Ashley did a great job at making our wedding day run smoothly. She was organized, thought of things we hadn’t, and coordinated with all of our vendors for a seamless day/night! So happy we had her to handle the logistics so we didn’t have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day!

Ashley and her team did a phenomenal job making sure our reception in Houston went smoothly. Ashley was very organized and was a big help making sure my wife and I were on track with planning. Ashley also went out of her way to make the event itself very fun. Once the photos and reception were underway, I didn't have to think about a single issue. Highly recommended. Would absolutely consider her for any event, big or small!

Ashley is amazing at what she does! I loved her energy and determination to make everything perfect. Despite the many questions I had about basic wedding aspects that I first found silly to even ask, she made me feel very comfortable to continue asking more and reassured me that no question was silly to ask! When it came to the actual wedding day, she took charge and made sure I had nothing to stress about! Her team was also able to find me a wonderful makeup artist a week out from the big day due to my original one falling through!! I highly recommend Ashley and her team as they were 10/10!

As a first-time Mother of the bride, I was absolutely dependent on Ashley’s advice, suggestions, and organizational skills. There was never a question too small or an idea too silly. She was focused on every detail, always available, and made me feel confident and competent in every way. In short, she “made it happen” for my daughter and me. Ashley was so necessary on the wedding day! It made me less anxious having her there handling everything! She had everything planned before the day so if anything happened she didn’t need to ask me. I went back and forth about needing a day of coordinator since my venue provided one but I’m so glad I did!!! She also has everything you’ll need the day of! Anything we mentioned we needed she had, it’s was great!! Even though I only hired her as a day of coordinator she was available for any questions I had throughout the planning. Thank you Ashley! There aren't words to adequately express how amazing Ashley is. My husband and I hired her for our two Indian ceremonies, our rehearsal dinner, and our Catholic wedding and everything was PERFECT. Ashley is just incredible at what she does! I got married on 3/18/23 and hired Ashley for day of support (which was really month of support as the coordination calls started 30 days out). She consistently went above and beyond to help ensure the month leading up to my wedding was stress free and seamless. She went to the venue multiple times to get a feel for the property and establish connections with the venue coordinator, attended a floral meeting and took over all vendor communications so I didn't have to worry about a single thing leading up to our big day. She's organized, detail oriented and a professional from start to finish. On the day of our actual wedding, she kept us on track with our timeline and was a literal angel (anything I needed, she made it happen). I could not have asked for a better companion along side us during the planning process for our wedding. Ashley was everything we needed for our day-of coordinator! She listened and executed what we planned, she handled last minute changes like a pro, and helped us remain calm the whole day. Thanks to her and her assistant our wedding went smoothly, we definitely could NOT have done it without her. Originally, we signed up for the In-style Package but had to switch over to the Classic Package due to our budget. Ashley was totally understanding which we are super grateful for!

Highly recommend!! Ashley was so helpful through the entire process. She had great recommendations for other vendors. I ended up going with two of her recommended vendors (florist and beauty) and it turned amazing! Ashley did an fantastic job with my very strict timeline I had and she made it all work. She made the whole event way easier on me and honestly couldn’t have done it without her! Very professional and just knocked it out of the park. Book her!

Ashley backed out of our contract months after starting to work with us. What started as a great relationship quickly turned sour. The Apex was being corrected by Ashley regard what I actually wanted for flowers and linens. It was truly the worst meeting with a vendor. Ashley spoke over me numerous times, guided the florist towards what Ashley believed to be best, and ignored all my requests. At the beginning of the meeting, she spoke down to me regarding my wedding choices down to the fact my future husband was selecting his own suit color. As if I was making a horrible mistake allowing him to decide what he would wear to our wedding. I discussed this event with her stating I have a vision I’d like for my wedding, and I would really like her advocacy and support getting there. Her response was excuses and justification about her behavior, stating that was her design input. Overall, it was a very unprofessional and unexpected experience.

If you are looking for a wedding planner who is organized, takes initiative, understands what you are looking for and delivers the day of your wedding then look no further! Ashley was amazing. We hit it off from the start and I am so happy that I listened to my gut. We had a Sikh wedding and although this was Ashley's first time handling a Sikh wedding, she delivered. To be honest, I don't know if anything went wrong the entire day of the wedding/reception because she took care of it. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would hire Ashley again...no questions asked. She is simply the best!

Ashley was amazing! She is very organized and thorough with explaining how the wedding will run its course. She contacted all my vendors and she created a timeline of the wedding and the vendors, which is why it went so smoothly. With her experience she was able to give me some tips on what would work better during the ceremony and the reception. And she was very responsive and helpful whenever I needed her.

I’m going to be honest here. My now husband and I were trying to save as much money as we could for our wedding, and one of the costs I had opted out of was a day of coordinator. I figured, with all of my family, we’d be able to decorate and set up the venue the morning of. When I told my mom this, she panicked and worried that there’d be no time for us to set up the entire reception hall and get ready for that morning. My mom is actually the one that suggested we hire a coordinator, and thank God she did. As we got closer to the wedding, I started to realize how much was going to actually need to be done the morning and day of and I was stressing. The MOMENT we hired Ashley I felt a HUGE wave of relief. Every single worry I had, she told me would be handled, and she did not disappoint. My venue actually had a good amount of decor items for their brides to use. So, we went up to the venue and Ashley came along. There was so much in the closet that I couldn’t even decide what to use or how to use it. Ashley started looking through the items and within 30 minutes had come up with multiple beautiful center piece ideas for us to use. Before the wedding, Ashley was sending us newsletters that had everything outlined for us. She handled communication about the wedding day with our bridal party and made sure they all knew exactly when and where they needed to be on the day of. When it was wedding day, my family and I were completely stress free. Ashley got to the venue before us and was straight to work. I seriously never even had to leave the bridal suite for a single thing. When I finally did come out, the entire chapel and reception were beautiful!! Everything was exactly how I imagined it and Ashley had done it all!! She had picked up my florals for me that morning, and just made everything look amazing. Not only did Ashley have an amazing eye for decor, she did AMAZING at keeping everything on schedule. I don’t know how she managed to keep ME on time (I’m late to EVERYTHING), but she did. My wedding ran so smoothly and it was honestly a dream come true. I am SO grateful that my mom found Ashley and recommended her to me, and I do NOT regret the little splurge one bit. Hiring Ashley was the best thing I could’ve done to ensure the perfect wedding day. All I can say is, if you’re thinking about saving money by not hiring a day of coordinator, you are wrong! Save your money elsewhere because piece of mind on your wedding day is priceless.

I can’t imagine going through the wedding process without Ashley and her help! Our wedding turned out to be more beautiful than we could have ever thought of, and a lot of it has to do with Ashley! She gave us a timeline throughout the wedding process to help keep us on track, met with us multiple times, went to vendor meetings when we weren’t available, and was a crucial piece in making our wedding day run smoothly! She took over everything, there were so many things that are in a wedding that I had no clue and she made it fun and stress free to work with her and plan our special day. Ashley has done it again! I am the Maid of Honor in an upcoming wedding and it's been a struggle. Ashley swooped in and saved the day!!
