Aspen was a god send! After months of planning, it was so nice to be able to hand over the planning the month before and just enjoy the day! She was so patient and helpful with not only a stressed bride, but the entire wedding party. I am so thankful we hired her for big day!

Aspen is INCREDIBLE! My husband and I decided to hire her right after the pandemic hit and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We hired Aspen to be our "day of coordinator" which includes working together 6 weeks before the big day to plan the timeline and having her help us with the rehearsal the night before the wedding and the day of. She was fantastic coordinating with our multiple vendors and being a steady support system during the constantly changing COVID atmosphere. We are SO glad we had her help, skills and connections to make our big day run as smoothly and perfectly as possible! Hire this gal - it'll save you and your family so much stress. She is the detail QUEEN and didn't miss a single aspect of the wedding day that I wanted to happen.

Hiring Aspen as our wedding coordinator was possibly the best decision we made for the wedding! I was skeptical at first, about hiring any coordinator-I didn't know if it was really necessary or not. We have a very large family so I figured we could get it all taken care of. But after meeting with Aspen for the first time I was sold! She is the absolute sweetest and takes care of literally everything! We chose the Month-of-Coordination because I wanted to do most of the planning myself. As soon as she was hired, she took care of everything else. She communicated with all the vendors for us from there on out and answered any questions we had so quickly. On the day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about literally anything (and neither did the rest of the family) because she was there taking care of it all. She made sure we were all in the right places at the right times, made sure dresses and accessories were taken care of, swapped gifts between my husband and I, headed to the reception early to lay out pens that I had forgotten at the guest table, made sure all the lighting and candles were turned on and lit, she even took all our gifts and cards up to a family member's hotel room before she left so we didn't have to worry about it....you name it, she did it! I am so thankful for her and I could not imagine not having her there for our big day!
