It's exactly what I needed throughout the entire process. Being Korean American, I had a lot of different traditions I wanted to incorporate into the day. My ceremony was held offsite at a local church at 3 p.m., while my reception was held at the Winter Park Farmers' Market at 4 p.m. with access to the building beginning at 2 p.m. After meeting with Jen early in my planning process, I did not have a single doubt that she would be able to turnaround the reception space in such a quick timeframe. I also provided majority of the decor myself, making setting up for the reception a bit more difficult. However, Jen and Madison truly made my reception incredible and captured my vision perfectly. They also packed everything up so that I did not have to worry about a single thing other than having fun and enjoying my reception. Jen's timeline was very helpful. Family members and friends also appreciated the level of detail because it was so easy to follow. Throughout the planning process, Jen responded to every text and email quickly, and she was always on top of everything, thinking of things that I had not thought of. Since I only hired At Last for month of coordination, I also appreciated the monthly reminders of tasks I should be completing. It helped me make sure I had everything I needed when I handed it over to Jen. Most importantly, Jen and Madison made the event run as smoothly as it could. At my reception, my dress began to stretch and grew tremendously... to the point where a friend's mom had to take in 3-inches in the back (even though I had professional alterations done). Jen and Madison handled the crisis with ease, providing comfort, safety pins, and tape to help keep my dress up. They also adjusted the schedule in the moment, as this shaved 20ish minutes off the schedule, and made sure the rest of the reception flowed properly. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. If you are considering hiring them, do it. One of the best decisions I made!
