At Last Wedding was an amazing service for our wedding. We were paired with Bri Rosa and she was absolutely wonderful! One thing we wanted from our wedding was to be able to not have to worry about anything during the actual event. We chose the day-of package and it was well worth every single penny. We got to plan out all the vendors and details that we wanted, but Bri took over the last couple of weeks. She reached out to vendors and packaged up any extra last minute details we needed help with. She made the night run so smoothly, so we got to enjoy every minute! She was so organized and I felt so much trust in her. I highly recommend using At Last. As I said before, it was worth every penny!

At Last was insanely amazing! They went above and beyond at every step of the process. I purchased the month of wedding planning option and it was perfect for me. They coordinated everything day of and all of the vendors that I booked. Madison was fantastic! She knew everything about everything. I cannot recommend them more for a seamless wedding day!

I appreciated all the open communication from booking to the wedding day. Even though I had only booked for a month of coordination, having the options for add-ons and access to you guys to ask questions was absolutely key to not losing my mind. Bri was literally a lifesaver and really guided us throughout the entire process and really set our minds at ease so all we needed to think about was each other.

Madison and At Last weddings were an absolute pleasure to work with. We appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were, but more importantly how proactive and helpful they were throughout the whole process. Madison was extremely detail-oriented and made sure the entire day went by without any issues, allowing us to truly sit back and enjoy our wedding day. We were absolutely blown away by At Last. Their professionalism and attention to detail are next level. We started working with At Last and Madison about three-fourths of the way through our planning process. I remember feeling a huge amount of anxiety at the thought of relinquishing control of something that I had worked so hard on. What if things didn't go the way I wanted them to? What if one of my plans fell through? Madison completely rocked it. From our first meeting to our send-off, everything was quite literally perfect. The night before and the day of were so fun and anxiety free. We are SO thankful for Madison and all the lovely ladies at At Last for helping us create the wedding day of our dreams.

I HIGHLY recommend At Last for your wedding planning services. From beginning to end, Bri was there making sure every little detail aligned with our wedding vision. I am extremely detail oriented, organized, and very type A (as a healthcare director, i can be verrrrry particular), but for our wedding, I felt 100% comfortable letting Bri take the wheel - all due to her years of expertise, genuine care, thorough communication, and ability to carry out tasks EXACTLY the way that we envisioned and BEYOND. Everyone in our wedding party, other vendors, and even the GUESTS commented on how wonderful she was. She was there when buttons popped, to answer questions, when the flower girl needed water... I honestly don't know how she does it, she is SUPERHUMAN. Bri's work style embodies the perfect blend of directness, creativity, honesty, compassion, and efficiency, all rolled into one. It's exactly what I needed throughout the entire process. Being Korean American, I had a lot of different traditions I wanted to incorporate into the day. Not to mention some of my family members did not speak English. Language and culture was no barrier and she did NOT miss a beat. At Last was the vendor I was impressed by the MOST, and an absolute MUST HAVE for our wedding. As a self-professed perfectionist and "control-freak" who once doubted the need of a wedding planner, I can now confidently say that hiring one was the BEST decision we made for our big day. At Last was absolutely amazing. They were there to answer quick questions through gout planning, and leading up to the month of Bri was a text away, reminding us of items to complete. Day of would have not been no where near as smooth without her and her team. She kept us organized, on time, (some wedding party) in line, and so beyond happy. Thank you At Last!

You NEED At Last!!! I am somewhat of a high-stress person, and I can't believe how smooth and stress-free our wedding day was! Madison was our head coordinator. From the initial inquiry to the end of the night, Madison was organized, attentive and invested in making our day perfect. Once At Last took over the month leading up to the wedding, I knew we were in good hands. We received many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the day was. I can't thank you guys enough for making our day unforgettable! If you're someone who needs month-of services, or the full planning, I know that At Last will go above and beyond for you and I wholeheartedly recommend them :)

I could not recommend At Last enough! We hired them as our Month of Coordinator and we specifically requested Bri’s services because our friend had hired her for her wedding and from a guests perspective, it was the most organized and seamless wedding we had ever attended. Out friend did not steer us wrong. Bri was amazing! Our wedding would not have been the same without her. She is diligent and creative. She’s responsive and helpful. She was direct while still being kind. She was punctual and organized. You are with your coordinator a lot of the day and your bridal party needs someone they respect and will listen to. Bri is your girl for that! Not only on the day of but for the weeks leading up to our wedding day, Bri went above and beyond. She helped with decor decisions and placement. She sent recommendations and suggestions and helped our vision come to life better than we could’ve ever expected. If you are planning a wedding in the Orlando area, I HIGHLY recommend hiring At Last for any wedding planning or coordinating needs. I had Bri as my month of coordinator and I could not have asked for a better gal to help me out! She was super responsive, attentive, friendly and on top of absolutely everything. I myself am usually on top of things but she was always two steps ahead of me in coordinating the day and always had my ideas/wishes in mind when putting everything together. Nothing slips through the cracks with her. Our wedding day was a DREAM and went so smoothly because At Last's coordinators are so on top of it all as you simply get to enjoy your wedding day.

The AtLast team helped make our wedding vision come to life with ease! From the moment I had a consultation with Jenn, I knew that we had to book with them over other vendors we had spoken to. Immediately, she had an interest in our story, our vision, and even helped answer questions during that first phone call. At any given time I could count on Jen to answer questions, offer her opinion, and she was always checking in on us. Jenn was a godsend the day of the wedding; nerves were high, but Jenn consistently offered suggestions, reassurance, drinks, words of advice, and made sure we were breathing. She is so kind, efficient, and excellent at what she does! We had many guests compliment both Jenn and Claire on the day of the wedding. Madison and Bri RAN THE DANG SHOW! I truly don’t even know if there were any problems on my wedding day because they took care of everything! Even when one of my bridesmaids drank too much, I asked them what I should do and their response was for me to go enjoy the night and that they would take care of it. They handled everything with such grace and professionalism, and I am truly thankful that I went with At Last. It really made the day as stress free as possible!

A main reason I picked 'At Last' is because they communicate with you from the day they are booked (other companies only do a month out). This was worth every penny since they referred 2 of my vendors and they were the best vendors of the night! Bri was an incredible day of coordinator -- I cannot even describe how incredible she was! I'm a HUGE type A planner so thought I was good to go, but BOY was I wrong. She kept us on track, eating, and enjoying our night. Even after the wedding she has followed up and make sure we are all set. Things I thought I forgot, Bri already had them done! I will recommend At Last and Bri specifically to literally every bride I know

Where do I begin?! Working with At Last for our two day wedding was the best decision we made. Jen was our girl! She is easy going, quick to resolve any speedbumps, and eager to help. I could not have done this wedding without her and the team at At Last. She was efficient with communication and kept all of our vendors on track and on the timeline. Jen and Madison are absolutely incredible! I highly recommend that you hire At Last and request for Jen to be your event lead. She is highly personable, handles crisis situations flawlessly, and ensures every detail is executed. My ceremony was held offsite at a local church at 3 p.m., while my reception was held at the Winter Park Farmers' Market at 4 p.m. with access to the building beginning at 2 p.m. After meeting with Jen early in my planning process, I did not have a single doubt that she would be able to turnaround the reception space in such a quick timeframe. I also provided majority of the decor myself, making setting up for the reception a bit more difficult. However, Jen and Madison truly made my reception incredible and captured my vision perfectly. They also packed everything up so that I did not have to worry about a single thing other than having fun and enjoying my reception. Jen's timeline was very helpful. Family members and friends also appreciated the level of detail because it was so easy to follow. Throughout the planning process, Jen responded to every text and email quickly, and she was always on top of everything, thinking of things that I had not thought of. Since I only hired At Last for month of coordination, I also appreciated the monthly reminders of tasks I should be completing. It helped me make sure I had everything I needed when I handed it over to Jen. Most importantly, Jen and Madison made the event run as smoothly as it could. At my reception, my dress began to stretch and grew tremendously... to the point where a friend's mom had to take in 3-inches in the back (even though I had professional alterations done). Jen and Madison handled the crisis with ease, providing comfort, safety pins, and tape to help keep my dress up. They also adjusted the schedule in the moment, as this shaved 20ish minutes off the schedule, and made sure the rest of the reception flowed properly. I truly don't know what I would have done without them. If you are considering hiring them, do it. One of the best decisions I made!

Going into planning my wedding, I knew absolutely nothing about the process. From the first consultation to the monthly check-ins At Last was there for me every step of the way. I really knew I made the right choice when Jen accommodated my schedule (I am not local, so I only had a few opportunities to come for wedding planning) and sat for over an hour finalizing the last details before she completely took over for the month. From then on, I felt all the weight off my shoulders and I got to just enjoy planning the small details. The day of the wedding was a breeze thanks to Jen + Claire. Any questions I had they were able to answer and any last minute changes they made. Thanks to them my husband and I had the best day!!

Katie and the team at last weddings did a fantastic job coordinating every last detail of our wedding we felt taken care of and hands off on the wedding day as they ensured our dream wedding came to life. They were on top of every detail and even details we didn’t think of. They did a great job making us the bride and groom extra special and taken care on our wedding day. From our first consultation with Jaclyn, to our two planning sessions with Jen and then our Month-Of Coordination with Bri, there are not enough characters in this review to be able to leave our praises for the At Last team! The monthly checklists were so helpful throughout the planning process and the team was available for a quick question at any point in time. We were so lucky to have Bri in our corner leading up to the wedding. She was extremely organized and easy to communicate with. From timeline creation to vendor communication, Bri was an 11/10. On the big day, she took control and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! Our friends and family were extremely complimentary of how smoothly everything went thanks to Bri! We were ahead of schedule which allowed us to genuinely enjoy the day stress-free. I've recommended At Last to all of my friends that are getting married in Central Florida. At Last needs to be at the top of your vendor list!

The whole team was phenomenal! Having a monthly checklist & also the ability to ask questions of the professionals the entire way through the wedding planning process was amazing to keep me on track. Especially having someone around to take over and handle all the coordination with the vendors and especially the confusing stuff like building the timeline and making sure all the vendors knew where to be and when was LIFE SAVING! I couldn't have planned my dream event without the team's help. At the last minute (literally the day before the wedding!) my coordinator Jen and even Jaclyn got sick with Covid. With possibly any other team this would have been terrifying but Jen immediately called me and explained that I was in good hands. Madison immediately stepped in on the same phone call and within minutes was texting me to keep me in the loop of where we were at with being transferred to her. Everything transitioned super smoothly and on the day of the wedding it was like no transition had happened at all and that Madison had been with us the whole time! So to any bride out there who might be worried about a coordination team bailing at the last minute over sickness, you're in good hands with At Last!! Thanks so much for everything you've done. The At Last Weddings team made my wedding planning & day of flawless! They are incredibly detailed and able to answer any and all questions I had. The monthly planning lists kept me on track. They are truly experts in the field of wedding planning. I worked with Jen & Claire on my wedding day and they kept everything running smoothly and made sure my husband and I were enjoying the evening. Hire them now!!!! Our wedding planner was the first vendor that we hired when starting to plan. After the first intro conservation with Jen, I knew we had found the right planner. We hired them for the "month of planning" package however Jen was available for the questions and recommendations the entire time along the way. When we finally got to the last month, she relieved SO MUCH of my stress and everything I would ask her to do or feel like I had to remind her, SHE HAD ALREADY DONE. She was FANTASTIC and I do not say that lightly. My husband and I kept joking that our lives would be perfect if we could hire her as a personal assistant. Working closely with Jen the last month made me so much more relaxed knowing she would take care of everything the day of and I was 100% right. She not only made sure everything I wanted was done but went above and beyond on the day of. Our wedding was perfect and we thank Jen and Claire for making it happen!

My husband and I just got married at The White Room in St. Augustine! We were so unbelievably fortunate to have had Bri as our lead coordinator she was an absolute rockstar and everyone saw it! From the moment I had the first initial meeting with At Last for our consultation I knew we had to choose them there was no other option comparable or made me feel more at ease. Atlast came highly recommended by one of my close friends. From beginning to end, they were absolutely phenomenal. I loved getting the monthly to-do emails leading up to my wedding they were so helpful. Most of all, my coordinator, Bri, was out of this world. Texting her felt like I was talking to my best friend. She helped with every single detail. I could tear up reliving us walking into our reception space. Bri helped me coordinate with another bride to purchase so many candles that transformed my whole wedding. She eased so much of the stress I was feeling leading up to it. Every time I was worried something wouldn’t work, I would text her, express my concern, and she immediately had a solution. The second best decision I made about my wedding (after picking my husband of course) was working with Atlast. My husband and I just got married at Sterling Event Venue in Minneola, FL and used At Last. Jen our Wedding coordinator was an absolute dream! From the moment we met with At Last for our consultation to after the wedding, they have always gone above and beyond to make us feel at ease. Jen was always available and promptly assisted us with any questions throughout the whole wedding planning process. On the wedding day, Jen kept everything on track while making sure I was calm and that our wedding dreams came to life. She and her team made sure every detail was perfect and that we were having the best day. We could not have made our day so perfect without Jen and Hannah that day! We brought a lot of DIY items for set up and at the end of the night everything was packed up exactly how we had brought it. It was amazing! Jen and her team were the most amazing Wedding Coordinators. I chose the month of coordinator full service and its the best money i spent towards our special day. The monthly checklists really helped me to stay on track and get all of my to do's completed. Having Jen and her team coordinate with all my vendors on schedule and wedding day timeline was such a burden taken off me. they took all of my DIY's for the wedding and set it up so i didn't have to worry about it either. On top of all of that they were definitely my hype women. They are super sweet and attentive and just made sure that i got to enjoy our wedding. Even taking behind the scenes videos and pictures. I can’t recommend a more wonderful group of wedding planners than At Last! Madison I was a treasure and so helpful. She answered all my texts and emails in a timely manner which gave me piece of mind. She was such a delight! Madison and Jen set up everything the day of my wedding and they truly listened to every detail I wanted and made my vision come to life I was beyond grateful it brought me to tears how caring they are for their couples and making sure their weddings are picture perfect! At Last was amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would 100% hire them again!! I chose the package where they really start communicating with you at the 3 month mark, but even before then, they were always available and timely with answering any questions I had. They would also send out monthly checklists to help keep you on track with planning and give you an idea of what you should be working on. Once we hit the 3 month mark, my assigned coordinator, Jen, took over all communication with my vendors and worked on coordinating all the final details with them, which really took a lot off of my plate. On the day of, Jen and Madison handled everything! They made sure my vendors were there and setting up how we had talked about. I did not have to worry about anything the morning of my wedding! It was also raining the day of the wedding, and Jen kept me calm and worked with the venue to set up my outdoor ceremony 15 minutes before when it had stopped raining. During the ceremony, they kept everything on time and made sure we had everything we needed once we were doing the grand exit. They stayed until the very end and made sure everything was cleaned up and out of the venue.

The At Last team was so helpful leading up to the wedding, being in contact with me months ahead of time to make sure things were on track. They created detailed schedules, communicated with vendors, and answered all of my questions. As a bride who was planning a wedding while being in a different state than our venue, their team played a huge role in making sure our day was perfect. Day of, Madison & Jen were beyond helpful, and truly made me feel like I could let go and fully enjoy my day. I can say this was probably the best money spent for our wedding, considering we were able to have the best day ever and knew they had everything handled. Thank you so much for everything!

We hired At Last early on into the wedding process. Jen and everyone were always available months leading up to our wedding day. I cannot say enough positive things about how well executed our big day was! I’m a Virgo girl and was able to let go and enjoy the night because Jen and Hannah were there to handle everything. Having Jen with At Last Weddings help coordinate our wedding was one of the best decisions we made with our planning. Originally I had no plans of having a wedding coordinator as I thought I could do it all myself (boy was I wrong). However our venue required one and At last reached out to me. Jen set up a FaceTime call with me and from the first conversation I felt so comfortable with her. She is personable and real. I didn't think twice to go with them. I went with the month of option and it felt like they were with me throughout each month leading up to the wedding. Jen always made time to answer my annoying questions and always gave her honest opinions about any decisions I had hard times. Wedding day came up, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Even with the rainy weather we had, Jen and Claire made sure we still had a perfectly beautiful wedding. Jen was with me throughout the whole day making sure everything was going smoothly. There are not enough words to accurately describe how amazing Jen is. You name it, she was on top of it. The amount of people in the wedding party and guests attending the wedding that commented on how great she was to work with, was astronomical. I had no worries as the bride; I knew it was all being taken care of because of Jen. She was calm, cool and collected and truly put me at ease every step of the way. We didn’t have to think about a single thing over the course of the day - it was just all sorted for us, so we were able to fully enjoy every element of the day without worrying about anything. Madison even managed to find time to take some incredible photos and videos for us!! I simply cannot recommend At Last Weddings enough. Where do I even begin?! If you want an stress-free, smooth wedding, without a doubt hire At Last! It’s by far the best investment we made. From the first phone call, I knew they ran a tight ship, and boy was I right. Between their vendor recommendations, the meticulously detailed timeline, and just overall professionalism, their value is priceless. I had a photographer I really liked, but unfortunately they were booked when we finalized our date. I told them about the situation, and within a day I had a list of 5 photographers that were similar and within our price range. At the end of the list was a name they told me I would probably like the most, and she’s who we hired! There’s so many vendors to pick through, but their knowledge and experience helped us navigate through it all. We ended up hiring everyone they recommended! Once it got closer to our wedding, we had the absolute pleasure of working closely with Sara. She was prompt with any questions, built a timeline for the day down to the minute, contacted all our vendors to make sure they knew what the plan was, and helped us pull off a surprise for our live painter’s birthday. During the big day, she was calm and on top of everything. I literally didn’t have to think about a single thing and I got to enjoy being in the moment. I’m already thinking about a vow renewal in the future so I can hire her again! Even if your venue comes with a day of coordinator, I can guarantee you they will not compare to At Last. All my friends that were already married even raved about Sara and how smooth everything went. You seriously will NOT regret hiring them!

I loved working with At Last Weddings for my wedding planning process and on the big day! Bri was incredibly helpful and made my wedding run perfectly! At Last sends out monthly and weekly to do lists to make sure you’re on schedule. It was very helpful to have Bri in communication with all my vendors leading up to the big day. Bri also made a very detailed schedule to ensure everything that I wanted to happen would happen! Having two coordinators on wedding day was also a blessing to ensure everything was running on schedule. Bri really took the time to ensure that everything was exactly how I wanted it and made my vision come to life. She was willing to make adjustments and changes to things if I wanted them. Hiring At Last to help plan our wedding was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding day. We hired them 2 years before our wedding date and the owner Jaclyn answered hundreds of questions during that time, usually within minutes of me texting her personal phone. The At Last team was amazing to work with for our wedding! Jen was our lead day-of coordinator, and she is simply the best! Jen with At Last Wedding + Event Design is AMAZING!!! From the beginning- she was kind, accommodating, proactive, and detail-oriented. During the planning process she was always available to answer any questions as well as offer great advice (even going above and beyond while on maternity leave). As the wedding neared closer, she picked up on contract issues that would have been a disaster and was able to quickly fix them on my behalf. Day of, she was a calm force to be reckoned with- no detail slipped past her. Guests were commenting about how organized and amazing her and Bri were. I had the absolute perfect wedding and I am so thankful to have worked with Jen. Also I utilized a lot of the rentals which were trendy, in great condition, and at a good price. At Last was INCREDIBLE! We hired them for our month out planning and they sent me tasks each month to keep me on track. The day of the wedding Sara blew us away!!! I was having a hard time visualizing my venue decorated in my style and as the internet does, it read my mind and showed me an Instagram reel of an At Last wedding transformation at my venue. It gave me the confidence I needed to trust in not only my venue choice but also choosing the At Last team who knew their way around my venue. Check out their instagram and you’ll find they’ve probably already worked weddings at your venue too. At Last was the first vendor I booked and I’m so glad I did. They have a list of recommended vendors for any service you need which was such a helpful guide because it’s a bit intimidating knowing where to start. Every vendor I booked thereafter would ask who my coordinator was and every single one responded with, “At Last is the best!” I think professionals in an industry complimenting other professionals within the same industry speaks volumes. At Last was much more than just the month of coordinators I booked. They email you a monthly checklist of planning items you should complete that month. For someone who has never planned a wedding before, like most of us, it was so helpful to know I was on track with everything. Their team was also super responsive to any questions I had over email. The month before your wedding, you’re assigned the coordinator who will be with you day-of. We had Katie who was fabulous. The day of my wedding, I didn’t want to worry about people being where they needed to be. Katie took care of contacting anyone and everyone involved in our wedding day ahead of time and did exactly that of making sure all vendors were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. My shuttle on the way to my venue got lost, friends who were delivering and helping set up some bigger decor items arrived behind schedule, I knew things weren’t going exactly as planned. That being said, when I arrived to the venue, Katie had a big smile for me and reassured me everything would be fine. Her lack of stress put me back at ease which I was so thankful for. You can trust this team. They know what they’re doing. You will be so thankful to have them. I know I was.

At Last Wedding + Event Design and their team, especially Jen and Bri, are truly the best! I cannot recommend them enough. I went with the month of coordination package but if I had extra money I would have invested in having them as a full year wedding planner. They are that good. My maid of honor commented how my coordinator, Bri, was so much better than hers, and she spent a significant amount more. I worked mainly with Bri, and she was a dream to work with. Our other vendors even told me they loved working with her as well. She is patient, sincere, responsive, very intelligent, and THE consummate professional. When I started going over budget, she helped recommend ways to save and got me in touch with other amazing vendors within my budget that still offered great quality work. Both Bri and Jen handled my friends and family perfectly, took photos, videos, helped with hair and makeup, set up/breakdown of reception and made my wedding day more special than imagined it could be. To say I could not imagine my wedding day without Bri from At Last Weddings is a huge understatement! I had purchased the month-of coordination package but they really go beyond that. Starting from the year countdown, you are give access to your portal and are emailed a monthly to-do list to make sure you stay on track! They were also so very quick to suggest vendors and answer all my questions starting from a year before my actual wedding. Fast-forward to the month of my wedding, I was able to be entirely carefree. Bri TOOK over and I knew I was in the best hands! Any requests were fit into the schedule, any bad ideas she politely and ever so sweetly explained why she thinks it wouldn't align with our vision, and she was so prompt and easy to communicate with. She dealt with every single one of our vendors for us as well, and even helped negotiate some change orders with some of our vendors. Our rehearsal was SO thorough too, she gave everyone cues, poses when standing, tips, etc. Everyone in the bridal party commented on how amazing she was, event the guests on the day of as well as a few vendors. Come wedding day, a few things went wrong like typical weddings do (people being late, an issue with the dance floor, issue w/ a coffee cart vendor) but Bri was unequivocal about how she was already on top of it, in contact with the corporate office and reassured that when I woke up tomorrow it would all be handled. Not to mention, after the ceremony, my earring back came off and Bri literally gave me the back of her earring, which didn't hold, so she whipped out double sided tape to hold it in time for the first dance and photos while my maid of honor retrieved a spare I had. Walking down the aisle, she quietly whispered adjustments to my posture, etc. She was quite literally my life coach that day & walking cvs store! After the wedding, she even had packed up all of our food to eat when we got home and it was in the car when we got there. I could go on and on, but I truly cannot imagine someone getting married without her. My wedding day was absolutely smooth sailing and an absolute dream with a lot of credit to her. Thus, in a nutshell: hire Bri! :)

At Last did such an incredible job throughout our entire wedding planning process! We worked with Jen mostly, and she was entirely the best and such a boss at what she does.
