Perhaps you want to get food from your favorite restaurant or bakery but you need service staff at the event. Perhaps you want to prepare the food yourself or someone in your circle of family and friends loves to cook; you may want assistance in the kitchen as well. We can back you up with guidance, organization and some people power or we can take charge and manage every detail. Essentially, we provide the professional staff to make it all happen.
For smaller, less structured events, consider our popular al la carte event staffing service. It is designed for the host that wants to do as much as possible themselves but may just want some assistance during event.

Jim was absolutely amazing!! He made planning our wedding very smooth and fun. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and he makes everything run so smoothly. On our wedding day, we didn’t have to think about anything and we were able to enjoy every second of it!
At Your Service Event Management did a WONDERFUL job at my wedding. Everything went smoothly, they were constantly asking what I need and putting drinks/food in front of me. It was great! I wish I would have had more meetings with them throughout the whole process though to help with my anxiety. Sometimes they were difficult to get a hold of, and this was also told to me from one of my other vendors. But the day of, they blew it out of the water!! I highly recommend them!!
I had the pleasure of working with the team from At Your Service Event Management (AYS) as they are the primary event partner for Shupe Homestead, where we held our wedding. The team from AYS brings professionalism and experience that provides a level of coordination and orchestration that made our wedding flawless. As the bride, I had literally no stress or concern leading up to our wedding, and the execution on our wedding day was absolutely perfect. At Your Service Event Management did a great job with our wedding! They knew our location well (Lone Hawk Farm) and were able to provide us some insight on details that we needed for planning as well as help us to take care of setting up, cleaning up, serving, bartending and all the extra help needed for our wedding. They were kind, respectable and professional and made our day easy and stress free!

My review stems from my entire experience with them, from start to finish. Let's be real, planning a wedding is a lot of work, especially when life just doesn't slow down. Working with the AYS team was simple and straight-forward, which is exactly what you want when planning a wedding. They are experienced, high-quality professionals. They were there with me throughout the entire catering process - the planning, set up, execution, break down, you name it. Working with them was fantastic - I trusted in them, and I didn't have to worry about their role. Their team more than exceeded our expectations!
Though it sounds silly, whenever I recommend them, I call them the catering combo of magical fairies and stealth ninjas as they seamlessly tackle and float around everything with a high-quality service.
Jim and his crew really know how to throw a party!! We were recommended he and his wife through our venue and At Your Service went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they set up and break down everything, but they also helped decorate, went through an event schedule and kept me (the bride) calm and collected. Everyone was incredible and friendly and I could not say better things about them. If you live in the Boulder/Longmont area, this is the crew to choose!!
I simply cannot say enough great things about At Your Service. I was the main wedding planner, the officiant, and a bridesmaid for my best friend's wedding in September. Needless to say, I had a lot going on!! At every turn they were one step ahead. I gave them a very brief overview of everything at the venue and they ran with it! I was struggling with the cake display and Trish took over and made it so beautiful. They really know what they're doing! They were efficient but never in the way of the guests or flow of the wedding. The bartender was friendly and provided great bar service. To contrast a previous review, guests at this wedding were insisting that a tip jar be put out and Trish kept putting it away! They deserved every extra dollar. They cleaned up more than what was agreed upon and made load out a breeze for us. You simply can't get the value of At Your Service with any other caterer. I work in the wedding industry and would recommend At Your Service over any other caterer I've worked with! Thank you, Trish, Jim, and the At Your Service team!! You all were a HUGE part of the incredible event.
We would not recommend At Your Service for any event. We were required to use them by our venue because we chose not to use a preferred caterer. There was a point in our interaction (or lack of) that took a month, three emails, and actually reaching out to the venue to get a response from Jim. Our caterer unfortunately had the same luck. Our walk through was at the end of June to figure out our timeline. Two days before the wedding (middle of August), our caterer said he had sent three emails to Jim attempting to get the day of timeline but was not receiving a response. We had also specifically requested that a tip jar was not out at the bar because a 20% gratuity was charged to our bill. Not to mention it looks tacky. This request was ignored. We are highly dissatisfied with this company and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any service needs.
We haven't had any weddings yet, but if ever we do, "At Your Service Event Management's" Jim Bynum is the man we would call. He, and his team of professionals, are the best you can possibly find anywhere. After orchestrating dozens of parties in and around Washington, D.C., my husband and I moved to Colorado and found Jim Bynum to help us have parties from 12 to 112 and he and his crew of friendly, professional, staff, have been outstanding 100% of the time!!
