashley had every single minute covered to a TEE on the timeline. If you desire a wedding planner that is a good listener and communicates professionally and will take a huge chunk of stress off your shoulders then you should hire Ashley-Adrien Events!
I cannot possibly recommend Ashley-Adrien highly enough. I was on the fence about needing a day of coordinator because it felt like I was already doing most of the advance work any...
way and it’s a bit of an extra expense. But it was 110% worth it. Ashley and Tiffany took my very minimal instruction— which was honestly a wave of the arm and a “you know, do stuff with all of the stuff on that table and in that corner!”— and made my dream a reality. I didn’t handle or worry about a single thing on my wedding day, freeing me up to spend the entire time with family and friends. Our family and guests even noticed and commented on how amazing they were. Even if you’re not totally sure you need a day of coordinator, I suggest hiring Ashley-Adrien.
Ashley is an absolute miracle worker. Our wedding was absolutely flawless. We keep saying how there isn’t a single thing we would have changed. We had no stress or worries, Ashley ...
was on top of everything. It is very clear that she loves what she does, the amount of thought she puts in to everything is incredible. If you are looking for a coordinator, hands down Ashley all the way!!!! Thank you for making our day magical and a dream come true!

ing. Ashely was present every step of the way and was always able to provide insight and guidance. Ashley kept together all the dates and timelines and had everything we wanted and needed. The pandemic hit of course and Ashley didn’t even skip a beat with her help and guidance to get things rescheduled, guidance on timelines, and emails to our guests. We pulled off an Alfresco (tent less outdoor wedding) which really reflected me and my partners love and connection(thanks to Ashley). Ashley rocked it the day of our wedding and I had ZERO nerves about how smoothly things would run with her running the show :) We knew that that for every meeting Ashley would hold it down for us. We are very sad our wedding is over; she helped us make it so special and she feels like our family. 💗 Looking forward to other special events to hiring her!!!
Ashley was simply amazing. She responded in a timely manner and did a phone call meet up with us before we hired us. Ashley blew us away right from the start. As soon as we said "...
yes," she sent us over the contract, the planning app, and was on the ball. We hired her as our Day of Coordinator and could not be happier that we chose her. She attended our final walk through with our venue and took excessive notes. She made sure to answer any questions we had and if she was unsure about something, she asked questions. Ashley contacted vendors and verified set up times. Ashley and her assistant Tiffany were amazing. They had an emergency kit for both the bride and groom. My husband and I could breathe easily because we knew they had everything handled. I even caught Ashley and Tiffany dancing a few times :). I would hire them again in a heart beat!

Ashley truly went above and beyond what she was contracted to do and did everything to make sure our big day went completely smoothly so that I did not have to worry. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

e is always on your side during the wedding planning and will do whatever is needed to pull off your special day. From the moment I hired her I was less stressed. Her calmness, competence, incredible attention to detail, and lovely personality made her the perfect person for the job. During the wedding day, she was pretty much my fiance's and my best friend, because she handled all problems and complaints so that he and I didn't have to, and out of everyone there she alone looked after our basic needs in making sure we had moments of much-needed quiet and privacy, food and drink (if not for her we wouldn't have gotten to eat on our wedding day!), and blister relief pads. When we came to the reception from an hour of photos outside in the heat, Ashley had our favorite drinks, an air-conditioned room, and a platter of food waiting for us as soon as we walked in. She did things like negotiate with my vendors on my behalf, act as a sounding board for my ideas, comforted and calmed me during all the wedding stress and frustration, and had the venue decorated according to my exact specifications. She always knew immediately what I wanted and envisioned for the wedding probably even better than I did, and she made it happen.
My now-husband and I have been singing her praises ever since, and we both agree she is the best at what she does. Our guests loved her as well, as she was discreet and friendly and not bossy or intimidating like some coordinators. I would hire her again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending her to anyone planning a wedding!

d easy to talk to, but she is incredibly professional, organized, and really knows what she's doing. She will make you feel as relaxed as you can be on your wedding day. When things go wrong, she handles it! During our ceremony we had some unexpected music being played from a nearby home and she took care of it as fast as possible, and the rest of the ceremony was beautiful. Ashley also gave us some money saving tips that really helped our overall wedding costs. She is a gem. We will miss her!

When my niece was too shy to walk down the aisle, Ashley stayed and comforted her. My only regret is not hiring her sooner. Ashley is very professional yet personable. I definitely recommend her.
