Ashton Gardens is amazing!! Our coordinator Dominique was the best. She was so organized and helpful throughout our entire planning process. She was on top of everything the day of the wedding and made sure we were having the best time. Venue is stunning and breathtaking. Had the most perfect wedding at Ashton Gardens!

My daughter was recently married at Ashton Gardens and everything was wonderful. Our coordinator, Ty'Asia Peoples, was easy to work with and made sure every little detail was taken care of. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful bride.

My sister was just married at Ashton Gardens this past weekend (i was the MOH) and it was absolutely lovely! The venue was beautiful and her wedding coordinator Ty'Asia (Ty) did a perfect job at making her vision come to life! Ty was also super easy to talk to / get in contact with and was really helpful on the wedding day making sure we all knew what was going on and telling us where to be and when all whilst blending into the background of the day making herself unobvious to guests. Ty was eveything I could have asked for in a wedding coordinator to make sure my sisters special day went as smooth as possible. In addition, all the bridesmaids just raved about how nice the bridal suite was, there was plenty of space for us to spread out and get ready!

Ashton Gardens is a beautiful venue and the wedding was so beautiful. Ty, the wedding coordinator in particular is PHENOMENAL! She listens to all of your wants and needs and makes them happen. Very efficient, detail oriented and most importantly, makes you feel cared for on your special day. Would definitely definitely recommend!

We celebrated our wedding on Dec. 29th 2024 at Ashton Gardens and it was an amazing experience for us as well as our guest. From our first visit at venue, we feel in love with the building and the staff. Through all the planning and meetings, they helped make our wedding very memorial. Our wedding planner Autumn Hunter went above and beyond and can't thank her enough for all she did to help us. I would recommend this venue and the staff.

We had our wedding at Ashton Gardens on December 14, 2024 and it was absolutely PERFECT. Our coordinator, Dominique, was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but she was attentive and detail-oriented. I was a bride who planned my own wedding, so it was very refreshing to be able to work with someone who reassured me that everything would go smoothly and I felt confident with handing everything over to her. She made sure my husband and myself, our bridal party, and family were comfortable, which helped calm my nerves. The venue is marvelous! Since we had a winter wedding with our ceremony starting at 6:30pm, it was pitch black outside which made the chapel really shine with being able to look through all the large windows. The reception space was perfect for our 200 guests. We got tons of compliments on the food and drinks, which made us feel great that we chose delicious options. We had the elite package that came with the smoke and sparklers for our first dance, the sparkler exit, and the luxury getaway car. 10/10 experience, I absolutely recommend Ashton Gardens and Dominique as the coordinator! We can’t thank you enough for making our special day perfect!

We had such a great experience from start to finish, especially with the help of our coordinator, Dominique. The whole process was extremely accommodating, and the venue executed our vision perfectly. Great food, and fantastic vendors provided through the venue as well to make things stress free!

We worked with Amaya and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable, considerate and helpful throughout the entire process. She kept my nerves calm on our day due to some changes we had to make. We wouldn’t have made it through the day without her, Dominique and the rest of their staff!

I just had my wedding on 11/30 everything was so amazing and well worth the money! Dominique and Amya were so great and attentive all night!

My husband and I got married at Ashton Gardens on November 9th, and everything was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, the team at Ashton Gardens made the planning process smooth and stress-free with periodic check-ins and planning suggestions. The venue’s all-inclusive nature was the biggest blessing, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to focus on enjoying our big day rather than worrying about the details and coordinating with vendors. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ciera Wilson, our day-of coordinator. She stepped in during the final weeks after our original coordinator departed, and her professionalism and warmth made the transition seamless. Ciera was attentive to every detail, did what needed to be done, and ensured that we had nothing to worry about. She truly went above and beyond to make our day flawless! Additionally, the serving staff was equally phenomenal—friendly, accommodating, and always one step ahead. From the setup to the last toast, the Ashton Gardens team showed a level of attentiveness and care that exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: make sure your timeline aligns with the venue’s standard hours. We had to purchase additional time to fit the entirety of our wedding timeline, but the team worked with us to make the process simple and hassle-free. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The stunning venue, the incredible staff, and the seamless coordination made our wedding everything we dreamed of.

Ashton Gardens was the perfect place for our wedding. I’ve dreamt about getting married here since I was a teenager so the day was like a dream come true. Dominique was an amazing coordinator and answered all of our many questions. She was the biggest help day of, and I felt so calm knowing she was making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so appreciative of Dominique, our awesome DJ Luke Walker, and everyone else at AG who was so kind and helpful.

Amaya our coordinator was super helpful, especially with any last minute changes we had. She offered great ideas on some things I wasn't sure about, and was very accommodating. Helped make our day go so smooth and seamless! Would definitely recommend this venue and Amaya

Ashton Gardens was AMAZING! They handled catering, DJ, and a lot of the smaller stuff (plates/tables/chairs) so it took so much off my plate. Not to mention how beautiful the venue was! Mackenzie was my day-of-coordinator and she was awesome. Super helpful, sweet, and by my side every step of the way!

Brittany Sayers was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She accommodated to all my needs/wants in order to create the most perfect wedding day. Ashton Gardens is a super convenient and beautiful venue to have a wedding. The kitchen is in house and the venue has a lot of necessary items such as tables, chairs, and easels. They also have a bunch of wonderful connections with other vendors such as linens and florists. We loved our wedding day and are sure anyone else who books with Ashton will !

Dominique was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with. She does a really great job of coordinating with vendors and Bridal Party to ensure the day is smooth sailing. Also, we had a lot of personal requests and she was very accommodating towards them. Also, she is EXTREMELY sweet and caring. She went above and beyond for us and went out of her way to make the whole process and night so memorable for us. She was super patient with us throughout the whole process, given us her insights and things we weren't sure of, and made sure we were well fed throughout the night. She was super busy coordinating our wedding all night, but she still constantly checked up on us and made sure everything was still going well for us. We 1000% recommend you, Dominique <3.

Brittany was absolutely amazing as we approached the big day! She was patient, always happy and willing to help and anyone who has her as their coordinator at ashton garden would be lucky!

From the first tour to my wedding day, I was stunned by Ashton Garden’s chapel due to its large glass windows set in the forest. But the main reason I went with Ashton Gardens was that their packages makes planning so much more straightforward and easy. They provide catering, DJ, stationary, table settings, and a coordinator. The biggest shout-out to our wedding coordinator Amaya Tyler for grounding us and reassuring us throughout the entire process. She was great to communicate with, paid so much attention to detail and organization, and embodied a calm presence in the midst of the stress. She even offered to meet with us additional times as we needed it. She also worked great with outside vendors and made the day stress free. Thank you for the perfect day!

Ashton Gardens is an amazing wedding venue. I recently got married here and my event planner Dominique was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the entire process. The food, decor and dj were all amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Olivia was a wonderful wedding coordinator at Ashton Gardens! She allowed the day to run so smoothly and worked so hard to ensure we were enjoying every moment of our special day. The Venue was everything we wanted, it is obviously beautiful from chapel to ballroom but all the services they included were unmatched. We wanted something close to all inclusive and that was what they provided, all I had to bring in was flowers, baker and photography. They provided vendor recommendations which I appreciated. I definitely recommend this venue if you are in search of one near the ATL area.

Abby was a delightful help before, during, and after our Ashton Gardens venue tour! The venue itself was gorgeous, and chapel was breathtaking both in daylight and at nighttime. We appreciated the variety of what was offered in the Essential, Exceptional, and Elite packages, as well as the flexibility for add-ons to each. Thank you for being so kind and caring to us, Abby!

Absolutely beautiful wedding venue. I never wanted an outside wedding but still wanted the feel of natural light. This was the perfect venue with the glass windows and chandeliers. Cocoa the venue coordinator was amazing and helpful before and during the wedding. Cocoa was extremely professional and if you get her as your coordinator you are in great hands. I will say with the price of the venue and service charge any wedding over 100 guest should have two bartenders.

Our ashton gardens wedding was perfect. As an out of state couple we were nervous about planning our wedding. Ashton gardens was the absolute perfect choice. Brittany, our coordinator leading up to wedding and day of made everything absolutely seamless. She was so on top of everything that me and my groom were able to turn out brains off and just enjoy the day!! She went above and beyond every step of the way even coordinating with family members and groomsmen. At the end of the night she had all my bags in the trunk ready to go and food for when we got to the hotel. Could not recommend her and Ashton gardens enough

Ashton Gardens is a very beautiful venue, it has a lot of pros: big venue, different packages, in house catering is AMAZING, the suite for the girls to get ready in is beautiful. However there were a few cons that had me wondering if I made the right choice choosing this venue for my wedding. We can start by the fact that just a month or so before the wedding our coordinator was changed even though we had just talked with her the dxay before, and there was a lot of information we had to go over again because our previous coordinator did not put it on our file. This was not a huge deal as the new coordinator did their best to catch up on all the information. Next I would like to talk about the day wedding day itself, me and my husband had a great time but we were really disappointed when after the wedding our family members and friends started to tell us about the things that went wrong. This is in no particular order. 1.We used their clean acrylic columns for our ceremony and on the day of the rehearsal we noticed they werre dirty so we asked them to make sure it was clean before wedding day, they assured us they would be clean. Forward to wedding day and they have fingerprints and even candle wax all over them and we had no time to clean it up before the ceremony. 2.When we signed our contract we decided to pay for an open bar, we had to pay for every adult who would be attending, regardless if they would drink or not. A few months later we are informed that they are implementing a wrist band policy, wich we had no problem with but I asked my coordinator if there was any way we could get a refund or compesation for those adults that would not be drinking since we only paid because they did not have any way to track it beore. She said that she had already included a champagne toast for free to our day (something we had not talked about and something we didnt care to have as nether me nor my husband like champagne) and that we had already paid and that is what was on our contract. I was upet because the rist band policy wasnt on our contract and they still implemented it afterwards, we had no problem paying for everyone if they could not control the amount of people drinking but if they could I saw no reason to pay for everyone if they would not be drinking. At the end of the day they decided not to implement the wrist band policy on our day so that was resolved. 3.The food. I have no complaints about the food itself, it was delicious! However, we were told by multiple guests that they only received one small tiny cup of apetizers, when they asked for more they were told “let me check if we have more” or “we are our of them”. The kids had chicken fingers and fries, and when asking if they could have seconds they were told no. Just an overall awful experience for my guest as we expected way better service and amount of food to be served for the price we paid. Also we had a salad and potato leak shooters as our apetizers and the salad was served along with the main coure not as an entree during cocktail hour. 4. The bar. we had 3 hours of bar service and for some reason that started at 10am when my ceremony was supposed to start, I do not know why they decided to start it when no one was even inside the venue yet. But because of that they stoped the bar service 30 minutes earlier than expected. Not only did they stop serving alcoholic drinks but also any other non alcoholic drinks as well. Another problem we found was when my dad asked for a drink, he likes wiskey with no ice, I had previously informed both of my coordinators that my dad should not be refused a drink and to be treated just as good as me and my husband because he was a big part in making this day happen. He was told he could not have his drink with no ice, something trivial to be hanging on to I know but after I asked the coordinator she said that usually they donnt serve drinks with no ice (to save money I bet) but for close family they could do it. If they could do it from the beginning why was he denied it in the first place? 5.The venue itself the day of was dirty, my bridal party was literally piking up trash from what I guess was from the wedding on the previous day. 6.The staff. I don't know why we paid hundreds of dollars for the staff they needed if all they did was clean up tables, no one was refiling drinks or offering drinks or even water. The guest had to walk to the bar everytime they needed a refil. Alcoholic drinks I tttaly get it but sodas or just water should have been served at the tables no questions asked. We even paid extra for staffing fees when we gave them our final headcount, why did i pay for more servers if they did not serve? 7.It was sprinkling the day of the wedding and as we were getting ready and everyone was coming in and out of the chapel the floor was getting wet. My mom went to ask the coordinator for a rug or something to put by the door because my aunt had already slipped and hurt her knee. She went all over the venue yelling her name and “hello?” and no one answered. I had t stop doing my make up to find my phone and text her. 8.We had the photo stand for our package and we asked for it to not have a fabric background but for the background to be the beautiful windows at the venue. I was told that we could 100% do that. The day of that was not done, I do not know why, if it actually wasnt possible or what but it wa not communicated to me. The ceremony was beautiful and went perfect, everyone made sure me and my husband felt good and comfortable and had a great day. Like I said before the we had a blast but the after hearing every little thing that went wrong for our family and friends we were really sad by the actions and outcomes that happened that day. For the amount of money we put into this we were disappointed by the lack of attention to details, and the way my family and friends were treated during my wedding, specially my parents who helped us pay for the whole thing.

10/10 experience from start to finish! First of all, the venue is absolutely breathtaking! This was only the second venue my husband and I viewed but we were sold as soon as we saw it. To compliment the beautiful venue, the staff was absolutely amazing. Our day of coordinator, Brittany, was a dream. She was always prepared and helpful during our meetings leading up to our big day but most importantly she was a dream on our big day. We got compliments from multiple guests about how wonderful she was on wedding day. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

Good morning It was a pleasure working with Cocoa at Ashton Garden. Cocoa was assigned to be my coordinator of my wedding and I did not know what to expect. After meeting Cocoa and working with her made my wedding day well planned and special. Cocoa was very personable and professional. She did an amazing job along with the staff at Ashton Garden. My wedding turned out well coordinated and beautiful. The grounds are beautiful all by themselves, but with the help of Cocoa and the staff at Ashton Garden, our wedding turned out perfect!!!! We couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue for our special day! The Chapel is gorgeous, and the reception space is very customizable to fit your needs. The catering, bar, and DJ are included with the venue booking Our Coordinator, Cocoa, was fantastic. She guided us through every step of the planning process with expertise and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially when we were unsure of what we wanted or what our options were. You could tell her highest priority as making sure we had the best Wedding possible. The day of went great! Cocoa and the rest of the staff were on top of everything and handled any hiccups and came to us with solutions already in hand if anything needed our attention. Ashton Gardens is on the pricier side as far wedding venues go but you get a lot of value for your money

The Ashton Gardens venue with Cocoa Prince as a coordinator was a perfect match. The ceremony was lovely and seamless. The reception was fun and interactive.

We got so many compliments on this venue. You do not have to add much to the beautiful atmosphere to make it feel even more special. Our wedding coordinator was Cocoa and she couldn’t have been more on the ball and professional. We were lucky to have her on our team and knew that everything would run smoothly.

Luke Walker of CoHost Entertainment and the team did an outstanding job of deejaying and photo entertainment. Ashton Gardens left two grooms with memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

She met all my wedding planning anxiety with kindness and reassurance and made sure that every small detail was taken care of so my husband and I could enjoy our day. I highly recommend Ashton Gardens as a wedding venue. The chapel and ballroom are beautiful! Packages include so many extras that other venues charge for like photo booths, uplighting, exit sparklers, table decor, etc. Dominique was our wedding coordinator and she is simply the best!

Let me start by saying that our coordinator Shayla Williams was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! From meeting her at the beginning of our process with Ashton Gardens, we hoped she would be our assigned coordinator. We were elated when we found out she was assigned to us. From her high level of professionalism to her great communication, she met every situation with exactly what was needed. Shayla is extremely organized, always prepared, and flexible with no fuss. She helped us manage every one of the million moving parts in our wedding. She worked and communicated with our venders and personal coordinator very well. She continued to show excellent professionalism with one of our vendors who became quite rude and difficult at one point in the process. She made sure that we made it from planning to wedding day with everything in perfect order. On wedding day, her execution can not be explained. She managed every single aspect of the wedding, guests, and wedding parties with ease and calm and confidence. She put out fires before they even started. It was clear that Ashton Gardens did not provide her with enough staff for the night, but Shayla stepped in doing everything from managing the timeline to serving plates and clearing tables. All while attending to my and the groom's every need. I can not say enough about how amazing Shayla is and how we owe so much to her for making our night magical. The loss of one star is not at all a reflection of Shayla. She is a FIVE STAR coordinator. However, Ashton Gardens as a venue did not live up to 5 stars, but Shayla stepped in and made up for everything that may have been missing. Thanks Shayla!
