Words can't even begin to express how wonderful our son's wedding and reception were!! The venue was set up beautifully and the food was excellent!!! I want you to know that we are so thankful for all that you, Miguel and the rest of the staff did for us. Everything was absolutely delicious!! The set-up was gorgeous and was just perfect!!! (Just as you said it would be!!) Miguel and the staff were so professional and did everything they could to help make the night such a great event!! I would and WILL recommend your services to anyone. And just so you know--it all started with you, Autumn!! I appreciate how you listened to our every wish and were able to make that happen. You were also very reassuring when it got down to the wire and I began to get a little nervous about how the night would go. We were so pleased!!!!! Please share with Miguel and the rest of the staff how much we appreciated them. We were so thankful at how they had all the leftovers packaged for us and it certainly did not go to waste. Even after reading several bad reviews, I decided to give AYS a try(bad choice). Main point of contact is Autumn (she does not have anything to do with the execution of the dishes nor the service of the caterers at your event). Autumn was relatively easy to deal with while I changed my mind several times about what to serve at the wedding. This trait stopped after they were fully paid. AYS did not contribute much when I asked for an Asian Fusion menu. My planner suggested several items and AYS had to consult a third party for research. The result was not executed very well. The items served at the wedding was not the same as what was served during tastings (or even the final menu drafted by AYS) and there was no consistency. Guests with special dietary restrictions were not given the correct plate. Gluten-free mother & child were sitting at the same table. Mother received gluten free plate, but child did not. The mother had the server return it to the kitchen & the same plate was brought out again. Guests from both sides of the room & different tables stated that they never got any water refills after the pre-set cup. Guests also said that the asian custard/fruit/wedding cake was not served evenly (some stated they got no custard/no fruit/wedding cake and some stated they only got a sliver of wedding cake)-I went home with the ENTIRE BOTTOM TIER OF WEDDING CAKE. How is that possible? After the wedding was over, I emailed AYS. I did NOT ask for a refund but simply an explanation. I received a forwarded email from John (owner of AYS) that stated that he was there for the plating of the salad & entree and that AYS did nothing wrong. He stated that everything was gluten-free and the cause of confusion was due to table # switching. If AYS did nothing wrong, why did multiple guests say they had no water? If the plates were all gluten free, why was there a discrepancy between mother & child's plates? Why did guests complain of discrepancy in dessert plates? If nothing was wrong, why was there a bartender taking pictures in my photobooth? Why were my guests not ID'd for alcohol? Throughout the process, they dealt with my planner. However, with these issues, they refuse to speak with my planner and stated that they would only speak with me about the matter. After the first initial email with the excuses, I have not received any subsequent emails clarifying my questions. Instead, they would rather spend their energy refuting bad reviews rather than providing better-quality service.

I can't say enough good things about At Your Service Catering! Food wasn’t at the top of our priorities when we started planning (we were more worried about the booze, lol), but the food from AYSC was amazing, and we were blown away by the service! It was pure joy working with Autumn in the planning stages, she always went above and beyond and didn’t miss a single detail. Thank you Autumn! The staff on our wedding day was also top-notch. AYSC was by far my favorite vendor, and they even worked with us budget-wise. If you can get out of using your venue’s “preferred caterer” I highly recommend AYSC. Even if you can’t get out of it, I say it’s worth it to pay the fee for an outside caterer and use AYSC.

The food tasted SO AMAZING! It tasted great at our wedding and the wedding we went to after ours that used them as well! However, at the wedding, they didn't tell us how to cut our cake. We had to start taking the top layer of our cake (that we wanted to save) before they jumped in to help at all. Then one of the servers asked us if we wanted to keep the top layer; of course we said yes. Then she picked it up and carried it into the kitchen. That was the last time the cake was seen. It had been thrown away!!!!! So after many confusing and frustrating phone calls, they bought us a new one. But the food is really good..
