did a fantastic job with making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible, and if there was a problem that arose on the day of the wedding, we didn't know about it! It was so nice to be able to slow down and truly take in every moment of our wedding because we knew that she was taking care of so many things behind the scenes for us. We also appreciated the detailed planning sheet that was provided to walk us through everything we needed to make our wedding successful. One minor complaint we had was that it was not communicated very well with who should be doing which job in the wedding planning process (who was reaching out to certain vendors and asking specific questions, etc.). I ended up doing almost all of the communicating with our vendors and other entities-- which I didn't mind because I like being in-the-know-- but I really only did it because I wasn't told that anyone else would be. It would have been nice to be able to communicate on splitting some responsibilities so that I didn't feel like I had as much falling on my plate. We also had some minor hiccups with figuring out who was going to be present on the day of the wedding rehearsal and on our wedding day. We were originally told there would be an assistant present, and that Sarah would spend the night before the wedding at the hotel that we paid for. Neither of these things ended up happening, and we were notified only hours before about Sarah's hotel cancellation. It ended up working out in the long-run, but we did have to go back and get reimbursed for our hotel room because of this. These were only minor complaints in my opinion, and as stated previously, everything worked out in the end, but I did feel that these factors were worth mentioning. Overall, we still had an amazing experience and could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. Thank you, Sarah, for making it so that we could sit back and enjoy every part of our wedding! We will fondly remember it forever because of you! :)
