s this venue in Sugar Hill. When he sent me the link I was like in tears because HE FOUND it first of all (lol), secondly the landscaping through the chapel windows took my breath away. It was perfect! He knows me so well and knew I would instantly connect with the trees (I'm a Tree Hugger). We called, set up a tour and we were sold, signed and booked before we left! It was truly affordable! We were really impressed by all the little extras included in the price and having the ceremony and reception in one place was golden! Arianna, our coordinator, was simply the sweetest, the best! She listened, followed up, responded even after hours to all my "what about this, can we change that, is this included...." and I truly appreciated that! My day certainly would not have been as smooth without her and my guests thought she was just a doll! The food was "on point" as most of our guests commented. My hubby and I were on such a high with the day we barely ate BUT from what we did taste it was certainly smiles to our taste buds! Our signature drinks were also a hit and the DJ keep the flow of music going! I can't think of anything that would be worthwhile writing about that was a hiccup that wasn't corrected and for a bride on one of the most important days of her life I'll say I was able to focus on being the bride! Thank you Ashton Gardens for making wedding day our dream wedding! I'd certainly recommend!! Be sure to ask for Arianna!!

I was nervous because I didn't know who my coordinator would be, I was also having a brunch wedding and when the guest count got higher than anticipated I was worried people would have to wait on food and the timeline wouldn't be as smooth. Once the time came for me to meet my coordinator, my husband and I were so glad to meet Ayla. I would give this woman more than five stars if possible. I'll never forget her telling me that her job is to make sure that if she ever asks me if I need anything for my answer to be no, and literally.... EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE ASKED,,, it was always no. She took care of everything, from making sure our rehearsal was on time, and smooth, to labeling the floor so we'd know where we'd stand, to helping set up and pass out communion to our guests, making sure we (bride and groom) had our food right away, to clearing the reception hall so my husband and I could have a private last dance. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The Lord completely blessed us with her. I can tell she loves to do weddings and it was truly a gift to work with her because I was not stressed in the slightest. I also have to mention our wonderful DJ Jojo!!! He was also ahhhmazing! I feel like my husband and I got the A-team! Jojo had fun games already planned out and made doing a playlist a breeze, he even danced a bit which was awesome! Overall, I cannot brag enough about our wedding at Ashton Gardens, I truly feel blessed by the Lord. This venue was and is beautiful, the chapel, and reception hall are unmatched, and I felt like I truly had a fairytale wedding. It was simple, elegant, and classic. The food was amazing, guests continued to brag about the coffee, and gravy, and chicken, the staff was so kind. Again thank you Ayla for making sure our day went by without any hiccups. We are forever grateful!

Chef Arlene & her team do an amazing job making sure everything is fresh, delicious, and ready to go for guests! The bar was also SO GOOD! The bartenders were so quick and fun! All of the guests loved the bartenders and couldn't stop talking about the signature drinks! We did 'something blue' as one of our signature drinks and it was the best! The staff through out the planning process was also seamless! I always felt like my event was in great hands and everyone was making sure my event was exactly how I was imaging it (the turn out was even better). Out of all of the staff, I was blessed to get Ciera as my coordinator! She is truly incredible! She made sure all of the details that I wanted or executed perfectly, she was on top of getting my wedding party in line (they were defiantly a rowdy group), she made sure all the staff was working together perfectly, and made sure all of my guests were taken care of as well as my husband and I! If you're looking for a venue that will make your dream wedding come true, this is a venue for you! The quality of everything at the venue is top notch, and they work with you on everything that you are wanting! I don't have all of my pictures back yet, but I wanted to touch a few!

e both before and after my husband and I made the decision to go with Ashton Gardens. Shenilla Mentore was very helpful at the beginning of the process when we booked. Kaylin Garcia was our amazing coordinator who helped our day run smoothly. She is easy to talk to, professional and made sure everything was taken care of. Kaylin answered all our questions promptly and made me 100% confident that our wedding day would be perfect. I told her about my allergies to milk and peanuts, and she made sure the staff prepared food to accommodate me. I had no allergic reactions on the day. Kaylin also made sure that bridal party was where they needed to be, vendors knew where to put things and during the reception, she made sure we had all the food and drinks that we needed. The DJ app we had to fill out was intense and thorough, but on the day of, the DJ kept the ceremony music light, reception music fun to dance to, and he hit all his cues and things he was supposed to announce. All in all, I think we had the best wedding day ever!!! This was largely because the Ashton Gardens staff is amazing!! The only downside was our first coordinator was not responsive and then left Ashton Gardens a couple months before our wedding. However, once Kaylin took over, we had nothing to worry about!

email you the very next MORNING if you missed the timeliness date for the payment. CARLOS, was really rude and unwilling to assist. A recommendation that I have is to allow partial payments outside of the timeline that the VENDOR sets for the COUPLE. Giving them more flexibility to make the payments from the account vs credit will be soo much easier and can help them save money. Be more couple friendly to that extent. But again, AMANDA IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! She helped keep our night smooth and stress free!!! Thanks for everything!!

Amanda took care of us like we were her family/ best friends. I loved the bridal suite. It was set up nicely! It was just so comfortable/spacious & had mimosas bar while us ladies got dolled up. The guys had their own suite too that they gathered in. They also had beers etc set up for them while they got ready. I am still getting calls today about how beautiful everything the venue was. This experience has made my entire life complete. I will come back to update this post with pictures once my photographers finish editing them.

A few months after we reserved our date, we received an email invite for their Wedding Experience and we absolutely loved it! It gave us a true idea of what is to be expected on the big day. Shortly after, we were blessed to have Ayla Bellamy assigned as our wedding coordinator, and let me tell you, SHE IS ON IT. Planning a wedding can be very overwhelming, but Ayla made it fun. She is extremely detail oriented and reassured me time and time again that I had nothing to worry about, and she was right. Any time I had a random question about something I forgot to ask, Ayla was only a text message away. She was seriously my girl throughout the entire process. On top of being super bubbly, excited, energetic, and patient, she was also honest. That will always be appreciated. She was there for me every moment I needed her and even danced with us a few times throughout the night! I can’t forget about how much my mom loved her! Our guests were in awe the day of the wedding. The venue looked so beautiful, the food was DELICIOUS, and the day had a natural flow. Thank you Ayla and Ashton Gardens for making dreams come true.
