Hiring Aspen as our wedding coordinator was possibly the best decision we made for the wedding! I was skeptical at first, about hiring any coordinator-I didn't know if it was really necessary or not. We have a very large family so I figured we ...could get it all taken care of. But after meeting with Aspen for the first time I was sold! She is the absolute sweetest and takes care of literally everything! We chose the Month-of-Coordination because I wanted to do most of the planning myself. As soon as she was hired, she took care of everything else. She communicated with all the vendors for us from there on out and answered any questions we had so quickly. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about literally anything (and neither did the rest of the family) because she was there taking care of it all. She made sure we were all in the right places at the right times, made sure dresses and accessories were taken care of, swapped gifts between my husband and I, headed to the reception early to lay out pens that I had forgotten at the guest table, made sure all the lighting and candles were turned on and lit, she even took all our gifts and cards up to a family member's hotel room before she left so we didn't have to worry about it....you name it, she did it! I am so thankful for her and I could not imagine not having her there for our big day!
