My husband and I got married 11/14/23 and both of us agree Anika is truly one of the kindest and most thoughtful humans on the planet. When I found her, I immediately knew that I wanted to work with her for our wedding. I appreciated how comprehensive her website was and that her offerings would mean that from start to finish, her and her team would be with me. It felt like all my needs were going to be met, and I could trust her to make the decisions and choices that were going to work for me and my husband. From our first discovery call, Anika, never once let us down. The planning materials that she gives you are so helpful and allow you to take your wedding process and put it into bite sized pieces. It made my life 1000 times easier. Her vendor referrals and knowledge of the area made it so that each time I came to her with an idea, she was able to find me the exact person to meet my needs, within or even under our budget. Everyone who knew her also loved her as much as I did, which made me feel even better about my choices. She also offers a beautiful selection of rentals which saved us so much money in the long run for decor and so before you even start buying anything, I would highly suggest looking through what she has to offer. When our plans changed, and we shifted to an elopement, Anika was understood our pain and frustration and was able to help us navigate transitioning our plans to work for the two of us. She approached not just me but my now husband with empathy and love, which is why I truly believe working with Assorted Artistries and Anika is such a special experience. You are part of their team, and they will do whatever they can to help you. Everything we invested was worth it because there is a misconception that as brides you can DIY your wedding. Sure, you could try and struggle alone... but why would you when you can have a superstar like Anika in your corner solving problems and putting together everything behind the scenes so you can actually enjoy what should be the most important day of your life? As someone who planned large scale events for a living before my wedding, I can say you 1000% need Anika and Assorted Artistries with you to help navigate this. It's all worth it so you can enjoy it and have people who are focused on you and your fiancé's needs when you both are trying to meet the needs of others. I never once felt alone in the planning process, and Anika guided us to a team of vendors who were just as thoughtful and amazing as she is. Between all the resources she gave us, the support and care she put into our day (she even married us), Phil and I have just been overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Our day was perfect, and we could not have gotten to the place we did in our journey and done that without her. My husband and I got married on 10/01/23 in Lake Placid, NY. We couldn’t have imagined not having assorted artistries for our day of staging and coordinator needs. We were able to rent some items from them too which was awesome! It was a one stop shop. We planned our whole wedding but were anxious about what would happen the day of our wedding. Anika from the start was very communicative and organized. The work book you have to fill out is intense but worth it in the end. They become your second brain for sure. Emily and her team were very helpful all weekend from setting up/ tearing down our rehearsal dinner, to the set up and tear down of our wedding, and being there for every little need. They kept us on track and made sure we always had what we needed, including water. If you can budget for wedding coordination services/ set up, hire the assorted artistries team! You will never have to worry about a thing! Thank you all for everything! :)

Hiring Anika and the Assorted Artistries “I Do Crew” was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! Anika was the second coordinator that we worked with after an absolutely disastrous experience with another coordinator. When we decided to meet with Anika and potentially terminate the original relationship I was absolutely hating wedding planning and the joy had been squeezed out of the process. In our first conversation Anika made me feel cared for and supported, and the dark cloud cast by the other planner went away. Throughout the entire planning process with Anika and on wedding day, you can throw any little thing at her and she will catch it, organize it, and make it happen. She designed the wedding of our dreams and it was so much fun to see her work come to life. One more bonus of working with Anika and Assorted Artistries is that they have an incredible rental inventory. It absolutely poured on our wedding day and we needed to dress up the rain plan space, and I told Anika to just go nuts work anything from her inventory and she did just that. It was cozy, romantic, stunning, and perfect. Anika, from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU for everything!

I don't think there are enough words to capture how incredible Anika and her team at Assorted Artistries are. We hired them for day of coordination and for rentals, both of which exceeded our expectations. Anika provides easy to follow, comprehensive guides that not only help you plan your wedding, but become your wedding bible to ensure no single detail is missed! She was always available whenever we had questions, concerns, or to hop on a last minute vendor call. On the day of our wedding she was there basically from dawn until dusk, managing both setting up the decor we rented and running the wedding. Her team kept us on schedule, energized, and worry free throughout our day. I couldn't have asked for anything more as a type-a bride! I was able to confidently handover all of my plans and it took my breath away to see how Anika and the team brought it all to life. I felt so comfortable in her hands and really was blown away. To top it all off, the rentals were beautiful! If you want to just enjoy your wedding planning experience and not worry on the day of your wedding, Assorted Artistries is your best bet!

Everyone needs Anika beside them on their wedding day. We were so, so lucky to have her on our day. Anika and her team were professional, fun, and, well, perfect! Her month-of planning was truly the best thing we could’ve done, including her timeline, planning documents (oh my gosh, the sexy, sexy spreadsheets!), and communication. Being a micro-manager bride (though hopefully not bridezilla), I dropped the décor off with Anika and her team, and literally did not have to lift a FINGER while they set-up. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a dance floor to rent, so Anika suggested we do a carpet floor, which turned out to be even more amazing than any dance floor! We opted to rent a few other items from Assorted Artistries, and it was seamlessly delivered and set-up. Anika has a few rules - all which boil down to: EVERYTHING IS AWESOME FOR THE BRIDE AND GROOM. Did I fall and skin my knees and knuckles? Yes. Did it rain on my ceremony? Yup. Was the dinner china misplaced and an alternative had to be found? Indeed… Did we have the perfect, most spectacular wedding? You betcha! (Per Anika’s rule, we didn’t even KNOW they had to find replacement china until the day after!! Shout-out to her team for finding replacements!) Anika perfectly melded with our wedding party, while demonstrating professionalism and leadership for our motley crew. We all knew who was boss, and despite a challenging clowder of cats to herd, Anika kept us on time and in place. Poor Anika had to deal with the micro-managing of our retired-caterer-uncle, and even he said she was the best he'd ever worked with. GET ANIKA! She’s the best thing that you can do for yourself and your wedding. In the pictures, do you see me (the bride) melted in her arms? That’s what Anika feels like - a warm and happy hug, defending you from all wedding mishaps!

We are still smiling from the most incredible wedding weekend. Anika and her team have been by our side since September of last year and have been there for us every step of the way. With very little detail from us regarding our vision, she created and designed the most beautiful wedding we could have dreamed of. We were planning our wedding from South Carolina and we could not have done it without her. Hire her for coordination, rentals, and planning!! Her vendor referrals were amazing and we wish we could do it all over again!

When a bride envisions her wedding day, she tries to imagine the perfect day...I know I did! And thats why I called Assorted Artistries. Anika and her team is the definition of perfection. I wish I could live our wedding day 100 times over again, if only to be able to work with Anika again and again. If I could do it all again 1,000,000,000 times over… I would choose Anika and her I Do crew with Assorted Artistries each and every time. Anika was a literal godsend at our wedding and I do not know what we would’ve done without her. She was the perfect person to balance me out as a bride and I commend her for all of her efforts. She took all of my wild and crazy ideas and we talked them through, and she executed them into a picturesque one-of-a-kind vision that all of my wedding guests are still raving about. She and her team sculpted a gorgeous cloud-like structure that took over the sweetheart table and the fireplace behind it and omg it was STUNNING. It took my breath away. Anika coordinated with several of my vendors and took the time to meet with them and give them the rundown. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed I always knew she was there. I genuinely can say that as someone who was so hesitant to add a planner to my team for a long while I’m so glad that I did because I think that my day would have been a mess without Anika and her team. Thank you for being so kind, respectful, and all-around rock stars. Anika and her team took BTS photos and videos too. I absolutely love them!!!! Anika and her team allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. Wedding planning was not fun or easy for me, but I promised myself I would enjoy the day, and the major step in making that happen was hiring Anika. I hired Anika for day of coordinating services after we had found almost all our vendors but was looking for someone to physically put the day together, to keep us on task day of, and also just verify and confirm with all the vendors. The packets that Anika provided allowed for me to ask questions that I had not considered and also forced people to make decisions before the very last minute. It also made me really take a look at all the décor that I’ve been collecting for the past year and half and really give it all a purpose. For all the décor I didn’t have, I looked at the rentals that are included in the price of our package, and made all the selections I needed. Weekend of the wedding, Anika got us all setup with the rehearsal, which was no easy task with 3 small children and wandering parents. When we got to the rehearsal, the room was almost completely set up already and it was like I had completed all the decorating myself. What I had diligently laid out in the visual plan was followed perfectly, and all the extra pieces I included were wonderfully tied in. For the best of my knowledge, there was only one real hiccup day of, but nothing that couldn’t easily be fixed. I’m sure there were others, but Anika handled it without my knowledge. I was able to truly enjoy my day because I knew that things would be taken care of without my direct participation, which is exactly what I wanted. When you work so hard pulling everything together, make all the decisions and handle a lot of big feelings from those around you, you deserve to have a peaceful day and Anika and her team can make that happen!

It’s hard to even write a review for someone who’s so incredible! Hiring Anika and her team was truly the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Anika handled all coordination with vendors the month of the wedding, ran the rehearsal, and made sure everything on our wedding day was absolutely perfect! She is truly a magician who had everything under control and seemed to somehow even be in 3 places at once. Her and her team also did an amazing job staging. Everything was even more beautiful than I imagined. The rentals we used from them were also beautiful and really elevated the entire event. I was able to enjoy every minute of my wedding day and didn’t have a care in the world thanks to her. Do yourself a favor and hire Anika! I promise you won’t regret it!

Anika and her team were awesome in ensuring our daughter's wedding, held on the property of our lake house in Plattsburgh, NY was a dream come true. It was a complicated affair since the bride, groom and the majority of guests were from out of town. The bride and groom moved cross country, dealt with health issues and lost a dear member of their family during the last few months leading up to the wedding. Anika wasn't phased at all when needed decisions were delayed or adjustments to vision were needed. She was gracious through it all and assured us that the final outcome would be glorious - which it was. Anika and her team were totally present and focused on this wedding in the days before, the day of and days after. Their energy and joy in what they do was so evident and infectious. There are not enough words to describe how unbelievable Anika and her entire team were throughout our wedding process. We live in Philadelphia and got married in Lake Placid, NY. Living miles and hours away from our wedding location can sometimes provide stress, but Anika and her team were relentless in their pursuit of making the planning process as smooth as possible. She is unbelievably communicative and positive in everything she does. She is organized, beyond knowledgeable and so flexible to make sure everyone is on the same page. From emails to phone calls, she goes above and beyond to get the job done and made us feel so confident going in to wedding weekend that it would be exactly what we dreamt of. Now fast forward to the actual wedding weekend. Anika and her team were present from the rehearsal on. Making our families and friends realize from the very first moment this was going to be the best weekend of our lives. It fell nothing short of that. Not only is she an unbelievable professional, she is an even better human being. We are SO SO SO fortunate to have crossed paths with her and her team. They truly provided us with the wedding of our dreams.

Wedding planner extraordinaire!!! Anika and her team (Kate & Kayla) were absolutely incredible. I worked with Anika for about 10 months leading up to our wedding - helping me find the BEST vendors, designing a full visual plan for floral and decor (her rental inventory is amazing and ever growing!) and always having an answer or solution to my many questions. Anika helped me take the wedding I pictured in my head and make it a reality - every details was perfect. Onsite Anika handled every curveball from the venue, weather and even an unexpected guest - all with grace and confidence. Anika and team went above and beyond, easing my stress, taking care of our pups at the end of the night - I couldn't have dreamt of anything better. I'm so grateful to have had Anika as our wedding planner and even more grateful to have her as a new friend. Assorted Artistries - I cannot wait to plan the next event!!

Anika and her team were incredible to work with! Our wedding day was an absolute dream thanks to Anika and her team. All the little details were taken care of and we truly could fully enjoy ourselves all weekend long. Anika's organization and planning skills were exactly what we needed to pull off our wedding, we couldn't have done it without her. Her wedding workbook is a dream come true, it allowed us to put all our thoughts into one place and stay organized. Anika's dedication to supporting couples in having a fairytale wedding was so evident throughout the entire process. We felt heard, supported and cared for the entire time. Anika, Jamie, and the team at Assorted Artistries took all of the tiny but super important details of our day to heart and helped us to create a plan for that took away our stress of the day. We had an incredible time at our wedding and through the events of the weekend. We LOVED working with all of her team, but Anika herself was amazing to communicate with, accommodating our 12/13 hour time difference for calls, and always prompt through email. She streamlined and coordinated our vendor teams and communication, and was fun to talk and work with during the whole process. By using her incredible decor inventory and ideas, we were able to have the more sustainable wedding we were looking for. We are so pleased to have worked with her!

Anika and her team were fabulous to work with. Anika is so lovely and friendly, she felt like an old friend by the end! We rented decor through Assorted Artistries and had the team set up and take down the decor at our venue. We knew we didn’t want to buy any decor in bulk - it felt wasteful, like “what am I going to do with all these things post wedding?!” It felt great making the “green” choice and knowing the rented decor could be reused over and over again! Anika totally got our outdoorsy vibe and ran with it. I knew I could fully trust her and it became one less thing we had to worry about! Everyone was raving about the way it turned out! We are so happy with their services - they are worth every penny! And they are reasonably priced to boot. Anika worked with our tight budget and was so flexible. Highly recommend!

Anika is incredible! She is so positive, and she might be the most organized person I have ever met. If we could do it all over again, we would 100% hire her again. At the beginning of my wedding planning process I didn't think I needed a coordinator/planner, but looking back I really don't know how I would have done it without her. Our wedding truly was a dream come true, A+ experience, and I firmly believe that without Anika and her team it would have been B/B+. You only get married once, and I figured if I was going to spend so much time and effort planning this event I wanted it to be perfect, not nearly perfect, and Anika and her team were the difference between nearly perfect and perfect. She thought of everything and had a great answer to all of my questions, and she put out all the little fires on wedding day. She shared a google sheet with me that had a detailed breakdown of all the things I needed to do before the wedding that was far more comprehensive than anything you can find online. She was so helpful and attentive throughout our wedding planning process, and most importantly she cheered me on and radiated positivity when the planning stress was getting the better of me. Her rentals are the best! They are so reasonably priced, and I don't have any left over decorations that I have to resell or throw away which is such a weight off my shoulders (also more eco friendly!). They were all so beautiful and really made my vision/theme come to life. All our vendors loved working with her, and they all told me how helpful she was to them. She had never worked at our venue before, but our contact at the venue was extremely impressed with her. She made such an impact on my family and wedding party that my sister even gave her a shout out during her maid of honor speech! TLDR: hire Anika, she will make your life easier and your wedding a dream!!

Assorted Artistries is everything you could want in a wedding planner. Annika and her team approach their work with immeasurable talent, kindness and the commitment to make the day all that we dreamed it would be, and they somehow do it. Prepared is an understatement, this team is seemingly able to respond to any potential challenge or pitfall that might occur. The entire event site was decorated beautifully! It was a perfect blend of elegance, fun and welcoming. My daughter's wedding was the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to, Annika and her crew were exceptional. I would recommend this without hesitation, they are the best!

I cannot say enough nice things about Anika and her team. She was by far the best investment we made in our big day. Between her superior organizational skills and fabulous rental cache, I still cannot believe we lucked out in finding her. From month-of planning to decorating to rehearsal run-through to the day-of, everything fell into perfect place. I knew I was someone that had the potential to be really anxious and stressed on our big day but with Anika running the show I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxed and happiest days of my life. If you are getting married in the Adirondack region, you need her on your team!

Assorted Artistries was with us for almost 2 years because of the pandemic, and it was worth every penny multiplied by another 100! Anika created and designed our invites complete with custom logo and coordinated with all of our vendors. She even stepped in when outside influences got out of hand with their expectations. Of all the items we budgeted for, Assorted Artistries and the I Do Crew were by far the best investment. Anika connected me with hair and makeup, did last minute orders for tablecloths, ran the rehearsal and site setup/takedown. The team even had people working to make sure parking went well. Absolutely the BEST! And I cannot forget to mention all the advice and encouragement Anika provided in the days leading up to the event. We were so stressed but Anika made everything so smooth and easy - she was truly amazing! We connected with Assorted Artistries because we both are very detail-oriented and we wanted to just enjoy our day. We also wanted a buffer between us and our families & friends so that we could have a stress-free day to enjoy with our loved ones. Having our wedding at home added another level of craziness - but Anika ran with it! She put the finishing touches on EVERYTHING and made our day even more beautiful and unique than we could've imagined. Throughout the process, we shared our concerns and Assorted Artistries literally made them go away! Anika even had a few surprises up her sleeve, making our entire experience absolutely incredible! (Like organizing a zoom dress appointment, and surprising us with a mid-winter photo shoot and custom designed cookies for the wedding!!) Working with Assorted Artistries has been an absolute pleasure - we would recommend again and again. Working with Anika, you are treated better than celebrity you are treated like royalty!

Anika and her team were the most organized, calm and fantastic group to have run our wedding day. Her rental inventory is insanely gorgeous and she is a true creator when it comes to a vision. She had every little thing ready to go and organized before I could even worry. I never heard a peep about any hiccups because they were there for it all. Anika quickly becomes a friend because of how easy going she is! I previously worked in the industry and can say she is one of the absolute best in the ADK's/Vermont/Northern NY areas for wedding planners.

Anika was the best partner we could have asked for. We planned a Vermont wedding from NYC and knew we would need extra help coordinating the day of the wedding. Anika was provided that & more - she was our sanity in the hectic 30 days before the wedding (we had no idea those days could be so crazy) and continued to work miracles the weekend of the wedding. She took care of problems before they arose, was 1 step (or 10) ahead of everyone that weekend. She prepped for every weather scenario and worked seamlessly coordinating with our other vendors. She supported not only us, the bride & groom, that weekend - but she made sure our family & friends could enjoy the weekend by our side instead of running around taking care of things. I would recommend hiring Anika in a heartbeat to anyone getting married in the NY/VT area.

My husband and I were planning our wedding from a distance in Plattsburgh, NY. We met with Anika about 5 months before our wedding date and from that point on, she made absolutely everything so perfect and easy. I do events for a living and thought that I could do it myself and there is no way. She did everything from making manicure appointments for myself and the bridal party to finding someone to dry clean by brother-in-laws shirt, to helping us plan and organize the ceremony to completely making our wedding day as seamless, stress free and happy as could be. She is completely amazing and would recommend her to anyone that is looking.
