I hope that future Brides will not have to go through what I did the night of my wedding. We did not choose this limo service, it came with the hotel block shuttle contract. Working with Kenneth was great at first, he was responsive and understanding. He was aware that I was afraid that we would not have enough shuttles to take us to the hotel from the reception, but he also didn’t want us to lock more shuttles in and waste our money. We agreed that his driver would not leave anyone stranded and that more rides are possible as long as we had cash on hand. This put me at ease. However, by the end of my wedding night we needed 1 extra shuttle and after 3 phone calls to Kenneth, he picked up and said no problem. The driver arrived annoyed but seated us in his shuttle. Then the driver hands me his phone, Kenneth is on the phone asking for the payment saying if we don’t pay the driver will not go anywhere. This is understandable but the driver never asked us for payment so we were confused and at this point upset that the owner has to talk to me and rudely ask for the payment. During the drive the driver turns down the music on our shuttle full of 8 people and says “what did you just say to me?!”. None of us said anything to him! I cried and freaked out and felt VERY unsafe. He left the music off. When he dropped us off at the hotel he had to be asked to leave by the hotel security guard because he would not leave and he tried to get in my stepdads face. NONE OF THIS IS OKAY. I have tried to reach out to Kenneth and have had NO response. It is one thing for a shuttle to be late on the day of your wedding, it’s another for the driver and owner to treat you the way we were treated. I have emailed the hotel as well and will continue to write this review on other platforms.

My wife and I were so glad we decided to have a limo for our wedding. Working with Stacey of "At Your Service Limo" was as easy as could be. The car was gorgeous and it was so much fun to have Daniel drive us around to all our photo op locations in Naperville, he followed our timeline for the day to precision. The Champagne that was served after the ceremony was a nice touch. By chance, Daniel and the Limo were also our transportation from the hotel to the reception for our guests and once again their service rocked! Daniel was very courteous and truly seemed to enjoy his job. He went above and beyond to make sure all the guests made it back to the hotel safely.

They were on time! (Actually, early.) So rare it seems these days. Anyway, we had a great experience with At Your Service Limousines! They had the decor and red carpet ready for us after the church, and the beer and champagne were so refreshing! We were able to play some music on our iPhone during the ride too, which was awesome. Would definitely recommend!

We needed transportation 4 times on my daughter's wedding day. All drivers were on time and very considerate. The limos and sprinter vans were clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, Ken and his staff were very easy to work with and scheduled everything perfectly. I would highly recommend At Your Service Limousines!

Ken and his employees were SO easy to work with. They were very flexible and met our ever-changing needs. Their limos were great quality, they were on time, and service with a smile. We love that we were able to use a smaller business and the care they put into it shows. Thank you to Ken and everyone else who made our day special!

We chose At Your Service Limousines because they were recommended by the hotel we stayed at on the wedding night, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our stretch limo was very nice and clean and our chauffeur was very polite, helping me get in and out of the limo and let us play our own music. He was also okay with us going a few minutes over the alloted time so we could finish pictures. I thought the rates were reasonable too.

We had a fantastic experience with At Your Service Limousines. The owner of the company, Ken Jackson, personally picked us up and hosted our day. Prior to the pick up, he asked us what our drink of choice was and assured to have more than enough for us on the limo. Additionally, the limo was decorated nicely and fit a party of 16 people very comfortably. Beyond that, the reason At Your Service deserves a 5 stars is because Ken himself went above and beyond to take care of the bride on an incredibly rainy day. We did all our photo's outside waiting for the rain to go from pouring to a drizzle and each time it slowed down, Ken would take a step stool out of his trunk so the bride could get out of the Limo easily, he'd then proceed to hold an umbrella over her head having complete disregard for how wet he was getting and would maintain the umbrella until the photographer was ready. He was incredibly thoughtful and helped us make the best out of the day. I highly recommend this company. Ken, thanks again for everything you did for us.

We met AYSL at the Naperville wedding expo, and I was immediately impressed with their sincerity and commitment to excellent service. We booked a 20 person Cadillac Escalade limo for our August 2015 wedding, which the bridal party took from the church to the reception venue. The bridal expo special was 3 hour wedding package for $875.00, which included the gratuity, champagne, beer, bottled water, decorations, just married sign, red carpet, and the chauffeur in formal attire. The week of the wedding I began to feel like they were almost *too* focused on excellent service. We were asked to fill out a form that gave the trip itinerary, which I appreciated. However, the form was a PDF that could not be typed into, so we printed out the form, filled it out by hand, and scanned it in. The Thursday before the wedding we got an email asking us to please type the schedule, and email it to them again. I did this in a separate document, and thought it was super self-explanatory since the limo was literally only making 1 trip, and it was less than 5 miles between the two locations. I even included a map and step by step directions. However, right before we left for the rehearsal dinner (Friday) we got a follow up call to go over everything in over the phone. While I really appreciate excellent service, I was impatient with how many times I needed to give instructions, especially the day before the wedding where there were so many other things going on already. If they had specific questions, that would have been fine, but my husband literally read the word document to them over the phone. The day of the wedding, the limo arrived on time and took us around the back of the church after the bubble send off, as we asked, and waited until formal pictures were over before the bridal party loaded up to go to the reception. The driver was in formal attire as promised, and was very good about putting out a stool for guests to easily get in/out of the limo. However, there was no red carpet (even for our bubble exit from the church, which is the only time I expected it), nor a just married sign as they mentioned in the description of the wedding package. The “decor” was colored paper napkins that matched our wedding colors tucked into the champagne glasses. While I am not one to care about the carpet, sign or decor, I do feel as though they did not meet expectations because it was advertised. The limo did have champagne (a sweet bubbly that everyone seemed to like) and bud light, but there was not even enough beer for everyone in the limo. We seated 17 people, so it’s not like we were even at capacity of the car. If it had been something nicer like a craft beer, I might be more understanding but 30 racks of bud are cheap and easy to get. The driver did not give us any instructions on how to turn on the lights or music in the back of the limo, and the equipment was not particularly user friendly so we drove around in silence for a while. There appeared to be a plug in for an iPod, which I wish had been mentioned to us prior to the wedding day so we could have had a play list ourselves. Overall, the driver was friendly and polite, but I don’t think the limo was worth it. We spent a lot of time explaining the schedule for what was perhaps the shortest ride of the day, and what was included in their package description did not meet expectations in the execution.

I literally contacted Ken the day before my wedding. I had sent out emails to several limousine places about 3 weeks before the wedding to find transportation and gotten quotes back, but never finalized with anyone (through my own disorganization). I called him the Friday before my wedding happening on June 20th (in the very midst of wedding season!!) and he came through phenomenally. Ken ended up giving me a 20 person limo for the 5 hours I had requested at the 14 passenger rate (I needed it for 12 people so would have been at a 14 passenger limo). I found the rate very reasonable for 5 hours + an extra pickup/dropoff later in the day. Ken has a great memory, and knew exactly which car was free for the time and was able to quote me the prices and total cost all while he was driving. The limo came with champagne, beer, water, red carpet service, and they even stopped by the store and got pom-poms in my wedding color that day. The communication was great and the wedding went off without a hitch!!

My bride and I used At Your Service Limousines on Sept. 6, 2014 and their service was OUTSTANDING! Ken and Stacey bent over backwards to provide and gives us the best service they could. The limousines were very clean and drivers very professional! We would use them for other events in a heart beat!

We couldn't have been happier with "At Your Service Limousines". From the beginning, the customer service we received was amazing! On the wedding day, the driver Ken arrived on time as promised and the Cadillac Escalade SUV was everything I wanted and more. It was extremely clean, stocked and the best decision we made for transporting our entire bridal party. You can't go wrong when hiring this company for your transportation needs.
