ay of the wedding; both were incredibly easy to work with and responsive to all our questions. All of our setup and breakdown was taken care of by the venue which really allowed us to relax a little and enjoy our day. The onsite hotel rooms were perfect for us and our wedding party, and having the bridal suite available to get ready in was very convenient. The reception food and service were excellent, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout. We highly recommend Atkinson Country Club!

ing was fantastic, the bartender was very nice, and the space was perfect. My spouse and I stayed overnight after the wedding and our hotel room was great. Our day-of coordinator went above and beyond for us, and helped everything run smoothly, from the rehearsal until after all of our guests left after the wedding, she made sure all of our needs were met and all of our guests had a great time. I cannot recommend Atkinson highly enough.

the planning and day-of coordination so that future couples know what to expect. Leading up to the wedding, the planning process seemed organized, and we had a detailed meeting where we walked through every décor item and timeline element. However, on the wedding day, much of what we were assured would happen did not. We were told we’d have access to the reception room at 3:30 PM for setup, but another wedding was scheduled in the same space until 4:30 PM—and they ran over. We weren’t allowed in until 5:15 PM, just 45 minutes before guests arrived - despite contract saying you’ll have access 2 hours before. During planning, we were told in the case of rain that staff would assist in finding indoor photo options if needed—but on the day of, we were told the backup spaces were already booked with other events. Our photographers were left on their own to find usable areas, and the only suggestion given was to wait for our ceremony room that was also occupied. We were told afterward that we “should’ve booked a backup location in the contract,” which was never explained beforehand. There were also small service issues, like missing drinks for the bridal party during cocktail hour, rude servers / cold food during bridal salon breakfast, and confusion over décor placement for ceremony set up - despite spending over an hour in advance detailing everything with the coordinator. When asked about it, the coordinator told my family “we never went over anything,” which was simply untrue. We had 6 family members and bridesmaids arranging decorations day of so it would be done in time. When we shared these concerns with the Director of Sales / Manager afterward, we were told that we “had really high expectations” and that our décor plan was “more than a coordinator typically accommodates.” This was especially disappointing to hear, since we were never told at any point that we needed to scale back or bring additional help. It felt as though the focus had been more on securing our booking than on actually delivering the level of service we were led to expect. When we suggested possible ideas for resolution (reimbursement, gift cards for a better experience to make up for it, etc) they were dismissed without acknowledgment, but rather the Director encouraging us to send photos & hoping that we would book another event in the future. Things that went well: kept us on track for timeline, had a cute wine cellar for couple photos, sales team was great to work with. Efficient clean up at end of the night. Naturally beautiful venue & big rooms. Ultimately, we’re grateful to be married, and we know things don’t always go perfectly—but for the investment we made, we expected more care and follow-through. If you’re considering this venue, I recommend asking very specific questions about room availability, backup plans for weather, and exactly what the coordinator will and won’t be responsible for—well in advance.

r/reception was in the Tuscany Room from 2-7:00pm. We loved how affordable ARCC was compared to nearby wedding venues, and how they offered so many options in terms of wedding packages, add-ons, and different locations/time slots to host events throughout the venue. We worked with Chloe Smith throughout the planning process; she was friendly and knowledgeable about the services ARCC offered, and was super responsive to all our questions, no matter how small. About a month before the wedding, our day-of coordinator Holly Weisenburger reached out to us to start finalizing all the details. She was very professional and friendly during our drop appointment and ceremony rehearsal, and went above and beyond on the day of our wedding by making sure everything was running smoothly. She even stayed near us during our formal photos to hold drinks, food, and help carry and pose my long dress train! We received many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the ceremony and reception were and how great Holly was. I would highly recommend Atkinson Resort and Country Club to anyone looking for the perfect place to get married!

We felt we received outstanding value for our money, especially considering the numerous amenities included in our package. A minor detail that went a long way & was a pleasant surprise was that we were able to keep the beautiful Chivari chairs for free because they had already been set up for a previous photoshoot. This gesture added an elegant touch to our reception without any additional cost, which we greatly appreciated. Everyone at the venue was incredibly kind and helpful, making the wedding planning process and the event itself seamless. Their professionalism and organization were evident at every step, ensuring that our day was seamless. We highly recommend Atkinson Resort & Country Club to any couple looking for a wedding venue that combines exceptional service, delicious food, affordable pricing, and a genuinely caring and professional staff. I highly recommend a Sunday wedding as you get the whole bridal suite for the day and it felt more laid back than a Friday/Saturday wedding. There was so much included in the wedding packages. The hotel rooms were nice and spacious as well. We will definitely be coming back as hotel guests when possible. We could not recommend this venue more!!

itself is just gorgeous. There was a private bridal suite with plenty of room to spread out and get ready. The food was delicious which I feel like isn't a given for weddings. There were so many options for appetizers and desserts. The bartender rocked it. And our day of coordinator was hilarious and took care of everything. All the pressure was off of us so we could just enjoy the day. If we ever have another large event I will absolutely have it here. Thank you Atkinson for everything!

Our wedding day was a rainy day and she allowed us to take pictures where we wanted without hesitation. she made sure to go above and beyond and that everything ran smoothly. She was reassuring, confident, and we cannot praise her enough. Our guests had an absolute blast and we truly had the best wedding at Atkinson Country club. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

She took what could have been a very stressful day and helped put us at such ease knowing that our wedding was in the best hands possible. We had about 200 people, and since their space can fit more than double that, it was comfortable and never felt squished. We got married in February, and both the ceremony and venue spaces were beyond beautiful. We went outside to the gazebo for some beautiful nighttime photos. The bridal suite is so spacious and fit all of us plus the vendors very comfortably. We stayed at a different hotel to be with our guests, but having the option to stay right on site the night before or night of is such a great perk! The food is also amazing, both for the wedding and rehearsal dinners. We would truly recommend Atkinson for a beautiful and comfortable venue!

ned the wall so I had the legacy ballroom. From the start, Jen was super quick to answer emails and phone calls, and trust me, we had a lot! The real star of the show, however, was our day of coordinator, Michelle. When everything got a little bit messed up, Michelle came in and told me not to worry that she would fix it. I was amazed with how quickly she solved the problems that had been stressing me out for months. Michelle was quick to answer emails, super helpful with accommodating our needs, worked well with our wedding planner, and ensured I had the most magical day! If you get married here, definitely try to work with Michelle!! She’s what is causing my review to be 10/10. I cannot say enough good things!

wedding party had dinner in the tavern, and we stayed over in the hotel rooms on site for two nights. They rooms were very clean, some had views of the golf course in the morning-- not a bad way to wake up on your wedding day:) On wedding day, the girls got ready in the bridal suite which was awesome-- it's two large rooms, perfect amount of space there was 10 of us all together in there and didn't feel crowded or overwhelming. I ordered the breakfast & lunch platters which really saved the day, they were nicely done with a coffee & tea station, some bagels, pastries, it was an easy way for us all to snack all day without bothering anyone! There is also a balcony overlooking the reception room, so you get to see down the entire day while they set up. Jenifer was the wedding sales manager, and she was very helpful through everything. We did ask for a few things, and she was accommodating! We wanted a champagne station in our ceremony room, and she made it happen- huge hit. Michelle was our day of coordinator and my god......hat off to her. I have worked in the restaurant business (weddings at that), and I know how difficult it can be to run a large wedding like this. Not to mention this was a pretty rowdy group. She was AMAZING- very professional, nice, and really wanted to make us happy. She really helped to make the reception room beautiful with my decorations (even with how many I had)- it was stunning, and I didn't have to do a thing. The guests raved about the food. My family at the end of the night said the food wouldn't stop coming! Not a terrible problem to have! It went by so fast, and I am so happy we chose this venue. It is the perfect venue for a large group at a fraction of the cost of others- they do a lot of discounts for off season weddings. Our day of coordinator Holly was amazing. She paid attention to every little detail and everything from start to finish went smoothly! She really took all the stress and worry out of the day. You could tell she truly loves what she does. The servers and bartender were friendly and not one wine glass went empty! The food was delicious! Everyone is still raving about it! Everything was cooked perfectly and hot even though we did plated dinners. Everything was just perfect!

Our guests could not get over how excellent the food was, how attentive the wait staff and bartenders were and how beautiful the venue was. The only downside to the venue is that you are very limited as to where you can take pictures. It would have been nice to be able to take pictures on the golf course or near the golf course but we could only take them at our ceremony location. While we understand the safety reasoning behind this, for the amount of money spent it would be an added bonus. Either way, we would not let this deter you from booking the venue. Our day was perfect, thank you Atkinson!

tmare. My emails were always “lost“ and when I tried to call they would never return my calls. My warning sign should have been when we showed up for the appointment I requested, which they responded to and they had no idea we were coming. They also sent us contracts for another couples wedding. The most infuriating part was after they sent me my final legal document about the day of and I triple checked with them that everything was all set a few weeks after the wedding they tried to say we still owed them even though I asked multiple people multiple times if they needed anything else from us. They have now been harassing me and my mother over there own screw up. If you don’t want a NIGHTMARE chose another venue!

chelle. The entire staff knows what they are doing and knows how to make everything perfect. We appreciate every single person for making our wedding day as special as it was. Michelle, as well as everyone else was very responsive to emails. She even dressed in the colors of the wedding! She knew every detail and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. You could tell she wanted for us to just be happy and enjoy the day. She was such a great help the day of our wedding. Definitely my right hand girl. Everyone loved the venue and could not stop asking where we found it because it was so beautiful! Thank you Atkinson for making our special day possible.

The weather was great and the staff was amazing. Despite a wasp flying up my dress and stinging me, everything ran smoothly! ions. If you send Jennifer an email, I can almost guarantee she will respond to you within 12 hours. It gave me SOO much peace of mind during the wedding planning process. My favorite part about ARCC is they are wedding venue machine, they pump out AMAZING weddings ALL.THE.TIME. Working with ARCC is like working with your own wedding planner, they will keep you on track and on schedule. I found this to be amazing!! If your someone who needs help with the wedding planning process or doesn't want to plan every single little detail like, where to put the dance floor, or when to cut the cake; then this is the perfect venue for you!!

walk us outside to the ceremony space, she gave me the packet and was told to walk myself around. The grounds it’s self were beautiful. But it was evident the golfing still takes presidente over weddings/ events (ie only given an hour before the ceremony to setup). The ceremony chairs are also pretty ugly and when I asked about having rented ones brought in, she made it seem like a huge inconvenience. She could have been having a bad day but she really ruined our experience and lost our business.

a price that we could actually afford, without feeling like we had to settle. From day one, Jennifer was so helpful, answering any and all questions that a newly engaged couple has. Even throughout the pandemic, she handled everything with ease, ensuring us that our 4/24/21 wedding would still be perfect for us even if restrictions needed to be in place. She was still able to get us a menu tasting, which was extremely important to us as food is the #1 thing guests remember from a wedding! Luckily, our wedding ended up at the tail end of Covid, and restrictions were lifted almost entirely by the time our day arrived. Nicole was our Day Of Coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough - she was there whenever we needed her and walked us through every single step of the way, from the drop appointment to the rehearsal dinner to the actual wedding. She didn't spare a single detail. Our wedding was everything we imagined and more - we even had the ability to get an outside Linen vendor to come in and drape the Legacy Ballroom in the most beautiful ceiling drapery and chandeliers!! The photo opportunities are stunning, and our guests continue to rave about what a beautiful wedding we had. I highly recommend ARCC as a wedding venue. t would be perfect for the wedding to take place inside. During the first few months after we signed our contract with them, we didn't have much contact with the venue, it left us a little bit worried but then we understood that this is how it works, since the most frequent contacts start when it is closer to the wedding date. Due to the pandemic we had a lot of problems with the New Hampshire state rules, but Jennifer, Kristin and Michelle were wonderful in helping us solve everything. Our day was magical from start to finish, the space for the bride to dress up and idea. Our guests praised the food very much and we also loved each other. To help we still had a lot of snow that made our day even more perfect.

Food was excellent, I got a lot of compliments on the food and venue. Five stars isn't enough for Jennifer and Michelle - highly recommend!

a life threatening peanut allergy and we were assured there was a peanut free facility. This was so beyond false and a peanut dessert was served. The day of the wedding was just a disaster. My husband and I did not feel special at all. The list of things is honestly too long to say. The only positive was the scenery and the food (minus the significant allgery misinformation). I spoke with the manager after the wedding and was assured something would be done to help make this right. This was in November. I have heard nothing since then. We were so excited and now can barely think about our wedding day without being devastated.
