Ashton Gardens West Houston is the place to select for your wedding. It holds sentimental value in that it was the last place where my mother attended a wedding when she was alive. There was no question that I wouldn't use this place because of that. Sheilah Wright is my venue wedding planner and his been nothing short of amazing. I truly believe that God placed her in my life at this very important and emotional time. I would recommend her and Ashton Gardens West Houston to anyone a million times over.

The venue is so beautiful. Fell in love the first time we saw it. Our wedding is coming soon and it has been a smooth process so far. Love the all inclusive package so the venue is taking care of everything for me and I don’t have to juggle multiple vendors.

Sydney and Sheilah were amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better team. I felt so calm and relaxed while they made everything happen. I truly didn’t know the importance of a wedding planner, but I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. You need Sydney and Sheilah to make your day perfect!!!

Let me first say this venue is absolutely stunning! My fiance' and I were looking for a place that needed minimal decor and we stunted across Ashton Gardens will looking through The Knot. The chapel is gorgeous and the windows really do set the tone for an elegant wedding! The reception hall which is just a few steps away is equally beautiful, not needing really anything at all to enhance the look. My wedding planner is Sheila and she has been fabulous along the way. With the being my FIRST and ONLY marriage, I have so many questions and believe me I had emailed Sheila probably more than I text my fiance, but she is super sweet and has answered every question I had without any hesitation. The service is amazing and I really could have not prayed for a better venue; mind you I looked at 30 locations across the Texas area.

We got married at Ashton Gardens about a month ago and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Tara was super helpful when touring and setting up our contract. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has great spots for photos. The all inclusive nature was really helpful and took a lot of decisions off our plate. Thankfully all the vendors were so wonderful and responsive, our wedding looked just as we envisioned it. All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful everything was and how great the food was. Our photographer and videographer were on point, they captured some great moments and were very kind. The DJ Roy Chinn also did an amazing job, there was never a dull moment on the dance floor. Last but not least, our planner Sheilah did a great job with keeping us on track with everything and helping our big day run smoothly. Thanks again, it was definitely a great experience!

My experience with this venue was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were not high maintenance or detail oriented for our wedding. We wanted the a simple nice wedding that we did not have to put a lot of work in and this place was perfect! High quality venue and vendors!! The venue itself was so beautiful, you barely have to decorate it. The vendors are all with the venue, and our amazing planner Sheilah was awesome! She gets everything prepared and deals with contacting all the vendors and putting everyone on the same page. I was so shocked the packages even included stationeries (save the dates & invites) ! Vendors included flowers, photographer, catering, DJ, day of coordinator, cake/desserts, all inclusive bar. I am so glad we chose to have our wedding here! When I tell people I barely did anything to plan this wedding.. I mean it. In a good way because it was such a stress free planing process for us! It was such a great day. Simple and beautiful

Oh my goodness. Where do I begin? Firstly the venue itself is gorgeous. We had a large party and they were very accommodating to a large Nigerian wedding. My husband and I are pretty frugal so we splurged on some things and went cheap for others. We didn’t have the best experience in the beginning with Andrea to be honest. She was pretty hands off. Never scheduled follow up meetings and would take days to respond to my questions. I was regretting my choice until we were switched to a different planner named Sheilah. We didn’t request for a switch so it was even a surprise to us hearing about her promotion in the company. Now Sheilah was AMAZING. She would schedule follow up meetings. She would answer allllll my questions expeditiously. She was kind and warm and friendly. She and her team (Ana and Sydney) saved the venue for us. I can’t even thank her enough. If you are using this venue you really need someone like her to advocate for you. The photographer Kristin was also amazing! My goodness. I had my doubts again but upon meeting her and working with her I would give her a 10/10. Very thorough and organized. She even helped my awkward posing lol. You can’t go wrong with the cake either. My bridesmaids loved the cake so much she packed some in a bag for her to eat late lolll. I’m so grateful to have chosen this venue. I couldn’t be more pleased with super my wedding went this past weekend. Thank you Sheilah, Sydney and Anna for a phenomenal job.

We had our wedding on April 27th this year and it went so perfect! We got the package that included a credit for the flowers, DJ, stationary, photographer and dessert which took off soo much stress trying to find everything individually. The centerpieces we got from the florest were bigger and much more beautiful than I thought they were going to be! My beautiful bouquet though however sadly was falling apart very easily so I had to be very gentle but flowers would still fall out. Everyone involved from the coordinators (Madison, Brooke, Gianna) to DJ Omar, Courtnie from Design Haus and the desserts did great! The coordinators handled everything on the day. For the ceremony I wanted only one song for everyone to walk down and for the doors to open at a specific part of the song for me and they made it happen! Even when one of my guest broke her shoe the employees rushed to try and help her. At the end of the night we did forget a few things in the suites because we were so tired and I was able to get in touch with one of the coordinators and was able to retrieve my items the next week so I am not sure about the comments from people who say they dont respond. This place is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy we got to have our wedding here to start our marriage and share the beautiful memories with our families. I got so many compliments on the venue from all our guest and I am so excited to see the photos! The main suggestion I would say for the venue is to be able to have earlier access to the venue before 12. The more time to get ready and relax the less stress I think I wouldve felt the day of.

Our wedding took place at Ashton Gardens West on June 12, 2023, and it truly was the most magical day of our lives. From the outset, our planner, Madison, was absolutely fantastic. She was with us every step of the way, ensuring that our vision for the day was realized to perfection. Even as my questions increased towards the end of the planning process, Madison responded swiftly and efficiently, providing reassurance and guidance. One of the reasons we chose Ashton Gardens West was for its stunning chapel, which fulfilled our desire for a church-like venue. Additionally, having everything onsite meant that our guests didn't have to commute between the ceremony and the reception, making the day even more seamless. The wedding packages offered by Ashton Gardens West are truly amazing, and they continually add new and exciting items. From selecting the invitations to choosing the drinks, every aspect of planning our wedding was made easy and enjoyable. We were impressed by the quality and affordability of their offerings, and we couldn't imagine a better venue for our special day. The tastings available at all their locations were not only an opportunity for my husband and me to sample the delicious food but also a chance to explore other potential additions to our wedding, such as a live painter. The location itself is absolutely beautiful. We loved getting married in the chapel with the floor to ceiling windows and the reception space had enough space to fit out 210+ guests. Having mimosas and beer the morning of was such a treat and the bridal/groom suits are perfect for getting ready. Our day of coordinators Anna and Jenine were ROCKSTARS! I gave them a listed timeline of events that I had created for the day and they took it from there. The entire wedding day ran smoothly because of them. The reason I'm not giving the venue 5 stars is because of the lack of communication between the vendors and event coordinator. Our event coordinator did not communicate with the DJ, who is a contracted vendor for the venue, that we were foregoing having a DJ and instead bringing in a band who was not contracted. This resulted in a confusing phone call from the DJ who did not realize that he was not working the reception and a panicked phone call from the event coordinator the day before the wedding because we had supposedly "forgotten to upload songs to the DJ to use at the wedding" despite us telling her multiple times that we were bringing in a band. Amongst other things the event coordinator had forgotten, she did not prepare us before our three zoom calls leading up to the wedding with what we needed to have ready. I was frequently left with a list of questions after our calls. Would I change that we got married at Ashton Gardens West? Absolutely not! At the end of the day, I loved my wedding and the memories I made there were priceless.

First I want to shout out Jackie she was so amazing a knowledgeable, she made my rehearsal a breeze! The whole staff is amazing! I will leave another review after my wedding :)

I got married at Ashton Gardens West in January 2024. From the moment I arrived to check out the venue I knew that was where I'd be getting married. They were extremely professional and accommodating to all our needs. Special shout out to Madison our wedding planner...she was AMAZING!!! Highly recommended.

We just got married at Ashton Gardens West and it was amazing!!! Madison was absolutely wonderful. The planning meetings were well thought out and notes were taken to make sure they did what I wanted my day to look like. The day of both her and Anna were available to help at the drop of a hat. Definitely recommend the lovely ladies and the venue!!

Beautiful, the chapel was beautiful the food was great! Jackie, the event coordinator was wonderful. She handled all of our needs and even help us and an emergency sewing on a couple buttons on our jackets. This was a wonderful experience! We chose this venue for its beautiful chapel, large reception space to fit our guest count, and its all inclusive package offered. Overall, the planning process was a good experience. Madison was great and very accommodating during the whole planning process. Brooke was our day-of coordinator and was very pleasant to work with as well. I'm giving 3 stars because the quality of the food was lacking-- I had many family members tell me that the salmon and steak were both overcooked and very tough and they could not eat it. The venue only does open-houses at certain times of the year and only serve some of the menu as part of taste test, and so we weren't able to try the food we selected for our wedding. The DJ (hired as part of package) also played songs that were on our no-play list. There were also a lot of different people involved in different parts of the process. The person who we first met to discuss the venue and packages was different from the initial venue rep and then we were assigned a different person to help with the planning and then we had a different day-of coordinator who was assigned to us about a month prior to the wedding. Everyone was pleasant to work with and there weren't any big issues that arose but there was no consistency and we were caught off-guard by the constant switching of hands. Ultimately, the wedding went well, and my only feedback is that I wish the food quality was better for how much the package cost as that contributes to guest experience the most.

I loved having my wedding here. My planner, Nicole, was awesome and always had quick responses. Every cost and item were well explained so there were no surprises. I do wish we had the venue for an hour earlier and an hour later. No one was ready to leave. Kenneth, our DJ, was the best! My complaints would be that it was too hot in the chapel and reception area, even after we brought it up with staff. The day of coordinator was not knowledgeable of the venue (AC system, if certain rooms would lock for valuables, etc.) and uncertain of the day of timeline. She had outdated info. And left the night early. While there was another coordinator there for us, she never introduced me to her. Otherwise, it really was a great day!

Ashton Gardens West is a dreamy venue. Pictures doesn't do this place justice. We had our wedding 3/26/23 at 3:00 P.M in the afternoon with some overcast and pictures came out perfectly within the chapel. Overall my experience working with the staff and Sheila (our day of coordinator) was great. Day of we had some hiccups with the seating chart (with not enough seats per table), however they were quick to fix. We had a plated meal and dinner was served hot. Everyone spoke of how lovely an event it was and I couldn't be more sure of the venue I chosen.

Over $7,000 for unlimited open bar and they ran out of alcohol. Is that fair? As others have warned, yes the venue is nice, but there are significant issues with management. They were responsive when money was due but after our event was over they have ignored MULTIPLE text messages, emails, & phone calls. We would have been happy to try to resolve this by other means, but be prepared to be ignored after your event is over. We upgraded to the premium bar package because our favorite liquor was listed. It cost us over $7,000. Only a third of our guests drink, but the bar still ran out of our preferred liquor. It was our wedding day and we couldn't get the drink of our choice. Additionally, their payment website is not very advanced & one of our payments went through twice (ahead of schedule). We were told not to worry about it & since we overpaid the additional would be refunded after the wedding or deducted from any vendor fees. Well we were charged the vendor fees after the wedding & no word on the over payment. Another issue we had was that during the wedding our cake cutting was not clearly announced so our guests were unaware & the cake was not served - it was placed on a back table on one side of the venue so many guests did not get cake & there was SO MUCH CAKE LEFT OVER. All paid for & thrown in the trash. We realized many of these wedding vendors/sites just try to be nice up front & get your business but they know you're not coming back any time soon so once they get your money they really don't care. Truly disappointing.

Having our wedding at Ashton Gardens West Houston was the very best! Laura did an incredible job helping plan our special day. She was always available to answer our questions, above and beyond the planning and the detail meetings. I loved having a venue that included catering, stationary, DJ services, and planning services all in one package. It made the whole process so easy. Our food was incredible and was complimented by all our guests! Even the guests who requested special dietary plates said the food was great, and appreciated the extra effort that went into providing for their needs. There were no surprises or hidden fees and the deposit was promptly refunded the next day. On top of all this, the venue was beautiful!!! Highly recommend!

The venue itself is gorgeous. We fell in love with the chapel instantly. The reception space is so grand & beautiful. The food, when cooked properly is delicious. The servers and bartenders that worked the night of our wedding were wonderful. They were all very kind and attentive. That’s about all the good we have to say about this place. To begin, you will speak to 2 different people about your wedding. In our experience, there was a severe lack of communication between the initial person and our “planning representative”. In our first tour, we were told many things about what we could do as far as customizations and prices. We were also told the planning rep would be reaching out within one week. Almost 3 weeks went by before we actually heard from them. This was also true of the DJ services provided through the venue. Once we were passed on to the planning rep, everything changed. We were told “I’m not sure why they would tell you that, we aren’t allowed to do that”. So we made adjustments and moved on. However, this lack of communication continued between us and the planning rep. I was supposed to have a meeting with the planning rep and when the day and time came around they never called me. Apparently they had an emergency come up but didn’t have the decency to let me know. I demanded to speak to management, which by the way is almost impossible to reach. Our planning rep said they had spoken to management and things would be better. They were not. We had to involve another manager a week or two later to be in the email chain because the rep was still not responding to us. At this point we were extremely frustrated and upset with the way things had been happening. It was also brought to my attention the planning rep the person who has been planning everything with us, would not be at the wedding. 3 weeks before the wedding we would meet with a day of coordinator (DOC) in a “final details meeting”. It’s now the wedding day and the DOC and an assistant walk into the bridal suite and are completely flustered and disorganized. It felt like the DOC had no idea what was going on even though we had already gone through everything and I had given her a binder with every detail. At one point, they had come into the suite with some problems that needed to be fixed and I couldn’t go out there and fix them because that was her job after all. The assistant looked at me and said “don’t worry, we will figure it out”. I understand weddings are stressful, but it is your job to make sure things go smoothly and the bride is not more stressed than she already is. I had mentioned earlier the lack of communication between us and the DJ as well because there was. However, there was an app we had to fill out with every detail about dances, bouquet tosses, and toasts. They were aware of the times in which to initiate those events. We had to remind the DJ about the toasts and in the end, forgot to announce the bouquet toss. My husband and I were completely baffled at how they would forget to do something like that when they had us list it in their app! We had selected a steak and chicken duo for our dinner and had let them know before hand how to cook the steak. Almost every single steak was served raw. We were in shock. This place is gorgeous, however, in our experience it’s almost not worth everything we went through with the planning staff, the food, and the DJ. I hope they improve their communication and become more organized in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this review but wanted to give others warning. The venue itself is beautiful and fit my daughter's theme perfectly. The staff was very responsive throughout the process and answered questions we had leading up to the day of the wedding. The food was amazing which I was not really expecting after a tasting at an open house but I was pleasantly surprised. We had enough guests for two bars (confirmed multiple times) and opted for the signature drinks (our package included it). On the day of the wedding, they were definitely not prepared at the bar. I don't know what happened because I never got a straight answer. I don't think they had enough staff, or did not realize that two bars were agreed upon, or both. There were only two people working the bar, and one of them did not know how to make mixed drinks. They did not batch the signature drinks as promised so when people ordered those, it was taking longer than it should. The bar line during the cocktail hour was way too long and guests were not served in a timely manner. I paid way too much for the bar package including the extended hours to have this happen. Make sure you have in the contract the number of bars for the number of guests and how many bartenders will staff the event.

Unfortunately, our experience was not like the rest of the stunning reviews, which was what initially motivated us to go with Ashton Gardens. It seems the primary staff had changed and/or were undergoing some internal restructuring because communication was difficult, not reassuring, disengaged, and (dare I say) curt. That's the last thing an out-of-state bride needs... Overall, I did not feel like I was working with individuals who were service/hospitality-oriented... :( My only bright miracle of the wedding day was meeting and working with sweet Emily!

Ashton gardens was the best decision we made to have our wedding! The venue itself is extremely lovely and everything I wanted in a venue! The staff was awesome and were very attentive to us . I don't think we could have pulled off a smooth wedding without them and of course the food was amazing!

We chose this venue for its architecture and décor, as well as for having one contact for venue, catering, and bar. To be honest, shortly after I booked with them, I started finding some pretty bad reviews, but once I voiced my concerns about the seemingly scarce communication, they adjusted to ease my mind. As the date neared and we really leaned on the gas, it was clear this group knows what they're doing. Phoebe, Keeton, and the day-of coordinator Emily were such a treat to work with and I couldn't have asked for more.

We had the most memorable wedding at this venue. Everything was perfect and couldn't have gone more smoothly. Keeton was wonderful to work with prior to the wedding she was very responsive to all our questions. Day of the wedding she was on top of it and very calm. I was scrambling being nervous and she had a calmness that everything was taken care of. It was such a great feeling to let go knowing that and I could enjoy our wedding day. DJ Alexander was so helpful with the song list prior too and had everyone out on the dance floor. His energy and ability to read the crowd was so good. We really enjoyed seeing everyone out there having a good time. The catering was delicious! We did not go to any tastings since the timing was so quick for us but they did not disappoint. We had plated dinner and the food was perfect temperature. They served us first and made sure we ate which is unheard of at weddings. Most Bride and Groom I hear don't get a chance to eat. Also, the bar was well stocked. We paid the extra hour and cut it off an hour before everyone left. It was the perfect amount of time. Thank you Keeton for all you did and Ashton Gardens for an over the top beautiful venue. It really was the best day we will remember forever. Can't thank you enough.

I just got married at this venue in July 2022. It truly is a beautiful venue and all my guest complimented how stunning the ceremony space is. The reception area and dance floor is HUGE. The best part was that they had packages where it included food, drinks, linens, photo booth, wedding invites. A lot of the cost and planning was taken care through the venue which was really nice. The food was okay. They don’t have tastings and to try the food you must go to their open house which was a downside, however, the guests said the food was decent. Make sure to ask lots of questions because there are things they don’t allow (ex- outside late night bites, confetti poppers, etc). Overall we had a pretty good experience!

Ashton Gardens West is a wonderful venue! We planned a wedding in 2 months, but they made it look like we had spent a year planning. Beautiful place, great food, and very accommodating people!

I got married at Ashton Gardens West Houston and I loved every part of it. The ladies there were always available and ready to help. My wedding went so smoothly! I can’t get over that day!

We would highly recommend Walters Wedding Estates for several reasons: 1) they were very responsive to emails leading up to the event and the staff was very kind and helpful to answer our many questions, 2) the day of, they kept our event running smoothly and the service was great, 3) the Houston West venue is absolutely gorgeous and it fit our budget nicely-- especially since we were able to customize the package to fit our needs best, and 4) the food was delicious! Reem, Keeton, and Jazmine were extremely helpful in planning and executing our event and kept things running smoothly throughout the night.

REEM was a pleasure to work with. In the beginning of planning for the event, I was a little frustrated with one of the staff members as we were charged WAY before our final headcount was submitted. I gave an estimate of expected guests and was charged for the max estimate, which was 25 people higher than we had. We had 2 meetings scheduled, one of which was forgotten about and Reem saved the day with a phone call to apologize and answer any questions we had. REEM was the one who made sure our dollars were stretched by keeping the bar open until the end of the evening and throwing in some extra appetizers and a late night snack. Upon arrival the day of, the floor was a little dirty and my father ended up sweeping the remnants from the event the evening prior. Elizabeth was our day-of coordinator and was a pleasure to work with, making sure we had enough water, beer and wine when getting ready and overall keeping the wedding day on schedule. I highly recommend getting married at Ashton Gardens North and allowing the venue to plan the day of your dreams. The event space is simply stunning.

I cannot say enough about how Reem, the GM of AGW, helped make our evening so special. She worked very hard to ensure everything was just as we planned, even adding in a few extras at the end. The chapel at the venue is stunning. The only suggestion for improvement is to change the corporate email system that goes through the website portal. It’s a pain to deal with.

The venue is stunning visually and one of many reasons why I selected it for my wedding day. It is beautiful on its own does not need extra/outside decor to make a statement.The team at Ashton gardens worked to make sure the day of the wedding went smoothly and answered all my questions. Reem at the West location guided the rehearsal for the wedding and put my mind at ease.

Our experience for my daughter's wedding was wonderful. We had to reschedule the wedding due to COVID and Ashton Gardens West worked with us and were very professional and understanding. The wedding ceremony and reception/ dinner could not have gone any better. The staff is so attentive and organized. Brittany, Rheem and Keeton really know what they are doing. We have received many compliments on the food too. I was able to enjoy the reception with no worries. I would happily recommend them.

We had a wonderful wedding reception night at Ashton Gardens! It was all I dreamed for, an elegant and a beautiful place. The food was delicious and everyone was very helpful at coordinating our day.

Everyone at this venue was super helpful and nice- from the managers to the sales team to our day-of coordinator. Our event was beautiful and super special. I felt we made many last minute changes and every one was supportive.

It is against my nature to write reviews - good and bad. I believe in face to face communication. I believe in building people up and not tearing them down. Unfortunately, my communication with this venue has been less than helpful, and I believe future brides must have facts before they drop their life-savings. My first caution to any bride considering this venue is go read all reviews. They are answered from a narcissistic, never say "sorry," gaslight the reviewer standpoint. I imagine this one will be no different. This venue has built a culture of lying and casting blame on anyone but themselves. To their detriment, they do not believe in personal accountability. I have coordinated many weddings. The last place I expect problems is with the venue. I've never had to cover up so many mistakes, lies and problems so my bride could enjoy in peace. Recently, I was the bride's coordinator for a wedding at Ashton Gardens West. The venue is beautiful, and I had high hopes for the day going as planned. Early on, as I was decorating, the on-staff coordinator was having a heated disagreement with one of the staff ten yards away- completely unacceptable. Several times, we overheard staff complaining that they had worked too much and didn't want to do our Thursday wedding. The bridal and groom's suite were atrociously hot. The bride was literally sweating as her make up was being put on. They ran out of food at the reception, even before everyone had been through the line once. I realize we had a few unexpected extra people (10 ish - most were children), but there was not even a little extra, apparently. The staff had no problem communicating with our DJ about their needs until it came to "last call". I am quite certain that they had run through all the allotted alcohol they wanted to use at that time and didn't want to announce it, but just shut it down. I'm sure there are a plethora of excuses and honestly I wouldn't be writing this if it had only been one or two things. As a result of the lack of warning, we had a guest thrown out for asking questions (once again, I get it but this was avoidable - no one communicated with me that the bar was going to be shut down.) The bride had given them my email address twice for clarification and schedules, but they never bothered to email me. Staff knew it was a problem because they tried to stop the bride to explain themselves. They lied to me blaming the bride instead of working to fix problems. I think my biggest pet peeve of all is when you lie to save your butt. I can work through just about anything if I have facts and truth. At the end , the staff got in an argument justifying their actions instead of dealing privately. It was completely unprofessional. Guests left an hour early after the guest was kicked out, because no one wanted to stay. The staff started setting up for the next day before we left or our time was up. We felt forced out. This venue has a culture of lying, bickering, backstabbing, rushing people for their own gain and discounting what other people have to say. I literally caught the coordinators in several lies. They play people off each other to save face. They mow over people instead of actually caring about their client, and it will catch up to them. I don't have time to write this review. I gain nothing from this review. I hope they are able to install a culture that listens and honors people, but until then, I absolutely cannot recommend them.

Ashton Gardens was the perfect venue for our perfect day. You truly cannot beat the backdrop in the chapel with all of the windows to the greenery outside. There is no doubt that all of your pictures will turn out to be stunning! The reception hall is a great size, especially the dance floor. The food and bar options were incredible, and everything gets served in a timely manor. Our day-of coordinators for our small ceremony and our postponed reception a year later were amazing! They take the time to check in on the bride and groom throughout the evening to make sure we are all good and keep us updated with the schedule and little changes that get made. Everyone is so friendly and easy to work with, making all of that planning seem less challenging! Definitely go to the food tasting if you decide to book, they have raffles for different items you can add to your packages, and my husband and I won a free photo booth at our reception!! It was definitely a hit with our guests. Overall, if I could use Ashton Gardens again, I would! Do not hesitate to have your ceremony & reception here!!

We recently got married at Ashton Gardens West 6/12/2021 and it was the best day of our lives! Ashton Gardens is a top tier venue with outstanding personnel to make your dreams come true. I had the pleasure of working with Brittney during the beginning booking stages, then shifted to the amazing Shelby who helped with EVERYTHING! All of my questions, worries, and ideas were tackled by Shelby effortlessly with ease. On our wedding day she had everything in line from beginning to end without missing a single beat. She is the best there is! There are not enough positive things I can say about her, the Ashton Garden's team, and the venue itself. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless! Thank you so much for having us!

Ashton Gardens is an amazing place to get married! My husband and I were married at the Houston - West location. The wall-to-wall windows in the chapel made for a beautiful ceremony, and the ballroom is classic, elegant, and full of space for tons of guests. Better the venue itself, though, are the people who work there. Reem and our day-of-coordinator Shelby were absolutely wonderful. From the tour to the planning meetings to the day-of, they are on top of everything and do everything they can to honor every idea and request you have. The day was stress-free because they set everything up, ensured the couple had everything they needed, and kept everyone on schedule. As a very Type-A bride, I appreciated the high level of detail and thoughtfulness they had throughout the entire wedding process. Also, all of the servers and bartenders were super friendly and attentive. The food at our wedding was something that was most important to us, and it was absolutely delicious! After the large group tasting (which I've heard is changing), we were a little worried about the quality of some of the options we tasted, but on the day of, every single thing that was served was SO GOOD. My guests raved about the Chicken Forrestier, and I have never had such amazing chicken quesadillas (and I love a good quesadilla). My guests also LOVED the photobooth that is offered as an upgrade option. There was a line all night, and I've had several friends ask which company I used, so they can book it for their upcoming weddings. Plus, you get a digital copy of every photo that's taken that evening. In summary, our experience was nothing short of perfect, and I am so glad we booked with Ashton Gardens Houston West. Come for the beautiful scenery, but book for great food, top-notch planning and coordinating, and wonderful people who will make your day a memorable experience.
